Hi All. Better dont buy any products from myntra. Its very difficult to communicate with customer care executive. I order some products i received a sms by stating product will delivery today with delivery person number, without calling me they mentioned number is not reachable, Even I tried reaching his number but no response. In website whatever the number they mentioned most of the number are not in service, and some number even those executive dont know which languages they are speaking. after giving order number also they are not able to give a proper updates on products, kept in hold for longer time and disconnect the call(9064280391).

I booked 5 items of wall racks on 19th October 2017. Received a big sealed box and when opened found only four (04) boxes for the four items . One item was not found in the box. However they have claimed for total five booked items. Any way I have tried through their different CONTACT window (SMS. Phone call, online complain ) however I could not reach them through any of the mode. Moreover , the items were delivered with out any prior information ( SMS or phone call) . Due delivery was indicated as 9th November which was delivered on 1st Nov even without any intimation. I am expecting how promptly they response and resolve this issue .
