Requesting to provide ,a closure date or responding date for this issue.
Can this Path care Lab provide in writing that remaining 12 antibodies traces out of 24 are Resistant.
Why such type of labs entertain by lybrate who find ways to cheat the customer.

We appreciate your trained staff coming for sample collection & for speed & reliable reports send by Lybratre since Dec2016.
But regret to state that when we booked with lybrate on 8/4/17 TEST Urine routine/culture report Amt Rs 850/- .
Now I don’t know from where Path care comes in picture & mailed me culture report for 12 antibodies traces, what no path lab using now a days .( these 12 antibodies traces were done in past before 2008 with old machines)
After 2008 onwards 24 antibodies traces r sent by path lab & this is clear cut cheating & fraud with customer by path care.
This means/result that I’ve to go again for Urine routine/culture with any other Lab & certainly this will not be lybrate.
Looking forward for your help & intervening in this matter,as u can view patient age is 80+ & again test report will create delay in medication of patient.

I am very sorry to say to Lybrate that you are fooling customers by making false commitments. While taking the blood sample you told that the reports will be delivered within 24 hours. Now its more than 24 hours….I gave a call to your customer care number 9015559900, a lady named Rama picked up the call and told me that my reports are ready and will be sent to me in the next 5 minutes……i gave a call again after 15 minutes and then she said that it will take one more day to deliver the reports……..My first experience is a horrible experience of false commitments and wrong update from the lady Rama….Guys never go for their service ….they are a cheat….09910564448
