I request every Indian not to purchase O-general there employees are useless person and they do not give after sale service and do not pick phone either . They are bunch of ass holes behaving like they are hero.Two such employees are Eesa Khan and Belal Ahmed .

I booked a vrf air conditioning system for my under construction home. It becomes night mare for me after giving 7 lakhs rupee as advance. Company dealer not giving me refund or completing my work. Even company head of Chandigarh refuse to take any action and also made false promises. I am surprise to see rude behaviour of company management. How a top Mnc company hired in professional and arrogant staff. I feel like dealing with un educated roadside stall staff. I am very disappointed with company staff behaviour and suggested not to buy any product. I believe same can’t be happened in Dubai. I had purchased your Window AC 1.5, 3Star(AXGT18FHTA) from M/s Parvati Electronics,Lucknow,vide Invice No.21,dt.4th April2017.In the month of July, I noticed that the”Swing” of the AC wasn’t functioning. I tried to lodge my complaint thru your Toll Free No.innumerable time,but no response.Finally I reported the matter to the Dealer & the complaint was lodged on 26th July’17 (LUC11707260081).Fortunately,oneMr.Mohd.Kamil visited on 27th,who claimed to be from O-General Service Stn. & after 1hr.of deliberation, reported that its Motor for Swing was at fault & it would be replaced within 2-3 days.But that did not happen. I called Mr.Kamil after a week who assured that the job would be done by 2-3 days.Again I waited for about 10 days & called Mr.Kamil on 12th Aug’17 who once again promised that he would visit on 14th & would do the needful. Today is 16th Aug, neither there is communication from O-General enquiring the status of the complaint nor anybody visited to rectify the problem. Is it a routine practise of the Company ? Or the Co.is just not bothered about extending the Aftersale Service, that too when a fault has occured within 3months of purchase. I would once again request the Technical Management Team to look into this matter & redress the complaint at the earliest.This sort of unwarranted delay not only exhibit the calous attitude of your local Service Technicians, but also lack of cohesion of your Tech.Management Team. some service centres are tarnishing your brand name which you have made after years of hard lobour. one such service centre is smart vision service delhi , in charge shivani who speaks bundles of lies. my complaint was booked on 2.4.17 not attended till date. made 20 calls to toll free no spoke to santosh, jayachandran, delhi area head sanjeev pander, surya but no one came today despite calling them whole day. on 5.4.17 engineer dinesh visited, charged 500 and said gas to be filled. appointment was given for today at 10 am. i took leave from office did not do any work only calling u still no work done. disgusting from company like u. please take appropriate action against the above named persons if you want to keep your brand name intact. regards neeraj

It’s been a little more than a year and ogeneral split AC is giving lots of problems
There is gas leakage, and it switches off and there is no cooling.please request you to take action immediately as we trust the company and its products and didn’t expect this from a company for which we pay a premium amount.I think u should replace the ac . It is really disappointing.

Considering the reputation of OGeneral brand I had purchased three A/C at my home. Now in just about a year since installation, I am been told the cooling problem in my AC is on account of the GAS leak. I found this reason preposterous and when I am probed more, I was told by your service rep that the problem is on account of location where my house is. Strangely all other AC installed in the same location my house are working fine. Instead of offering such lame excuses and needless dodging, I would really appreciate if this company works towards identifying and resolving customer complaints in proper and holistic manner.
