But yet no sms stopped from . Today 2 sms received . One at night to disturb me. Stop from tomorrow as my number in DND or i will file complaint in TRAI. Visited metro shoes meerut. Brought a slipper bt was unsatisfied due to some reason so went to exchange it the behaviour of ur staff was soo rude that being a loyal customer i felt that everything went in vain then I had given them a sandal for repair instead of repairing it they broke the heel and when i said what have you done ur manager answered maam ye pehle se tha ...i said are your eyes fine that you did nt notice such a big thing when you were taking it for repair...after that he was shut ...the whole thing is that such issues are spoiling the goodwill of metro shoes

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOE FOR RS.3000/- FROM UR AURANGABAD OUTLET IN NIRALA BAZAR IN NOVEMBER FIRST WEEK BUT THE SHOE HAD SOLE AND SIDE PASTING PROBLEM IN ONE MONTH SO WE GAVE THE SHOE TO THE OUTLET AND TOLD THEM TO GIVE US REPLACEMENT WITH NEW SHOE INSTEAD OF THAT THEY REPAIRED THE OLD SHOE AND CALLED US TO TAKE THE REPAIRED SHOE BUT WE WON'T TAKE THE OLD SHOE BECAUSE I BEING SUCH AN OLD AND LOYAL CUSTOMER OF METRO SHOES I WANT REPLACEMENT WITH NEW PAIR OF SHOES IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I HAD GIVEN THE SHOES TO THE OUTLET ON 6TH OF JAN-2017 MY CONTACT NO. I will not even take your shoes if your giving it for free. Such worst quality for such high prices. As if money has just no values. You people loot customers and take money so anyway value for money can be expected at the least from you. Marketing and business is fine in its part, but customer satisfaction and gaining trust is also a primary part of business. Within 2 months 2 shoes torn, which i hardly wore for 10 days. I have anyway registered complaint , want refund and no more hassle. Shameless people.
