    I have sent 4 mails from 24th Nov 17 to 5th December 2017, Customer
    care through their auto mailer has generated 4 tickets – 769168, 766909,
    766850 & 76091. But unfortunately nobody from M/s Micromax has contacted me till lodging this complaint, I think, accountable personnel in M/s Micromax is not taking the complaints with required seriousness and gives an impression that they can afford to be casual on complaints.

    Regret to inform you that tablet model 7000001882 which was taken to Micormax service center for warranty repair against Job Sheet no. N040449-1017-30371177 dated 12.10.2017 , 13.11.2017 & 30.11.2017 has still out of order and at still in Micromax service center at Vaishali Arcade, Shop no.307- 2nd floor , 6 Park Road Lucknow-226001
    After repeated request at center nobody wants to tell when it will put back into service condition and every time they are giving different- different excuses for the non functioning of the product .
    This shows the un professional approach of the company as well as very poor quality of the product and technical ability of the Micromax Service team.
    With a copy of this mail we are requesting you pl. arrange to change the faulty product with out any further delay and extend the warranty of the product for this not functioning period.

    Unfortunately I have purchased your product trust on Indian Brand but
    from 20-Oct’17 evening , my led TV not working. Microsoft service
    engineer came to home & check the T.V. & say mother bord damage due to
    power fluctuation . Your T.V. under warranty . It will repair within
    10 days as per micromax policy . But after more than one month , my
    T.V. not repair .
    I purchases ,led T.V. with your behalf . Please do neefull to repair
    Led T.V. immediate or replace with new one .

    You are requested to please do needful action for changing the led TV
    with new one .

    I Bought Yu Rekha Plus yu5510A From Ebay on month of june it suddenly got off and was not able to switch on my mobile on 13th november . so I visited M/S AASTHA ENTERPRISES phone care centre, authorised as micromax service centre at Miraroad Mumbai and they submitted my Mobile on 15 november their and got job sheetno-W030464-0917-3013-2816 I have been calling them many time they said it’s at head office. I started calling at micromax customer care on 18605008286
    And finally after two Month i get new Mobile against my Yu Rekha Plus yu5510A which was Micromax Q4311 on 4 nov at evening 6pm on saturday.
    i Check the Mobile on sunday there was problem in Touch and i visited to Service centere again on Tusesday they told me its a software problem and they flash new software again give it to me but after few hour there was same problem so next day i visited to service centre again gaain the submitted my mobile and get me jojsheet w030464-1117-30639257 and now till date i had not received the mobile .
    when i call to service center at Aastha Enterprise at mira road the told me that same answer mobile had not come.And now when i call to customer care number on 18605008286 they told me me we had all read delivered my Yu5510A mobile .
    Let is know if You had delivered My Own Yu Rekha Plus yu5510A then why did they give me Micromax Q4311 ?????? which was in faulty Condition
    and Still Fauly Mobile is Also not repair till date

    Now when i call customer care and service centre then no satisfying answer they give Useless answer and without listen my query they cut the call..

    The TV set was purchased on 15.08.15 & within the quarter after warranty expired, the screen just disappeared on 04.02.2017!
    This was my 1st Micromax Purchase & after lot of follow-ups, after 2 weeks & after paying more than INR 8,000/- the TV was restored!!
    Again today (4.8.17) within 6 months of repair, the screen has disappeared!!!
    I am just running here & there like a headless chicken!!!

    I am logging complaint that I have not received any call from u .I have send message for extending warranty.

    Why I have not received call after sending SMS.

    This is cheating from customer prospective. Give me your supervisor number I need to escalate and take this thing to consumer forum.

    I have proof as SMS which I send and micromax intentionally did not extend the warranty.

    Plz find the response of SMS send on 30 Nov by me to Micromax for extending warranty.

    My name is Abhishek Nayyar.
    I am really upset and dissatisfied by the after sales service of your company.
    Today I called up your customer service in order to purchase new TV in order to know that 2 year extended service is available since on Paytm it is saying that last date is 31jan but ur team said it is vaild for 31 mar.
    Then just to confirm that extended warranty of my 40 inch Micromax TV which I purchased on 28nov they said not sure.
    I have followed all the procedure to get 2 years extended warranty as adviced by your company.
    After delivery I called up ur customer service team and they advice me to send SMS which I did and I also received confirmation message from Micromax saying your request is processed.

    Till date I have not received any call today I come to know that nothing is done for extending warranty which is very annoying.

    Your call centre gave the email address and said the will take necessary action.
    You can check my call and SMS which I have sent to Micromax.
    Plz take necessary action and update the details for extended warranty.

    SOO BAD MICROMAX MOBILE AND SARVICE CENTER NOT WORK THIS SARVICE CENTER

    I write as the most disappointed & frustrated customer from Chennai who made the blunder of buying Micromax 40 inch full HD Smart LED TV in Oct 2016.

    My TV has stopped working in 1st week of Dec 16, and on lodging complaint with Call Center, a local service guy came within 2 days (Dec 12th) and said the board is gone and needs to be replaced which needs to come from Mumbai & will take a week’s time. After a fortnight of follow-up from my side, they said it will take 20 days total.

    In first week of Jan17, after relentless follow up from my side, they said they will take it to the local service center and replace the part from other new TV in stock. Again after repeated followup from my side, on 10th Jan 17, they said they will replace the TV that week.

    By 15th Jan, on my repeated follow-up they said new TV will be replaced that week. Again 4-5 days later, they said either the part will be replaced or new TV will be replaced this week.

    Is it some kind of joke being played on a customer who has paid Rs.30000/- and bought your TV? Are you proving that you have the most pathetic and horrible customer service and there is ZERO consideration and regard for a customer after the sale is closed? How long Micromax will survive if this is your attitude?

    07.08.2016 Date 12.01.2016 Micromax Canvas Knight I buy mobile suddenly heating up, suddenly became less battery and WiFi stopped abruptly, dated 27.12.2016 in the / s Khusgr Communication Service be deposited in center. Set-back to the service center at the service center got me set up with a set he had set the crack trade Iskecr on display.     I submit here that my above Mobile was purchased on 23rd Feb, 2016.

    I have to further submit that the Mobile was autometic apps download and so that I was submitted the hand set to your service Centre at Micromax service center, SBI ATM Lane, Eluru Road, Near Ram Mandir, Vijayawada. Phone No. 0866-2435929, for repairing on 14th Septertember 2016 under warranty period, when they informed me that it will take 30 days for repair. Copy of the Job Sheet is attached herewith, for your immediate reference.

    I made several telephonic calls to the Service Centre, but they went on assuring that it will take four more days to get repaired. Since about TWO month has elapsed, I have not received the hand set till date. I, therefore, contacted you at the Customer Care and given the details, when you informed me that the same is already sent to the above service address. Since I have not received the same from the Service Centre till date, yesterday

    In the aforesaid circumstances, I would request you to look into the matter and do the needful to replace the hand set immediately, failing which I have no other option but to take legal steps for the same.

    My tab ear phone was not getting fit properly otherwise there was no any other problem in my Tab I was listening to Bollywood song without ear phone it was working quite well. I went to above mentioned shop and complained about the problem. They sent me to Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi-92. Service station, I told them about the problem I was facing. Then the mobile engineer open the Tab and he said ‘ the entire mother board will be change’ I felt shocked to hear about such problem. He also said that ear phone problem could’nt be solved by him because there is something wrong with the ear phone place. He told too many problems in the Tab. The total cost of the repairing is Rs. 2500/=. I have still 3 months more for the warranty since the date of purchase of the Tab. I’m unable to arrange the amount right now. Now I request you to please help me.

    I have purchased an LED TV 32 inches , and booked the installation for that , Guy from Micromax side Mobile Number :- +91- 7011178026 acknowledged and himself suggested a time at 5 pm yesterday. I work far from my home so , I had to take Half Day for that only , After reaching home I tried calling him but he did not pick up the phone and after a while he started disconnecting the ring ,and today when I get the call back from some one else with Mobile Number :- +91-7011366614 , instead of apologizing , he is being arrogant by saying
    “Kardo Complaint”.
    I don’t know how Micromax Works , but if that was from LG they sure would have taken some strict action against him.

    I can’t take half day from the office again , so I request Micromax to arrange the installation before 8 am or after 8 pm to compensate for the inconvenience caused to me

    I had bought a phone and within 6 months the phone was not working properly there are many issues and i went to care but not got any solution and the problem is repeated again and again even now also and the head officers are also not responding to this realy i had wasted my money the service is very bad and the officers too they are not understanding the problem of the people really they are very bad i want to replace my phone but they are not responding to that. They only say to solve our problems but actually they not its advice to the the people plss dont buy the micromax phones or any electronic gazate otherwise u will cry like me just wastage of money. Very bad company and the service too..

    It is really unfortunate and pathetic that I bought the useless Micromax 4o inch canvas S from FlipKart and found that there is no technical competent person available with Micromax to give a Demo for their product. Repeated calls and follow ups are in vain. Worst ever call center and customer service.
    FLIPKART should not entertain such inferior products and poor customer service.

    I, Mahesh Kumar once of your customer . Q6 is the first micromax phone which is purchase to experience and found MICROMAX product is not good , as its hardly work 6 months and we face lots of problem with phone . To make correction i approach to your customer care centres and found repair cost 50% of the new handset cost . So i purchase New Phone “another brand ” which perform very well .

    After 6 years i again purchase micromax phone YU6000 and expect this time micromax company improve the quality , unfortunately i completely wrong .

    Purchase date : 23rd May’2016 ( Cost INR 13700 )

    Within two months the phone not charge due to some issue at charging area and customer care charge me INR 2200 to make it correct where that market correction cost is INR 400 .

    Now phone work well for 1.5 months and again suddenly off

    To check the problem again i approach to your Gurgaon Customer care centre Shop No A3 ,A4 Hotel Devi place opp. Raj Cinema . These customer care team is not enough , they are charging too much cost from the customers and telling lots of problem to customers .

    Now your customer care centre people charge repair cost is INR 2400 . where market correction cost is INR 500 . ( FOUR TIME EXTRA COST CHARGE BY MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE)

    Is it logical from micromax view point ??

    Approx 34% of phone cost money i spend for repair within 6 months . REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MICROMAX .

    Your customer care centre team doing fraud with customers i felt which creates disappointment.

    To re-check my view point I word with number of micromax customer over-there and all of them feeling same as I feel.

    Its really surprising for me that company really not interested to improve the quality same situation as i experienced 6 years before .

    Very disappointment from micromax services and phone quality .

    If MICROMAX will not look into it seriously your market will be crash very soon, In this competitive market where customer have lots of good options .

    If micromax have policy to ear more money from the services centre .

    I never use micromax phone as well as i ll never recommend to anyone .

    MY MONEY COMPLETELY WASTE *:(( crying .

    Can i expect response on this mail with any appropriate solution for my phone correction??

Costumer Care always state that you receive your device within one week. No positive response received from them.

    2. Sir I am serving in INDIAN ARMY and face a hard problem. You are requested to repair/replace the same at the earliest.

    Utmost manner less shameless staff. The store manger cant even speak in basic English. The worst service i have ever found. Never ever recommend to any of your close relatives and members.Staff is not on time in office. Staff members have no status on the product and the issues. Each problem stays for minimum 1 to 1 and half month and to each problem they will have only one solution “Software update karna padega”. They don’t even bother about age, and no decency of speaking to female customers as well. No body responses to the calls made on landline. They do not stick to their commitments. They do not provide the status of your phone, the cost which may be coming no updations at all. The most disorganized place you can be is the “MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER”. I dont even think anyone is bothered to repair the image.

    I purchased Micromax mobile model A210 first ever model IMEI no- 911316301442875 in Aug-2013. It worked for three years trouble free. i am satiesfied with the mobile . In June-2016 touch pad got some button not functioning. I went to Authorised service center
    S4 Telecom pune, .Phone:020 41201578 address -He told me to replace the touch pad which I did on 13 June -2016 charged me Rs 2600/- with three months warranty of touch pad. Last week suddenly patch mark in background started appearing which I sent you the screen shot . I went to service center now they say that screen need to changed and asking for another Rs2600/-
    When I talked to customer care no yr technical person told touch pad & screen is integral part which he changed one month back. How he can charge me again same money on the name of screen. Service center is cheating customer.
    You need to take action against their service center and resolve my issue. Even I sent you mail with this no but no proper response from there also.I fed up the service provided by service center and customer care as no resolution till date.

    Nor they can forward the customer call to higher authorities.

    Dear Sir,
    Hand set ESN NO. 911438701319451 purchased on 31.03.2016 vide bill no. 1938/16779, Mobile Store Shop Panipat. This handset automatically switched on/off and hand set get heated up very much. First time i visited the repair center Gourav Communication Panipat on 20.04.2016 vide their work order no. N 0500660416222994885 on 20.04.2016 , they have changed the battery. Again same problem started just after 20 days. This time they had sent the set to the factory for repair vide job card no. *N050066-0716-24260325* on 06.07.2016.and received the call on 27.07.2016 stating that your handset is ready. Set received on 28.07.2016. after 1 hour call from the customer care center asking that are you satisfied with set. It was told to the caller that let me check for one day.
    Next day again same problem started.
    Now inform me what to do with set. Should i send it to you directly for the display in show case..
    on 29.07.20165 i have made a call to your customer care cell he was not able to give satisfactory reply (Mr. Pardeep Kumar – Delhi), Nor he had forwarded the call to his next supervisor or head of the customer care after many request.
    Inform me what to do with the set.
    As per Your information I have to visit the repair centre for repair, again today I visited and hand over the set with work order no. N050066071624687438 dtd 30.07.2016 for further display in company show case.

    the worst experience with micromax mobile and its service center.agar mobile bandh padh jaye so we hav to wait for months together if we call them and ask if my mobile is done they will say you will get on monday n if we go on monday then they will say you will get on wednesday always postpone the date n we have to call many times to ask if my phone is done travelling and calling money is wasted for no cause.I will never recommend anybody to buy micromax phone bcoz after buying the service which the service center gives is very bad….worst…verybad experience with service center and they give you without back cover n battery and after days to take battery and back cover again so again wastage of TIME,MONEY and ENERGY by letting th know how bad their service is…by a tired micromax customer

    I have purchased micromax canvas 5 from a mobile shop, Having 3 gb ram and 2400 mah battery.

    I am shocked, it dont ever work as a non smart phone too, very slow in accessing any application, even contact folder is also in the fashion, you have to wait for the contact you are searching to come on the screen and batter, it only remains for 4/5 hours only. I believe the specification written earlier to launch, it was all false and non trust worthy. lots of my friends told me not to buy micro max but specification of canvas 5 attracted me. I want you to replace the mobile or refund my money any how

    This is to inform you that I have purchased a Micromax Bolt D-321 through Flipkart on 24-11-2015 bearing invoice dt 28-11-2015 IMEI / SERIAL NO-911418356512907/9114183565112907. MODEL CODE—SERMO80635. Ph is under warranty period. 4101 power of above ph does not switch on

    So I have given my ph to service center in Howrah for repairing and solve the problems on 02-01-2016
    But the representative told me that the ph will be transfer to head office for solve the problems and it will take time minimum 20 days. I can not understand that I have purchased new ph but it has been created major problems. For the problems of ph set I am facing the problems. For my urgency of my business I have purchased my ph. But I have not fulfilled my requirements.

    I have full confidence on Micromax co. But it has lost from my experience.
    I have went to service centre on 18th January 2016 for return my ph as good condition . But I have informed from service centre that they have no information regarding the servicing of my ph. I have gathered the bitter experience form the behaviour of the representatives of that service centre. They could not give the actual delivery date of my repaired phone. They have told me that it will take more than 7 days or on after from today. I can not understand that when I will return back my ph. If I want to take any information, I should contact with HEAD OFFICE. The representative has been given ph no of Head office .
    I have purchased New phone and it has been created problems .Why I will face problems? My question to you that I will get my ph within 21st January or not. Pl inform me. Otherwise I will take initiative action to get my ph.
    In spite of I am earnestly requesting you to take necessary action in favour of me and return my ph within 21st January.
    I hope that You will not deprive me and return back my faith on Micromax.

    Dear Sir,
        I, Satpal bought a mobile i.e micromax E 455 nitro 4G IMEI no. 911438703012831 from a showroom in mohali on 17.12.2015. After 10 days problem starts with the handset. I took my mobile to micromax service center. They told that your mobile is dead not working you have to register your complaint online. Then i register complaint online they told me that company will replace your mobile within 10 days. After 10 days i received courier from your company and got handset without battery and accessories. IMEI no. 911438700304272.
    But the handset i recd was again not working. The touch of the mobile is totally dead.

    Sir my whole business is on my mobile. I am very upset with your services. Now i again register online complaint. My complaint no. is MMX 1801162334930. How many days i have to wait now? I want new handset as soon as possible. I think i have made a very big mistake by buying your company’s mobile.

    Please revert me back  ASAP. I am waiting for your immediate response. I want a brand new handset incuding full accesscories same as i bought from showroom otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court against your company.

    Hello,I am a user of your Micromax canvas nitro A310 mobile…In my cell hanging problem is there when i connect it with internet and at that time back(return) and home keys does not work ….i have gone to the service center i.e in ashok vihar on 17 September ,2015 …they heard my problem ..and they make a job sheet(N031830-0915-19234322) and they said me to wait for 3-4 days …After this they call me on 22 September,2015 for my handset and i go to collect my handset on that day and check the handset but nothing has done by them and the same problem is coming…then they said that they will transfer the phone to the company for repairing…then on that day they make a second job sheet(N031830-0915-19317859)..and they said me to come when they call…after this i wait for them to call…After 22 days on 14 October..they call me to collect my handset..i have gone to them and again checked my handset and again same problem is coming..On that time i told them that I’m facing same problem but they did not help me. …after this i call to the customer care number and then customer care agent talk to service center peoples(his caliks)…and after this they make a third job sheet (N031830-1015-19745062) and they couldn’t able to help me …they said me to come when they call …they are also said that it can take 20-25 days……they gave me very bad treatment also…and they did not satisfy me as expected…And after waiting 30 days i make a call to customer care and they said me that ..the service center peoples make a new jobsheet(19783203) without informing me..and customer care agent also said me to wait 20 days more..and i do wait…And till now(11 january,2016) i did not get any call and handset..So,this is the reminder mail for you…if company did not repair my handset,they give me a new handset or refund my money(13000)…I give you 2 Days ..If you did not do anything then i complain a CASE regarding my handset in CONSUMER COURT..!!

    VERY BAD SERVICE OF MICROMAX ..

    Dear Sir,

    I Ajeet Singh Rajawat purchase a Micromax Mobile on dated 27.09.2014 at Jaipur.After 10 month I face the problem the mobile automatically shuts down and on during the take photo by camera.Then I reached for repair the mobile at your jaipur service center On 24-9-15. On 27.09.15 I received a message that the mobile has repaired please collect it from service centre. As I went to the service centre on 30-9-2015 the executive said to me that the mobile has not repaired yet and they would have to send the mobile to the company for change or repair in maximum 40 days.They issue me new job sheet W-020319-0915-19473979.

    Several time i have talked with your executive of customer care but doesn’t get any stick answer to solve the problem. yesterday i have talked with your executive of customer care he told me one of our senior executive will contact with you next 24 hour and also said that they are forwarding this problem into urgent but after 24 hour i have not contacted by any of executive.

    Above 90 days I have not get my mobile, so very bad service to customer.

    Kindly send my mobile phone as soon as posible.

    I think if you give the proper service to customer within committed time, then only you can satisfy the customer and it will helpful for your business.

Shopkeeper is also formatted my phone 4-5 times in one week when I m purchase it. Now My phone is totally dad on 19th November and I have also complaint on your this portal and your executive call me on Monday and Tuesday he tell me my device is replaced.but no one and no one response of my complaint since 10 days. Now tell me what I do. If u want respect your company so give me replaced me my device before 31st December. Otherwise I go to in consumer court about your product.     Dear Sir,

    I am not happy with the service provided at service centre at Linton office-Rixxim Services. My phono was dead, not switching on, so I took at SVC and after keeping for almost 30 hrs my phone was given to me . I was glad now it was in working condition but after some time it gives an error ” CPU is heating”. why such issue arises of over heating of phone as no such app is install.

    again I have to take to SVC, I am a working person and every day if I have to visit SVC then what the use.

    If this model is creating such problem then better to replace it. my maximum works depend upon smart phone only. Whatsaap, mails, etc, I need to be updated .

    please look into this being a loyal customer I want my issue to get resolved.

    I have purchase your company mobile model no E471 (Micromax Canvas 2). I have facing the following problems in the set
    1. Battery full charge within 3 to 4 hours but discharge within 1 hour
    2.Last eight mobile does not open
    I go to your service center but they told me that his service available only online although they cheeked the mobile and say that it will only replace.

    I Am A Member Of SAMSUNG SERVICE (Supervisior) Since 2012, I Am Seeking Some Advice From You In The Matter I Am Experiencing Now A Days.

    11 Month Ago I Have Purchased A Mobile Brand Name Micromax Model A106 Unite-2. After 2-3 Month I Found The Touch Screen Of The Mobile Is Not Working Properly, Then I Was Repaired The Set After That Again I Was Facing Same Problem. Again Set Was Repaired Now Again Facing Touch Not Working That’s Mean In 9 Month I Was Faced Touch Problem In Three Times. Because Warranty Period Of 12 Months Was Not Completed Hence Again I Contacted The Micromax Service Center. The Service Engineer Asked Me To Deposit My Mobile Handset To Service Center For Replace The Mother Board And Will Be Repair Within A Period Of 40 Days. Which Not Justify Days For Me I Am Also A Working Man And It Is Daily Usage Thing. Just Because I Have No Handset I Have Facing Lots Off Problem So I Am Not Ready To Wait Please Either Replace My Handset Or Refund Asap. Please See In The Case And Do Needful Asap.
    Suppose I File A Complaint In Consumer Court It Will Take More Time, So Seniors Is There Any Other Action Plan To Get Back The Repaired Mobile From The Company? Please Guide Me.

    I have been calling for the status of my phone from last 2 months and the only answer i got is, “It will take 20 more days”. Till now i got an idea that you guys have no resolution for a problem. Also, you like to irritate the customer till the customer stops calling. Your customer service team have only these four answers “IT WILL TAKE 20 DAYS”, “WE HAVE ESCALATED IT”, “HANDSET HAS BEEN SENT TO SENIOR’S FOR RESOLUTION” and most amazing answer is “WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DISCLOSE THIS”. A Suggestion: Why don’t you remove your customer service team and record these answers in IVR. This will save you a lot of money and then may be you will be able to focus on the quality and service of your phones Got a mail after one and a half month that i can collect my handset at my convenience. Called at service center for atleast 40-50 times, but no one bothered to pick the call. When I went there to collect my phone, all i got to know is that my phone is still not repaired and the mail was sent by mistake, as they may have another client with the same name i have, and they were supposed to send the mail to her and by mistake sent it to me. And for this inconvenience all i received is a sorry and a time of 20 more days to provide a resolution. You guyz dont bother about your customers, their time, money. It would have been better if i would have gone for a Brand rather than Micromax. Guys, please provide me a maximum time you guys gonna take to resolve this issue. And if the answer is unlimited, then please return my phone. I will get it repaired by Nehru Place (i guess Nehru Place have better engineers then you guys)

    Over 3 months elapsed for handing over my mobile, nobody is giving perfect delivery schedule. All the time, when we contacted Call Centre, we are getting a sweet reply that you will get your instrument in 15 days and we are taking your complaint on priority. We have approached through mails as well approached your call centre in nagpur but regret nobody is keen for providing service.

    This is the final reminder for this complaint. Incase, I dont get my instrument within 48 Hrs. from today, much agaist my desire, I will be forced to approach Consumer Forum for justice, needless to state, at your own risk and cost, which please note.

    It is painful to inform you that your company’s very time taking services as stated by your service provider makes me to think the relation that you maintain with customer.
    I am writing this mail to throw a light on services provided by your company. I have given my phone on dated 16th oct 2015 for repairing of technical fault in phone at Gopal Telecom service center in Jalandhar. That day they told me it will take 7-10 days for repairing but till 24 i didn’t get any information so i have contacted on telephone around 25th oct regarding repair but they informed that it will be informed when phone will got repaired. There was no information on phone till 2nd Nov then i went to service center and they told me that more 10-15 days will take as it has gone to company and take time to come back .Again on 19 i called them then they told me that cellphone is still with company, but it will come till this week .On 23 i called them again asked about phone , they told me that it will take more time then in evening i have gone to service centre to ask about cellphone weter I will get it or not, but as usual same excuse.
    But i would like to inform you that if i did not get my phone till this week i will not be left with another option other than going to consumer court to file case against your company .I have used many branded phone but every company took max 7-10 days to repair a phone what so ever fault occur. But your company has taken more than 1 month and 10 days but there is no update till date. Thanking you,

    I have purchased micromax Canvas Blaze MTS 500 mobile on dated 17.11.15 as I understood said mobile has CDMA option and I have Tata CDMA connection.
    Now from last 4 days I am trying to use whatsapp/Hike etc application on same but same is not running .
    Now I was reviewing the performance of this phone on internet and getting very negative feedback
    Have we did mistake to buy this phone???
    Today my wife went to nearby Kalkaji Customer centre wherein they did something and shown her same is working but after coming out same application is not working.
    Pl let us know whether same phone is capable for said application if yes then why same is not happening and what we have to do
    If not then what I have to do with this phone as we are being felt as cheated by company.

    I am using a Micro max A092 for the last 7 months,but now my phone battery got damaged i make a query to the service center,the said me that need to pay for the same in advance i paid the said,i am very much happy that since the last 2 months i got very poor response from the service center,they play a dirty game for the order.The service center said that it is back order in Micro max,how can they blindly say that.

    i am not at all satisfied with Micro max service they can provide even a battery to their customers.hell the service i paid the said amount in advance for the battery,need proper answer from Micro max

    very pathetic service and also contact detail not available for higher management. customer care very rude. not responsible.

    This is in reference to my mobile handset A300, Given for the service due to the system problem @ Vashi Service centre on 22 sept 2015. For which the dealer has taken the Phone even without giving the Stand by, I have been taking the followup since then I have not even received my Phone so far, I have visited the center today after getting pissed off with the pathetic service and non responsible behavior. I would like to ask or to communicate the techinical Head or the National Service head regarding the poor service standards, unprofessional behaviour of the staff and dealers, Also the kind of suffering that my business is getting due to non availability of the mobile phone since last 2 months also the mental harresment that i am getting after buying this handset due to the poor quality of the hand set. I would like some responsible person to please reply me on the following points or i am bound to take this matter to the Consumer Forum for the same:

    Why there is so much of non responsible behavior in the service centre.
    what took it too long to solve a simple problem of the handset.
    why there is non availability of the stand by phones at the service centre.
    who will bear the financial losses and damage to my professional image and my personal image because of not being able to communicate to my professional clients and my family.
    Is the policy for convenience of the consumer or to panic the customers, Is the national service head that big that he can not track the service standards and delays in procedure.
    Today i spoke to the ASM of Navi mumbai Mr Abbas stating my problems HE ASSURED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN 24 hrs, But he said that we can not Provide the number of Technical Head as this is the policy. You have to speak to me only, Please Justify this behaviour “His answer could have been Sir please give me 24 hrs i will resolve it or else i will get you connected to my Service Head.” which was not done. I am still struggling to be connected to my professional connections and family members, They are complaining that i am not in reach. and i am loosing my customers and my image out of this.” Because of incapability of your service center which is not equipped enough to solve it in 2 months of time.”
    Is it my fault that i bought this hand set after looking at the features and services of this product. Which prove to be myth and even damaged my professional, Personal Image & Credibility.
    look forward to have a reply from a responsible person from a MicroMax company.

    But sir i have not got my phone till now. Its more than 2 months.
    Whenever i contact ur customer care on your Toll free no. , they said that i will get my phone within 15 days.
    After 15 days they again said to wait 15 more days and so on. Even i hv called then today and still they saud to wait 15 days more. What is it Sir? I am really disappointed to your service. Now, i thinks that i shouldn’t buy micromax product.

    and not days continuously,They are not ready to give a spare mobile

    I was using a Micromax X 210+ Mobile phone for last 3 years and while it’s in the using condition it was physically damaged after falling to water.So it’s a big set back.Because it’s the phone I used with great ease.So smooth to use.Unfortunately with this incident I have been trying all over in Sri Lanka to repair it..which failed so.And this product is not existing in our current market.

    sir i buy a datacard on date 24-07-2015, then after only 3 month it does not work, so i give mydata card at micromax service centre by name M/s. Kota Mobile, Gumanpura Kota Ph no. 0744-2391715. (on date 12-10-2015). They said me that it can change in 15 days. But till today 29-10-2015 i hv no call or any information. i want ask who will responsible for my loss time and money, i feel shame that i choose micromax, its so irresposible company. who cant satify their customer. in future i will sugest to all other frnd that never choose any product of micromax, because its service r so bad.

    I purchased micromax canvas knight A350 (IMEI:911357701389779, 911357701590277) on 09-12-2014. On 1-7-2015, my phone started showing complaint of not charging. I gave it for servicing on the same day in an authorised micromax service centre (Xplus communication, shop no.392, 1st floor east, 100 ft road, 8th street, opposite karpagam complex theatre tatabad, coimbatore, tamil nadu-641012). I recived it back on 24-07-2015, from the same evening phone’sdisplay started flickering. I gave it again for service on 29-07-2015 and got it back on 17-08-2015. on 27-08-2015 again the phone touch was not working while using continuously for some time, and returns to working condition only after more than three hours and more. From 09-09-2015 onwards touchpad is’nt working totally. I submitted my phone in the same service centre again (job sheet no: S020220-0915-19103207) and many times i call to micromax toll free no and request for replace (complaint no. is MMX15091510037X7).
    I did’nt get exact solution after 46 days itself so I am moving to consumer court.

    I (Ekta Shah) am really disappointed with the service of micromax and repenting to take the mobile of micromax. I had purchased a canvas4+ in feb-2015 which had some problem last month so i submitted it to the service center of micromax named Vishwakarma mobile service situated at Maldahia, Varanasi on 23 Sep 2015. After 2 weeks on 9 Oct 2015 I have been called and give me an old mobile saying it recycling of mobile. What a joke it is? Have I paid so much money for using a second-hand mobile in the worst condition? I hadn’t accepted that mobile and complained on customer care. I didn’t get any solution yet. Clear all the mesh fast because i have no time to waste. Even i didn’t get any service mobile for the period.
    If i didn’t get the solution soon then I’ll go for customer court

    Hi I have purchased Micromax Mobile A114, EMEI 911343506693847 dated on 05-02-2015—–Within six month from the d.o.s my mobile gets complaint the complaint was totally dead and I have shown to the micromax service center in M/S A.K.S. Care B-1/CD-1/28 LDA Colony, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. Pin No-226005. My complaint no. is N040504-0815-18617813 Dt-17-08-2015 I have not at all satisfied from your M/S A.K.S. Care B-1/CD-1/28 LDA Colony, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow service center because they not returned my mobile after 50 Days & even not answering my calls. whenhow I visited the centre, they seems to be clueless about my mobile and tells it is not showing on their computer, hence may be it is at our delhi centre. Now I need my mobile urgently due to some circumstances. This type of behaviour to your customer is not good at all. I think i made a mistake to buy micromax mobile.
    So please I hope you will take responsibility regarding my mobile and take immediate action required. That will be great.

    micromax is total fake. i got a mobile of this company last year with 1 year warranty period after a month it was used it got a charging problem. the charge reduced when it was plugged for charging after complaining in service centre they have replaced it several times & evn after that the problem continued so they gve a replacement of that mobile.. now the new problem that i am facing is that is no space for any apps evn after using 16gb memory card.. worst experience in my whole life..

    I have purchased 1 handset of your brand in Dec. 2014. After 8 month some problems have occurred in this.
    As this handset is in under warranty we have submitted this handset at Service centre in Hadapsar, Pune on 06/08/2015. At that time your concern team commited that company will repaire and return the same to us within maximun 45 days.
    After continous follow up of your team, we are not getting satisfactory response. Also not getting response by calling on captioned no. i.e. 18605008286.
    Now after 52 days has completed and still concern represantative again commiting us to wait for some days.
    Customer Care of Hadapsar. Mr. Ram behaves like he doesn’t care for the customers. He behaves like we are doing some favour on him. His peoples doesn’t know the value of time of customers. From so many years I am using mobiles, but never got such a horrible experience.
    Seriously Micromax is total FRAUD company….

    Hi I have purchased a tab p480. A worthless waste and non reliable tab u have provided. Micromax sucks…… Why have u opened this company to make foool of the customers. One in hundreds a faulty piece is prepared, understood. But ur company make it opposite. Very bad.
    Customer Care of Panvel. Mr. Sandesh Patil behaves like mm doesn’t care for the customers. He behaves like we are doing some favour on him. His peoples doesn’t know the value of time of customers. From past an hour am sitting in the service centre I said it’s getting late but this boy 2min. Like he is preparing a maggiee for everyone. From so many years I am using mobiles, but never got such a horrible experience.

    lATEST JOB CARD NUMBER-S0 30276-0715-181-83210 My phone was with THEIR COCHIN service centre for almost 4-5 months and there was no compliant with my battery whereas when it came back after fourth service your service centre people says now the problem is with battery rest all rectified. If your people saying is correct the battery got damaged when it was with your service centre people and it was not under my custody for the past 4-5 months and my phone’s battery got complaint when it was with your service centre it is not my mistake. Hence request you to make my phone in working condition else replace the phone or battery. Please find the attached comments written by the Cochin service centre person. IT IS A BIG CHETAING TO THE CUSTOMERS NEVER GO FOR MICROMAX PHONES ..WORST SERVICE

    Kindly note I have submitted my phone for servicing in the month of April and May due to power flickering (spontaneous power on /off) both the times they have checked the whole phone (they changed the battery with an another one but the problem was there hence both the times they have done software inundation but there was no changes to the phone complaint

    Later they send the phone to Delhi service center in the month of June and it was there for 2 months when i went to collect the same after repair I found that that the problem still there hence I didn’t collect the phone and they again made a job cards and send back the phone to Delhi for further repair and I have been told by your service centre person in cochin either my phone will get repaired else replaced. I had to wait an another 2 months and went to collect teh phone
    on 4th September at teh service centre they told that your phone has been repaired but battery now not working and I have to pay for teh new batterty and they also added that even if i pay they don’t have battery in stock to replace.

    YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THEY HAD MY ORIGINAL BATTERY WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND I HAVEN’T APPROCHED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FOR BATTERY PROBLEM HOWEVER DURINNG FOUR SERVICE SERVICE CENTER PERSON HAS SEEN MY BATTERY HAD NO COMPLIANT HENCE I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS IF YOUR SERVICE CENTER PERSON SAYING IS CORRECT MY BATTERY GOT COMPLAINT WHEN IT WAS I N YOUR GOOD OFFICE DURING THE PAST 5 MONTHS HENCE EITHER I NEED TO HAVE A WORKING BATTERY ELSE YOU SHOULD GIVE BACK MY PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION.

    Sir, i have purchased a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black – Gold) handset for 14138/- Rupess from Amazon.in (Online) on 04/01/2015. .After 8 month of usage it got minor problem of charging. So i submitted to Micromax service center in M/s AVJ communication , Shop no -20 ,2nd floor ,Hudson Lane , Kingsway Camp, Pin code no -110009, contact no -011-43466454 ,New Delhi -110009 . Service center gave a job sheet and didn’t mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on 17/08/2015 and told me it will be take minimum 2 week (15 days). I have called many times the micromax service center no one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i have called them 25 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tired of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call. And many time I personally visit at service center, they always told me that problem have not been sort out. On asking them you get only one reply ‘parts are not available and can be delivered by next 6-7 days OR our system is showing “Waiting “

    Today I again spoke to them but the only reply you get is that it may take one week or more.
    Its already been 29 days n still on hold.

    its 29 days completed now . Still i m not get my phone back and repaired. this is my life’s worst
    Experienced i ever faced in my life. After sale service is too bad that i don’t have word to explain it.

    They are either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve this complaint.

    i have given my handset due to touch back key problem. service center has been sent after committed to me handset will be received within 25 days and sent for replacement/ repairing but already 45 days passed and still I didn’tknow the status about my handset which was deposited at Service center at Vadodara to D S MOBILE, SB-7, VRAJ SIDDHI TORWE, RAJMAHAL ROAD, VADODARA, GUJARAT and also not taken any responsibilities for the same by service center as well as customer care also.

    Still they are not committed the same , Please help what can i do for the same.

    I would like to bring your kind notice that I am getting suffered through your services, while I was visited at your service center namely SUPPORT MEDIA, 108/110, B. T. Road, opposite ISI main gate, Kolkata -700108 on 22/23 of July’15 to fix up the problem of my new set covered under guarantee period but they charge extra i.e. because the battery get toned during operation, any how I was agree to pay the cost of new battery and asked him to replace with a new one.     I have put an Email to you right here in this column,its almost 2 months to till now continue mailed to you.
    What I got till now,nothing! Every time I mailed you, I supposed to be that my mails would made sense,
    that you taken it SERIOUSLY and that real work would be done . I have thought that my frustration would
    be addressed.I was assured you will improve.What I was told to you and what you’ve done?

    I have been trying to contact with Micromax SC (Perfect Mobile Repair Centre)
    from past two weeks for checked about the status
    of my handset. ALWAYS I got in response (Internet not working,No light).
    Does it sensible response? Micromax sell only smart phone but no any
    smart service anyway.They provide me the service like I didn’t bought the handset ,I BAGGED
    it.I can understand there would be electricity issue,Internet issue but always .????

    Now do one thing, I do not want my handset back, I want my MONEY back. keep your handset to you any kept it for lifetime . I have bought trouble in 11,300/-
    No benefit,Not making the most of it.

    And you know, the handset has have to you more than me. Now the warranty
    period is over on 22nd Aug 2015. what is the benefit for it. I don’t think so you might be extended
    the warranty period. but rest of the thing I don’t care.
    BACK MY 11,300/- bucks.

    I also suffred from same problam here Many compliants and job sheets are avialable but no any other solution. I bought my mobile phone in 1 oct 2014 but at the starting time this device work is not properly then i went to customer care and submit my device for 25 days. At that time i also request plz change my device but their response is not good for me job sheet no N050126101412878767 . 2nd time also same problem faces then they submit my device for 1 day testing and next day i received my device after 2 days same problem faces many time i went customer care but they do not co-oprate with me and they will complete their process only for software updation only every two nad haif hours for every visit. At last as per your trail mailing information i went to customer care in yamunanagar submit my device with job sheet no N050126071517650892 at least one month . I received my device after 25 days means 25/07/2015 . But he is not on means he is totally off . At last i am totally frustrated and hrassing.my moblie no is 8950074001 but at the time i want to change my device or refund my money other wise i will take action agianst the company

    Dear micromax service enginner

    I have purchased two mobiles of micromax A 76 canvas model one mobile is ok but other have serious manufacturing defect .

    I have given defective mobilre four times to kolhapur service station for 15 days period
    the problem is not gone .
    the service station only pass days to go mobile out side warrenty period
    now again for this mobile given for repair noe they said motherboard gone and pay charges becuase mobile is out of warrenty . why they not change motherbord in warrenty now i planned to go in court for this matter of giving defective piece

    I submitted my handset Micromax Canvas4+ at Abacus System in Manimajra on 20th june and now till date i have not received. Service authorizers claimed the cell phone has been reparied with in 10 days. I called at 4-5 times and all time the  response recieved handset not repaired.

    I requested you to please resolve the matter otherwise i take action against your company service.

    Now micromax is create a bad nature of customer . Because now my phone is shortly cut of function touch screen and am now submit my phone till 15days . But when ever i contact him to then he/she replay me to your phone is now pending and the now your parts is not coming here . So now the micromax care creat a faltu decession . Why a customer buy a any product of micromax company . Because you servicing period is late and no recovery system or no rupee demand return . So i agree to Micromax company now days is bad where all other brand is take just moment to service or repair and where recovery option is stay and money recovery return option also . So Sir, I request you to please either service my phone or urgently or recovery a new phone or give me my phone price . Because now i have no handset and it cross 15days so now i have not presence waiting your service .

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I have faced a problem regarding my phone Micromax A116 Version 4.1.2 battery when I had visited on dated 19.06.2015 at Micromax Service Center, Ms Cell Solutions 305 Krishna Nagar in front of Jai Gopal Industries, Bulandshahr Pin 203001 that has been transferred Near Bank of Baroda Wali Gali, Krishna Nagar, Bulandshahr in present.
    Firstly my complaint is that this service center is giving only 01 month warranty to customer at battery on new purchase battery.
    In this continuation I want to keep my problem behind you that I have given an order of new battery on dated 10.6.2015 to Micromax Service Center because at purchase time it was not in its stock and submitted Rs. 500.00 in from 890.00 This service center told me that it will be available in 3 days and we will message at your mobile number after three days for taking it and also assured me that if this new battery is found wrong after provide to me, they will change it in 3 days and this new battery will give one day full backup.
    I had visited on dated 18.06.2015 at service center to take it and waited. I have watched that there was only one number battery in stock that was not in any polythene and was deep discharge when it has been given to me by this service center and seeming used old battery because firstly they had given to me after that confirmed me that you want to take the battery of Micromax A116 while they had snapped of my set. This battery does not keep any trademark and serial number at it that is at original battery. At last this battery had been given to me that day. After come at home when I have charged it about 3 and 4 hours but found that this batter had gone in low in few hours at same day. I had faced same problem again and again same day.
    After that I had visited on dated 19.6.2015 at service center and want to take new battery instead of old battery there was not any battery in stock in original or local and when I showed the snapshot of my old original battery that had trademark symbol with serial number, this service center worker told me that they will provide to me new battery but not assured that they will give me trademark symbol t at battery with serial number and told that if I will take it this type of battery from this service center, they will give me warranty from dated 18.6.2015 nor new date when they will provide me after 3 days from 19.6.2015 when I had submitted it at service center. This shows that this worker is giving wrong battery to customer and keeping only one wrong battery in stock and is giving condition to customer that if you take trademark battery with serial number you will find take low warranty of battery. He told me that this new battery will take 10 days time to come at service center but when I have discussed it from worker that if any problem is found in battery, you will give it to customer in three days, at this he told me that I have collected wrong information about it. This has not been said by him. After that when I want to see CCTV footage for it, he has denied for it and told that this CCTV shows only video not audio.
    Sir this service center worker has argued me again and again and not listed to me. When I urged from this worker that I want right new original battery with trademark and serial number at it, they will give order and mail for it. When I want to take my amount return, they did not return it and told me that we can not cancel order and not return your money. Sir when customer is returning battery next day from purchase in warranty period and wanting to take his amount, why service center is not returning his amount and forcing with customer that wrong battery is right battery and about that battery customer is giving information to this service center, they can not provide it and if they provide it they will give less warranty from in 30 days. Sir I want to know from you that when service center is providing wrong accessories to customer in spite of this they are lowing warranty of battery from in 30 days. Sir customer wants only right accessories and its warranty that is customer right but this service center is hiding information and providing wrong accessories to customer and after that when customer is demanding right accessories, they are continuously lowing warranty from in 30 days. This shows they are taking own decision and making fool to customer and hiding information from customer. There is not a legal authorities against this service center who may take an action against it.
    Sir finally service center worker had accepted that he will provide me trademark sign battery with serial number and if it is not found he will provide it but I have to take its warranty from old bill date that will be less from in 30 days while the old battery had been used by me only one day.
    Sir, I hope that you will check it and take a legal action at this service center and its executives and will give to me it revert shortly. I seem that this service center is hiding information from customer both regarding in original battery and in its warranty.

    Hi,

    I have given a hanset micromax CG666 for repairing on April 28 th at sree Ayyapa mobiles kottayam. It is more than 50 days ,but still the phone is not repaired.Job sheet number is S030414051516950387.
    When I called customer care regarding this at toll free number 18605008286, and registered a complaint MMX120615455157. According to the customer care executive, per the job sheet number, they received my phone only on may 30. I wanted to know where my phone was for these 32 days ? For a simple complaint I am waiting for the phone for more than 50 days and it is affecting my day to day business. Since it is a CDMA sim , I don’t have an option to put it in an other phone. So my mobile number is idle for these days , and i am paying the bill too. Initially it was told that it takes only 20 days to repair, but till now I didn’t got any feedback. So I request you to help with this request today itself. If you are not capable to repair the phone, then let me know that through mail. So that I can proceed with further steps. I hope you will do the needful ASAP.

    SIR I purchase micromax A82(grey) from bihar bhagalpur . My phone I bought a phone and after 5 months it got worsen. The touch of the phone was not working so i went to micromax service centre of M/S Solution care on 18 april 2015 in the morning.
    9th march pervies i am go to service center because my phone kharab ho gya tha.
    One of the customer care executives working there told me that it will take 20-25 days maximum to get new mobile but i have not got my phone back even not a single call from their side to inform me about the phone. On 25th day i called on service center’s no. They informed me that it will take few days more then i asked for any senior’s contact no. They not gave me . .

    After 2-3 days i got a call from micromax. they said that we are planning to replace your phone as it’s taking so much time. They told me they are replacing it with micromax bolt a82 but i didn’t like that phone so i refused..
    Then i called on micromax customer care no they gave me the complaint no.too.The no is MMX18061549244 but what’s the use of that when no one pick up the call. Everyone is taking the customer for granted.

    On 18th june i again called the service center’s no. They told me that it will take more time so we are replacing the phone and it will be delivered at your place then i asked which phone you are replacing it with. They said that we don’t know about head office no.

    Then again called them but no use of it. ringing, ringing and ringing only. No one is taking an effort to pick up the call. within 3 days i called atleast 70-80 times but no response from their side, they didn’t pick any call.

    I told them that i don’t want any other replaced phone i just want my phone back or the same model or just want my money back. Otherwise i am going to take some action. We take leaves or half days from our jobs just to get our mobile repaired but no use because those people are ridiculous and so their services are.

    One more thing i want to mention that i asked for any mobile for temporary purpose till my phone get replaced but mr deepak said according to our policies we can’t provide any other phone. just think can any person spend 1.5-2 months without phone in today’s life when you are using that phone for official purpose too

    i even told them that i just want my phone back asap otherwise customer court’s doors are always open for us but it doesn’t matter for them

    after that i called so many times but no response. so finally with so much frustation on 9 may 2015 i visited the same center best services-rohini sec 8. there i spoke to deepak he told me that this center is closed now when i asked him that how it is possible because i collected the replacement phone(broken piece) 2 days before from this center only then he told me that it is closed since 1 june but i collected on 5 june..

    i am not getting it just for a single problem i will give my phone to the company for 2-3 months. really disgusting. and aise hi sari warranty phone ki khtm ho jaegi then ye log kahenge warranty over and yes i havn’t got warranty or any replaced phone bill or any other infoormation till now

    i am requesting you to take some strict action against them. they are completely harrasing the customers mentally. after so much frustation and mental harrassment i am complaining you. kindly do the needful asap.

I have submitted to the sever center of Nagpur Al-Raza Micromax sever center Nagpur on 18-05-2015.But sitl now is has been not done,It is pending for touch to receive from company. Before the told me the my phone is ok pl take it, when i reach there they told me that the touch pad that they have receive from company was not working so they sent is back to company…what is going on..i have not taken phone to keep in service center, pl provide the service properly, It is my humble request you to look in this matter and clear it fast.

    I bought a phone micromax canvas knight a350 and after 6 months it got worsen. The touch of the phone was not working so i went to micromax service centre of rohini on 27 april 2015 in the morning.

      the same issue is with my just 3 months old canvas nitro A-311 (16 gb) and it has been 27 days despite of the maximum time they asked for was 7 days, and since then they called up me 3 times that my phone handset is now ready and i can collect the same from the laxmi nagar service centre but the phone have the same problem and without even checking the phone they are returning back to the customer

But micromax provide me A-106 market price Rs.5800,And my handset was A99 market price Rs.7200 .Its not right .I will given in 8 days for my handset replacement time or refund money otherwise i will case in consumer court or job sheet print news paper with your TAT time.

    I am very very harassment of your very poor service.

    we recently purchased micromax canvas spark Q380 from snapdeal.the phone is not supporting sim card and the service centre is not providing us with any help and assistence. they are not responding properly to our complaint and are also harassing us for 2days. the saervice centre is located in sakchi, jamshedpur.
    so we are not at all satisfied with the service provided..

    so please look into our problem and do the needfull.

    kal unhone mere jack me problem thi k vo chalte chalte ruk jata tha tab unhone mujhse kaha ki aapkA jack kharab ho gaya he ise change karna padega mene unse jack change karwa liya jiska unhone mujhse Rs 250 liya but sir vo jack to abhi bhi wesa hi he jesa pehle tha. so please sir aapse request he ki aap jald se jald is samasya ka samadhan kare thankyou

    Initialy they assuared me to give the set with in 10 to 12 days as they are sending it to the Company Service Centre.After 12 days when ever I used to contact for enqiery they said that it will come in next 2 days.This repeated till date and today 23 May 15 they says that the mobile came after service from Company Service but the fault is not rectified and they are sending again to Company Service Centre.
    My humble request to you is to repay me the money back or give me a new good mobile of same model.Because if the Company is not able to rectify the fault in One and a half months. I don’t want such a faulty mobile set any more even after paying around Rs 15000/- and waiting for a faulty set.
    I had faced a lot of inconvenience due to this.
    So I request You Good Office to repay me the money back or give me a new good mobile of same model and keep the pride of MICROMAX high.

    I am using canvas gold a300 till 6months its battery is drain very fastly and heats very much while regular use and also on charging
    Its ui is also lag and the biggest problem is app storage

    Till i am using it ..it did not got a single update and it does not have lollipop version although it is very much expensive ..
    Now what i can do about these problems
    So last option for me is only to change the brand ? Plz send lollipop update to fix all these problems

    I was placed an order dated 1-Feb-2014 for buying the mobile set namely Micromax Canvas Full HD A166i white and received the same on 2-Feb-2014 through Flipkart. The copy of invoice is annexed herein That the above mentioned mobile set was initially working well for 10 month. And after wards there was defect in storage of battery I went to the service center at nawada on 2-Jan-2015 for repairing of the said problem but the person at service center told to me that battery was not working and suggested for the replacement of battery by buying new one i had has given 1050 rupees for replacing the battery with new one.That on next day that is 3-Jan-2015 got back the mobile set with new battery and then put the same for charring but same problem still subsist. Then i am again visited to service center with same problem but shocked know from the executive that there is problem in the mother board of the mobile set. It is pertinent here that without checking the mobile, the above named addressee no 2 changed the battery. That on their instruction i have handover the mobile set for repairing of mother board and also told by them that it would be rectified with 30-45 days. After 30 days i went to the service center for the receipt of the mobile set After receiving the mobile set, and i am checked the same at home but the same problem still there in the in mobile set. i had again visited the service center for removal of the set problem but the executive told to me that the warranty has expired. It is pertinent to mention here that when the mobile set was given for repairing it was within warranty and it was known to the both the addressee That the executive of the service center told to me that warranty would extended for one month and also repaired the same within 2-3 days.i had on believing the advise of the serivce center left the mobile set with them That i had 2-Mar-2015 after 1 week called up the service center for enquiring about the status of the condition of my mobile set but in return they have not replied satisfactorily. i have been harassed for last 3 month and not solution either given by the company or service center.Due to defect, i could not commnicate or contact any body as this phone is only available for the purpose.

    I recently purchased 2 Micormax unite 2 A106 (dated 10 Jan, 15 and 14 Jan, 15) phones within 4 days. And was planned to buy 2 more.

    Both phones which I bought got hanged within a span of 10 days max. Reverse button not working a tall. Software not getting updated at all. It has 8 GB of space, shows 5 GB. Still it shows insufficient space for updation. Phones getting hanged while calling and receiving.

    I also took additional 1 year warranty for both phones individually. I had lot of expectations from this phone.

    Pathetic company and its service.

    I have purchased a micromax dongle after two month of use the dongle was out of work then we have return.the dongle to micromax custmer care for repairing or replasement.
    Then after 1 year the custmer care return an old dongle of any other person And told us that the dongle is brand new .In that dongle their is no cap and their is many scrach in top of it ..If this problem is not solved in between three day , I will take this matter or case to consumer court after three days so solve this problem by give a new dongle in three days as soon as possible

    This is to inform the top management that I had purchased Micromax A096 on 13-08-2014, it was just 4 months from the date purchase of the phone and suddenly there was some defect in the mother board of the instrument, On contacting the Micromax Care Center Jamnagar on 6-01-2015 the executives at the Micromax Care Center promised to repair that instrument and return the same in 10 days. In spite of visiting the care center again and again, they returned the instrument after 23 days i.e. on 29-1-2015. After the delay of 13 days, instead of replacing the new mother board of the same model, they replaced an old mother board that too of other model having less configurations and because of that the side volume keys were not working. In return the answer from the care center executive is that the model itself i.e. MICROMAX A102 is a fail model and also that the Micromax company itself is not cooperating with the care center. And that too in very rude manner. Thus it was an attempt to defraud us.
    Are these the after sales service that your company provides to the customers?

Service Center Near Agra chowk, Palwal , Haryana called me on my mobile no(9355377043). And declared they can not cure this set and returned back me my mobile after TAKING BACK JOB SHEET.
    Right now I wont have any job sheet with me.
    This Mobile is like a GARBAGE BOX FOR ME.

    I have a Micromax A350 Canvas Knight smartphone (IMEI

    On November 9th I found a complaint that the same mobile was restarting

    Plaza, TC11/1955,Plamoodu,Pattom, Trivandrum -695004, on 12-11-2014. They
    told that it is motherboard related issue and would take 20 days for
    replacement of motherboard. Now it is 2 month and my mobile is not
    yet and not committing any date for replacement. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and the product that I have not able to use it properly.

    Sir I had purchase the phone in june 2014 and from October 2014 it has been with the Mobile Mania solving the problem, still date after more than 60days they are not providing the phone not solving the query and also not providing the proper answer. Everytime I asked about the phone they told me it is in company and will receive shortly but not the exact date.

    Meine todhe time pehle phone liya tha A290(canvas knight cameo) aur uske kharid ne 20 din baad usme problem aagyi meine service center par dekhaya(i.e 30 oct,14) toh unhone kaha ki 6 oct ko hume se le lena meine kaha thik hai toh mein phir bhi apna phone lene 8 oct ko gya toh unhone kaha ki 2 hrs ke baad mein 3hrs baad gya aur phir 1:30 hrs wait karne ke baad unhone kaha ki 2din baad milega meine kaha chalo thik hai…koi nhi…mein phir 2 din baad gya toh unhone jawab diya ki 1 din baad phir jab mein 1 din baad gya toh unhone kaha ki srry sir bs 1 din aur lag jayega kyunki phone sahi hone mei problem ho rahi hai meine pucha part toh aagya na toh kya problem hai toh unhone kaha haan sir part toh aagya par problem aa rahi hai….toh meine kaha chalo ek din aur sahi….aur aaj mujhe apna phone lene jana tha par aaj service center se phone aaya ki ab 25-26 din lag jayega…kyunki part nhi aaya hai…agar part nhi tha toh yeh itne din se kya kar rahe the aur costosmer ko bewakoof bana rahe the….
    Matlb costomer phone kharidta hai use karne ke liye par aap log usse use karne kaha dete hoo….
    Aur mein kya service center par log apna 3 months purana phone lene aaye the tabhi unko nhi mill raha tha….ab aap he socheye ki costomer agli baar apki company ka phone kyun kharidega…..
    Ab aap kuch kareyi aur mera phone replace karva ke dijeye…..then only i will rethink to not go to consumer court and complaint abt my problem…as it will give bad name to the company…so, think abt it as decision is in your hand

    maine 6 mahine pahle micromax a34 aurangabad bihar k service center mein diya tha jo ab mila hai aur wo bhi a26 ka software install kar k aur battary backup bhi pahle se bahut kam aur camera aur sabhi applicatiobs ka colour bhi jaise ka taisa eg. green color yellow aa raha hai red blue aa raha hai

    gretting for the fantastic growth performance in mobile world.
    I want to draw your attention with my bad experience with such wonderful company like micromax. I have purched a canvas L(A108) for my younger brother on 14 august 2014 as a gift i gave this mobile to him on 15 august . its very pathatic sitution for that i spent 9500 rupees but i get huge pain from second day. phone hunging, battery back is very poor, chip is not supporting the phone. my brother complaint me about the phone from second day. but i am refusing his complaint. he is living is rudrapur uttrakhan and me in bareilly uttar pradesh. yesterday i went to the service centre at bareilly they told me that we solve the problem. i gave the photostate of sales invoice to them. after 30 mintes i get back the mobile set. but went i reached my home after 35 mintes problem.yesterday again i submitted my phone thier. its my humble request to solve this issue solve soon as soon possible.I shall highly thankful to you.

    I have purchased a mobile of micromax canvas (A111) on 5th may 2014.Thought Flip kart. After 1 month it starts getting switched off automatically. I gave it to micromax service center of yedhur(Bangalore) they forwarded
    It to their head office but nothing happened. Again I told them about the Problem but they were not at all ready to listen. After that flip kart and micromax care has suggested me to go to another service center. I went to the service center in marathalli (Bangalore). For repair After 1 month and3 days they returned my cell but unfortunately still problem was not solved. Again I have submitted my phone Today (24-sept-2014) and I request you to return my money.
    As i am a job seeker and i don’t have that much time and money to spend on. I have purchased it in Rs8140 but it has cost me approx 9000…
    I just request you to refund my money within 10days otherwise i will file a case against you in consumer court.

    Please don’t purchase any Micromax Smart Phone. Becuse Micromax after sales services are very very poor. If you have purchase Mobile of Micromax and you will require to repair the same in warranty period you must have to wait for 40 to 45 days. If you are lucky your phone will repair in 40 days otherwise you have to wait and watch. Micormax service station as well as customer care service is very poor.

    going Micro max M/S Sabsonic Service Center 9th September. My Phone hand over M/S Sabsonic Service Center , Service Center very casual approach in dealing with customer
    complaints. The phone is still with the service centre. Now they have stopped
    responding any more.

    I tried refraining from addressing you Sir, but circumstances forces me to do so!

    My mobile Canvas Elantra had dropped on the floor where some water was, I quickly tried cleaning, but could not set it okay, so rushed to the nearest Micromax authorised service centre.
    There they inspected to state that two boards needed replacement, I agreed also to pay Rs3,600.00.
    Upon collecting I noticed that the plastic body parts had melted, but the person attending said it would not affect, then i asked for the parts, he refused to give–nor did he show me.
    This matter was faxed yo your office and Head of Marketing — no response.

    26th Sept I get a response stating that parts replaced cannot be returned as a matter of policy.

    My response to customercare today 29th Sept 2014 is self explanatory below,

    Attn: Micromax care

    Please refer to your mail of 26th Sept.
    • For your information I now declare that I have the required evidence that such parts were not replaced, rather was only heat treated.
    • In fact while doing so it damaged and melted the plastic inner mould of the body.
    When you respond, its important to investigate before your give your ready made answers, it is unbecoming of a firm as yours.
    Though I am disappointed, I shall give you a chance to respond to what I claim, failure to do so, I will take up the matter at other forums

    Pls dont buy micromax led tv worst sevice,We purchased 32 led just 4 months back only,Right now tv as got Display problem,From past 25 days back, engnieers came 2-3 times taken photo copy of model & serial no Sticker. But yet till now problem is not resolved. Worst customer care Exucutive & Service mangers.

    Dear sir i recently brought micromax doodle on 29th of aug2014 and after a week the touch screen was not working i gave it to service center but till now i havent got back my mobile phone till now when enquired they touch screen panel has to be changed it has to come from delhi will it take ten days to come from delhi realy i am sorry to say you that i had brought three mobiles for my cousins but here afterwards i wont recomend any one to buy any micromax product i had brought a funbook for my daughter also when i took it to service center they said “USE TILL IT LASTS. IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED SPARE PARTS NOT AVILABLE that was the answer from your service center.just one year old tablet battery not avilable.i think all the products of yours are use & throw .i am sorry to bring it to your notice sir.
