IPFT rally attacked by CPIM, turns violent, several injured in capital.
Agartala , 23Aug, 2016 :: Several persons were injured in the capital as the Tipraland demand rally of IPFT turned violent. cars were set on fire and for the first time IPFT workers who came to attend the rally were faced the attacks.
On a day when IPFT leaders exuded confidence that they will be able to win the Simna – Tamakari by poll there was a systematic attempt to forment trouble. Everywhere there was instigation and this led to violent clashes between those who came to attend the rally and the locals facing the onslaught of the attacks.
Even as N C Debbarma tried to play down the allegations that IPFT workers were preventing CPI(M) workers from casting their votes in Simna one saw clashes erupting across the capital.
At first one IPFT worker came bleeding in front of the dais in Vivekananda Maidan . His name is Simon Debbarma. Soon after he was send to hospital by top leaders including Mebar Jamatia and others. But what followed was gross failure on the part of police administration to gauge the situation as IPFT workers went on the rampage. ADG Shyam Chaturvedi came to the rally venue to cool tension .By that time another injured Sambhu Sadhan Jamatia came and further instigated the situation.
DGP himself came out to control the situation but things went out of control. With TSR unable to control the situation CPMF personnel were deployed.
Prohibitory orders under section 144 was clamped .Even after deployment of 500 TSR jawans and the SP(West) Abhijit Saptarshi remaining constantly present in the capital to control the situation such unprecedented violence took place today.

HSCL (head office:Kolkata-Hastings) has an operational profit of more than Rs.100 crores. It has about 700 young and middle aged Engineers & support staff on contract working more than 8 years. As the company has only a handful of 60 nos. regular employees, the young contractual employees have toiled hard and brought the operating profit to decent level. The acquisition will spell doom for the contract employees as they are likely to lose their jobs. It will be pathetic if they are chucked out in the name of restructuring. The Govt. has to clearly spell out the manpower plan. NBCC is acquiring the company after the Government cleans the balance sheet. NBCC will not take any liabilities of the company and will acquire HSCL without paying a penny also they will get 700 crores FD, and 3 lands, Kolkata, Chennai, mohali, costing more than 300 crores. If the projects are done on it the revenue earning is estimated to run into thousands of crores. But they cannot take any liability of any contract employees, they only take 60 Regular Employees. The Govt. has to keep the human factor in mind while restructuring the company.

I the undersigned Shri Gaurav Vargante (28) resident of Thane-Maharashtra married to Kum. Chaitali Handrol (25) resident of Solapur-Maharashtra on Feb. 4, 2014. My father-in-law Shri Shivaji Handrol wanted to take my wife Smt. Chaitali to his house at Solapur on the eve of Raksha Bandhan festival on Aug. 7, 2014 and hence he had called my father at day before coming at our place. Since I was not well and my mother’s hand was burnt hence my father requested him to take her a week later. However he arrived at my house on Aug. 7, 2015 morning and forcibly taken Smt. Chaitali along with him for the festival. Smt. Chaitali too went happily with her father Shri Shivaji without my consent. Shri Shivaji brought back Smt. Chaitali to my house after over 2 months accompanying with them a few more relatives in early morning on Oct. 12, 2014 and started arguments/ accusations with me and my parents. Since the arguments reached at peak, I called my uncles for help. On my uncle resolving the arguments on petty matters, they all left without keeping my wife with me. Later on to my utter surprise, I realised that, my wife filed complaint with Mahila Suraksha Kaksh (MSK)-Solapur in Dec. 2014. MSK held 2 hearings on Jan. 5 & Feb. 16, 2015 and even when I was ready to take her home, she did not come with me. Later on MSK advised her suitably. Then Smt. Chaitali filed another case against me, my parents and grandmother (who stays separatley) under Secs. 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 of Domestic Violence Act 2005 on March 3, 2015(seen on net).
Smt. Chaitali seems to be misguided by her father and uncle in such a way that recently she has filed one more compaint against me, my parents and grandmother with local police against CPC 438 & IPC 498-A 323 504 r.w 34 for which police send me notice dated May 7, 2015 and avised us to remain present in their polce stn. on May 11. However my father received the notice after 3.45 p.m. on May 13, 2015 without any postal seal of Thane post office. Hence my father conveyed to the police officer named Shri Shaikh over phone the status by 4.30 p.m. and assured him to remain present at the police station-Solaur at the earliest. By 7.30 p.m. on the same day, I received a call from Shri Nimkar advising me to report to the police station. I assured Shri Nimkar on May 16, 2015 to report to him on May 19, 2015 (the earliest tain reservation I could get) citing reasons of my parents ill-health to which he okayed.
Accordingly my parents and I raeched the MIDC police station on May 19, 2015 by 10 a.m. and called up Shri Sonone-Investigation Officer (IO) informing him of our presence in the police station as per his said notice. Since IO was at city head quarters then, he asked us to reach us there. On reaching there he took us from one ploice station to another with short frequencies but the purpose of this exercise could not be known as he did not produce us before his seniors-he did not held any inquiry-he threatend us of seveiour actions/consequenses of the complaint on us, throughout the day and negotiated bribe amount with my advocate. IO confiscated our mobiles conveyed to my uncle that he has arressted us by evening. After a while he asked for our id proofs. While my mother was searching her id proof the IO spoted cash (Rs. 30,000/-) and forcibly taken himself from her purse the id proof and cash. When my mother shown surprise he assured her that pleae don’t worry and that he would release her and retain me and my father. By 7.45 pm we all were released and instructed to reach our house at Thane immidietly and told us that he would treat as if we did not attend his police stn. at Solapur that day and that he would visit our house at Thane next day to inspect our house, have a cup of tea and arrest us from there so as to comply with the procedural guidelines/formalities. He had given us an option to travel with him in a private car to our Kalwe house so as to return early. He wanted us to bare the expencess. He also said that he has prepared paperwork in both the ways viz. we attended his police station that day and we did not come to Solapur that day.
However, we could not understand him and all of his actions, since all of his actions during the day when we first met him at city police head quarters till last at MIDC police chowki, narreted above were doubtful whether was he acting in good faith or otherwise and opined to travel ourselves via train with the reason that my father is a diabetic patient and he can take some rest during travel via train to which he agreed and we went to Solapur Railway Station to leave for Thane. Unfortunatly, we could not get any train to Thane late night and we stayed back at Solapur with a view to consult advocate and produce ourselves before the court.
Surprisingly the IO reached Thane the next day (May 20, 2015) and arrested my grandmother from her house at 8.00 am who stays separatly and confiscated her mobile. It may be mentioned that my grandmother is 84 and not keeping well-her medical certificate, was handed over to IO on May 19, 2015. It may also be mentioned that my grandmother has been unnecessarily named in the complaint by Smt. Chaitali keeping in mind that my grandmother loves me a lot and if she is harrassed I might agree to her demand to stay seperatly with her leaving my parents away.
I realised later on that my uncle had contacted DCP-Solapur and therefore we were released on May 19, 2015 evening and that my grandmother was also released by 12.30 after obtaining fresh medical certificate from her and a written statement.
I strongly need suitable legal advice fro you Sir/Madam to defend my interest and the interest of my parents and grandmother.
Requesting you to kindly guide us in the matter as the directives in terms of circular No. DCP/23/54/IPC-498-A/725/2014 dated July 8, 2014 on the subject Arrest issued by Hon’ble Spl. Inspector General of Police (L & O) (Shri Deven Bharti), for Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Mumbai have been violated vis a vis the Supreme Court’s directives and Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Section 41 with reference to the Judgment dated July 2, 2014 delivered by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Criminal Appeal No. 1277 of 2014.

I have been watching ur program Operation Jonk. Its nice to expose doctor and labs nexious. Even Govt hospital doctors in respect of CGHS patients write unnecessary test and get kick back. It happend with me too in Head of the uroloy deptt of RML Hospital in 2010 and complaint was made by me and an inquery was setup and in inquery report, I was told that no person other than doctor was there in the chamber. It was not possibe for me to prove that pvt lab persons were there in doctor’s chamber. I, therefore, could not persue the case further. Now patients should be allowed to carry mobiles with recording facility to record discussion with the doctor to expose thier unethical approaches. I destoryed the papers but I have some emails still in my email box showing my correspondence in this regard.

Well done team news nation for operation “jonk” but I would like to inform that in rajasthan all medical tests are free at govt hospital its ” Mukhyamantri nisulk janch yojna”. This scheme is in favour of all class of people. But some doctors are trying to flop this scheme . And they forced to patient for make these test from private lab, or free test are not trustful.
