After contacting head office they have received the item for repair with proper receipt (code Number N090319021727847175 Dated 22/02/2017))and estimate and promised me that it will be done within a week time and assured me that they will callback me once it is ready.
Since then more than a month is about to complete but the repair could not be done till date. They have informed that they could not receive the part from the head office.In fact, the service centre has not made a serious afford to get the part in spite of my continuous telephonic reminders to them. I have asked them to let me know the development but they do not bother about calling back to me.
I have talked to the customer care (today i.e. on 20/03/2017) who have informed me that your job has been completed you can contact the service centre but service centre says your work could not be done as the part is not dispatched from Delhi/Gurgaon office till dated. I have asked them to provide me with the contact number of higher officials so that i can talk to them but they are not ready to give the number.
Kindly let me know in this situation what should i do.?

Pathetic experience at your Micromax Care-Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. The Details are as follows:
I got my Micromax Xpress 2 (E313) phone display/touch broken a week earlier. Though I am a resident of Gurgaon, but day before yesterday in evening I was in Delhi-Uttam Nagar Area for some work and I found Uttam Nagar Micromax Care feasible on pretext to get change the phone LCD display/touch within half an hour as convinced by the official person to me-that the part is available and it will be changed within half an hour without any data/contact loss, for which I agreed. The service centre after 1 and half hour replied that part has minor defects and we have to update/replace the software and your data will be lost. Having no other option, I agreed. Again after around 45 minutes, they replied that the display is not upto the mark, but we are fixing it on your confirmation and you can come again the next day after confirming about the availability of the part and we will replace it. After checking the phone, I found that the speakers were also not working for which I informed them, for which they replied they will take care of it. As discussed, yesterday after their confirmation to replace the display and rectify the speaker issue, I again went to the service centre in the evening. After spending 2-3 hours helplessly, I asked him, if any problem persists afterwards, then? For which the official person tried to convince me by replying, that if there is any problem, I will buy your phone at 70% of the bill value, but firstly check your mobile. After thoroughly checking the phone, I got to know that they fixed the same display/LCD again (this time with a crack down below it) and tried to dupe me by saying that they have fixed the new display received from company. I asked him to reply me honestly, for which they said, that you can take the full amount refund what you have paid and can leave.
I am really disappointed by this bad, dishonest and pathetic behavior of the Micromax Care officials. They didn’t even try to dupe me but also wasted my 2 days irrespective of resolving the issue.
I request Micromax Team, to kindly see into the matter and resolve the issue.

apki company ka naam micromax hai.aur puri bareilly me kebal ek hi service center hai.service itni buri hai apki ki ek charger ko repair karne k liye 30 din ka time lagta hai.aur charger k warranty 6 mahine k.jab itne buri service dete ho to ye company band kyu nahi kar dete.agar mujhe pata hata k apki service itni buri hai to me micromax ka phone kabhi nahi leta. aur aage se apne friends ko advise dunga k micromax ka koi bhi product use na kare.

Details of my purchase of micro max phone 0n 8-12-15 and copy of job sheet given to me by your service centre at Jayanaga r Bangalore on 5-3-16( when phone stopped display on 1-3-16) are enclosed for ref. Your service centre says , I shall not HAVE removed the battery from phone,because of THIS, display failed.
you had given user guide(Q392) along with phone and manual. These do not say battery shall not be removed by user. All mobile phones including motorola MOTO G(2nd generation) do not put this restriction , only your your service centre said this.
Your service center also displays prominently on the wall as instruction to the customers attending service center ” STEP 7- SUBMIT YOUR HAND SET WITHOUT BATTERY AND COVER”
In my opinion ” YOUR SERVICE CENTRE CLAIM THAT BATTERY SHALL NOT BE REMOVED FROM PHONE AND IF REMOVED BATTERY will be DAMAGED IS NOT CORRECT AND IT IS A DESIGN DEFICIENCY.
WHY USER SHOULD BEAR THE COST OF DESIGN DEFECT ? ACCORDING TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE BATTERY IS FUULY DAMAGED ONCE REMOVED AND . SHALL BE REPLACED AT A COST OF RS 1200 AND IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY ‘.( PL NOTE THE PHONE WAS BOUGHT IN DEC15)
FROM the above it clear MICROMAX HAS DESIGNED AND PRODUCED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT .IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MICROMAX TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT AT THEIR COST , IF IT IS CUSTOMER SENSITIVE COMPANY( AND CUSTOMERS ARE NOT AND CAN NOT EVALUATE THE DESIGN DEFICIENCY OF PRODUCT).
