    Since last 4 month I am trying to understand the bill calculation as per mention in the bill. total unit consume and cost per unit consume it is not matching as mention in the bill. there is variation in the calculation. Later to understand in details I visited the electrical office, but they were not able to make me understand the calculation since it is done by computer system, further I called the customer care and have asked them to make me understand, I gave them all the details of my bill units and every thing, they have observed that the bill charges are more than what it is consumed, they said there is calculation error in the bill, also they said it shall be corrected in the next month cycle. but my quest to the was this month it is ok but for several year we are paying the excess charges what about that who shall refund that. Mahadiscom electrical is on the way to make a big SCAM. our citizen are innocent and they pay their bill so that the electrical company don't disconnect the connection, but since many of us don't evaluate the calculation nor even check we just see the unit consumed. we should wake up and start asking question to make our city our place corruption free to help India to grow. kindly check you bill and try to calculate, I have attached bill for reference.

    I had launched a complaint that my electricity disconnected, your people was working exactly next to my lane. I requested them to come and check the supply. They told me it will not happen today we will come tomorrow. Then I request again they denied. Then I got angry and told I will get this matter to you superior. They told me " amache zhhat pan koni uptat nahi" is this the language they are using in front of a lady. Take a action Karuna Gangawane Khese Park, Pune 8208253574
