Very very bad experience with myntra. Very late delieveries of product and cheap product and provide very fake and wrong information by its customer executive. And not delievered products with in deadline. So i suggest please not purchase any kind of item from myntra.

But you can ask your delivery boy that I didn’t received Levi’s product and I informed him within half an hour, in this, what is my fault in this situation you say…and product is worth 2000 rs and that is a big amount for me…
And you have to deliver in different bags so that we have received property with each item…you have sent 6 items in 1 bag…even that bag is not have enough space…
So what’s the solution in this matter ?
I want my product in whatever condition…you can ask delivery agent or whatever but I want my product back…

How myntra can deliver worst Service I did not get my refund since 12 days and you officially mention that refund will be done in 10 days you have to pay intrest mr Amar Nagaram on my amount if i did not get my refund in next 24 hours .

My daughter placed two orders for jackets(Lati quarters navy patterned jacket and Vero mods black & grey faux fur jacket one piece each). The items were delivered on 20-12-2016. But the jackets were found to be out of choice. So, return order no 19371180 & 1937139 were successfully processed. But till today no body came to my office address to pick up the jackets. In contrast, I received 3 missed calls from one Mr Mandal by 11-30 am, but he hesitated to come to collect the items while phone contact was made from my side. Surprisingly, from 21st December to till today, I received regular messages expressing inability to collect the return order from Myntra side.I am really surprised to get such poor response from Myntra staff.

i ordered certain items for my wife but the courier service you use(vcom express) is not delivering the goods and filing false reports that no one was there to receive delivery. i have complained to their corporate hq but im still getting false reports that delivery is on the way. i havent had any problems with flipkart and snapdeal who use bluedart. many people at dimapur 797112 have the same complaint against vcom. you need to reevaluate your ties with vcom, at least with regard to dimapur797112.

This is about a slight confusion that is now taking up an ugly shape.

Around 17-18th of September I had ordered two things from Myntra. One was a pink floral saree (rs. 500.39) and another one was a dress (span rs. 5299.00).

But there was a slight problems with the products. The color of the saree was not the same as in the picture and the dupatta of the dress had a very very small hole in it. Now I had the return arranged for both the products.

After a while I got a message from myntra saying that I m going to have their guy over to pick my dress up. No message for the saree pick up was received. Now here came I guy and he took my signature on his piece of paper and took my dress and went away (no AWB number was given to me) and I was not worried because in the past after all this also I had still received my money back.

Now the next day another guy came and said to me that he too had come for the dress n I was like I had already handed the dress over to the myntra representative.

So the dress had gone where my saree should have gone and therefore the saree till date is with me.

Now I have received the money for the sareeyhat is still lying with me (500.39) and the dress has gone and I have not received any refunds till date. I have spoken to atleast a 15-16 members of ur customer support team n they only tell me they will forward my complaint God knows where.

I told them that we all work and such things happen but if myntra claims to have a quality check of the products before they return the money then did they not notice that it was dress and not the saree and if it was picked up by mistake then should they not have returned it back to me?

Now tell me Sir how do I go about it. I had ordered the dress for Diwali and I lost the dress as well as the money.

Plz cancel the order placed on my number

Why don’t u provide your customer care mail id on your home page .other online services have provided all the options to contact them this hampers your credibility and authenticity. This is so disgusting. I have spent so many time to get paid phone no where other online service has toll free nos and they responded in no time very poor service.isn’t it.

Ordered products worth Rs 1080 on 28th August 16 and were delivered goods on time. However my bank statement shows that the amount has been debited twice. Hence double the amount has been credited to your account. Please let me how the extra amount can be refunded. Transaction done through debit card of Canara Bank.

Your shipping provider informed that the Pin Code 788 015 is not falls under their jurisdiction and they will not deliver the shipment. However, they were delivered my previous orders in said Pincode No. 788 015. Even, your shipping provider also has been delivering the orders to me with same address with same phone No. 9435503488 which are dispatched by Snapdeal/Flipkart etc. till date including yours. Thus, your shipping provider’s honesty is questionable and try to avoid the provider. I am disappointed by yours reply because the matter was brought to your helpline team and explained the details to them before your shipping provider returned the shipment to you..

Hi, I received my order no. 133128849 today in pathetic condition. I received the packet from one of the residents of the building and the packet was open and the product was in a shabby condition. The product was also defective as the zip was not working. I am surprised to find such pathetic delivery system in Myntra, even the product is not checked before delivery.

We received gift voucher Myntra from our company. I am trying from last one month payment option through gift voucher which still not reflecting.. . Myntra number is always.
