My maruti Ritz purchase two year back having big problem, getting stopped while driving. Three times get serviced spendig more than 50000 with assurance the problem has been resolved. This is not yet resolved from Kalyani Morota - RR Nagar, Bangalore. I am losing my confidence with M99aruti. Please help me out how this problem can be resolved. i purchased Maruti Celerio ZXI (optional) car from Maruti show room Satya automobiles Korba, Chattisgarh on15/01/2015. During inspection I noticed that Fender lining has been provided on front wheel only and not on rear wheels. This will result in mud accumulation leading to rust formation and damage of body rear side including dickey. Maruti swift , I 10, etc.are also same segments car which are having fender lining over front as well as rear wheel. Kindly send pair of rear fender lining free of charge or on payment basis as it is not available with dealer or any of I spare parts shop.your prompt action will increase body life of my car which has costed approx.Rs.5 lakhs of my hard earned savings. The breakdown of the car was reported on 23-03-15 to the toll-free-number at about 11.00am. And I was assured that the car will be taken to the service station by the company. Today i.e. on 23-03-2015 the technician Mr. Dineshbhai had attended the car at about 11.15 am and he toed the car to the service station. The General Manager Service, Mr. Ashit Desai had inspected the car and he found that there was a problem with the en gine. Probably the car did not have enough Engine oil while it was delivered to me. The total running of the car up till now is only 113 Kms. Even the Registration is yet to be done. So we understand that there is either a manufacturing defect or carelessness of the dealer in giving delivery of the car without thorough checking of all parameters those are required. So, in this case, at this instance I am without my car. And I require a new car to be replaced to me for the car which I have returned it to the service station of Kiran Motors Limited, Chhani, Vadodara. I have purchased Maruti Ertiga VXI in the name of M SRITHA PARIMALA from Varun Motors on 27th December, 2014. Engine Number of the Vehicle K14BN7063170 I have just driven the vehicle for a month and I started experiencing noise during gear change and clutch release. I have initially taken the vehicle to Gem Motor and it was with the for close to 10 days and the defect was not identified. Later when I complained to Ramesh Kalavala from Hyderabad Maruti, he asked me to hand over the vehicle to MR Rajsekhar in Mithra Agencies. I handed over the vehicle to Mithra on 05/03/2015. They have done a lot of research on my vehicle to find the issue, but even now they could not solve the problem. In the due course they have changed SHAFT ASSY FRONT DRIVE which did not bring any difference. Mr Rajasekhar told that they have all the new parts and will change change the old parts to overcome this issue. In the meantime Ramesh and Rajsekhar also promised that they are sending old parts Gurgaon technical team to find out what the issue is. But later today they told me the same was not implemented as the noise will still come. Field tech report no: 1002100350018 Maruti Help desk reference no: 140003169 In the mean time I also called Mr Naveen Team Leader sales Varun Motor Banjara hills branch to let him know of the issue and he is least bother and he asked me to give complaint. Mr Ramesh Kalavala from maruti called me today and told that there is noise coming and the Technical team in Gurgaon has also told him that Ertiga Petrol design is such that the noise will come and its coming in all the petrol vehicles. He also promised me to hand over a mail stating the same by monday. I also want a letter from Maruti that this vehicle is safe to drive. I had a lot of faith in maruti vehicles and it got shattered with today's response. A customer will never buy a vehicle which is giving noise noise. If all Ertiga Petrol vehicles are like that please ask your sales representatives to communicate the same to customer when buying them. I'm expecting some solution to my problem and I will look forward for the same for some time. If it still not getting resolved I will have to raise a complaint in the consumer court. Respected sir, I Bharat Bhushan Sharma would to like to inform you that, I bought a new vehicle Swift dezire Vdi from your outlet at Jamkash Badhoon rajouri Jammu and Kashmir in 2014 baring registration number JK11A8800 I found that my Milage was not up to the mark that it was very low from the date of purchase to till now after that i had visited to the outlet regarding that matter many times but after checking the milage it comes around to 8.2 liter per km after that they had outlet for road test but it turned out to be 8.2 km per liter in the presence of the staff there in the outlet after that they told me to sign the satisfactory note but I refuse to do so as the milage was not ok. And he blamed me that you are not using fifth gear that's why the mileage of my car is low and I found this logic surprising . But on highway i prefer to drive with fifth gear but still the milage was same . And they told me to sign the satisfactory note against my will as i was right at both occasions. After that they told me to visit the jammu for the milage issuee where Amit Dogra Had drove the vehicle and using first Cut he told me that your Average is founded to be ok . he had droven the Vehicle 32 Kms and in the first cut i was confused because in that how the milage can be calculated Therefore they again told me tosign on satisfactory note And i do so . And on the second day the DGM mailed me that i was not applying fifth gear thats why the milage of my car was comming low but our technical advisor Mr Amit Dogra Manages 20 km per liter. And i got applaud how DGM is saying that technical advisor manage to draw 20km per liter on highway as it was 10.8 km per liter when he ( technician manager ) drove my car in presence of Mr Deepak (Work Manager) practically. But How DGM had mailed me that it was 20km per liter . I feel cheated after the whole episode and ponder upon the fact that why DGM IP SINGH mailed me in which he proved himself right and Quotined my integrity. Although there are few customers who came to my notice even they faced such treatment by DGM he gave them no entry in work shop and call them irritating customers in which i had also felled in the Same Category. in A year i Had visited the outlet many times related the Same problem but there was no solution in a year now i am fed up with this car that gives such a beautiful milage of 8.2 kms per liter that is on the Diesel today again i had visited to the outlet regarding the problem and the DGM told me where is the proof i had told you verbally but in the system there is no record sir i am a customer i could not know how the record gets maintained in the system either the DGM had some personal issuee with me or there is something else in his mind . i dont know why the maruti had opened such a big outlet in the place where the problem is not solved in a year . It was better for me to take a commercial vechicle instead of such a car that gives a mileage around the bus/truck mileage because their mileage can be compare with the maruti suzuki dezire VDI mileage, sir i am totally harassed form this matter. sir please take some immediate action on this matter because i am a businessman and i have no time to see my car only, therefore i request you to either replace or fix the problem in car. I feel shameful for purchasing such a bad piece of car from the international company i.e maruti suzuki Therefore i request maruti to look after the issuee to get my problem solved. Hi, I recently brought a Maruti ertiga (Model VXI Manual) from Sanei motors, Kolkata. I want to point out that there is a gross anomaly between price of car while booking and invoice copy at the time of delivary. At the time of booking I paid 8,06,252.00 (see attached booking invoice). While My Tax invoice says that Total price is 7,77,854.00(see attached Tax invoice).What happend to Rs 28,398? Why this anomaly? I should expect same amount Tax invoice what I given at the time of booking. Also at the time of booking I was given a discount of Rs. 1500.00 (as I am a Government employee) and Rs 8000.00 as dealer discount for the car. But in the Invoice it is mentioned that discount for Institutional customer is Rs 4366.81 and Discount is Rs 8733.62. IT IS AFFECTING THE BRAND NAME of MARUTI AND THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

I recently purchased a Baleno car and facing suspension and pick up problem. The suspension is not good at all as it feels like seating on a bicycle as well as pick up seems to be worst in this segment of cars. Visited couple of times to service centre but it seems the technicians are not skilled enough to diagnose the issue and even I was called by nexa's RM committing that the issue will be resolved quickly but unfortunately I wasnt contacted yet even after 15 days of this call. What a poor service standard of Maruti Suzuki Nexa and a huge gap between their service commitments and doing.

I have booked Swift zxi model car on 07.01.2017 at Thriveni cars, Salem. They assured that, they will deliver the car on or before 15.02.2017. Still I am awaiting for to get the car. And also, There is no proper response from the dealer. Even directly visted show room there no proper reply / response from the dealer. Since I have waited more than 70 days, I can go to consumer court . Have you manufacturing that model car or stopped !?..

being a die hard fan of maruti vehicles and having owned wagon r and ritz.i beleive that maruti is a really good company with sales and furthermore reliable service and spares.good quality vehicles really roadworthy and practical. one thing where you guys are missing out is on jeeps. i know you have the gypsy but given this age where ladies are more competent than men,riding a gyspy is a bit outdated. i know you also have the brezza but whats the practicality when you can only seat 5 just like the ritz or swift. what you need to develop is a diesel jeep modern design like the brezza which can seat 6+1 or 7+1. with jump seats or forwards facing seats.you might have the ertiga.but thats more a people moving vehicle. thats why more and more people including ladies are buying scorpio,bolero and TUV300 from the mahindra stable. i am really willing to wait for you guys to manufacture one jeep to beat the bolero. within the 8-9 lakh range, thank you.
