    Hi, friends i would like to inform you that please don’t ever buy any panasonic product. They make fake and false commitments with the customers at the time of sale. But denying in case of assistance. They are simply breaching and doing fraud With the customer. And not giving any support and resolution to the customer.

      I have a very similar experience with panasonic. Their after sales is so pathetic that my problem is not resolved since 1+ Month and they are asking for all the receipts , which i already sent them and informed them that it is not in warranty and i am ready to pay for the replacement. But they are least bothered for the customers. I am tired of following up with them and best part even they stopped responding after i stopped asking. The complaint is still open at their end and they are not even interested in closing it.
      Very bad customer experience.

    I bought panasonic phone mobile and it was in the service center for 2 months. I had to forget about it and leave the country. The company and the serice are so bad that i actually find it hard to believe how they scamed me.

    I have Purchased Led t.v on dated 04.06.2016 through Flipkaft
    But our T.V problem last first week of Sep;17 and i have already paid INR- 5300/- of Your repersentive of Mr Sanjay Thakur c/o Cenema -Cenema service centre under Panasonic . Now day there is not solved and exhibits after poor/fraud serviceability and approach of panasonic team. I want to Shaw that you have no stock of parts and you have not supply of parts over roll parts should discontinue . so How the change of parts . I want to following information from you under mention below
    1. You can not maintenance of our T.V why sale
    2. i have purchase dt 04.06.2016 through filipkaft
    3 our T.V Problen first week of sep’17
    4. I request to customer care of Panasonic which see of CC report under your control.
    5. our parts change warrant three month so i have every every week request but you have without feedback from customer request closed.
    6. our T.V out of warrant only approx three month why are you demand 12000/- as a depreciation charge . Is the dep charge in income tax law. if this is ok income tax law. pl provided us .Meanwhile i have already paid 5300/- = 17300/- as a new T.V Price

    This case has lingered since since long and remains unresolved and exhibits After Sales Poor Serviceability and causal Approach of Panasonic team towards the client.

    We once again request you to draw your attention on the subject matter and repair my LED TV for which I already paid Rs 6500/ and cheated by one of your fraudulent representative. This has caused lot of harassment and trauma.

    I have purchased panasonic ELUGA A2 MOBILE ON THE DATE OF 12/01/2017 Warranty period, I not received online bill only bills send to me courier with mobile, I will stay in pondicherry, Charger problem i informed to SMART CARE SERVICE CENTER’ Two times accepted in the invoice, now same problem mobile not on continued off , third time i send the SMART CARE CENTER, He told me in the invoice not accepted, why?

    When is Panasonic going to offer a ‘SMART’ link to cell phone. It should have a touch screen display to allow texting, use the contacts that are on the users cell phone, and automatically back up the users messages, photo’s and contact list. I want one of those!     what a pathetic service of panasonic..no solution and no response since 40 days…having a 42“ LED TV and still in warranty.. called customer care for ~25 times, service centers for 10 times, spoken with different people…written mails to service head and helpline 2 times still no reply…got a final offer from service or area head one week back(after 30days of cmplaining) that i have to pay , for the company quality issue and not having the spare part i have to pay???…and again he also not responded after that call…any one remaining with whom i can speak to……..never never never will go to panasonic again…and I can give my feedback to everyone that if u buy panasonic please take time and money to resolve your problems..may be it cannot be resolved also…..

    My LED T.V model TH-32c350DX purchased on 21.12.2016 failed TWO times within 8 months .The same fault both times and because of within warranty period, service technician replaced the mother board on both occasions. No one from help line or service is committing about the next failure after 4 months.At that time,it will be after warranty period,and who will take care of the cost of service and replacement.I want you to replace my failure model board (if possible) or replace that T.V by a proven model at my cost.Your people refused my request.At least extend free warranty for 5 years for that ill designed mother board.Also provide e mail address of higher authorities to deal with them

    Very poor service, performance and responce of Panasonic service center at Varanasi. I have complained about servicing and repairing of my Panasonic AC on toll free no and telephone no of Varanasi service center and also on telephone no of area service manager many times, atleast 8-10 times since 19.06.2017. But my AC has not been repaired so far. Their Engineer/Mechanic has visited 4-5 times, but without proper repairing of the AC and they also submit fake report of repairing to their Company. I am very disappointed with such irresponsible attitude of employees/service center of Panasonic.

    I purchased AC from your company Panasonic distributor end Meera Bai Marg Lucknow on 2 May 2017 .they installed AC from fresher employee and we and our wife has gone out of City and returned 5th2017 June back home after stalled AC first time we try to use AC by switching on and then by remote but AC is not cooling so I complaint at customer care and they came at home and checked AC and told to contact Distributor for this essue because this is installing problems they will resolve and they all responsible within three months any essue after then I go to Value Plus store on 6th June 2017 and registered complaint but till date they couldn’t resolve my essues ….what I do you also can check my problem by customer care registered no 9026859751

    I am Venkat from Hospet, Karnataka. This mail is regarding the failure of display unit of Panasonic 32″ LED TV, which i had purchased on 30.6.2014.
    The Display of TV has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase date. When consulted regarding this failure to the Panasonic Service person, he after checking the product said that it would cost me Rs 11000/- for the new replacement of display.
    When i purchased the TV, it was sold to me saying that it has excellent display screen quality, where as it has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase..

    Is this the quality of the products you manufacture at Panasonic that a TV doesn’t even last for 5 years?? This is the worst quality of TV i have ever purchased. I doubt that you at Panasonic are manufacturing a very low grade and worst quality of TV’s ever in India, you people are fooling and cheating the customers by selling these type of products. How can some one believe in the Brand Name of PANASONIC now. I can say that your company is not at a branded one. When you say you are branded and selling such worst quality of TV’s where is the difference between the Branded and local make TV’s. I think it is better to buy a local make TV rather than your PANASONIC brand TV at least our money is saved there.
    I as a customer had referred many people to buy PANASONIC products, but now i have lost trust in Panasonic products after this miserable TV that i have bought. You are clearly cheating the people and i brand you as fraudsters, you are a big fraud company.

    Iam expecting a prompt and quick reply from Panasonic. If you say that your products are branded!! Then prove it.

    We purchased one fully automatic washing machine book complaint ,engineer visited 3time result nil only blame to customer when customer asking for refund of his hard earned amount because of worst product and facing daily quality issue in performance no one is ready to listen the customer mail sent to board of directors result nil.     Please be informed that I logged a complain for my panasonic washing machine on 25 Nov 2016 vide complain no R251116136582 but your local service centre cancelled my complain and told the reason that you have not enough for warranty claim so we could not provide you warranty service again I logged a complain on 5 dec with complain no R051216016579 but they again cancelled my complain with same reason, I submit my purchase paper to him on my first complain but they told that my paper is useless, I also send the soft copy of paper to the branch manager on his mobile number 07781048535 but till the time I didn’t get any help from him

    Dear sir,
    I bought a Panasonic led tv model no.TH-L32B60D on 10/09/2013 but within one month of purchase the volume of tv completely stopped working. Then it took almost two months for replacement.
    Now, on 8/10/2016 again the problem existed. Now the tv is not at all getting on. we complain to our dealer Vijay Sales, chembur, Mumbai . The next day serviceman from Atharva service center came but did not check the tv. He just took the photocopies of warranty card n bill n went away saying tht we will check ur warranty period and then will contact u within a day. But I am still waiting fr their callbacks.
    We got the extended warranty fr 5 yrs frm Vijay Sales but nw both the dealer Vijay Sales and the service center Atharva are denying the fact.
    Sir please look into the matter and redress my grievance as soon as possible.

    Amazing quality but not for all. I had a long time dream of having a big size LED tv. For a salary person like me earning Rs.11000 pm, its a big dream.I kept on saving for one year to buy a 50 inch LED for my small home. I ENTRUSTED PANASONIC & bought it. My Dream was shattered in 172 days…..a small life for a big dream. The LED lost its half of display. In spite of scratch less TV The engineers said your children must have hit it but I have no kids in this small home.Now they are asking enormous amounts to give life to my age old DREAM………..quite atrocious & outrageous but they cannot understand the plight of a common man……after all COMPANY employs them to fill the coffers with more money,quite oblivious of the source or cause or apathy of the consumer who had done a sin by showing TRUST in a Japanese Brand. On 28-09-2016,the picture quality was hazy and unclear,but sound was OK.I complained to helpline and complaint No. is R280916156286.Technician came and said that panel has to be replaced.Today on phone the estimated cost of the panel has been given as Rs.28,175/-.Now I am shocked , dismayed and utterly disappointed how the panel of panasonic TV of such a reputed ,renowned and world class company has stopped working in 3 Years 3 Months.I am
    aware that at the time of buying TV Warranty was 1 year but now Panasonic TV has Warranty of 3 years.It is kindly requested that replace the panel free of charge at the earliest and also intimate the Service Centre in Delhi to do the needful. Kindly reply at the earliest.

    Hi Team,

    On 16 Sep, 2016, I reported a ‘No Display’ issue with my 32-inch LED TV that I bought on 19 Sep, 2014 from Ideal home Appliances. At that time we’re told that TV has 3-year warranty.

    When the service person came to check, I couldn’t locate the bill as I shifted to a new home on 10 Sep, 2016. So he asked to get the bill and left. After that I searched and found the original bill and contacted the service team and Ideal team and they redirected me to Panasonic again. When I contacted Panasonic I was told that the old ticket is closed as the bill was not produced.

    But I have already asked the service team to wait for me to find out the bill. However, they’ve closed the ticket without my consent. Now they’re saying the TV had only 2-year warranty and it’s already over and asking me to pay RS.15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) for panel. I reported the issue on 16 Sep 2016 and though the TV has only 2-year warranty, it’s was well within the warranty period. I just used the product for 6 days and I cannot pay for the bad product. TV was bought for Rs. 24,500 and I’m not ready to pay Rs.15,000 for a 6 days used product.

    Please consider the first issue reported date and replace the panel.

    Please get this issue sorted out at the earliest.

    I purchased a LED Tv to the Shree Balaji Sales , Address. Old G. T. Road Palwal (Mob. No. 9410766366) vide Bill no. 1028 dt. 21-10-2014. And he provide me 2 year warranty which is also mentioned on bill. But now when my led Tv is not working. It is not showing any image when I start it. First I contacted to seller, he told me that register a complaint to Panasonic. Then, I contacted to customer care of Panasonic company, first they registered my complaint (complaint no. R120816060669). And without any reason they close my complaint. Now again I registered complaint 2nd time and complaint no. is R160816082985. Now Panasonic’s Head office person Mr. Anand called to me and told led TV replacement is under approval 2-3 days but no any clarification received on dated 24-08-2016.

    I purchased one mobile phone of Panasonic p75 on 25 July 2016 from Thakurji Mobile vikash Bazar Mathura vide bill no 1290 DT 24 Jul 2016. After one week on 07 Aug 2016 mobile bty automatically burned. I had gone to your service centre at Rajendra Plaza Complex Mathura. They said no warrent of burnt mobile. We can do nothing for you. I again went to shop regarding change of mobile. He also refused to change. He advise to purchage of new bty from service centre. I again went to service centre for bty. Rep of service centre ordered one bty and told you have paid Rs 2000/- for bty but mobile can not repair bcz this mother board is not functioning. Mother board price is Rs 6000/- .If you agree to then repair. Your rep mob no is 9084108764. So I want to inform what is this. The cost of mobile is Rs 7000/- and rep cost is Rs 8000/-. I purchase the mobile for use not for burning which was auromatically burnt only after one week of purchase. If you will be prenst in place of mine. How will feel you. Your service people telling due to problem in panel it’s not working.actually 1 year 3 months we have used only during 8″O” clock to 10″O” clock.bcz me and my hubby both r working in a MNC Co.Now ur staff asking for half contribution from our side.We are not ready to pay. Bcz only 15 months left.why should we pay half cost of panel?It shows your product quality and your poor replacement strategy. We expecting free of cost replacement.Otherwise we will register a complaint in consumer court and also through media and local leaders we are organizing a janajagrathi program about ur poor product and service.it will defenetly effects on your goodwill/ reputation/ marketing.

Debasish and Mr. Bappa ph -7063587268 , Ph -8927855955 both are senior service man , but they are no action taken to my complain till date
    This time TV is most entertainment for every family
    So I hopeless , requested you ,kindly drew attention to my serious problem and give quick solution

    I have Panasonic TV, Panasonic Camera, Panasonic Convection Microwave Oven.
    Microwave Oven is now out of order, Model no.-NN-CT641M. It is now out of warranty. To get proper service & original spire parts of Panasonic Company, request for service many time, ready to pay necessary charges.
    I had request for service several times. List of service request is given below:-

    18/07/16 10.52am R180716089790 Again got a SMS for cancellation of service request but your technician of authorized service center i.e. Cold Aircon,Mirza Bazar, Midnapur came on at 5.30pm on 18/7/16 and changed some spare parts , charged Rs.2438/- (two thousand four hundred thirty eighty) only. Paid by crossed cheque. After his leaving we see that the oven is out of order. Please note that spare parts supplied are not made by Panasonic Company, MRP is not written on the parts nor on the packet of the parts.I think they may used repaired second hand parts for this purpose.

    25/07/16 11.15am R250716128192 No action taken(30/7/16)till date.
    01/03/16 Rs.2980/- Two thousand nine hundred eighty rupees paid to Cold Aircon for repairing charges.
    Your technician could not find the proper flat of the oven. They may used duplicate/repaired second spare parts also. I seek your proper justice from your end. MRP Should be written on the products to avoid corruptions/forgery because price of one diode is Rs.2100/-(two thousand one hundred only) . Is it justified? Please you should not force me to go to the court for proper justice.

    The problem with TV is censor of TV is not working.On compliant your representative Mr Vikram visited our place on 11/07/16 and service the TV & charged Rs 575/- as visiting charge.After two days the same problem occurred & I approach Mr Vikram on mobile told the problem.He suggested to do again compliant to Panasonic customer care.Again Mr Vikram visited our place on 24/07/16(Sunday).He checked the TV again and found that censor of TV to be replaced .     Dear Sir,

    I bought Panasonic P66 mega mobile in February. After one month, there was a problem in charging.When I showed to Panasonic service center, they told that battery needs to be change as there is a fault in battery. Due to non availability of battery, they placed an order for battery and said that it will be available within 30 days.
    Now it has been 2 months and I still did not receive the battery. Last week when I call to the toll free number 18001028989, they said that I will get the battery within 6 days. But I haven’t received. Again after 7 days when I call today, they are again saying the same thing that I have to wait for 7-10 days.
    How much time will it take to provide me battery? If you donot have stock available, Kindly take your smartphone back and refund my money or either exchange this smartphone with a new one as I am facing lots of problem due to this.
    Please refund my money or exchange my phone with a new one, if you cannot provide me the battery.
    I am waiting for your reply.

    I submitted Panasonic eluga icon on 26- Feb-2016 due to some circuit issue and received this cell back on 6 April 2016 that means after 1 month and your maximum service time is 21 working days but i received it after more than 1 month.
    And what is the responsibility of company when product is under warranty, If you cannot provide services on given turn around time.

    When i received this cell on 6 April there was a dent on the upper corner of the screen .

    On 3-may-2016 I received call from service center that your cell is returned but without any repair.
    If the cell was meant to return in same condition then what the hell you people were doing with the handset since last one month if there was no repair done on it.And its high time now ,Panasonic is not taking any serious action against this. I can’t use this cell any more and company is liable to pay the full amount.

    I’m not going to take this cell back and Panasonic have to refund the full amount .

    I called your customer center to repair my TV and informed me that the charges will be 1200/- plus ST. I agreed, believing that Panasonic will replace the original parts , if changed. Technician visited my house, informed that Board has gone and need to be replaced and its cost is Rs.14000/- . The item is not manufactured in India and it need need to be imported from Thailand and it will take minimum 15 days. However, after 4 days he comes with parts and replaced and collected the money. To my surprise , after replacing the board, TV is function by itself, i.e. increase/decrease the volume/contrast/colour etc automatically. I again made the complaint, the techincian done some repair. After two days, the defects continue. It is unimaginable for me to believe that a company like Panasonic will cheat the customer for mere Rs.14000/- or support the service center staff for their mischief. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! Please take back your part and give me my money as I have no faith on Panasonic any more.

    There are 6 split ac of 1.5 ton installed at our office premises out of which 2 are just for the sake of show. they are lying as show pieces wherein either there is leakage or cooling not happening due to which they are of mere show peces to the Company earning regular income for Panasonic.

    Technicians come, check every time take money but no result at the end except income generation for Panasonic.

    I bought 42 inch Panasonic LED smart TV model no 42AS630D on 28-10-2014 which was under scheme of two years warranty. Unfortunately the TV started malfunctioning for which a complaint was lodged at authorised service centre with complaint no R 240915449581 dated 24-09-2015.The technician who came to attend our complaint told us that the panel of our LED has got corrupted and hence it will be replaced .Since then two times the service engineers came to replace the panel but unfortunately with a more corrupted panel. Then it was decided by the service centre that instead of changing only panel they will replace the full TV.
    After a long wait our LED was replaced but with a different much inferior model which is neither fully smart but also does not processes all the features of our purchased model. Though we had objected at the time of replacement we were told that it is an upgraded model of our LED TV 42AS630D and has all the specification of the same. They also told us that we will be able to operate all the features once it is demonstrated by the engineer.. After a long wait and too much of request made both to the service centre and representative of Panasonic company the engineer who visited our house for demonstration told that it is a semi smart TV and not fully smart one like our purchased model. Now we feel deceived.
    A complaint for the same was mailed to the helpline id of Panasonic requesting to re-replace the replaced model of LED TH43CS400DX with our purchased model no 42AS630D or with an upgraded version of the same which was rejected on the ground that company representative has told them that our consent has been taken. It is very illogical to believe that anyone who pays for a fully smart LED will accept in exchange a semi smart LED tv of lower value and that too in the midst of the warranty period.
    So it is requested that kindly re- replace the TV by our purchased Model or with its upgraded model . We again confirm u that we have not given our consent to replace with an inferior model either to service centre or any of your company representatives.

The documents were forwarded by First Flight Couriers Ltd., on the 14th December 2015. He has not received the payment for the same till yesterday, when I checked his Bank Account.

    I had purchased 47″ 3D LED TV after 1.5 year it had some problem and its mother board had been changed, again after 5 months same problem occurred and Panasonic customer care is saying its mother board has problem and needs to be changed, please look in to the matter that every 4 to 5 months I have to invest Rs 8000 + Rs 12oo for mother board, problem may be some where else in some other components, please ask some R&D persona or some senior person to check this matter, the technician is saying this is moisture issue that’s why this is happening. my contact no is 9811845502 Delhi, Rohini.     I request to all of u that please don’t buy Panasonic led as there services is not good.And they does not have the guts to face their customers. My complaint number is R021215006641 its a bout led tv which i have brought on Feb 2015, few days back it stopped working i have registered the complaint but no work is done till date. So guys be careful for Panasonic products I will suggest u to go for indian home made product

    I purchased Eluga in Indore M.P. A few months ago and from the very day of purchase The phone had sound problem which was taken to deaf ears by the scoundrels sitting here in Panasonic. I had given this phone in Service station on 14.11.2015 vide Job order No.KJASPNT0941115T18288 of the date.Since than I am harassed by asking to come tomorrow or come and collect but when you reach there to collect are infoemed that phoine is not ready.
    1 Refund my money.andtake back phone
    2 Is it japanese Culture to harasss a lady?
    3 Is it Panasonic Culture?
    4 If you can not serve your customers get away from this business.

    pandey bhai, i too facing the same issue. i purchased panasonic eluga i in dec 2014 it also worked for 5 months only. my job.I.D.No.KJASPAP156615PI1174. till now they have done nothing but wasting my time. I never experienced this type of WORST customer care by any company in my life.
    they simply waste your time by giving false assurances. finally you will remember one line from them–“all our executives are currently busy while attending other calls, please hold the line, your call will be answered shortly, thank you for your patience”

    Panasonic dealer cheated me by sticking a sticker on my bill showing 2 years additional warranty but this company denied to accept this warranty and charged money for repair of my LED tv under warranty period.
    Don’t waste your money to buy this company products.

      don’t repair my LED which is under Warranty they ask to detect the half rate my product do not give me money only product
