    I recently bought L’Oréal Paris LIP PAINT/MATTE, (Rs.799) but after reaching home ,when I tried it on my lips it started burning my lips rather as they said it will give a glowing effect through out , it didn’t give any glow and made my lips burn.

    Today I purchased 2 bottles(495ml) of LOreal developer. When I checked the expiry date of product, expiry date was rubbed from both bottles. but one of the bottles’ expiry date was not properly rubbed and it was expired bottle. Thanks to the shopkeeper , he replaced the bottles. Shopkeepers can’t rub the expiry date as they can return unsold and expired products to manufacturer. So there is someone who has rubbed expiry dates of product. It is the activity of cheating customers. Kindly take action asap.

    I bought loreal 40+ skin aging cream from a shopkeeper a week ago.As I opened it it was stiff n turned into a hard paste…then I saw the expiry its too has 11 months to expire.The shopkeeper is now denying to exchange that product saying that it is unsealed now.Without unsealing the product how would I know that it is not according to your T&C .Since your products are very costly I can not through it may be your product is getting stiff after 2 years , please take action as soon as possible.

    Purchased the Loreal Silkissime Eye Pencil. Was extremely happy when i purchased it as I liked the finish and the packaging. Until i had to sharpen it the first time.Was totally disappointed – as NO sharpener works and gives a sharp tip.
    The Loreal Sharpner is so expensive as it costs much more than the eyepencil itself and not worth buying. Pls help me by sending the right sharpener to compensate for this bad purchase ( in fact i bot two pencils and now am stuck with this product!!). Hope to receive some response.

    I m from satisfaction beauty salon, gurgaon, haryana.
    M running ladies parlour since last four years, previously the distributor appointmented fm loreal was Mr.Gera for gurgaon region and there was not any problems regarding the delivery of goods, I m quiet satisfied by his services.

    But from last few months the distributor has changed to Mr. Sachdeva…… I know he has a long association with loreal, but the ground realities r different…..

    I placed order in last month on 20th jan 2017, and till date I hv not received my order, when ever I called him up, very innocently he replied the same…..dont worry order will reach you today evening……..pl help me out of this problem as soon as possible.

    One thing I also want to mention here that I never buy things on credit, I always pay cash on delivery.

    For good customers like me there should be some specific guidelines from the company for which distributor has a binding to follow.

    Your immediate action is requied, pl look into the matter as soonbas possible and communicate accordingly that my order should reach without any delay.

    I had purchased L’Oreal dark brown colour in Oct worth rs. 600 and I applied it two times, once in Oct and then in Nov. 23rd but this time I had such a huge hair fall that I have almost bald now. Forcibly I have to take boy cutt though I had a large volume of hairs earlier. I think I am provided a fake colour of L’Oreal because of which I am suffering a lot.

    I Bought packed bottle of anti aging serum from Westside karol bag New Delhi. First the pump was not working and when went to change it, found out the packed bottle was empty. It cost approx Rs 15000. It now Makes me doubt if it is a genuine product or a been sold a duplicate one.

    Hi, I am Sudha Gopinath, Manager of Corporate Communications of a Govt of India Public Sector Undertaking HLL. Being in the communication department, it is necessary for me to travel and meet people on day to day basis. I was a very loyal customer of Lakme products for years. Oflate my loyalty shifted to L’oreal after i purchased anti ageing cream (rs. 1400) as birthday gift for my sister. She liked it very much and for my mom’s birthday also i purchased another L’oreal cream (anti ageing) worth around 500. Then I purchased a shampoo which although not very impressive, my loyalty continued. The guy at the L’oreal counter at Style Plus Thiruvananthapuram was another reason for my loyalty towards the brand. As he explains things really well. I have big eyes and my eye makeup is very popular in the office. I bought a kajal worth Rs. 575 from L’oreal counter. It was too good. but wastage during cutting through the cutter which i bough along with the kajal was too high that even though it was a costly product it didn’t last more than three weeks. i was disappointed but still the product was too good. I have been using Lakme 9 to 5 eyeliner which costs Rs. 200/- for years. After the kajal was over i again went to L’oreal counter and the guy introduced me silverline glossy L’oreal eye liner worth Rs. 720/- which is 4 times higher than the amount i use for my eyeliner. However as i have huge expectation on L’oreal I purchased your product with lot of enthusiasm. However I am thoroughly disappointed as the product is much inferior in quality when compared to my lakme 9-5. It is thin and i need to apply a lot of strokes to get the desired result which is time consuming and also taking a lot of product. Secondly even after applying 2-3 strokes, there is gaps in between. my eyes dont look dark and full instead it looks dull. I am so very much disappointed as i paid 4times the amount i normally spend for eyeliners and also didnt get the desired result. The earlier kajal worth 575 was too good but the wastage is too high. Is there any possibility to replace this product with smudge free kajal which doesnt require cutting or which lasts long. I want thick and dark eyeliners which lasts full day. Sorry to say but I lost all trust on the brand.

    Greetings Loreal,

    I have a sad complaint to make for the product I purchased of Loreal specaially for my mother since she liked the colour and she was particularly insisting on the Loreal Brand at a Chennai store at Shoppers Stop in Chetpet,

    I walked into the store with her, to The Loreal Brand, met Ms. Kala the product sales manager there. Please make note it and do the needful at the earliest.
    One) I had visited the venue a week back for a white enlightening face wash small tube, that which is portable, wasn’t available. She came back a week back on 23rd September, 2016 and yet again had the same answer given of stock not being available. Only reason why I opted for this venue is since it seemed the closest to my residence, though far. And still with the diwali season coming up, I m being told that the stock is not available.
    Two) on my second visit there, I had purchased a lipstick.

    I hold the bill of my purchase I specially made for my mother, a deep maroon red colour, wanting her to buy it, but she is extremely unhappy with its quality. She used it yesterday when she went out. I must inform you that the lipstick had a smudging effect. It spread all over here lips and made her feel awkward after a while of application. Having a red chin, like Hanuman.

    I must specify she is used to red, maroon lipstick. Of other brands.

    Loreal unisex saloon in laxmi nagar they are distributing one year service card card at price of 1500 rs but they will not give the appointment to customer they continue hang it,they did’t receive calls for appointment and they also give the wrong numbers and they hang it on week by week.i am very angry with them. now thought i waste my money to buy such a useless card.

    Ropam banerjee a salesman in loreal thinks he owns the company. He hasn’t given any assistance for the branding of the store even after purchasing good amount of products from him. He is not at all professional and I think it’s a disgrace for loreal to have the sales person like him to represent their company.
