    We have purchased three LP formal shirts from lifestyle, GIP, Noida In one of the shirt the tag in the collar got burnt while ironing, leaving the burnt plastic stuck in the collar. The shirt is now not wearable as the collar is all spoiled. We do not expect such quality from the brand as LP. Kindly arrange for return of the shirt asap.

    Dear Sir With regret,I would like to inform you that your product as well as customer service is very poor. I called up so many times but they disconnect the phone. I have purchased one trouser@Rs 4499/and one shirt perma press @Rs 3599/vide c m no 13074001I7000591from f40 south ext delhi on 10. 5.17. At the time of first wash the colour get faded.The fabric is of very poor quality of powerloom . You are claiming 100%cotton in your perma press shirt and charging ridiculous prices where as it is a mixture of Man made fibre. I am from textile industry and can get tested your both the articles in competent govt authorised laboratories . I dont require such type of cheap fabrics from hard earned money. Pl get your article returned and my money back otherwise i would get it tested at your cost and I am 100% sure,the results would be negative. In that case i am open to share the results of polyester wool mix for trouser and 100%cotton claimed for shirt with consumer Forum, social media and consumer affair ministry in the interest of general public.

    I have a Rs5000/- gift card of Louis Philippe which was gifted to me by my friend, purchased from Amazon. I went to buy Blazer from Louis Philippe store situated at Pavillion Mall Ludhiana on 05/09/2017. Before billing I presented the card , the incharge declined to accept the card stating that their systems are not working since days and it will take days to rectify them. Therefore if I pay in Cash they would accept the same , however they declined to accept the Louis Philippe card.     Sir, this to draw your attention to the fact that during my daughter's marriage all the wedding purchasing was done from your sector 17 outlet. When I went to buy a shirt for my self they did not have a slim fit . They had a similar shirt in regular fit which they promised to alter and make it slim fit. The shirt which I received was very badly tailored and when I asked for a replacement they refused point blank. Out of pure frustration I just dumped it there and walked out.     Hi, It really saddens me the way Louis Philippe has handled my first complaint in 15 years of shopping with this brand. Situation: Bought my first Louis Philippe jean from Shoppers stop. After hardly 12 months jean was damaged (torn) a lot from the hips area. Never noticed it. Thought maybe would have done something wrong. Bought another Louis Philippe jean but even this jean is getting damaged from the same place. So took my old jean to a Louis Philippe outlet who refused to accept it, saying my contact info had no record of this jean. Tried reasoning with him, he finally agreed. After 2-3 weeks I get a call from him saying that quality check team has refused refund/replacement as some hard force or brush has been used on this. FYI- I wash my jeans 3-4 times a year and that too in a fully automatic washing machine. Have been wearing jeans for 20 years and never faced any such issue. This is definitely a quality issue and you don't expect such quality from a product when you pay 3500 bucks for it. My family has been shopping with Louis Philippe for 15 years (that too in big amounts), this is the first time I have come back with a complaint. At least that would tell you something about the genuineness of this complaint. But the way your team has handled this issue is really bad on your part. Will make sure no acquaintance of mine shops from this brand anymore.
