    I bought LED40S TV in the month of 3/2015 in KKG 4 yrs offer in Visakhapatnam, and it was not worked on 25-7-15. Immdly I called local service centre and registered my complaint SR.No.LEEL250715415426. Techs.came and not rectified for want of spare from Guntur. After 12 days they said the part not available and taken our TV for exchange from Guntur. As already 16 days lapsed, no TV received. We are very much regretted about it. In the present days, without TV how can we survive weeks together. Your people simple saying we will replace as and when new TV comes. My question is why "LLOYD" TV got repaired in the span of 4 months? Why don't you install a working TV in place of repaired TV until new one replaced? Why the customer care call center people not responding for my calls? What it wrong with me, is it buying to "LLOYD" 40 LED basing on your advt.     Hi, We purchased your Lloyd AC in 2008. I must appreciate that till date it's working brilliantly. But after a few years we got some problem in its remote control. So, we contacted your customer care service. They consoled us by saying that your problem will be solved within a nick of time. Although I must say that it was quick and after a week we received a call which said that a wrong remote is being received. They will soon order the remote again but as your AC set is old, it will take time. We completely understood the situation. And now it has been two months since we urged for a remote. Today, at 2:44, we called your service incharge, Mr Manoj Kumar, who inturn said, " you are telling us stories and you know that it's sunday!!" Those were his exact words. Now i would like to ask you, is the way to talk to your customers. Some people may have lied to you but that doesn't mean the whole world is like them. Plus if someone lies also, that is just not the way to converse with someone. This seemed kind of rude to me. We would like you to see to this matter carefully and try to improve your service help.     I had purchased llyod 1 ton ac model no LS13A3HR on 30/03/2015 from top ten vashi navi mumbai near vashi rly stn. The sales person over there Mr.Arvind has confirmed that there will be 3 free service from llyod in one year at the time of purchase. But till now even after one year I have not received a single service. Even after constant follow up with llyod and top ten we have not received any service. The service technician said that was old model & took the photo of the same and said it will cost me ? 750.00. I have accepted and asked him to deliver the same.     I have purchased LLoyd Split AC 0.8 T on 13 April 2015. The day from purchase it was under repair. The last summer passes in repair only. The problem of Gas leaking and NO COOLING. At least 4 times attended in last year but AC it still not working. It works for about 2-3 days and then again cooling stops.     one of the three A.C. is of LLOYD. performance of the A.C. is worst I would never recommend to any one. Their complaint redressal mechanism is worst.Their Tollfree, ASM and Service Engineer dont take calls. Your will only hear KHUSHIYON KI GUARANTEE, which does not reflect in the action. My complaint dated 02/04/2016 is yet to be redressed after 11 days. I have no option left but to take legal action against the COMPANY and its dealers. DEEPAK KUMAR

    I logged split AC service complaint on 9/4/2016 ref No :LEEL090416268791, after lot of followup on the no. given 9718663701 -after 5 days techinician came and examined and said one part pcb needs to be replaced, which is not available with him and will take another 3 to 7 days. What nonsence KKG lloyd advertising when one AC serviceing and parts replacement need 10- 15 days to rectify a small faults.....is anybody there to listen the customers problem.     Same cooling problem for brand new Lloyd AC. Logged complain.Refno LEEL150416302202 Receive SMS giving ref number and local contact number. Local person answers call only for once and give another contact number. He too answers once. Now both not answering my calls. Worst problem addressing. Lloyd should change the tagline as "Frustration ki full guarantee" Hushiton ki guarantee does not suit them. I will not buy anymore Lloyd product and also recommend others rethinking for Lloyd.     A Split AC has been checked for repair by the technician of LLoyd and hand over a receipt of UNIVERSAL ELECTRONICS, A-50, VISHNU GARDEN, NEW DELHI-18. They asked to repair pump within 2 to 3 days but i am still waiting since 04-04-16 for any response. No one is ready to pick up call on the provided number - 9650333553. Others numbers provided 9311626315, 01146665555, 01126431313, 01146665424 does not exist. so, competent authority is requested to direct the person concern and get the SAC repaired out today.

    These people are fraud.. I bought an AC from Noida and in the very first year took 3 years AMC for Rs 8790 from its authorized Service center. I complained about the AC not cooling via llyods website, and they sent the guy from the same authorized service Center (A C ENTERPRISES) 3 days (19-April-2016) after continuous follow-up. This guy took my AC for some repairs and hasn't returned till date. It's been 9 days and I don't know when the hell is my AC. The address mentioned on the receipt is wrong, the no mentioned on it is wrong. After all this I somehow managed to get the email addresses of Lloyds nodal officer and area manger and tried contacting them. They said we cannot help you cause you have taken AMC from an unauthorized third party vendor. This was hilarious cause their unauthorized third party vendor is listed on the companies website which also they claim is by mistake. What more proof does anyone want about this companies fake claims.

    I bought a Lloyd air conditioner about 8 months back......but since last few days our ac is not working properly...we called your service provider..he sent somebody to check it and the concerned person said that he has seen the problem and will repair tomorrow.......next day he again comes and then say that sir the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced and he will replace it tomorrow........next day a new person comes and that also when we called about 5 times......he said that he doesn't know anything about our complaint as he has come for the first time but promised once again that the compressor will surely be replaced tomorrow........from that it has been 5 days nobody has come.......we are continuously calling them and they are just saying that we don't have compressor and don't know when it will arrive...................I never imagined that this is your service standard.............I think I have done the biggest mistake of my life buying your product..............is this the way you provide service to your customers..............I want my ac to be repaired in a day.....and this is for sure that I will not be buying your any product again not even by mistake...............

    Pathetic Service for air conditioner, service man came & broke the flap of the AC & told he will fix it , now nobody is taking responsibility for it & neither fixing it, it was under warranty . we have 7-8 people here wo had the similar problem .     I have purchased split A/c on 18/02/2011 with 5 year warrantee.my friend has suggested about lloyd,but unfortunately compressor of my A/c has stopped working just after completion of warrantee.Now new compressor charge I have to bear is Rs.11000/I feel that warrantee is just to give trust to customer about the strength of product. I am using somany products of reputed companies like your from last 13 to 15 years without any repairs even after warrantee period is over.Pl.look into the matter in positive manner and replace the compressor.

That time ia m stuck in the market will called on the mobile, I am surprise this type of negligence by your Engg. I am OK and silent this time and told check the AC cooling and AC remote , but Engg say I don’t have any equipment for checking and not understand AC remote function . When we called the customer care the concerned were so casual that that they did not even showed the courtesy to register to complaint and were discarding there responsibility. 3. There was no reply from even the sevice head Mr. Shanshuddin Shaikh was not responding to our calls. 4. Even after paying the whole money if we have to follow up with your team at the risk of our life what is the customer service you are providing to us. We had not even received the bracket for which we had already paid.     We have done a mistake by purchasing split AC from the dealer 3 years back in 2013. Since then repeatedly AC is not working by one or the other reasons known to their Engineers only. The customer care is useless, the service heads of the Company have no EARS to the customer grievances, repeated complaint and same Engineers from the same service provider. The whole team is worried about their star ratings not the Issues. Customer is requesting them to take away AC to their workshop do R&D on their product REINSTALL we are FED-UP & SICK OF LLOYD AC & PRODUCTS. Customer is LUNATIC in all respect to them. Worst part is the TUNE-KHUSHIOYON KI GUARANTEE it should be DHUKO KI GUARANTEE LLOYD.

    Sir, I M DR.ROHITRAJ SINGH,I would like to bring to your notice that I bought a new semi automatic washing machine 6 Month back from Muzzafarpur district, Bihar. Since the beginning the machine is not working properly and I have made many complaints about its dysfunction. On each occasion minor changes were made but the machine didn't quite work properly and needed to be repaired very frequently. Its only on a recent visit that your mechanic told me that the improper functioning was due to a defective motor and it needs to be changed. He assured me that new motor will pe changed on the very next day but it has been a week since the visit, with no response from the customer care. As the machine is under warranty period which is soon going to be over, i feel that the delay on your part is a cheap cheat tactics to surpass the warranty period.I hope that you understand that i bought a washing machine to help make my life easy and not to increase my miseries. I am extremely upset and disappointed by your machine and your customer care services.I had very expectations from this brand and I hate to say this but I am already regretting buying a machine from Llyod. As I am extremely unhappy with the purchase, I would like to return it back. I hope that you will help me and take quick actions in this regard.     My washing machine is not working, I registered a complain on 1st August 2016. A technician came and told me "it's relay system is not working properly, your washing machine will be replaced within 15 days." But, it was not happend so. I again called the customer service on 4th september 2016 then they told me register a second complain, I did the same. But, again didn't get any response. Then I again called the customer service on 13th september and they give me mobile number of Mr. DEVIT, who is head officer in charge. I called him on the same day and he told me "whats app me pic. of your purchasing bill and bar code and your washing machine will be replaced within a week". I did the same,but again no response. Toay I called Mr. DEVIT but his number is out of reach then again I called customer service and he told me "Still any replacement process has not been initiated". Then I ask him for his higher authority number, he again told me to talk to MR. DEVIT, but when I explain him the real situation he called Mr. DEVIT ,but he was not picking up his call. I am tired of all these complaining procedure. Lloyd wasted my lot of time, it's disgusting. I am sharing here my service request number. The first one was LEEL010816721561 and the 2nd one is LEEL040916817343. I am regreting after buying Lloyd's washing machine. That was one of my wrong decision, Lloyd has proved it.

    Dear sir/madam, with complaint ID LEEL170916858542, i have to complaint to you that we have purchased this LED tv(L32ND) of Lloyd in Dec. 2014 and the dealer told us that it has 3 year warranty period. now from 16th September 2016 the LEd was not getting ON & not working so i complaint on 17.09.2016 at lloyd customer care, then the service man came & told that some card is not working and he has to change it and in return we have to pay approx. Rs 2600 for this service. i told him that still it is under warranty period so why are you demanding money but he simply denied. Now i would like to inform you that my whole house is working on Auto cut Stabilizer then how this supply card of LED get failed? it is only possible either the LED or the card was faulty. Please also notice that during this last 1.5 year we availed your service first time and your service man demanding such a high charges of Rs 2600 for the first time servicing and even in warranty period. so i request you people to look in to this matter and show your act of cooperation to repair our LED under free servicing so that we can have a better Faith on our Indian brand Lloyds.

    Lloyd's AC are good but its service is very poor I registered for service on 8/04/17 at 8:15 AM but till 14/04/17 I am still waiting while Lloyd service period is 24 hours, although I have called local service provider generally they do not pick the phone if they pick phone they give only assurance I think it will not good for Lloyd marketing point of view.

Some one called me and said he will be reaching with in one hour time .We waited whole day one one turned . On 14th sept service technician visited and told that remote needs to be replaced. The order is placed on same day, but till date no response from your team even after 12 days. Today I called goa customer care number & it was told that they will come back. But they did not come back. Mean time I tried local service provider, he also gave wage answer saying have you contacted technician? He will come back to us. After some time again I tried local service provider but he could did not answer call. This is bad Again I contacted goa customer care & it was assured that today it will be delivered. But this was only a false commitment. Nobody turned with remote. It is shameful that such big brand cannot clear a simple request of remote for 15 days?? If the team cannot provide customer satisfaction why you are selling your products in market???? I feel wastage of my money in purchasing Lloyd. Still if you want to make your image. 1. Deliver remote within next 24 hrs. 2.     Respected sir, I krishan kumar has buying a lloyd washing machine model no LWMS82G Semi automatic machine on 18/10/2017on M/S AJAY ELECTRONIC, GHARAUNDA, KARNAL. When i open this box wheel is not found in this box, and i already told about M/S AJAY ELECTRONIC, GHARAUNDA, KARNAL. So please suggest me about this. Best regards..... Rakesh kumar.

    Good evening everybody I have raised a compliant on 4 dec 2017 technician after 2 days came and said it is gearbox issue and the part is not arrived and the after a month another technician said that the main motor has gone bad and i have been following up with many people but i did not get a response from number of technicians finally a technician calls and says to give the kkg Code which but the message in my mobile says it should be given once your are satisfy with the service .. Please do needful... Now the washing is making more noise the request number is 041217205698....
