    Hi everyone
    I would like to inform you that MMT is not trustable website for ticket booking i booked ticket on 7 dec Mumbai dubai from MMT website and on 8 dec my ticket was automatically cancelled and they charged me 4000 inr I called customer care they are not giving any proper answer and saying that it’s my mistake no body is full once they booked the ticket and they will cancel
    I really saying it’s a cheater company don’t book any ticket with them Mr deep karla your company is cheater

    i have booked hotel for 21st September to 23rd Sept. at the time of check in hotel person says hotel booking is not done then i was called to MMT Customer Care and talk to Mr. Harinder Singh he said me for payment and i have to pay at hotel but i don’t get my refund it’s near about 3 months has gone many time i have called to customer care but i don’t get any resolution. this is the MMT Service .     I made a booking through MMT in NOV that was for HOtel Aadhar Gurgaon. On checkout Hotel refused to accept card and demanded Cash and also said bill will be provided by MMT and refused providing bill as well. I called up MMT same day which was picked by “Prerna Srivastav”. She said no worries we will give you a proper invoice which will have all required details like your company address and GSTN number. She asked me to remain calm and demanded the information which i Provided to her. The mail from her is pasted below.

    Issue-: Even till today i havn’t got any invoice and MMT service team replied that we cant give you invoive with GSTN and your company address. This was shocking as when i raised a concerned against hotel your representative said we will take care, now once some time is passed you are not ready to keep up your promises and the telephonic conversation was just to fool me for the time being.

    I request you to please take an action against representative which made false commitment and Provide me Invoice ASAP.

    Deep Karla/Shilpa-: kindly requesting you to please investigate as how MMT made me fool and help me with the best. I don’t want to have a bad experience from MMT.

    id: NC750981081399421 I have booked cab form Pune to Shirdi for 3rd Dec 2017 at 11.30 am. and money for same has been deducted from account and confirmation message for the same also received by me.The driver details was given by MMT .Car was sent in totally bad condition and we were 6 people and one child of 2 years and 3 luggage bags so driver was unable to adjust all of as in the cab there was the one luggage already and car was not having the carrier as well. i called the Customer care (Mr. Mazhar ) and told him the condition he assured he will get back to me in 10-15 mins till today i am waiting for his call and again i called some lady attended the call and same assurance was given and i talked to the Service provider there he was totally rude and told me he ll not sent the other cab do what ever you want to do. Then i got a call from your end from some Deepak. He too was too rude and he told me he is cancelling the request and i wont get any refund. Since then i am continously calling the your Customer care and they are disconnecting and telling me i ll not get refund i can do whatever i want.

    Is this the way you MMT deals with the customer. I have been MMT customer for a long time and this time i am totally depressed with the kind of service you are providing. I am getting the mental stress and we can not afford to call the CC again and again.

    id: NC750828469690548 I have booked cab form shirdi to mumbai for 22.10.2017 at 7.00 am. and money for same has been deducted from account and confirmation message for the same also received by me.The driver details was given by MMT .But due to some reasons i have change my pickup timing 2 -3 hrs late. that i have inform to driver 1 day before. driver told me that i will come 3 hrs late…but pay me waiting charges. ..i told..ok i will pay you. but on 22-10-17 , after 9 am i started calling to driver for car on pickup point.. so driver was just saying..yes im coming ..im on the way..but till 5 pm he did came. just answering ya im coming…. After 30 calls to customer care, one person answered the phone . He was extremely rude and kept disconnecting the call saying it is not his problem if the cab did not reach. The person was extremely rude and shouted back saying the driver is not answering and it is not his problem. I asked him what needs to be done and he told me that he doesn’t know and disconnected. I was calling to your customer care desk then they are not assisting me with appropriate resolution , Further I was unable to reach MMT from any means i.e. online portal for cab booking is down during that period and customer care number were also not supporting. And issue was remain unresolved till 5.oo pm ,22.10.2017. Due to no response form MMT side , I was forced to booked a taxi on urgent basis on 22.10.2017. Therefore I request you to refund the my booking amount un addition to the amount paid to the taxi from shirdi to mumbai (i.e. Rs 5500 /-). As I am already very disappointed by disturbance caused by MMT, it was mentally disturbing to keep arranging for taxi when you have paid to MMT to manage the same. Looking forward to an immediate response.

    i had raised a request earlier regarding GST invoice required for my hotel stay with reference id of complaint no 170921-039073. Booking Id NH7117058481943 but now i cant even see my complaint in portal. how u people can do this without answering any query u just removed my complaint from portal. I was told to wait for 72 hours now m checking my complaint, its gone. how can this be happen. Is this ur way to solve complaints. Please i request you to provide me, GST invoice required for my hotel stay at sriperumbudur. Please do needful or else i had go to the consumer court to solve this matter. My all previous telephonic complaints are also showing resolved status without even notifying me and solving.

    Hope all is well at your end.

    Its very unfortunate to share my recent experience dealing with you guys. I’m very serious about this.You guys have put me and my family in the very odd situation by messing up completely but be rest assured that if we do not get satisfactory resolution immediately we will have no other option but take a legal course.

    I tried to book an international air ticket for my daughter who is a minor traveling from Los Angeles on her own and as she would be turning 12years in Sept. To be on the safer side I decided to opt for the live chat on MMT and had a long chat along with a phone conversation to conclude the transaction.

    During our conversation I had specified multiple times to Ms Shailja Shukla (live agent) that the reason we are preferring Emirates is because they provide the best service for unaccompanied minor in the industry and we have used their services couple of times in the past. She told me you have to pay the money before you get the e ticket , so I used my credit card and made payment online. On requesting her if she can take care of unaccompanied minor service for me as other agents do to which she replied that I just have to call them and it would be done. On persisting she said “Sir I have put in my system your request.”

    Luckily, before I take my international business trip I called up Emirates to check if the formality of unaccompanied minor was taken care of & I was shocked to find out that there was no request from MMT to Emirates plus the ticket which MMT has issued is no good because minor cannot travel on their own without ‘unaccompanied service’ and that service is only possible if you have booked the ticket on Adult fare.

    I was so mad because Im traveling in few days and its just few weeks left for my daughter to travel so I ended up calling the MMT customer service with hope of receiving an apology and resolution. Instead I ended speaking to the so called ‘floor supervisor’ Ms. Shreyosi Bandyopadhyay where she initially argued & later promised to get back. She called me after 1.30 hrs to tell me there was no error from their end and it would cost us around 45 K INR to resolve the issue!

    I have had this enough!!! I wish you and yours team all the best for cheating customer and give a last chance to resolve this matter or else we will meet in court. I will have no choice but to take this matter to consumer court and also share our bitter experience on social media and newspaper.

    Please don’t take people for granted, we are frequent travelers in the hope of saving some money we decided to book it through MMT which was our biggest mistake.

    I feel sorry that I have to use this langauge to share my feelings with you but with all due respect dealing with you has been a very bad and frustrating experience.

    As a last resort I have approched you directly with a sincere hope of getting resolution from your end without further demage to us. The demage in terms of spoiling the day has already happended and we are not ready for any further loss.

    My complaint is one month old & still awaiting a solution. infact there is no response to my mails.
    the replies seem robotic in nature, a standardized format & is not specific to my complaint & query.
    I need an immediate solution as I need to re-book & the fares are increasing.
    Suggestion: the website needs to be more user friendly & not have default selections which is not required & leads to confusion.

    This is my second official complain on your site.. in search of getting the best rates for flight tickets I downloaded your stupid app. I booked for 6 flight tickets goa to Bom for the 18th of April 6:55 am in your app, you don’t even have a page where I can re check for the booking before paying with my card. However, to ensure that I dong do any mistakes I went back and re checked for my flight timings. It’s a go air ticket for 6 people I re checked again and then went ahead with the payment.. to my shock when I got the booking confirmation you booked us on a wrong flight on the the same day. 2330 hours. Are you people crazy? I immediately called your customer service and I have received no help. This was as of yesterday. I been transferred, disconnected, I had to keep explaining yet no help, finally I spoke to a person call pintesh who said he will register my complain and ask a supervisor to call me with two hours .. I guess your supervisor is still sleeping ? It’s next day already.. wake up ? Should I get you some coffee? If I do not get this resolved there is a formal letter being drafted to the Human Resources head of my department with over 5000 employees. We shall put it on our company official blog, LinkedIn, twitter, and we will never ever use your hoax site again. Even if you don’t care about this ? We will use help if other social media. You make a mistake, you rectify it. It’s not about the money or getting cheaper deals any more. It’s about abuse of customer rights and services. By using celebrities you have made a good marketing mark. But, you fail to understand as an organization that there are common working class people who fall pry for your marketing gimmick. I am still extremely subtle in giving you another chance to get your mistake rectified. I now want to see how you will react on this and if at all you will own up or no ?

    Wish you all a Very Happy New year!!!
    Trust me i am very happy with make my trip and always book through make my trip. The offers and rates are always reasonable and encouraging. It always gives pleasure and happiness until recently since I am facing few issues.
    On 8th December 2016 around 11pm when i just logged in your site and saw this super cool offer of travelling to New York at a very discounted fare , also with the incentive of receiving cashback of Rs 12000 on payment through Axis Bank credit card. Hence me and my wife found the offer to be very lucrative and instantly booked for the tickets to New York. Now the issues faced by me are:-
    a) Since the offer was valid till midnight 12, in a hurry and fear of loss of offer we booked the wrong date for Mum to New York. Now if we can get the travel date change of one side without charging any penalty it would be your great great gesture and help me in a lot way. The date we wish to prepone is from 23rd March 2017 to 19th March 2017.
    b) As mentioned earlier as we were in hurry and fear that we don’t loose this lucrative offer. I forgot to mention the code for which cashback offer was available. And after booking when i went to check back with the code, it was difficult to find it anywhere on your webpage. So unfortunately i missed to mention the offer code and lost the opportunity to get the discount. I had purchased the tickets instantly with AXIS Bank credit card. It would be your kindness and chivalry again if you can avail us the cashback offer.
    c) Fare difference if you can charge nominal.
    We wish to hear good and positive from you on this new year of 2017.

    Mentioned are details of my booking. Complete team of make my trip is doing fraud and is exploiting me for the package I had taken.

    i deposited 27000 as my booking amount and prior to confirming my booking i asked the person who is dealing with me for booking (Deepak Kumar, 7961602621, MakeMyTrip.com, 243 SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar Phase-1, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122016, India)that i will be able to deposit entire amount of my booking (Rs1,48,556) via check and on 1 December, 2016. And also i mentioned him that due to crunches going on these days MMT should collect check from my address. Deepak agreed to this is said that he will proceed as discussed. When WELCOME call came to me for confirmation he described again that you need to pay partial payment on 22 Nov and 27 Nov. I asked him that according to my deal Deepak has committed me that he will get cheque collected on 1 Dec. He then checks with Deepak and discrepancies have arised since then. Each and every person who is calling me on this is asking same thing to deposite. I am asking each of them {ajay chauhan, Manank panchal (7069026014), sandeep(supervisor)} to send me the call recordings on this. Everyone is denying and telling me that they can not share call details and you need to submit your payment by 22 NOv only else we will cancel your booking. ‘2 min mein aapki booking cancel ker denge’ (said by sandeep). if i would have been able to deposite the amount on 22 Nov, why on the first place i would have taken name and commitment done from deepak Kumar for 1 Dec.

    If MMT is cancelling the package against the wish of consumer as exploitation from MMT is there, there should not cut any amount of booking or package cost. there is no point of contact except the person on phone with whom you can contact. and that person is just telling lies and asking to pay money or else package cancellation treat is given

    When i received very first call for verification, i denied the payment method as mentioned in mail as deepak agreed to me for payment via cheque on 1 dec. the concerned team verified with Deepak and other seniors of Deepak and they all denied about the conversation and telling me that call was disconnected.

    This is pure case of fraud and harassment. Now the tone of each of them mentioned above has changed and asking me to pay the amount only on 22 Nov else they would cancel my booking and deduct the amount of cancellation too from my deposited money.

    No one is sharing my call recording and every one is telling “meine recording suni hai hum share nahi ker sakte”. If you guys have the entire conversation between you and me then why cant you share.

    MMT is asking me to deposit entire amount of my package and they are not sharing any booking of hotels and flights with me. there is no guarantee that after taking money, there will be confirmation of my package and i will get whatever my package includes.

    Being a regular customer of Makemytrip from ages. It is very disheartening to share my first international Makemytrip feedback which further resulted to monetary loss and discomfort level.

    i travelled with infant and have opted for Private transport and chosen Makemytrip for comfort level however this trip resulted in opposite way

    Expecting a solution from your end.. Details are mentioned below

    Booking Id – IN1609B6S1787466

    Monetary loss of Rs 5000 and discomfort level too.

    Issue no. 1 – As per the itinerary, MMT representative will be available at Gate no 10 exit C however when I reach at Bangkok Airport no one was there.. I was searching the representative for 30 minutes however no one was there then I approach Tourist operator office situated near to Gate no.10.. The officer called MMT partner i.e. ITC on call and then handed over the phone to me when I ask them where are you then I was shocked to know that they are not aware about my pick up and when I have given my PNR number to them then they arrange Cab for me in next 10 min however first 30 minutes was horrible for me.. (Cab arrange – Innova)

    Issue no. 2 – I have opted for Private transfer from Bangkok airport to Pattaya, Coral Island, Pattaya to Bangkok hotel and Bangkok hotel to Airport… At the time of booking your executive told me that I will get small car like (Corolla or similar to this)… From Bangkok Airport to Pattaya city I have got Innova and its perfect however for Coral island, Pattay to Bangkok and Bangkok hotel to Bangkok Airport I have got private transport in VAN (10-12 seats)… its very discomfort level for me.. I was feeling like I am sitting in Bus what is the point of sitting alone in VAN.. I can opt for shared transfer in this case if I have to sit in VAN only which can have further saving of Rs 5000 for me.

    Issue no. 3 – We went to Coral Island for sight seen.. There are many other operators as well like Kesari,SOTC etc and everyone operator guide was standing/moving with their respective operator flag and it is very easy to identified them however your operator was not standing with Flag and it was very difficult to find them while returning back from Coral island to Pattaya city.. Same issue observed at Safari world as well

    Issue no. 4 – I haven’t received the confirmed voucher details till 5th 12noon wherein my travel date was 7th Nov then I approach to Jaswinder (RM).. after follow up I got the details wherein this should proactively come from your end without any follow-up

    Issue no. 5 –I got the vouchers at the time of 100% payment and there is a hotel voucher as well however I haven’t opted for the same… It means you guys have charged for the same and when I have called your customer care and to the person who has booked my package… They told me to ignore the hotel voucher… Again it is a shocking for me when I have not opted for Hotel then why i have received hotel voucher..

    Scenario:

    Mentioned above are the bus booking ID’s which have been booked from Bangalore to Karwar dated 11th November 2016 @ 8:30 PM. However, the tickets were booked in error for 11th November 2016. We wanted the booking to be done for 4th November 2016 for the same number of seats.

    MMT Assistance (Customer Support):

    I called the CS team for assistance on modification of the dates and the same was denied as the policy doesn’t support. I accept this fact. However, the team is neither ready to tell me what the cancellation charges are nor are they helping me to cancel the booking. They are asking for time every now and then. Moreover, I haven’t received any notifications for the complaint lodged with the CS team. Overall, it was just a waste of time contacting the CS team. I asked your CS associate to patch me up with the supervisor and he says the supervisor is not available (In a meeting – False Information). The CS was very ignorant on the call and never bothered to assist a customer. He in fact did not know how to spell the name of the CEO of MMT!!!!

    I was shocked to hear that the amount which I have paid for booking cannot be refunded to the MMT wallet so that I could utilize for the next booking. Very Poor!!!!

    I am not sure how seriously you would take the above message. However, as a customer and as a Manager working in an e-commerce industry, I believe there are lot of stuffs which needs to be modified within the organization more than my ticket modification.

    I am not sure if the CEO wants to help this afterall customer whose booking value is just worth Rs. 5200/-

    Let’s see how far a CEO can help his customer.

    I am Priyanshu Mukherjee one of the customer of Makemytrip
    I am really sorry to inform you that the service which I have been facing from MMT has been really disappointing for me as
    I had booked a room in hotel grand Gopi niwas in Kanyakumari for the date of 31st December 2016 to 1st january 2017 and had paid the amount on 21st August 2016 for the same , booking Id is NH7106732670966 but due to some issues I had to cancel the booking on 27th August 2016 and the cancellation reference number is IN1608R5S1594572
    The amount charged for the booking was
    Rs 2487
    I was informed that I would get the refund within 6 working days but as of now already 14 days have passed but I have still not received the refund for the same .
    When I called up the customer care executives I got the same response that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours but Again 4-5 days have passed and I have not yet got any kind of refund
    And when I have asked for the mail ids of the concern person so that I can raise a mail for the same but I have not been provided with the mail Ids either

    It is with regret I send this mail to you.

    Our family of 8 comprising of 4 Senior Citizens and two small grandchildren have booked for Jewels Of East Europe departing on 21st September 2016. The total group size is 17 persons.
    Effectively, we form almost 50% of the group.

    Immediately after we booked the ticket , we were given a tentative itinerary which indicated that there would be an Air India flight from Mumbai to Delhi at 9:00 am and then the flight to Vienna in the afternoon at 3:30 pm. I requested Mr. Anand ,who had booked our programme, to book us from Pune to Delhi as we will have to undertake overnight journey to Mumbai to take the morning flight.

    I had also indicated our willingness to pay any extra charges this change would entail.
    If required, we are willing to take a flight on our own to Delhi.

    Interestingly, our visa application form indicated that we would be travelling by SWISSAIR from Mumbai to Vienna. In that case we would obviously not have any problem. But your Pune office just refuses to confirm the travel schedule.

    As you will see from the following mail train , we have received very poor response.

    As explained to you our group of 8 has four senior citizens and two small children. It will be very inconvenient for us to take the Air India morning flight from Mumbai to Delhi as we will have to travel to Mumbai by road in the night.

    Since there is an Air India flight available from Pune at 7:45 am which reaches Delhi at 10:10 am , I would request to book our tickets from Pune to Delhi instead of Mumbai to Delhi from where the AI flight leaves for Vienna in the afternoon. The Pune-Delhi flight reaches before the Mumbai-Delhi flight, hence there should not be any problem.

    Please let us know the details of flights blocked so that we can plan how to go about. As informed earlier , we being a group of eight having 4 senior citizens and two children can not undertake night journey to Mumbai ,then spend half a day at Delhi airport and then take a long flight to Europe. You must appreciate that we are undertaking this journey for PLEASURE and not as a PUNISHMENT.

    I had made it clear to you that, if required, we will consider booking the Pune Delhi sector on our own to avoid the MISERY.

    I fail to understand why it takes MakeMyTrip 3 weeks to confirm the correct program. As a travel company I hope you will appreciate that in the meantime the fares are increasing and so also the financial damage to us.

    We have paid you the advance. The least you can do is to let us know on which flights the seats have been blocked.

    We had made reservation for a room at Hotel krishna sai kutir in shirdi for 27th of August from makemytrip app. We wanted an early check in but the hotel owner started behaving very rudely and said us to come after 12 pm.Ultimately we had to go to another nearby hotel and book a room for us.     i have deposited Rs.25647 And Rs. 27810 For Hotel King garden in Mahabaleswer And cancelled the booking same day but the make my trip said that the refund will not be given because the rules of refund were that if i cancel the booking before 7 days then refund will be given but how does this rule apply on me if i have booked the hotel for date change. so i booked hotel on 15-sep-2016 to 17-sep-2016 and next Booked 25-aug-2016 to 27-aug-2016 cancelled it on same day Due to some probems And next booking in childern age but i am getting no refund from them. plese tell me can you help me.

    Please understand that I am compelled to write this mail at your level with the hope and anticipation that the resolution would be provided as soon as possible rather than the deceitful approach, which “MakeMyTrip” as an organization is adopting to over the last 15 days starting from 1st August’2016 . For you to understand my current plight and the mental harassment that I am subjected by your representatives(Sunil Kumar || Tushar Singh || Neeraj Sharma || Khusboo || Vineeta || Renu) , I would request you to kindly glance through the below sequence of events & let me the resolution steps as soon as possible please.

    # 15th March’16 : Booked tickets for Kolkata – Srinagar & Vice –Versa on 15th March (Vide Booking Reference : NF2293770272916 || NF2297270262942)
    # 1st August ’16 : Decided to cancel my tickets based on the current political scenario in Kashmir.
    # 1st August’16 :
    • Called up the call centre and was informed that the cancellation would be levied twice which is INR 2300 would be deducted for Kolkata-Delhi and another INR 2300 would be deducted between Srinagar – Delhi which is cumulatively INR 4600 per ticket.
    • Incidentally , my friend (Mr.Avishek Sinha – Senior Advocate , Kolkata High Court ) was also travelling with me in the same flight but his tickets were booked through “Yatra.Com” which he also cancelled tickets on 1st August due to the same reasons stated above and he was charged with one time cancellation fee of INR 2000 + Yatra Cancellation charges for Kolkata – Srinagar and vice versa.
    • Upon knowing this , I conveyed the same to your Floor Supervisor Mr.Sunil Kumar and he confirmed /committed that if I am able to provide documentary evidences, then I would also be charged similar to “Yatra” moreover he also committed that “MMT” would ensure , that the internal MMT cancellation charges would be waived off.
    #2nd August’16:
    • In the morning called up the call centre, upon my several requests, my call was finally transferred to Mr.Sunil Kumar who upon verifying the documents confirmed that “the cancellation charges levied by “Make my Trip” is wrong and I would be paid INR 28654 against Booking ID : NF2293770272916 || NF2297270262942 within 7+ 3 working days . Please find the attached mail confirmation from Mr.Sunil Kumar.
    • Over the period of next 3 – 4 days , I was being paid INR 9891 and INR 6363 against the respective booking ID’s as mentioned above which is cumulatively INR 16262. .
    o This leaves with a pending amount of (INR 28654 – INR 16262 = INR 12392).

    2nd August
    • Post 2nd August’16 , tried to reach out to your call centre several times with the objective of speaking to Mr.Sunil Kumar, but most of the times , either I was put on hold for indefinite time or was told that he is busy , sure he was !!!!
    3rd August – 10th August
    • Fortunately after lot of deliberation’s, I was able to reach out to him and on again on 3rd August’16 , he had sent out a re-assuring mail stating that the total amount of INR 28654 would be transferred to my account within 10 working days ending on 16th August and cancellation has already been initiated at MMT end. Please find the attached mail for your kind reference.

    16th August’16
    • Upon completion of the 10th working day on 16th August’16, once again reached out to MMT call centre and was kept on hold for indefinite period (Close to approximately 45 minutes ) by Khusboo as I had asked for someone senior so that issue resolution can happen.
    o Its noteworthy to mention , Khusboo did mentioned that Mr.Sunil Kumar hadn’t come to office yesterday however it was quite strange to find that he happened to read all his mails as i have received “Read receipt” against the same . Please find the attached mail of the same please.
    • While I was waiting patiently on the call , I received another call from the number : +911244941405 , on the other end of the call was Mr.Tushar Singh who introduced himself as the Team Manager and have been assigned to handle my case .
    • My only ask to him was , when am I going to get my rest of the amount ? against which he once again forwarded the call to someone by the name of Mr.Neeraj Sharma , who happened to be the Operations Manager at the MMT Call centre as conveyed to me by him.
    • He responded back by stating that the internal approval has been received , the intimation have been sent to the bank for disbursal and within next 48 hrs the payment is going to be credited to my account.
    • However , I requested him to provide me with a final confirmation against which he committed that he would revert by 6:30 PM 16th August’16. He also shared his email id as neeraj.sharma@makemytrip.com but unfortunately it seems that the mail id provided was not correct . Please find the attached mail for your kind reference . Also the call never came.

    17th August’16
    • Once again called up the call centre and this time the call was received by Renu to whom I requested to transfer the call to either Sunil or Tushar or Neeraj.
    o And this time the call was put on hold for more than 35 minutes post which Mr.Sunil Kumar came on call .
    o He communicated that the validation team internal to MMT has rejected this claim and have agreed to pay only INR 5000 against the pending outstanding of INR 12392 !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Based on the above experience , I would like to kindly go through the below raised questions and revert with the resolution please :

    • Why this kind of deceitful approach is adopted by MakeMytrip when I have provided all the documentary evidences which leaves no scope but to understand that the extra charge which was getting deducted was at MMT end only and not at the airlines end because the same airlines can’t deduct in 2 different fashions for 2 different travel agencies !!! I hope you will agree with me on this !!!
    • Why is it that none of the representatives are been trained to respect customers patience and time ?
    • Why is it that there is no value of commitment ?
    • Why repeatedly , I have been lied to ?
    • Why is it that , in-spite of escalating this case , I have not been heard properly and I have to write to you with the anticipation of some probable resolution ?
    • Who is going to held accountable for the mental agony and harassment that I have been subjected to ?

    If this is the way , you believe in treating your customers , then deeply regret for getting associated with Make my trip as my preferred travel partner and would ensure that I don’t engage myself with MMT any further and would also encourage my family and friends to distance themselves from this kind of misdemeanour’s.

    Whatever have been said above , can be verified as I have been told repeatedly that all the calls at your call centre gets recorded !!!
    It will be least to say that I am utterly disappointed with the kind of pathetic service rendered by your team and am seriously lost , puzzled !!!!

    Hope this mail would garner its requisite attention and adequate actions would be initiated.
