    Ola being a reputed cab company in our country has a lot of unprofessional and unruly drivers.today I booked an ola at Chennai from porur to Avadi but none showed up all cancelled it and another driver came and told I can’t come to streets,so I went to the street and showed him the way as my grandmother couldn’t walk but he cancelled it right infront of me and went away.i have never seen such an unruly driver

    Are u guys for serious. Person book the cab for support and help and not for hinderances. I book ola on 13/12/19 as had emergency to visit the hospital, after booking and everything driver suddenly cancels the ride for the reason best known to him. I missed my doctor appointment due to that. Take a serious action against the driver or I will approach the court for this. The confirmation I’d of my booking- crn 4509186879.

      I have been booket the ola cab..and the driver was bharat chavan..he has a very rude attitude and was using the abusing language he has been also misbehave with ladies..and he has been charged 5000/- for the 3 km..
      Right now there are many question arries against ola company
      1) Are ola cab safe to customer.
      2) do the ola cab driver are well trained to talk with customer.
      3) thus ola company check whether they have carrying a valid document.

    It was a pleasant journey on 27th morning by Ola. But to my uttermost surprise, while coming back to home from the same destination I had to cancel my Ola confirm booking. Confirm booking was showing 11 min. arrival of the car at Ramakrishna Apartment, I.P. Extension, Patparganj location but the Driver said that it will take more that half hour to arrive at my location. I have the recorded conversation of the Driver & myself. Ultimately forced me to cancel Ola booking due his reluctant & irritating behaviour. Helplessly, I booked Uber to return at C.R.Park.

    While cancelling, it was shown that Rs. 50/- will be added in my next ride as previous cancellation charges. It was not my fault. If Ola driver can not arrive at location on time being shown (11 min.) while confirmation, addition of Rs.50/- in my next ride is unjustified.

    Hence therefore, kindly inform whether Rs.50/- will be deducted from my next ride or not. It depends whether I will avail Ola in future or not.

    Note :- The conversation with Ola driver, booking and cancellation and reason thereof are perhaps recorded by Ola concern also.

    Cheating and misbehave of ola driver on15/12/2017 ride from chennai to tirumala by suv driver Venkatesan B, crn no. 1329773268, TN 06 T 3994 is the cab no. Your cab driver claim rs.6058 against your bill rs. 3058.I had contacted to ola suport by a call and complaint the matter for higher demand but he did not agree to take rs 3058/ as per ola bill.He snatched my mobile and taken rs 6060.Such type of naughtorous cheater will defame the ola .pl recover my amount rs 3000/ get out such type of naughtorus driver from ola cab.

    Misbehavior of Driver of Ola Taxi, Madurai. I traveled in the taxi 59BF1698BF owned by Mr Ramachandran, Driver, (8489047192). The Airconditioner of the car was not working. The fare was Rs.154/- from EPF Office, Maduri to New College House, Maduri. I paid him Rs.200/-. But did not give the balance amount. He threatened that he will not give the balance and challenged me to collect it from Ola. Please do the needful

    Iam regular customer of ola from Pune i have very bad
    experience on 14th December 2017 i was booking sharing cab from Bramha Sun
    city Wadgaoshrei to Keshavnagar in evening but after booking cab when i
    callend cab driver they refused to go

    keshavnagar and tell me to cancel the cab this happend three times and iam
    in hurry this is very bad atlast i book ola auto the person was very good
    this charge me 64/- when i reach keshavnagar he charge me 124/- Rs he show
    me on his mobile its very bad i will

    never travel with ola and suggest my friends not to travel sorry for
    writing this words.

    I booked ola cab for round trip from Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad to Shivam Resorts NH-8. It is about 250 Km from one side. Journey started at 4.30am on 09.12.17 & ended on 09.12.17 at 10.20 pm. Starting reading was 109993, reading at reaching destination was 110248. I stayed there from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm & then started return journey when reading was 110248. At final reaching to my starting point reading was 110506. Thus I travelled 513 km but ola charged me for 613 km because at their end starting reading was 109893. I am continuously chasing OLA for refund me excess fare charged from me but no success. My CRN is 1310544789 & initial Ticket Id for complaint is 76802782

    An ola rental driver booked from my wife Mrs Pramod Agarwal phone no 9871114564 for 4 hours and 40km from 1PM onwards insisted on terminating the ride and charging full amount of about Rs800/ although KM covered was 22,5 as per bill and making a drop booking on the same car by taking my wife’s phone from her as she was not familiar with ola booking system for which we had to pay another about Rs 420/ total Rs 820/ against about Rs 600/if the rental ride  was continued .all this was indicated in the comments sent on our rating of ride and also to the support staff on phone as well as to another official perhaps Mr. Vikram when he called me from 22-33553355 at 10.06 AM today .In-spite of their prolonged excuses on phone ,it is clear that they can’t refund the extra cheated charge as the driver is not your employee and is what the called a “contract driver” on which they have no control to recover such cheated charge although I have recd refunds very promptly in the past for cheating and overcharging by driver as I have been using this service for about an year.These people refused to answer my question whether you are allowed to engage such contract drivers as per license given to you by the govt.
           I do intend to take up this matter with Transport Minister etc . but I thought it advisable to bring this matter to your personal notice before escalating it on media /govt and take remedial steps as otherwise I have found your sevice excellent in general.

    Shame on you people. You advertise so much for cab services. After booking scheduled on Sunday 29th November at 2.30 pm ,just gave SMS confirmation. Not a call nothing. And at the time of departure gave message that cab not available . What to do for immediate appointments? If can’t keep appointment or schedules shut the business. Not even have courtesy to say sorry for inconvenience. Damn you people

At booking time payment show rupee 77/- after that we reached at Koneshwar (Chowk),Lucknow then meter show rupees 127/- customer pay to rupees 127/- to ola cab driver.

    i booked ola auto from villivakkam jaganathan nagar to kolathur bhavani nagar total fare is 29 only but he collected cash amount of rs.30 and also my ola money of rs.29 is deducted from my wallet he cheated me and shouted me to give so i gave cash to that driver i need my amount refund my amount of rs.29 to my wallet

    Ola is generally good. But due to the traffic or other self reasaon if the driver cancels the booking the customer is punished to pay the amount. It is not good. When I traveled in Ahmedabad ,chennai in Ola I paid normal amount during the peak hours. (30th Sep, 1st Oct and 2nd Oct). On 2nd Oct when I got down at Trichy Junction after travelling by Vaigai I asked to pay Rs 235 for Rs 126 to 6 Km and told the reason it is peak hours. Why this ??. Then I went by Best track and paid Rs 126 only. Verify the counter- Trichy Junction.

    For your information, I will call your driver after the booking but your system is showing the 10min time but your driver is saying he will come to the pickup location after 30 min. so due to this will cancel the ride but you are charge me Rs.75/ its not a small amounts. Have used your Ola last more than two year but now I will feel

    your system is not convenient for the customer, I am very disappointed for this incident have never use your services and also mark this mail my all the office colleague and friends. Don’t use the Ola Cabs allays use the Uber, Uber taxi service is more better than Ola.

    Bookings are generated without fare approval and without destination. Consequently cancellation charges are collected.The address shown is wrong .I was penalised for cancelling. The driver might have waited 2/3 streets away.
    If i do not book, i donot respnd to calls. It is ploy to force you to pay cancellation charges. Be careful while opening ola app. It is pit fall

    Today I booked ola cab for domestic airport terminal 1A around 12.20 p.m. every time she is that cab will reach within 4/5 minutes with remarks that driver is taking another ride and he will come after leaving first customer and it will take time.If driver is busy with customers then how they accept our ride.The I cancelled the ride and another cab .Same experience for seconds day third cab also.     On 23 jun had a ride on SUV booking through SMS as net connection. The journey was from Shantinagar Bus depot to Sobha Garisson, Nagasandra. On reaching the destination drive took the amount of Rs500.00(Bill 472) the balance paid him voluntarily. To my surprise this amount got deduted from Ola Money of my Account. I informed this the driver. Since no phone number of Ola with me could not inform them. Pl credit Rs.472 to my account and close the issue immediately.

    On returning back to delhi we cane across a cab driver of uber who stopped in between all of a sudden and came fighting and screaming about the way we were driving.
    He looked out of senses. We were a family together and so talked very politely but he kept no regards and started abusing with no reason. If such a behavior of your drivers is continued, can u even think of the reputation u are earning

    I am facing lot of inconvenience while booking Ola Cab. When I enter my actual pick up location i.e. B-212 South Moti Bagh, New Delhi , some other location (B-106 South Moti Bagh) appears on the screen. I have tried lot of times to ensure that correct address gets reflected but in vain. This creates lot of harassment as I have to explain the actual address to the Driver. I have schedule a cab for outstation on 23rd March at 7.35 a.m. On the last movement the driver told me that he will not accept OLA money and he is cancelling the trip. on the day before my travel, I have deposited 3000 in my OLA money. I have no choice and wanted to reach on time for meeting, I agreed to cancel the trip and to travel in his cab with cash. I agreed to give me bill, but tilldate he has not handed over the bill to me. Even during the travel he was trying to take his 2 male relative which I refused. I am trying to call him since so many days but there is no reply from him. I wanted to submit the bill in the office. My money was also blocked in OLA money, today when I tried to transfer in my bank account, it has charged Rs. 92 for transfer.     Iam a regular Ola cab user.
    Very upset to say the faith we had on OLA is loosing.

    Being a woman passenger OLA dirver”s are cheating us regularly taking different routes for the same destination pickup and drop.

    On my regular questioning he told this is the route and while getting down shocked with the fare when asked why so high this happened never . he is telling OLA is now charging flat rate for certain destination.

    Is this true then please confirm.

    I also would like to inform you that, the category mini charges Rs.8/- per km till 15 km and Rs.14/- per km after 15 km with base fare of Rs.50.

    To achieve the 14 rs rate and base rate 50 now OLA will take passengers long routes for a actual distance less than 15km. In this case my distance was 12km, so this method was applied by OLA driver to cross 15km and charge the higher rate.

    Apart from charges, just for a 30 min ride if OLA drivers take the passenger for 1 hr ride at late hour’s to make it 19 km targeting to cross 15km for rate raises a strong question on women safety.

    Awareness among woman passenger is very must in this regard.

    To my utter surprise the charge was Rs.202, about Rs. 40 was charged extra as I took a shorter route. What is this system? why we were not told before the journey that we have to take the route given by OLA GPS? or pay any amount decided by company, even though through shorter route and less time….Earlier also i faced problem, while getting dropped at station, i was charged parking between Rs.40-50.

    I not only hope to get back the extra money but also looking forward for transparent services. I like your service and hence using it over Uber and all but this sudden excess charges is annoying me.

    I had bought a car and started with ola partners.

    PFA of MBG of ola in these mail.

    These is MBG.( Offen its daily)
    Lets analyse it for 11 trips with Rs.3300/-

    Major Part i would like to highlight is
    1. How profitable ola partners(Driver’s) are?
    2. Intution of 1,00,000/- monthly (12,00,000/- annum) does is exist?

    MBG is 3300 for 11 trips.( Driver is login for 12hrs).

    1.Now , 3300-21%(ola commission + TDS 1%) = 2607 (Paid to drivers as net earning).

    Cab with Swift dzire runs on diesel engine mileage 15km/liter and on road approx 230km /day to complete 11 trips.

    2.Lets calculate Fuel incurred.
    65rs/liter is diesel cost , 15liters diesel required so cost incurred is approx 1000rs.

    so, 2607-1000 = 1607.

    Cab is on loan ( drivers hardly get eligible to loan).

    17000rs is monthly EMI so 566rs/day

    1607-566 = 1041rs.

    Maintainance ( Cab Washing, air freshener , tissue paper , 40 days interval cab servicing ,Mobile bills,Depreciation cost of vehicle 10%) cost incurred approx Rs.25000/- (Rs833/-day)
    ( Car Service is done at every 10000km to maintain car as recommended by car manufacturer.)

    1041-833 =208rs.

    Wait some more,

    28000rs/ yearly insurance.


    so,208-77= Rs.131.

    131*30 days = Rs.3930/ monthly / Rs.47160/yearly.( these value is calculated if driver rides for 365 days.)

    So now if ola says that we offer 7200rs for 18 trips so let me remind drivers is a profession which requires lot of attention and physical stress to drive.

    secondly, its not possible to reach out 18trips daily because to complete 18trips driver need to ride almost 450km/day with more then 18hrs online and also ola keeps waiting for approx 30min after completion of trip.

    So now my question to ola is, where is Rs.100000/- monthly?

I don’t know what happened the message came for that ride cancelled pay Rs 50/- in next ride, in this what is my mistake to pay Rs.50/- of cancellation, unnecessarily wasted my time asking me to pay cancellation amount.     Though I paid the cancellation charges because the driver Mr sudhakar cancelled the booking and he must have given the reason that we did not arrive to him .But the reality is he arrived to the opposite side of the road …. At marina beach entrance made us cross the busy road with my mother who is 52 and my father who is 60 years old . We did !! We sat in the car and my father was sitting from the other side … He took some time in sitting because he is not fast and young as us . Sudhakar yelled at my father to shut the door . Asking him why is he being so rude he said it’s an expensive property . Strange more expensive then a father . When I yelled at him back .he cancelled the trip and told us to get down . Now you have to tell me was it right and and was it under the code of conduct of the service ???

The driver called up at 1910hrs to say he is nearby.$Since the ride was for 2015hrs (booking nbr 7788) the driver cancelled the booking and same was confirmed by an automated answering service saying that the driver would be penalised rs.500. Subsequently I got a message that I would be charged rs.50 for cancellation when the cancellation was not done by me. Real nonsense.your immediate response and withdrawal of penalty on me is demanded.

    Worst experience with Ola ( I think I should movd to Uber)

    I booked 7 ola cabs today for a ride from noida city center to gurgaon and they all denied to go to gugaon. It was very very frustrating and finally I had to cancel my trip to gurgaon. Why do ola cab drivers accept booking when they have to deny at the last moment and you left with no choices except cancelling your trip. It happened twice in last two weeks.

    Please don’t offer me stupid free rides to after reviewing it.

    Today 16th Dec.at abt 6.00pm I booked an ola car from Chandigarh to Noida. CRN 0687. After reaching Tees January Marg, the driver stooped the car and informed me that self is not working and Will not be able to go further. I had no alternative but to book another car which I did vide CRN 9553. To my astonishment the driver informed that he had no fuel and cannot go to Noida. To my question as to why he had taken the order he was very rude and said I can lodge a complaint. I am surprised the utter mismanagement of PLS company.and their unruly drivers. In the end I got a message from PLS that a sum of Rs.140 has been deducted from my mila money. I have taken a box not to book.car from this utterly irresponsible company.

    My first experience with Ola is utterly disappointing. Fare charges shown while booking conceals so many other charges, it is not at all transparent.
    When I book an UBER, they indicate the total amount to be paid at the end of a journey, so one is sure how much to be paid on reaching the destination. When I booked an Ola, it shows Rs.7/- per km. But this is a lie.
    When the journey ends the net amount is much more than calculated (distance* rate), it is more than double. It is so as Ola adds various other compounds like first 4 km charge, last —–km charges,so many minutes travel time charge etc. THIS IS UTTER RUBBISH,NONSENSE. It does not auger well for Ola. Ola should mention the total amount to be paid finally, like UBER. Next time, I will think 20 times befor booking Ola and tell others. This is a sure way of earning a bad name and loosing customers.

    Today I booked a cab from Road no.14 Banjara hills to Himayat nagar maruti showroom, it was like 7 km but the cost of the fair was 291 rs/. This is incredibly amazing and unfair. All I can say is, the worse thing I ever experience in my life. This is crazy OLA CAB… very bad! LOL….

    CAR NO.-UP 16 CT 9389
    I paid by cash as driver told me to pay cash. i was not aware of ola money system.Icame to know later on that same amount of 247 rs had been debited from my ola money account also.i called the driver but he told me that money had not been paid by ola money.i gave a call to customer care but they totally refused to help as they dont have any refund system .
    Its really surprising for customer.

    On 18/11/16 I booked ola cab from Lajpat Nagar iii new Delhi to go to AIIMS, new delhi vide CRN 460569487. I got off at AIIMS i.e. travelled around 4/5 kms for which I should have been charged max UpTo rs. 90/. But was charged rs. 398/- since the driver did not end the journey at AIIMS but went ahead for 29 kms and then ended the journey. On advice of customer care executive I lodged online complaint for “high ride time or distance” and for refund of rs. 48/- only whereas i shud have got refund of rs. 300+ at least. Pls urgently refund the balance amount.

    Yesterday I have booked 2 shared micro rides :
    1. From Doddanagamangala Village, Pragathi Nagar, Basapura, Bengaluru to Gaankal Bu Stop, Gaankal, Bengaluru. Started from Doddanagamangala @10.15 AM and arrived destination @11.29AM. I got a bill of total Rs.392.00. As per website their rate card says Rs.40/- for first 4kms and after that it is Rs.3/km. since I booked on shared basis. The bill didn’t mentioned the total KMs travelled. I am not able to understand fare calculation. The same is happened in the second trip also. Can I get a proper bills for these trip with the KMs travelled, per Km charge etc.

    I hope OLA is not cheating their customers by providing false information in their website.

    My daughter Urjitah Srikanth booked a cab for me on 8th November for travel to Mumbai International airport on 9th November. The cab reached my location ( Vashi ) on time at 4 am and dropped me at the airport. But instead of taking the charges from our OLA money account, the driver asked me to pay cash. I paid cash of Rs 467. Unfortuntely latter Rs. 467 also got debited from our OLA account. Phone number of the OLA driver is 766439442. I spoke with the Driver yesterday and he is denying he got money from OLA account. We stand at loss. Please return back Rs. 467 taken excess. Thank Srikanth

    i have booked a OLA ride with CRN 439519178 ON 30-10-2016 sunday at 4.00 hrs in the morning at 3.00hrs, you have confirmed that driver detail will be shared 15 within minutes before arrival.
    suddenly we received the message at 3.55 hrs that you are unable to find vehicle to pick up at my location.
    Can your organisation understand the difficulty i have faced in early morning to get another vehicle to reach my destination at the last point of time.
    such type of uncertainty and unreliable service is not expected from such a reputed travels services.
    i want what action has been taken to the person who would have not arrange alternative vehicle and spoil the costumer relationship.
    i hope matter may be taken on record and suitable reply may be given with compensation
    intimate to me to whom i approach for further action.

    i booked a ola cab in share at 1130 pm at from birati more, i called driver named zafar( white dsire WB04F5679 ) he said he is going to come but aftering waiting 25b mins guys did not come morover he called me up and ask the OSN no and completed the ride. this not expected out of ola!!
    pls take action against it.

    11-10-2016, I have booked ola cab with CRN references 419274603 and 419288747 both were cancelled by the Drivers as they were not able to find my location. However I have been charged Rs.50/- towards cancellation fee. This is not acceptable and please note that I have booked again and gone with OLA even after those cancellation by the drivers. I request you to payback the cancellation money as this was not my fault and if not paid I will never ever use OLA as their drivers are inefficient to find my location.

    Is OLA greedy for money after abolishing surge pricing.

    Moreover the driver (CRN 419293259) has dropped us in midway and behaved very rude.

    recently i had been to hyderabad with family for 3 days almost is used ola cab for 3days all the cab drivers was very cooperative & helped me to reach my destination on right place , but with one of the driver we had very bad experience with booking nos Mohd(7732078353) car nos AP28TV4277 ,this driver reached at lumbini park to pick us he put our baggage’s in dig i he asked us dropping destination i asked him to drop at haraitha taramati resort he asked to pay extra 500 Rs , i refused to is demands i said i will book another cab, he started abusing in bad language in public & he was very rude, my kids was terrified due to is behavior and even he did not allow us take out our baggage from car until i pay is cancellation charge due public support i was able take out my baggage , My request to ola take severe action on this rouge driver or terminate him from service in future he will be very dangerous the to ladies how are traveling alone

    Hi I booked cab yesterday evening the cab driver Mr.Daljit Singh CRN 416440730 was very co-oprative and helped me to reach my destination on right time.. very nice and excellent service..but by mistake I gave him one star but he deserves 5 star for the excellent service and the he helped me to reach on my destination as I was not aware the city route and places.. very nice service

    On 28/9/16 I booked cab app showed 1 minute I received no call from driver and I called driver 5 times in interval of 8-10 minutes. After 40 minutes cab arrived and I told him for Andheri. He said system is not working get other cab by cancelling this one. I called 33553355 and insist that another cab to be sent under my confirmed booking, tired of arguments and wasting 45 minutes I took Kali pill taxi for Andher which took another 45 minutes. I have come to know from Mumbai Mirror on 29/9/16 That ola cab have left passenger on middle of highway where it is difficult to get any transport. I feel myself LUCKY. Thanks to OLA.

    I booked a cab near Nageswar Park Mylapore around 20.45 yesterday and I got a msg that Mr Sakthivel veh No TN07BT2935 on the way. The driver called me and said he would come in 5 mts. Then the msg that the driver has cancelled the ride on the request of the customer which was totally false. Then I got a msg from the Ola co that another cab has been booked for me
    I told the driver that I had to go to JJ Nagar via Nandanam and pat came the reply from the driver Vinoth TN14E7758 that he would go as per the GPS that is via Mount Road.Funny Attrocious The driver wants to ear more money in going by the GPS way and not as per the customers wish Think what you will feel about the com if you are in my position.

    I am too much upset not for money , because of people . I booked ola today from kumarparadise , PUNE to PUNE jn . but unfortunately net pack expired. After completing the journey . I ask about total fare and he said 100. I paid. But now I checked my mail so fare was only 89.I am not writing for this money . Because of some people I am loosing the trust on the people. Really , I am so much upset. In the future there will be no trust .
    I request ola to take a action against the driver. His name is digamber .

    Your Ola cab employees are cheating, using our email id and updating the bills we are receiving many messages to our email, which is not good, we raise complaint in polices station, please check with your employees & resolve this issue.

    In case if it repeats will case it in consumer court.
