    Two orders are messed up. Order # 500524605 - duplicate L'Oreal White perfect Day and night creams 2 combos were provided. The cream caused blister under my eyes and I returned both the packages and I have not received my refund. Customer service is worst nobody committing a date of refund. Coming to my 2nd order 5005197870. Placed on 2nd October, not received yet. Customer care number is not receiving calls, nobody replies to emails even after following up. They should be jailed. All the orders are paid. Running a fake business. Better be careful before ordering from Nykaa. I have spoken to my advocate already.     This is regarding Order # 500796625. I had placed the order and made payment of Rs. 492 through paytm. After 3 days I got a call and message from Holisol courier saying that this is out of service area. My first query is why the order was placed when courier service is not provided at this location. Secondly, I am regularly trying to follow up to cancel my order and refund the amount and had a conversation with customer care executive . He said that he'll cancel the order. But still the status shows as 'Dispatched' when I am trying to track the order. Can someone tell me if at all I'll get refund or not?     I'm just really disappointed with nykaa. And unsatisfactory service. This really sucks. I ordered so many products and I was waiting really eagerly for that. And it is not even delivered yet I ordered that on 1st of November and now it's 7. 1 week truly shit. I'll report this in consumer care.
