Dear sir , I was booked ticket today banglore to Chennai by joinery on 29.05.2017 4 nos tickets 4800 rupes tickets was confirmed payment also done but unfortunately I was came on Chennai by today so I would like to cancel my ticket I went websites but that cancellation are not accepted Ur websites so lost my all money

Through your site I have attempted to book seat in VRL from Bengaluru to Manipal (Seat No.19 at 10.00 p.m. bus on 13.10.2017)and and in this regard by account has been debited with Rs.496 through Net Banking. But after payment ticket has not been confirmed since the session was expired. So again I selected same seat in above VRL bus and booked my ticket.Hence I request you to refund extra amount of Rs.496 debited to my account. I also request you to develop software to block any payments after expiry of session to avoid unnecessarily correspondence. It has happened many times in my case.

I have booked a ticket in mybustickets website(padmesh travels) from erode to Bangalore on 8th October. During journey bus got breakdown between salem – Dharmapuri highways around 2.15 a.m, at that time no buses were available but driver asked everyone to get other buses on roads and to leave by their own. No money has been given. People were clueless and started rushing to get buses in mid night. I got another bus after struggling an hour at 3.15 and again I paid 400 to travel from Dharmapuri to bangalore, very worst travels I have never travelled.
