    Make my trip has listed our homestay without any prior permission or any kind of tie up with us and are showing our tariff at almost 50% less which is affecting our bookings. Inspite of declining our tie up with make my trip at different occasions it is still being shiwn as listed on TripAdvisor.
    This has affected our business. You are directly responsible for this.
    Please delist our homestay ” Casa Coorg ” from your listing. Or else, we have to take legal action against you.

    Dear Mr Kalra,

    Does not your CP Manager even know the telephone numbers of the HO, or the supervisor on how to sort it out., if a matter is refereed to him. Every reputable Institution has an escalation Policy but you are denying me that basic right. I just for immediate basis need to know the status. Technology may have occasional glitches but here the attitude is rank bad. Please put in place a mechanism where such grievances can be readily attended to. I cannot be spending hours chasing your people and technology whose intelligence level corresponds to lack of understanding that pre-recorded telephone replies cannot handle all issues?

    I am thoroughly upset with you with Mr Kalra. You boast a pedigree of talent with national and international capabilities and serve shit.
    My account was debited at 11.22 am for flight today to bangalore. No ticket issued. The Toll free numbers You mention that -If you are travelling within 24 hours, please call us on our toll free number at 1800-102-8747 or +91-124-4628747 (from networks in and outside India). These numbers have only historical data. service request and complaints by-mail lie unanswered. When i ask for the HO numbers to resolve the problem to your CP- Branch manager refuses to give that. Am to believe that a MNC does not have any means to resolve by even providing a platform for emergency handling of issues. Very sorry Kalra you have sunk yourself to depravity.

    Dear Sir /Ma’am

    I have booked a Swiss Paris Delight tour (Booking ID: IN1702B1S3251445) sponsored by OPPO Mobiles – scheduled to start on 4th of March 2017. During my prebooking interaction at makemytrip office with Mr Karan representing makemytrip at Sector 8, Chandigarh assured me that things will work out smoothly and all visa support/help will be provided by makemytrip. Assured by your representative promises I paid advance to totalling INR 124250 makemytrip in two parts vide INR 62000 on 9th Feb and 62250 on 13th Feb. Furthermore I presented and submitted all documents to Mr Karan as per his instructions. First my application for visa was submitted to French Embassy –online appointment was gained for 14/02/2017 and then I was asked by Mr. Karan (for reasons best known to him) not to appear for the same and instead insisted on applying to Swiss Embassy for Schengen visa and therefore I appeared for visa interview with Swiss Embassy on 21st February 2017. Subsequently on 27th Feb 2017 got a communication from Swiss Embassy that my visa application has been rejected and I communicated the same immediately to Mr Karan.
    As I have applied for visa and subsequently it was rejected, and promptly communicated and did not avail of any services of makemytrip. I request you to kindly refund the entire amount paid vide the above two tranches so that I do not suffer for no fault of my mine.

    I had booked a round trip ticket from make my trip Ahm to Cochin on February 09, 2017 and return (Cochin to ahmedabad)on Feb 11, 2017 but i dnt know of wht problems they had booked the return of March 11, 2017. Now to change the date need to pay date change fee i dnt know what is the problem but from last bookings you are not sending the e-ticket mail also and i always need to check on customer support this an non acceptable service from your side,I request you to go through this matter.

    As discussed in that call I had shared complaint no 160921074577( deepak). This is my 10th call from MakeMyTrip but till now I didn’t get any positive and professional feedback. In the last call which discussed on 24 sep around 5.10pm they insured me issue will resolved in next 2 to 4 hours even they except that investigated did wrong call. Anyway my request is to cancel my 20 Oct ticket last four Id no 1690 and pay my 11108rs complete amount because all miscommunication from MakeMyTrip dated 21Sep at around 8.00pm.

    One more ticket get book before this I don’t know how. When I discussed 21 Oct at around 8.00pm regarding cancelled/failed information customer care inform me both person tickets get cancelled so that I took complaint no after that I booked below tickets.

    When I call and confirm last book tickets status I received information that your both tickets get confirmed. So now I have two tickets for same destinations and I what to cancel one ticket without penalty.
