    Please help to escalate issue to higher level

    Day before ie 28th Dec I had booked OYO 62100 Hotel Hill Top booking No.EVKF1293 for a night and was charged 3690.00 with complimentary BF whereas when I had called the hotel directly I was asked 3000.00 for a night only room in which means 690/- was the additional cost for breakfast and in this amount only two slice of plain bread with scanty butter and coffee/tea is there other option is Poha. This is total cheating and tea was served in small paper cup as if we were having tea in roadside dhaba.
    The condition of linen and pillow cover was bad, cabinet under TV was broken toilet bathroom was not maintained, interior of room was bad. DJ Music was unbearable and went on till 11.35 pm for which I could not sleep the night. On asking the bellboy I was told it will go on till 11pm. At one point I had thought of calling the Police.
    Overall at such a remote place such kind of property should not be worth 1000/- I suggest to save the brand name of OYO it is prime important that a representative should do surprise checking so as to know in the name of OYO what the customers are getting.
    I have tried sending my feedback complaint and also called the customer care and tried lodging the complaint but twice I was put on hold for 20 mins and helplessly had to disconnect, second time after lot of verbal discussion some senior Vivek Sharma from Customer Complaint heard me and again asked to hold on for which I asked to call me as I have already wasted 40 mins of my STD call, after which there had been no call and just now I receive a mail saying that “We hope Vivek_453457_TM was helpful in resolving the issue” what kind of farce is this. I will be forced to upload the photos of the property if the issue is not taken seriously.
    Is this how Ritesh Agarwal’s company managed in typical Indian style.

    Your company representatives like Deeksha Rana total holiday packages operation sitting at Gurgaon just believes selling packages is the sole motive of the company and has nothing to do with the services. So many emails and calls to her but all in vain. We have to travel with an infant and the package which was assured is totally different which i have got after the payment confirmation.     I have booked the luxury hotel from oyo app and now company has shifted my booking to 2 star hotel without my knowledge and consent. They are mentally harassing me through non cooperative behaviour. Had done many calls to customer care and got response technical issue. Actually they don’t have tied with luxury hotel only doing fraud with the customer. U people are pathetic.

          My experience is that this Oyo is to cheat innocent people one side to customer and on other side hotel owner
          My visit to kurukshetra through this Oyo where I realized that I have done a mistake to book room through this Oyo as the hotel owner charged much extra than booking amount .
          I made number of complaints and even customer care executive accepted that hotel owner is cheating with you, I said I am customer of Oyo and not of hotel.
          From that day 7/12/2019 to today I made number of complaints but no response. so I am sure it’s totally a fraudulent game to cheat a common man.

    Day before yesterday i booked one room in Hotel Supremo in Sector 45 Chandugarh with mobile no 08017720547. Booking was for Amrit Pal Singh. But i am sorry to say that i did not get proper services as you mention in your online portal about the same hotel. Theie geizer was not working, food was very cheap but prices of food items was very high. Your company name Oyo is best in the market. Earlier i was using Goibibo. But my friend suggest me to use Oyo. And i booked one hotel with you. But i am sorry to say that as per pictures and amenities mention with your portal are different. So i felt that you also not bother about the name of Oyo. You just enrolled every hotel without checking their quality

    I will travel to Nainital on 27th December 2017 (Reach date) & will be back on 31st December 2017 (board train from Kathgodam) with my family. During thse 4 nights / 5 days period, I want 1 cheap and best double bed room, within as minimum and lowest rates as possible. For this, even I had tried to search and find some suitable Oyo hotels / rooms under the Oyo aps. But, unfortunately I have failed. Because, in that certain time & dates, almost all the hotels rates (per day 1 double bed rooms rates) are very high, almost starting from Rs.1200-1500/- for per day, which is quite high as per my per day room rates budget. Thus, I request you to please send me the details of any such hotels available in Nainital for 4 nights / 5 days, from 27th December to 31st December. My per day average aprox rate is within Rs.900-1000/- only (900 x 4 = Rs.3600/- for 4 nights, or 1000 x 4 = Rs.4000/- for 4 nights). Thus, my total average aprox budget is within Rs.3500-4000/- only.

    We have registered our Property Hotel Varuna Inn, Mahaballipuram with Oyo MBP004 .
    We are much disappointed with your service . 

    We have been calling our Business Manager OYO but he is not answering calls 

    We have our rooms opened in tab but on your site it shows that rooms not available and “Request for Call Back “.

    We are facing this problem for the last 10 days, kindly let us know why have you blocked our room in your website .

    We have sent mail on 9th Oct to properties@oyorooms.com but there is no response from your end. we have sent a reminder on 10th Oct , there was no response . Also we have given a tariff but your team has reduced our cost.

    We also made a request for registering two of our new properties for which there is no response .

    If this is going to be the case kindly let us know , we will stop wasting our time in making followups.

    i had requested booking for 2 days at mandarmani hotel Bombay Beach Resort for 2 adult 2 child & infant, but by mistake your executive had booked for one day only for 2 adult 1 child .
    i requested him to extend the booking for one more day and rectify number of persons , he had confirmed after 2 days that extension & rectification is approved but he is not giving me voucher for the same till now my booking is for 27th sep’17
    very poor service and irresponsible person your company had recruited.

    Its an official call and they are harassing us.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had with the OYO, have booked three rooms and the charges shown were raised. 3522/- , now today hotel management is asking to pay rs. 8200/-….
    On further investigation for the higher charges came to know that have done early check-in hence need to pay additional charges…. After booking yesterday I called customer care and asked for the early check in and they give the number of the hotel reception And as per them they have no issue in early check in…..

    Today when I called CC, simply said its our guest policy please check your android app for the same.. .

    Is this the way you all want to eat now the money?? ???

    This is in reference to the hotel booking we did last week and were staying at the OYO flagship 794 property from Friday 26th May to 28th May 2017. We were 4 couples and had booked 4 rooms from 205 to 209

    The experience was pathetic and OYO rooms left no stone unturned to make our stay miserable. Please see the below issues kindly provide justification as to why your service was so subpar in all the below areas:

    1) FOOD: We arrived on Friday at around 3 pm and went to the cafe on top floor and the kitchen had nothing to offer. Not even colddrinks in such hot weather. This is completely unacceptable as we expect basic snacks at any given point of time. This was just the beginning of the horror which was suppose to be unleashed

    2) Room service: On Saturday when we came back from our tour around 8PM IS we found that one of the rooms was unclean inspite of we asking the reception team to clean the room while we were out. When we pointed this issue they said that this will be done in couple of hours, however that really happened and we had to clean the room on our own. Is this how you treat your guests? The reason given to us by reception was that there is only one person who is catering to 30+ guests with respect to cleaning. is this really even an explanation?

    3) Power Supply issue: There was no power supply on saturday ( 8 pm) till 5 PM ist on Sunday. Why was there no generator back up provided if you know that the area has electricity issues? If there is no provision of generator facility why was this not mentioned at the time of check in?

    Also as we highlighted this issues so many times Reception had informed that they will refunding the entire money as you guys could not live up to expectations and were solely responsible for ruining or holidays.

    4) Water Issue – On Sunday morning as usual their was no water we went to near by beach for enjoying and when we came back we had to take bath so the problem is their was no cold water only hot water was coming in Shower and Tap that couldn’t be even touched when we had complained this in reception they said what can we do sir unexpected answer.

    Kindly help with refund of the 25% payment we did on first day as promised by Mr Mark and Ashish who were managing the hotel while we were staying in your godforsaken property

    Really Unhappy with OYO

    I would suggest not to go with OYO rooms or with OYO Packages, I am the biggest victim of that oyo packages. Once they get money they do not provide any service what they mention and we have to pay everything extra, even they mention in iternary that all included.. So they charge Double Side.. No one cheater company what i saw in my entire life.. Hotel rooms are shit… you have check in at 12pm , But the hot water is not available and its only available from morning 6.30 to 8.30 am, So we have to wait for next day morning to take bath… No Intercom. The reception will give his mobile number as intercom and we have to contact his mobile and order the food or water.. Even we are in roaming at that time.. Already gave complaint to your office people.. There is a constant reply,, We are looking into it and all shit things.. The driver and the OYO company Stolen 4000 Rupees for addition site seeing cost, Which they charged 2 times. If you have dare to talk to me.. Ask UMESH and SANDEEP of YOUR OYO ROOMS PERSONS to lift my call… you cheaters.. Send my your official number i will start legal action on you.. I have all the bills what i paid extra and iternary saying its all included and you already charged for it..

    The car was really shit, It broke down and we have to stand for 3 hours on main road on hot sun.. Driver talks on phone while driving on hill stations.. This is really a unprofessional company and cheap ones..

    I suggest every one.. not to take this oyo rooms packages.. They do not even contact you after you pay the money. They do not provide any phone numbers.. They only contact with sms and say about hotel details and hotel reception number..

    I dont need your shit response, We are looking into it . i am hearing this from many people from your side.. Do you have dare to solve this issue.. Speak to me directly on my phone..

    I was stay in OYO rooms 189 sec 110 :-

    services- worst service in all cases there was no staff from oyo some childe to serve lunch or other things

    Food :- I was ordered kadaai paneeer (Rs.200) with some breads but kadai panner is colorless ,testless and there in some kaachi shimla mirch and the serve is badly like jail .

    Note :- Especially i suggest please don’t go with your partner because it is situated in bad locality.

    Such a horrifying experience I had with OYO Rooms booking !!! I had a confirmed booking for stay from 27th night to 28th morning Jan’17 in Ramee Resorts , Hosur, Tamilnadu- Booking LXTE3628 . When I reached at 2200 hrs in Hotel, I was bluntly told by reception that they have already informed OYO that all rooms are sold out !! Can you imagine the plight of a 50 year old man with his wife and 18 year daughter and 15 year old son , in streets at midnight .. That happened to me…. Great experience … Will never forget .. 10 point to OYO ..

    Dear Mr. Agarwal,
    I want to bring to your notice my concern over your functionary –

    (1) In July 2016 I booked 8 rooms in New Town Kolkata for the period 17.02.2017 to 22.02.2017,(Booking ID No. TBCR1986). Payment of advance (25%) was maid through online payment. (Name of your local Marketing Executive is Ms. Renetta Saldhana). The booking was confirmed by your confirmation mail.

    (2) Immediately after this booking, I again booked two more rooms for the same period (Name of your local Marketing Executive is Ms. Ankika Bhattacharjee).
    (Booking ID is GWNX 6513). I wanted to deposit the advance but your marketing personnel Ms. Bhattacharjee have told me that since I have already booked 8 rooms, at the moment I need not pay the advance booking amount for this booking.
    I got the confirmation mail indicating the date from 22.02.2017 to 27.02.2017. While I immediately raised the objection about the period of booking, Your marketing personnel (Ms. Bhattacharjee ) send me a mail stating that the period (22.02.2017 to 27.02.2017) was mentioned wrongly, but the actual booking is for the period 17.02.2017 and I should not be worried for this.

    (3) Surprisingly, after almost six months,on 07.01.2017, I got a mail from your marketing executive (Mr. Anirban Bose) stating that my bookings have been transferred to another hotel.

    (4) I immediately raised the objection about the location as the proposed hotel is far away from my desired location.

    (5) Subsequently, Mr. Bose has given me another two options on 08.01.2017 with the request to choose one so that booking can be made on that very date.

    (6) I immediately chosen one out of two which Mr. Bose proposed.

    (7) On 09.01.2017 I have got confirmation mail indicating therein that the accommodation have been made in the same hotel which I have opted.

    (8) As per confirmation mail it was indicated as below :
    (i) Booking ID – TBCR 1986 – Period 17.02.2017 to 22.02.2017
    (ii) Booking ID – GWNX 6513 – Period 22.02.2017 to 27.02.2017

    (9) I immediately contacted with Mr. Anirban Bose (who was coordinating the issue) and requested him to correct the booking period of Booking ID – GWNX 6513. (instead of 22.02.2017 to 27.02.2017, the period should be 17.02.2017 to 22.02.2017).

    (10) Mr. Bose advised me to contact with the Customer Care.

    (11) Not less than 5 to 6 times I have talked to your Customer Care on 09.01.2017 and every time I have been assured that the matter will be sorted out and I should not be worried for this.

    (12) On10.01.2017 I received another mail from Mr. Anirban Bose that your booking at (Blue Orchid, Technolopolish, New Town Kolkata) is not confirmed due to some complication (regarding tariff).

    (13) I immediately raised objection on the whole issue and requested Mr. Bose to assure me about booking at the place I opted for which option was sought from me.

    (14) One Mr. Vivek (SIG) contacted me on 11.01.2017 and assured me that the the issue will be settled by next friday (13.01.2017) and I will get a confirmation.

    Till today I have not received any communication from your side.

    and also another case ID No. 981546 dated 17.02.2017

    You, you will appreciate that the booking was in connection with my daughter’s marriage and to accommodate some reputable dignatories coming from outside to attend the function.

    Therefore, I would request you to kindly look into the matter to avoid any embarrassment at this point of juncture. In this connection I would also like to point out that I am in receipt of your every mail/confirmation of booking/re-booking/transfer of booking as an evidence.

    As advised by your local Executive, I am also sending my concern to your E-Mail- booking@oyo.com / noreply@oyo.com time to time, but it is noticed that my each and every mails are redirected to me stating technical fault.

    Hello Mr. Sinha,

    Sorry to inform you but I am feeling very ashamed that I cheated by you. I booked a room today I.e., 09/01/2017 in Ajmer at 9.41 am by using your app. I selected a room that was in hotel Prince Ajmer. The time of check-in was 12-3 pm. When I went to the hotel, the hotel staff showed me 7 rooms. I checked the rooms and found that the rooms are not same as mentioned frivously at your site. The linen was so bad, rooms were smelled very badly and even dusting was not done properly in the hotel. I reposed my trust upon your false and fictious promise and lost my hard earned money. Immediately I cancelled my booking with you but I was very shocked when your executive informed me that you people had grab my hard earned money by showing your bogus terms and conditions. Your executive are saying that booking should be cancelled prior 24 hours of check-in but your terms and conditions are not clear about the instant booking. In my case, I booked the room 3 hours before check-in. Sorry to say but you guys are very cleverly cheated innocent persons/customers who relied upon you. I used number of online sites but I got very bitter experience from your site. You guys are forcing me to take the legal action against your illegal and unjustified act.

    Are unable to adjust my dates so my hotel money waste and I request them to refund my amount but there is no refund so I request to all indians pls do not use this application this is totally fraud group

    Oyo provide the rooms in higher price campare to other other hotel booking site ,the room service is very poor and provide the third Quality food ,they dont provide the Invoice for staying at hotel also the invoice that is provided not mentioned with taxes .And oyo service is very poor and ,I have complaint regarding this matter to comsumer forum for not giving proper invoice for staying in puri from 30 dec 2016 to 2 jan 2017.

    I would like to request all the viewers not to book any oyo room.I am a resident of Siliguri and had to come to saltlake for treatment. My booking was confirmed at a Sreemaa lodge near tank no 9.From b oarding on the train I kept contact with the guest house.I reached the guest house on 27th December 2016 at about 4 pm at ck block near tank no 9.But after reaching there I was told that my room has been booked in anoyher Sreema lodge in fd block near tank no 11.As my wife was ill I had to go there to stay.On 27th December at 8 am while leaving hotel I handed over the room key to the manager to clean the room and I along with my family left for hospital. But at about 1 pm I received a call from hotel that I have to vacate the room immediately. We had to rush back to hotel at tank no 11.There I came to know that our booking has been shifted to tank no 9 once again.Being humiliated we decided to leave the room immediately. But while clearing my dues I was first asked for 5 day’s room rent then 2 day’s.I tried to argue that we are not leaving hotel rather they were forcing us to vacate .We tried to argue that we stayed for one night and handed over they key in the morning. So they could easily vacate the room.But they did not pay any heed and forced us to give two day’s room rent.I could call the police for that misbehaving but could not as I had to go to hospital.But if my grievance is not redressed the matter will be brought to consumers redressal forum.I assure.

    Oyo robbed me of 60,000/-
    I had made a marriage booking for 45 rooms in Jaipur ,red fox for 24to26nov16.
    At the time of booking ,I wasnt given any document or any receipt
    But I recieved multiple booking IDs for the same , each booing ID for 3 rooms. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the marriage date for shifted a few days ahead ,which I conveyed to my Oyo sales person and emailed to him and hotel.
    Now as per the cancellation policy , a booking of 3 rooms can be canceled with no extra cost, but they said my 60,000/- advance which was with them can’t be refunded. When I said, I don want a refund, adjust it with my new booking, they simply refused .
    I have all the booking IDs with me.
    Kindly explain why is my advanced not being refunded or adjusted.
    Highly dissatisfied with the customer services.
    Pls resolve the matter. 60,000 is not a small amount

    What a lousy dealing, never again with OYO, my first and last time.
    OYO has no co-ordination at all with their so called rented properties.
    The OYO team has no idea what they are saying and what is actually the situation in the hotel . The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
    Booking Confirmed – OYO Rooms Bannerghatta Road, Booking No. EOMX0219 (arrival 27Nov morning 6AM).Remember this was sunrise check-in.
    But it’s hog wash I was turned down from Eco Haya in Bangalore. No rooms available. What a disastarous situation.OYO kept me wating a life time on the line till they called back and said – Our senior executives are going to call you. The call came after an hour -already when I checked into some other hotel. Paying unnecessary money to cabs in these days of demonitization is pretty hard and OYO made me do that. Totally disgraceful and unsympathetic towards their customers. A sms had come asking me to go to some other hotel.Will any sane guy listen to that? Once smitten twice shy. What a harrasment at day break.

    I booked a room in Chennai at a property by name pritam nivas. This property is a service apartment with no facilities. I was given a room in second floor, there was no lift, they do not accept credit cards, dirty bedsheets, broken crockery, in house kitchen is not there, more than half a kilometre walk to get an auto rickshaw, highly priced, misleading info and pics on Oyo website. No body would go to such an interior place and stay by paying exorbitant price for meagre or nil facilities. I wonder how OYO took this property onboard without doing a basic verification. Utterly dissatisfied with the stay.

    I stayed in Oyo rooms in 2 hotels at Paharganj on 17-18 Sep & 28-29 Sep 16 night while transiting through Delhi. Hotels took full payment but did not have bills. Bills were provided to me online by Oyo but had no hotel registration no./licence no./luxury tax no. which is a mandatory requirement for central govt employees to have their claims reimbursed if such expenses done while on official duty. I am a defence personnel & presently posted at Allahabad. My claims in my accounts dept are struck. On contacting customer care of Oyo, I was told to go to Delhi & collect bills from hotel by paying service tax extra to hotel. I request Oyo to provide bills online with necessary mandatory nos. on it else no defence personnel will ever stay in Oyo rooms while on official tour.

    hospitality / services at property – OYO Homes Indiranagar Manipal Hospital is very good. But, the Oyo call center / customer care is pathetic.

    1) Even after making payment, they do not update their system
    2) they make customer hold the line for more than 45 min to resolve one small issue and disconnect the line without any message.
    3) email not sent regarding booking
    4) misguided to pay more and not delaying to check out – (and asking to pay more)

    My name is Rishi Vijan. I very often select Oyo rooms now a days as I travel a lot for work.
    I had the worse experience with Oyo rooms customer care. One person by the name of Fazz was extremely rude when I asked him the distance between one property to another in Raipur. He told me to check out by my own self. I told him my wifi is down so the answer what I got was that even his wifi is down.. I asked him why is he so rude, he just hung up the phone.. I wanted to complain against him so I called up again and was transferred to the supervisor name Ajit.. He was also no less. He was just trying to be good.. When I asked him about one of the property, I only asked him the tariff.. He straight away cancelled my bookings of the original property and he made the fresh booking without informing me.. He was yawning more and talking less..
    This is the worst customer service I ve faced and mind you.. You come from hospitality industry.. Even telecoms company give better service

    My self Ajeet Kumar I have checked in to OYO Room hotel called Hotel Guest Inn Residency…with lots of expectation but failed….it’s was worst rooms are drinking baddly, lots of cockroses where found on the bed and I am not able to sleep as well.
    Atleast after travelling from long distance into a mid night if you don’t get sleep after paying good amount of money to hotel then it’s no Use.
    I would have need state away vacated this total of I would have been not paid money in advance.
    Very very very pooooooor standard of hotel…..Rediculas.

    oyo is tieing up with end number of hotels in raipur city due to which the chart of business provided is going below day by day. your company has started with 10 hotels in the city which has raised to 22 hotels in the city. the graph has gone down to 1 room per day as per 4 to 5 rooms per day before a month.     I am Asit Mehta. I had booked a room in Thane (West) with the help of OYO Rooms for date 16-Jan-2016 till 18-Jan-2016.

    As I was going to commute with my personal vehicle I preferred the room with a parking facility as was mentioned on the site and confirmed the same with hotel booking in charge of ‘Hotel Railway Inn’ by call. And the person of the Hotel also confronted us by saying that they will provide us parking. But when I reached there, their was no parking availability and on asking their was no cooperation from the hotel staff. On calling at OYO service they confronted the allocation but the complain was not considered seriously and I had to search around for the new hotel all around in the peak hour in Mumbai.

    Now this is the OYO facility for the customer where their is no response no courtesy to arrange another accommodation. The hotels you have tied up with are having such an untrained staff. The OYO customer care executive is least concerned.

    If so then as a customer we would never try to use it again nor would recommend anyone for OYO Rooms.. Hope the feedback is set enough to take the action if you really want the service to work..

    All bakwas……… Oye rooms are biggest fraud and chor company …they never fulfill what they commits. They just take the bookings without confirming from hotels whether rooms are available or not if by luck customers got the rooms then they will get their percentage if customers don’t get then they do not have even curtsey to assist the customers in spite of n numbers of customers call. I did my booking on 27th January 2015… I was coming from Goa to mumbai late night with my wife. They took my booking and assured me that rooms are available. In spite of that I personally call the oye customer care number and confirm my booking. I specifically told them that I am coming too late in the night and I do not wanted any kind of trouble because I was coming with my wife. I asked them to provide me hotel number so that I will personally confirm the availability. But they assured me that not worry they have already talk to the hotel. I reached in the hotel on or around 11:00 pm , I showed them my booking reference number .. to be surprised the manager of the hotel told me that they do not avilable the room’s. I was shocked I immediately call customer care and told the entire story and request him that it’s too late and my wife is with me I can not go anywhere untile you provide me hotel. The oye customer care kept me on hold for 10 mints, I disconnect my call and again c all them……. now this time they do picking my call. I was almost 1 hour standing out side the hotel and counting calling to oye customer care but they do not respond my call. I was totally blank it was around 12:15 in the mid night. Then I took taxi and went to dadar station. I was standing entire night nearby the station. Such a horrible night my wife literally cried. Friends if you really trust me please please never ever trust oye buggers and if you are with some of your family then not even imagine about it.

    poor management by your firm… i had booked an oyo room well in advance in gurgaon for 17th dec,and on enquiring the previous day your franchise in gurgaon bluntly refused to provide the room which had caused severe incnvenience to me.kindly follow up this issue at the earliest .iam afraid this issue will seriously tarnish your image in the industry, if such instances keep repeating. ihave reported this to you several times but there is no feedback from your end.

    Hi Team,

    It is quite unfortunate that the 30%+45% offer with code – ‘OYOPAYTM’ is not valid.

    I tried putting the code but it wasn’t accepted during booking and I didn’t get any offers for oyo room bookings done on 12th Dec 2015.

    Two bookings:
    1.Booking id : XCDV8746
    2.Booking id : NVSP5906
    Hotel name: Assagoa royal

    I’m honestly now very surprised on this mis-management.

    Im not sure if this is error at oyo or paytm end. But you’re fooling your customers very frankly and disappointing them.

    Kindly let me know as to what corrective actions are going to be implemented to get such false offers corrected.

    I booked a room with oyo rooms in jullender hotel in chandigarh…paid 1600 bucks only to find that they don’t allow any visitor in the room..wat kind of hotel was that. ..first of its kind and probably o
    The only one in d world…especially if d visitor is a girl..common dear mr.moron (the proud and rude owner) its India and not a taliban. .come out of this crab mentality that rooms are booked only for one thing..after such a poor experience I m not gonna recommend both oyo rooms n jullender hotel in chandigarh to ny of my friends or colleague

    This is a fraud company. Out to harass people and then leave you high and dry. After confirming hotel booking, i find the hotel says there is no booking. Tried reaching customer support for 1 hour, they either say they will call back in 2 minutes and keep silent or just kick you around like a football from one person to another each of who claims they are not the right person.

    Finally I had to go looking for a hotel carrying my luggage. Emails to customer support have resulted in ZERO response for 1 week now and they refuse to give office phone number to talk to senior management.

    For middle class people like us 75k is a lot of money. Its more frustrating when we call your chargeable customer care number atleast 100 times and still don’t get any solution. Its just a waste of money,time and energy.
    I wish to bring to your notice that I have all the proofs of my conversation with your customer care, mails sent to you and threats received from people at khandeshwar residency.
    I have also given the imei number of my phone to the police for tracking.
    I am also going to the print and social media against Oyo rooms, so that people can be aware and keep themselves safe from you people. Its high time you people understand that a normal man shouldn’t be taken for granted.
    I’ll see to it that Oyo rooms and hotel khandeshwar residency get a good lesson out of this and don’t repeat this again.
    You people need a good lesson so that when you partner any hotel you’ll be very careful. Be ready to face the law and media now as I haven’t received any solution till date.
    I have called 100s of times on your customer care number now I won’t call and I won’t entertain your pre drafted mails of appologys. So please give me an immediate solution.

    Pathetic. We stayed in Oyo rooms (Oyo Rooms MG road Bangalore 26 ) for 2 days and our experience is really bad. It was hell, especially the service and the staff. The worst part was the staff entered in our room when we didn’t even requested for a room clean and 10000 rs was stolen from our bag. When we reported, it was specified that we should have kept “do not sign board” for not cleaning the room. Upon asking then what “please clean my room ” sign would suggest , they gave a blatant smile… It was mentioned that only two staff entered the room for cleaning and when we requested to show the CCtv footage , they specified that it was not possible.. smth blah blah blah reasons and there would be nothing on it… If it is not kept for security reasons, I would have suggested them not to have spend money on them ; they could have saved at least that much instead of stealing from others.

    Hi Oyo rooms!

    It is learnt that, i should not question or ask for the amenities that you are not providing at oyo rooms which are being promised on the websites and application of oyo on mobiles.

    Because, I had questioned and asked that amenities are not being provided at chetan international oyo rooms at bangalore for my two days booking, my registered mobile number 9492235673 has been blocked my oyo rooms management.

    Moreover, when i tried to contact the oyo room through MESSAGES option in my face book with id prrao5673@gmail.com that facility has been blocked by oyo rooms management.Even the LIKE and COMMENT options are blocked by the oyorooms management.

    I finally noticed is that you people are purposefully cancelling all my bookings done through my mobile oyorooms applications.

    I felt it is being personally done to take grudge on me.

    Kindly notice that i am booking the rooms by seeing the my favorite brand name OYOROOMS and no by any other person who is working there. I am contacting the OYO ROOMS which has given me option to book rooms and not by seeing any person by name or any persons in a group who are working for OYO ROOMS.

    You staff are behaving as though you people are only owners of that OYOROOMS and blocking customers like this? I really don’t digest the thing why you people are behaving so rude?

    JUST I WANT TO KNOW THE REaSONS FOR BLOCKING MY NUMBER 9492355673 TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER? AND ALSO THE REASON WHY MESSAGES, LIKE AND COMMENT OPTIONS ARE REMOVED BY YOUR STAFF? AND ALSO TO KNOW WHY MY BOOKINGS ARE BEING CANCELLING WITH OUT MY CONSENT?

If not interested customers like us please tell us… we will stop booking your rooms in future… we have plenty of options to book better rooms than your OYOROOMS… and still more corporate chain of hotels are offering rooms at good prices with 24hours check out facility.

    Its really very worst behaviour by you people……I must have shame to correspond with you people and want to correspond with you people still?

    Just i want to know the reasons for blocking me… that it… so i am writing this mail..

    whether you take action or not on the concerned is least least least bothered for me and waste of my valuable time and energy…. In fact any organizations invite complaints or feed back for better improvement and quality of their working style of organisations…… but you coward run away and hide with out listening customer complaints or feed back and block customers…. I think your organisation will not retain for more time if you treat customers so cheap and neglect them…..

    Just give me the reason for what, you people have blocked me as above said?

    The property owner in Malviya nagar New Delhi is not a OYO Frenchisee deserving person . l don’t recommend it all . He is a cheat . Even Oyo people don’t revert to the complaints of their clients nor rectify them. They are happy that they have recieved their payments

    I am booked a room through booking no: IJQO9715 @ Rs.799 for 5 days. But at the time of checkout Hotal was charged Rs 5495 @ Rs.1099 per day.
