    My CA No is- 400729400. and place Forbesganj Dist- Araria my last meter reading is 2163 on date- 14/7/2017 after Electricity office person updated meter reading is again 2163 on dated 11/9/2017 . he mention use Unit meter reading is 0(zero) But he mention declare unit is 125 and light Bill Amount is 1150. how it is possible. last previous per month unit used is 36 ,, 38. here without checking meter give light bill INR-1150 without meter unit updated . next time Electricity office People will come and again he will start measuring unit 2163 means i will pay same unit used two three times money for this.
    kindly solve the Issue

    Sir Our Customer I.D is CW122520 (Chhapra Rural) and Bill I.D is 158090350 and Account Number CHR122520/969, Bill Generated for Rs 12063.08 as I have already paide Rs 9972/- on 17 Jul 2017 vide Txn Ref Number JHMP5504667014 but the same not deducted in the bill. I am paying every month and our billing to be every month with meter reading. but the same in our previous bill has genereated so many wrong status bill Rs 9972 for Bill Numbers150065785. Please see the matter otherwise I will proceed to Cunsumer Court.

    I am Ramautar Das, aged 66 years resident of Mohalla- Alinagar, PO- Lal Bagh, PS- LNMU Campus, Darbhanga-846004, mobile no-8434594421, with e-mail- masterrautar@gmail.com, and consumer of Bihar Electricity Board, I have serious complaints with NBPDCL. My consumer no is 400265351. I have lodged complaints against wrongful billing vide my letter dated 07/10/2015, 30/10/2015 and 29/03/2017 but the authority is reluctant to listen me and they are not deducting the amount paid by me on 29/07/2015, a sum of Rs.850/- vide Receipt no – 0945399 dated 29/07/2015 against the bill dated 10/07/2015, bill no- 10002298368 for Rs.823/-
    2. I stopped paying the bill and finally they disconnected my connection on 17/12/2015, without giving me any prior intimation, and knowledge. Wonderfully after disconnection they went on sending me bills every month and in the month of January2016 they sent me a bill of Rs. 10760/- when the line was already disconnected. They went on sending bills.
    3. I need proper rectification of the bills, and line be connected.

    Why I am getting message payment after making payment in last month. Last time for payment I used NB power mobile application.
    Also please check what was last pending amount that I had to payed. Your application didn’t show correct amount when I asked with local JEE he confirmed around 13 hundreds need to pay but in your application it was showing around 2170 and I have done payment of same amount.

    I highly want to say via this messege that i had paid full last electricity bill Rs 1350 on dated 01/03/2017 by your rural area team .
    But in last april, may and including june months your team show me more bill for paying. Where this is not according to meter (BOT).

    So I am requesting to please sir shortly solve this problem.

    Hi NBPCL Team,

    Our NBPCL website has poorperformence , had not great experience to use this website please do something for user.

    I have faced the issue here , already paid amount of april month Rs. 178 through Paytm App that time it was showing Amount Paid.
    Now again its showing that have to pay april month payment with late fee.

    My problem is that the Meter Reader visited my premises and had noted the reading in front of me yet in the bill premises was locked has been written in the bill and average billing has been raised which is harassment on me and surprising.     I want to know this that how and under what circumstances without permission of land lord electric connection and meter has been installed into premises in the name of renter bearing consumer A/C no. 400672431, Supaul town.It is apt to mention here that In rent agreement there was no clause to provide electric connection or facility.
    Kindly reply soon and also make me acquainted that now what is the process to remove present connection and get connection in the name of land lord?

    I am Rajdeep Sikdar Grand Son of Late Dr. B. N. Sikdar. There is huge mistake in north Bihar North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd Bill no 400347584. My Contact no 9910743090. I requested for bill raise because last four month I do not received my electric bill. But when I receive my electric bill there is huge mistake on bill. My average unit usage reading is min. 35 to max 160. However I received unbelievable bill reading on april 5581, May 2392, June 756, July 1116. My total due is 64092.00 which are not correct. I am request you to please recheck the bill and send me correct bill.
