Your govt.is doing a leading work so I request you to close the contract system in Haryana govt.jobs. Haryana govt. is doing merit based selection in govt. job on contract basis in which toppers(students getting more marks) are selected on contract based .This is not a good system because these type of students neither finds himself to be able to do such work due to contract system neither able to do further preparation for exams. If they do not apply such types of vacancies, they will lose chances. We don’t know why govt. does such type of work .For example govt. has filled 400 junior Engineers in irrigation dept. Haryana that on contract basis for one year .Govt. knew that these types of posts are not of 9:00 AM to 5:00PM but is of day night posts .So these students if doing work with heart after one year what will they do .So I request that govt. will not do such type of work just to save some money .Govt. should fill regular post via less or more so that every person can do work with heart. Nearby states are closing these system but Haryana govt. is starting this system. So I request you to tell the negative effects of such types of posts .I am giving a better solution for this .Govt. will increase probation period with less payment but will fill regular post on merit based. All are frustrated by the such system of govt.

I am one of the victim of unapologetic and erratic builders of your area near NCR who has lost all the savings of his life to book a flat and is now forced to pay up to 80% of his net earning(after paying all the due income tax in advance) for Home loan EMI and rent for the accommodation he gets at double price in Gurgaon in order to keep on working and earning .
Sir I am feeling so helpless like the poor farmers who are committing suicides due to the inability of system of our country. Banks are not ready to bear even a month’s delay in repayment of the EMI. I cant claim the interest I have paid to the bank since the property is not in my possession. And to add to it the house rent in NCR is increasing in a way that only property dealers can now afford to pay the same.

I want to add an example.. I am working in a good IT company but my aim was always work in police department. In September, 2015 your govt started recruitment process for SI in police department but till today no further steps taken over that and I have filled 15-16 others forms of hssc which never started recruitment process. It’s being very negative for you. It reflects government is not serious about recruitment process at all.. Same condition with many other departments in your government.
I hope you will show some problem solving and aggressive approach towards it..

My age was five years at that time and my mother was not interested to join on ex gratia as per rule at that time, but a request was made by my mother to Hisar range through SP Bhiwani that my son Mr. Sandeep would be appointed on the basis of ex gratia rule at the time of majority vide letter No. 18055-58 dated 27-12-1993 and further from Hisar range to DGP Chandigarh vide letter No. 31436-37 dated 28-12-1993.
Furthermore, pension paid to my mother from the expiration time of my father till today is less and it’s not a widow pension. Now, I am become adult to join and we reported to SP Bhiwani for appointment but he had rejected it and told us that this rule was changed by government. We had no other option except to file petition in court and now Ho’ble court has given his decision I have also reported to SP bhiwani physically with application diary No. 411 dated 20-01-2017.
Afresh, I kindly request you to implement the decision given by court as per rules as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that i want to apply for 2 posts(Cat. No. 48 & 49), but the qualification given for both the posts is quite confusing or not appropriate.
1. HSSC ask for B.Tech/MCA candidates for Cat. No. 48(AGM). I have done MSC.IT in my studies and the nature of studies is similar to MCA, and the same is a Masters Degree in IT field.
2. Secondly, For Cat. No. 49(Net. Supervisor) HSSC ask for BCA candidates. Sir, I have done BSC.IT in same IT field as of BCA.
I also checked out many other job websites, Jobs asking for Master Degrees in IT field is written similarly as B.Tech/MCA/MSC.IT and for bachelor degree in IT field it is BCA/BSC.
When the same advt. is previously came, I was able to apply with the same qualifications. But now i am unable to apply for the same. I called HSSC many times, but every time they said they need the same degree as written in the advt.

To the Municipal Corporation of Faridabad,
I am a resident of sector 16 Faridabad (pin code- 121002). I am writing this letter in order to aware you about some problems in our locality. The first and very important problem is the menace caused by the street dogs in our locality. The menace caused by the street dogs has really frustrated the passerby and the residents alike. These dogs litter on the way. Also, one feels unsafe. These dogs move in a pack of six to seven dogs often erupting into fights, barking incessantly at pet dogs taken out for walks, lingering around kids play areas in packs, chasing vehicles on the main roads.
Most of these dogs have never been vaccinated and there is a good chance of getting Rabies if one of these dogs happens to bite any passerby.
I hope that the problem of the people will not be by taken lightly by the MCF. We are making an attempt to make Faridabad a smarter city and therefore we expect the municipality to cooperate with us. I hope you would reply.

Sir, I was working with iYogi Technical Services Pvt Ltd Gurgaon Haryana since 6th November 2013. iYogi didn’t pay my salary my salary from April 2016, Owner use to say that due to financial crisis, they are unable to on time however they are arranging funds. He used to assure us that we are on the track and soon he will pay all dues. On 11th November 2016, HR head asked us to resign and said that due to fund problem they are going to close one site and all employees of that site have to resign. We did not resign saying that as per terms and conditions, company should give us one month notice period and should clear all of our salary.. But the iYogi management terminated us without paying any fund. They have given us full & final sheet and saying that they will pay once they will have funds. But not giving any exact date.
As the company didn’t pay us our salary since April 2016, so all of our savings have been exhausted, even we have taken debt. As company has terminated us without paying so it has become very hard to manage our families. We have to search new job and have to pay for interview. Even if luckily we will be appointed anywhere, still they will pay after one month. For that we have to pay conveyance as well.
Please do needful so that iYogi should pay at least 3 months salary this time and rest it can pay in 45 days with full & final payment. This is to inform you that company hasn’t deposited our PF as well since August 2015.
We requested several times with management to meet with owner of company ‘Uday Challoo’ but management always tells us that the owner is out of station and can’t not meet. Here I would like to inform you that there is no fund problem, company owner has set up new companies on the name of others.
Please do needful so that we can get our hard earned money

We highly appreciate the demonetization move by the Govt but when cash denominations are not available in banks easily, why Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitaran (DHBVNL) is charging 1% to 0.65 % extra on payment through Credit or Debit cards?. This is discouraging the general public to pay through plastic money and forcing to pay in cash.
We understand that govt wants people to use maximum plastic money to avoid black money generation. Request to ask all such public utility organisations to accept bills without extra handling charges.

I am living out of India more than 5 years and went to India once in a year. My family is facing big problem in India from neighbors. We have one plot 1805 sq. yards in y village Bharan, Tehsil Meham, District Rohtak (Haryana). We have three main neighbors around the plot. They have small area but they are using our plot. Whenever we asked them to clear they said this is our area. We complained to local tehsildar but in wain up to now. This problem is from last 30 years. We have been paid to patwari and tehsildar more than the value of land but result is same up to now.Our family is cool minded and do not want any quarrel between neighbor so please take necessary action to solve the problem. I also registered National Consumer Complain Board but nothing happened. I sent reminder also with documents but no actin was taken. I hope this time proper action will be taken through your department.

Dear Sir, I had bought a new car no. HR26CH7951ON 11AUG 2014. Then I applied for high security registration number plate by paying requisite fee to RTO Gurgaon ON 10/09/2014. THEREAFTER I was asked to visit service provider’s office for number plate but so far no result. Every time I visit I am asked to come after one week. Now it more than TWO YEARS and my High Security number plate is not available. Unfortunate that we have to face such shoddy administration. Many complaints have not yielded any result. I can understand everyone in administration is busy in more important jobs. But can the poor common citizen be also provided some service which is already paid for???

We have already registered this complaint couple of times to the local MCF office and online also. But till the date (5 Sep 2016) no action taken to solve this problem. The online complaint no. are 20160707-3-7128 , 20160719-3-7354, 20160805-3-7824. These complaints are registered in July and August 2016.
I want to be part of Smart City. But it does not seems that it will be a smart city. There is no meaning of Swach Bharat Abhiyaan.

Respected Sir, We are proud to have you as our CM of Haryana. We trust that you will spare no effort to guide us in making Karnal better . The
Municipal Committee Karnal has made efforts to make Karnal a Smart City but has not done justice. As the bricks laid on the footpath of our hospital are shoddy and substandard materials without cement and proper drainage of rain water . The sewerage conduit to Duggal Colony opposite to our Hospital was to be properly re-constructed but instead has been covered with concrete slabs sand and bricks , when the rain comes the road becomes a “Mini Lake ” and there is no place to go. Due to diversion all traffic is leading to our hospital road, when we had constructed this Guru Nanak Hospital me and my husband Dr.Harjit Singh were not aware of the huge traffic and parking problems we would face and we failed to make a Parking Lot space like Dr.Balbir Singh Virk has done nicely in the basement of his hospital . To add to the traffic congestion the Cooperative Bank opposite our Hospital has got a open canteen which supplies all tea snacks and food in the open and the Cafeteria is in the open road under the tree and dozens of people sit under the tree and this adds to the nuisance creating garbage and inconvenience to the patients and visitors alike and of blocking the road and adds to the traffic congestion . Further more diesel auto rickshaws come and park outside our hospital and create more inconvenience . Also some bad elements come in the evening and have illicit liquor and throw and break the bottles on the roads with no one to care the garbage from the canteen opposite to our hospital piles up and is thrown on the road with no Municipality sweeper to sweep the road. We pay property tax ,income tax and high electricity bill and we cannot even deserve to have the services of the ( MC )Karnal Nagar Nigam to keep our streets clean and sweep them free of garbage being accumulated day by day . We have one employee who is taking care of our generator and our hospital garbage and besides that at times we have more garbage of medicines vials inj needles and disposables which the disposal van at times mishandle and throw it on the road and there is no one to sweep the road. We had brought this matter to Madam.Sumedha Kataria and she had assured that when the brick laying of the road is completed the sweeping of the roads will be done on a regular basis . Unfortunatley no sweeping of the roads has been done till date. We seek your kind attention to create a central ” Parking Space ” so as to decongest the hospital road of all vehicles and a Parking Fee be charged for all those who park their vehicles instead of parking them outside the hospitals and peoples homes and on the road.At the time we open our Guru Nanak Hospital we were not aware that more than 10 hospitals would come up in this vicinity and today it has become a great issue . Karnal has literally become a leading Hospital City of Haryana without proper planning and norms and city limits leading to leading to traffic jams and accidents on these narrow roads . Even after the widening of this road the proper cleanliness maintenance and sweeping is required. The MC of Karnal should take this responsibility . What surprises us is that when the MC of Karnal cannot handle the cleanliness and proper garbage disposal and potholes on the roads how you have taken the big decision to transfer the Transport department under the MC Karnal. Kindly note that the MC Karnal does not take any responsibility in any work and only those who have personal connections with Mayor Renu Bala like the Midhas can get their work done properly for the common man there is no voice at all. We hope that you will seriously look into this matter and do the needful by diverting the flow of Traffic from the hospital road to the outer roads reducing the traffic congestion . Thank you.

Dear Sir,
With my Best regards and wishes, I would like to draw your attention towards the horrible state of Roads in the interior parts of the City Gurgaon.
The road i am talking about is the main road connection for the city commuters from Sector – 4, 5 , Palam Vihar and Sheetla mata mandir road adjoining areas. This road is in very very horrible condition for past few months and commuting within the city has become hell.
The famous “SHEETLA MATA MANDIR” lies on this main road and is horribly encroached by Dhabas, Car Repair shops and Sheetla colony un-authorised residences. There is no practical drainage working on this entire length of road (Approx . 8 kms from Palam Vihar to Atul Kataria Chowk)
The encroaching shop owners are politically connected that’s why they were never asked to clear the road premises.
Haryana Chief minister office to take a very serious action on this
I am here to propose a valid solution to this problem also :
1. Option 1 : To have a flyover to connect from Sector 5 and main Highway NH48 (Which shall be a very costly option – But Workable)
2. Option 2 : To properly widen the road with a worakable drainage system. There should be Rain water harvesting pits in any case designed at a minimum distance of 500 meters to take the excess water loads during rains. Until and unless we dont have a proper drainage system on this entire length of ROAD , this will never give a proper commuting solution to the city dwellers.
3. All roads to have one side slope of minimum 8″ to 12″ (200mm to 300mm) where the lower side to be connected with a drain at every 100m. Inside the drain we can have a rain water harvesting pit at every 500m so that no special space is required for harvesting pit. With this solution we would be able to raise the water table of the city also which is a good eco-friendly solution.

> We are thinking to live a batter life, whereas we are not even getting the basic amenities of life. we are expecting our children to buckle up themselves for their future, however they are bound to stay at their homes as there is no place for them where they can explore themselves.
> It is very easy for the residents to get drinking water from the private water tanker suppliers, however you can not even dare to think of drink the water which is being supplied by the authorities. My only question – For a moment lets say that the condition of the water is not good in that area, then from where these private tanker mafias are getting the drinking water. and if they can get the drinking water, our taps also can have the same connection in our homes for our children.

I Lekh Raj Verma R/O Panipat is hereby going to submit you that I am Senior Citizen of India and retired employee of CANARA bank. My fundamental rights of taking completion certificate for Plot/House, Human Rights for shelter has been violated and also given harassment by Estate Officers HUDA Panipat from last 14 years. Also Administrator HUDA Rohtak have passed order in my favor and ordered my certificate as deemed approved, but Estate Officer HUDA Panipat is still not providing and complying with orders of Admin and demanding money. My case details are as below:-
1.That I have house in Panipat i.e H.No. 58, Sector-13/17 , Panipat. I have applied to Estate Officer HUDA Panipat for Completion certificate.
2. That I am doing correspondence with them on daily basis from last 14 years via emails/letters/directly office to issue me my completion certificate, but no action has been taken till date by the said authorities on my requests. I have also taken up matter with Administrator HUDA Rohtak regarding this matter many times.
3. That they also issued directions many times to Estate Officer HUDA Panipat regarding my matter. But nothing has been done in my matter till date by said HUDA panipat authorities.
4. That also Administrator HUDA Rohtak, have also passed order dated 11-2-16 that building was completed on 8-10-2002 and permanent electrical connection was also sanctioned. Hence OC may be issued treating the deem date of completion of construction as 31-12-2002(Copy Encloed-1).
5. That after this, govt officer Estate officer HUDA PAnipat is still violating the Human Rights and fundamental rights of citizens for shelter and harassing us without any reason by not issuing the certificate and not complying the orders of Admin. Due to that I have lost my 14 years. As I am senior Citizen of India, so they have to do my work on priority basis.
6. That said officer had already taken Rs.50,000 from me as a bribe to do my work. But now he is demanding Rs. 70,000 more to do my work, whenever already Administrator have passed orders and given deemed status in my case, but still said officer is harassing me and demanding money. I have also evidences for the same and will produce surely during time of hearing if need so.
7. That there is also done deficient GOvt services from these Govt officers. This is type of harassment to public. Neither they are issuing me completion certificate nor they are rejecting the same.
8. That it is duty of Govt servant to hear up the public issues and provide the services for which they are eligible.
9.That it is also clear cut case of Negligence. These officers are neglecting the services from last 14 years.
10. That my certificate and matter has been hanged over without any reason from last 14 years by Estate officer HUDA panipat.
11. That I am legally owner of this house. There is no fault at this place. And it is also legally approved plot. Now It is really Harassment to Senior Citizen Person without any reason.
12. That due to my ill health, I am also not able to visit daily to HUDA office for my matter.
13. So I am approaching you under compelling circumstances now due to Harassment and Negligence by Govt officers in my matter. Dear sir please help me in this matter. I have lost my most precious time and money. Now no one is helping me. No Govt officers are taking my matter serious whenever it is my fundamental right to take and utilize govt services and take completion certificate as registration of plot has already done. Already my matter has given as deemed completion by Administration. It is also Human Rights for shelter, But here my fundamental right is violating by govt officers. Everyone is corrupt here in the system. No one do work without taken a bribe. So we are hereby approaching you please take immediate action on my case and direct the concern officers to take my matter serious and issue me my completion certificate without Harassing me any more with time bound manner in accordance with law.

We live in Gurgaon in DLF Phase 1, must say our CM Mr Khattar lives far from realty. There is no power for last 24 hours , water is a constant problem, power cuts are there everyday. There cannot be a worst way to let human feel terrible about his citizenship and backwardness of his/her own country. Imagine the feeling that one has when you pay your maid a hefty salary and she doesn’t work. That’s what the taxes that we pay are supposed to do for us.

I respect your decision to pick Faridabad as smart city. As it being my work place, I have been staying in 37 sector from last 2 years.
Being an educated and independent girl, I preferred to rent a place and stay alone.
Electricity, roads, water has been bigger issue so far.
Let me tell you this is my third summer in Faridabad and experience with electricity is as worst as the first summer.
Power cut off due to bad weather is understandable. But with a bit of wind or just a mild shower cannot be the reason for a whole night power cut off or voltage fluctuations.
I kindly request you to please look after the basic need of your people rather than keep building the infrastructure tremendously.
I usually see waste dumped on road sides and not being cleaned till it stinks the whole colony. Cant you provide garbage bins on every nook for peoples conveyance and keep the city clean.
My office is on NH-2, not do far from my residence. Usually I see sweeper cleaning the road(the highway), and leaving the dirt there it self. This dirt as swirled by going vehicles again spread on road and make it dirty.
Let me give you an example – I worked in Hyderabad for 2 years, have seen the road cleaning there almost daily at the bus stop, they uses machine to get each particle of dirt and collect it instead of leaving it on the road it self.
take this as my humble request sir, to develop the city at its core requirement rather than bringing up money by foreign investments. Basic things if available in good quality, that is going to attract companies to get there office in Faridabad.
I would like to hear from you sir, with a firm plan to get rid if these problems to make Faridabad a smart city. Or at least a city to live.

Respected Cm sir I applied for the post of Je electrical in Dec 2011 against advt. no 02/2011 category no 54 by Haryana staff selection comission.After that comission shortlisted for interview for above 65% and I gave the interview on 28/06/2013. And in oct 2014 govt cancelled the recruitment and in july 2015 readvertise the above said post by power grid corporation of india as recruiting agency for haryana govt. Also in feb 2016 again readvertise for the same post and again gave a chance for those who does not applied earlier.Now recruiting agency PGCIL shortlist 1:20 criteria for written test.This is not a fair criteria.If they shortlisted for interview then it is justified the criteria 1:20. But for written govt give a chance for atleast 60% above or less.Those qualify the written give the interview. I have 73.99% in diploma but I am not shortlisted for written test.Many lakhs applicants not shortlisted for written test.And written test announced with in a week that is 29/05/2016. This is not fair. Kindly hold the written test as early as possible. After 05 years Haryana govt not completed the process and now the way of completion is not justified. Please look into this matter upto 28/05/2016. Thanks Arun

Service and response is not provided in this regard from the local officials . Complaints are available in the office register despiting it . Nobody of the office of SDO DHVPN has come to remove the faults of the saidline . On the above cited subject, it is submitted that inspite of my application to the CM Window bearing Num. CMOFF/N/2015/53781 Dated 5th may 2015, CMOFF/N/2015/68565 Dated 18th july 2015, CMOFF/N/2015/91045 Dated 21st Aug. 2015 and lastly CMOFF/N/2016/018869 Dated %th April 2016. nothing has been done by the Gram Panchyat V.P.O. Gidraanwali, BDPO Rania Mr. Sunehera Singh, Gram Secertery V.P.O. Gidranwali Mr. Ram Sarup, DDPO Sirsa Mr. Sanjeev Goel, or any other higher authorities looking into the matter of construction of cemented Pakka Khaal up to the Pond for the drainage of waste water of the houses of the village or rainy water which has been left uncompleted affecting my agriculture produce for the last 10 years. Chautarfa Raasta of the village/Revenue Raasta/ Phirni of the village is along with my agriculture land and which has been encroached by Dabbang/ Influential Residents of the village which has caused this problem. Inspite of so many verbal requests to the then sarpanches of the village and the present sarpanch of the village, BDPO Rania, Tehsildaar Sirsa to get this Phirni/ Revenue Rasta of the village cleared from the un authorized encroachment make it constructed and to make the Pakka Khaal for the drainage of waste water of the houses of the village and rainy water, none of the authorities have heard to my problem.
I REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELF TO DELIVER THE CLEAR CUT INSTRUCTIONS TO CONCERNED OFFICIALS FOR GETTING CLEARED THE PHIRNI OF THE VILLAGE FROM THE ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENTS, FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION,FOR ITS MEASUREMENT AND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PAKKA KHAAL UP TO THE POND FOR THE DRAINAGE OF THE RAINY AND WASTE WATER OF THE VILLAGE. SO THAT I MAY NOT FURTHER FACE ANY MENTAL AND MONETARY HARASSMENT IN FUTURE.

I m from Haryana right now i am in delhi. I have an institute of CS in laxmi nagar so daily i have interaction with many students when i told them i am from haryana they were little bit afraid from haryanvis not only students even in other states also. Sir the main purpose to write this comment is that in haryana tourism department is not working good . I have not seen any development in tourism sector in the experience of 21 years. I am quite happy from your Govt. till but sir your tourism department is doing nothing. We share border with the capital of india. They are many foriegner who came to india and travelled different states in india feeling so ashame to say but not in haryana. Haryana have so many traditional as well as modern varieties which attract foriegners and even people of other states also which is good for out state they come to know how clean hearted the harayanvis are how they welcome their guest with their open arms . Sir your column space is not allowed me to write more. Sir i think you got my point. Sir i am requesting you please work on tourism department. The State Gujarat is big example for us.

Patiently read it, I want to inform you a major problem in our town hodal (dist.palwal),that a school name vashist vedha nekatan senior secondary school situated on kacha talab road hodal.that is 3 feet under below road.that’s building is established in 150 square feet and 60 years old.
The main fraud is that the school principal is running two school(vashest vedya nekatan on kacha talab road and 2nd v.v.n.babre mod hodal)with one affiliation.more than they running all illegal work in that school.you may ask only a single gentle person in the city for your Surety.we have complain many time to EDUCATION officers like Beo,deo,education department Chandigarh,file rti to deo palwal to 15_9_2015(postel order no.786002).. after 7 month(1_3_2016)i get answer but it’s totally unsatisfied.they gave me only one certificate for( hygiene,fire,B&R,building safety 2010) two school’s.they have no update certificate. What a uneducated work do by d.e.o. office, it show their setting ?
I also lodge 3 R.T.i. to Bhiwani Board(Secretary,state public information officer,and Director)in 18_9_2015 but they say that we doing enquire.they visit in hodal 11_9_2015 and see all conditions but…

We observe the differences within the people in terms Caste. We feel the differences within the people with regard to money & land in hand. We feel the differences within the people for the greed of materialistic things. We feel pity, how some people destroy our own birth land “Haryana” upon which we used to be proud off, how people played with the life of others. How can some think in such a narrow minded approach? Why can’t we all just live with peace and love? Why can’t a human be happy with other human? Why instead of helping each other, we are fighting? Why the young generation is being dragged into this? The young generation which caters the highest proportion of total population is being thought the chapters of differences in the society.
Being just a simple young citizen member, I am worried about the future of our world. There are already terrorist activities in the world but what about terrorism developing in the minds of people living in the society like terrorism of selfishness, terrorism of jealous, hater, terrorism of ruling the society, terrorism of gundaraj and many more things.
Sir, I feel if we save our young generation, we save our present & future. If young generation thinks well, all society can start thinking accordingly. There is a small idea which can help our young generation come closer to reform the society and unite the people. In this context I would like to share this idea with & seek your appointment for 10 minutes. I am sure, you yourself will be pleased after hearing this concept of reformation. Please advice. He has been doing construction without getting the Site plan (Naksha) approved from MC Bhiwani.
I had made complaint to the CHAIRMAN OF MC BHIWANI through complaint No.5021/19.10.05 and again provided the proof(Photos) of work –in –progress to stop the construction without site plan but no action taken to stop the illegal construction.
Again Time to time I has informed to the officials of MC Bhiwani about his deeds But till then no action so far has been taken by the Municipal council of Bhiwani-Rather the work is going on war foot by him without getting the sanction of SITE PLAN.
He has made the lantern of roof on 25.1015(Sunday) after being made complaint on 19.10.15.
All it is being done in collusion with the officials of Municipal council Bhiwani. No sincere effort so far has been taken by MC Bhiwani to stop illegal construction/encroachment.

Already different government departments are responsible for upkeep and maintenance of these important subjects
Is it not possible for the CM ask the CEOs of these departments to identify and nominate an officer responsible for maintenance of each unit area, display his name, telephone no and email ID on some prominent location in the area along with the name of HOD at each unit location. Let the officials be given a reasonable time frame to set there house and prepare them to deliver. Beyond that officials responsible to maintain a designated service should be made to answer for lapses if any. A prompt levy of penalty on defaulters will motivate all to perform.
After all each government official is paid salary from the public funds,looking for performance and accountability is nothing abnormal

I was delighted to see news of issue of directions by you to revive Badkhal lake at Faribabad. I remember visiting lake with family, boating and making merry in early nineties and noticing plenty of buzz and tourist activities. Water has dried up and so the tourism and related employment. However it would require a great determination and effort to clear the catchment area of the encroachments by builders.
Many more water bodies need to be treated and the rain water on Aravllis can be arrested into water bodies and dense forests can be grown around over a period of time which will help ground water and environment.
A short time and long time action plan for saving environment, conservation of water and its implementation must be one of top priority
At our group housing society Sector 55 Gurgaon we have started decentralised waste management turning wet food waste to useful compost. Following were stages of process
1 Awareness programmes for children, ladies and maids regarding importance of decentralised waste management, segregation of degradable food and recyclable dry waste
2 Children nominated as CHANGE AGENTS.
3 Objections and resistance from many residents overcome by counselling and discussions
4 Dry and wet waste bins placed at each convenient place for collection
5 Compost pit excavated for wet/food waste
6 Daily collection of food waste and dumping into compost pit ensured
7 Dry waste collection by Kabadis ensured and disposed off for recycling
Wet waste being gainfully consumed in the society
WET WASTE CAN GENRATE METHANE GAS FOR COOKING/ ELECTRIC POWER IN ADDION TO COMPOST(organic manure)
Societies can be mandated to manage their wet/food waste in a specified period of time of say six months failing which they must be imposed penalties. After all it is duty of every citizen to manage their own waste. At other places also segregation of waste at generation point ie household must be ensured and civic bodies may have decentralised treatment plants instead of transporting to long distances
Construction waste should not be allowed to be dumped anywhere. Dumping paces may be identified at decentralised places in each town, crushed and recycled for construction of roads etc. Construction waste should generate revenue for civic bodies
HARYANA may target to achieve sustainable SAMPOORAN SWATCHHTA in a year

My grievances is about the community promoting religion in name of education and the case in question is selection of teachers on permanent posts ( 2 vacancies ) in Guru Nanak Girls College, Santpura Yamuna Nagar. Interviews for the post of english teachers/assistant professors were held on 06.04.2015 and the selection was made on pick and choose basis by compromising merit, quality and competence. The meritorious candidates were ignored out rightly. When asked details of selection process,criteria and basis of selection and detail of selection committee’s proceeding with supporting documents thr. RTI the reply was eye opener. I was stun when go thr. the merit sheet and letter by which I was informed that since the institute is shikh minority institutions enjoying exemption under Article 30(1) of constitution of India thereby placing the minority institutions above law. How ridiculous is that the funding is made by the Govt. of Haryana for the selected candidates ( grant in aid) for private colleges and have no say in selection. There was no nominees of VC KUK, DG Higher education Panchkula. The college’s managing committee devise its own criteria, rules and regulation. You will surprise for sure to know that in the criteria set by college kept 10 points for knowledge of shikhism and the selected candidates were granted 7.5 and 5.8 points out of 10 points under this head whereas the marks in academic record (Total 45 marks) are 0 and 12 respectively out of 45 points. Isn’t strange and likewise the marks for interview 25 and 21.8 out of 30 marks respectively were given to the selected candidates as the supporting documents speaks volumes itself . There are so many anomalies if you go by the total documents as the same is not possible to mention herein. It is pertinent to mention that the posts were for english teachears and not for religious preacher who can deliver on religion. What the hell is going on in name of minority, majority, religion etc. We must spare at least education from this poison. For how long the competence will suffer. Water scarcity is a burning issue both in urban and rural areas. A strategic planning needs to be evolved to conserve rain water. Most of our villages have ponds which may be deepened by Panchayats and supported by state government. Fertile soil taken out of ponds may be spread in farms/field. Trees clusters may be planted around ponds to make each village lush green.
In urban areas trend of making concrete footpaths which prevents percolation of rain water into ground may be arrested. Rain water harvesting for roads may be planned to prevent loss of rain water, damage to roads and traffic jams. Exert groups may be assigned study and recommendations. Water bodies may be created where ever possible. Falling ground water must be arrested

Dear Sir,
In past also lot of actions are taken against this, Not to allow the the govt. teacher for tutions, and some actions were taken but still it is not taken into serious consideration. I know lot of my colleges who are teacher in Govt. School and who are not at all serious in school as they are earning good money from the Tutions fees and working for making the notes for tution in Govt school timings and nobody is taking action against them.
I can give you many examples, Like one is Sushma Yadav who is a Chemistry Lecturare in Kapdiwas govt. school( Dharuhere, Haryana) and she is doing this private business from last 3-4 years on her home after school and all private students are coming and she is earning a lot of money and the students of govt. school are struggling and nobody is serious about their future. It is not the only example, thousands of same cases are there.
It is my humble request to you CM Sir, Kindly think of the Students who are poor and coming to Govt school and are not getting the good education because of teachers like Sushma Yadav and Many more.
We can not think of HARYANA and INDIA to move towards a good future until the students in Govt school dont get good education.
So Kindly take a strict action against people like Sushma Yadav and same and put a example to all teachers. They are mis using the Govt job and thinking that no body can do anything to them as they are in govt job.
