    I have purchased double door refrigerator on 11-Nov-2017. It worked one month
    properly after that it stopped getting cool we have called so many times to showroom and service center. Service center people sent many people but nobody had resolved the issue. In that one person cutted behind (compressor pipe) one pipe to check weather it is getting cool or not after checking it! he said some part (compressor ) has gone inside will replace it! 2 weeks over still now nobody had came my place to fix this issue. We had very good opinion on LG products but its disappointed us to take a decision. We are really fedup up of LG Refrigerator. We don’t want your product please take back your machine and refund the money or replace the product.

    I had sent my request for requirements of lg products for 200 Sq mts flat. AC, WASH MACHINE, OVEN, DISH WASHER, ETC. I received reply on 26 Oct & nobody bothered 2 even call me. If dis is before sales attitude what you can expect after sales service.

    we bought an LG refrigerator which the is only 3 years old and the compressor has gone out since Nov. 9th, 2017. It is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. We have tried without any luck to have your company fix this problem and have tun into so many run arounds. We lost all the food in the freezer which spoiled and have not been able to buy food since because we have no where to store them. It is Thanksgiving holiday and we cannot celebrate this holiday well. If your company promises a service which revolves aroud people, sincerity and understanding your customers, how can you let a family suffer through this ordeal. A refrigerator is not a luxury item but a necessity.

    This is to inform you that on 8th Oct 2017, I bought LG refrigerator model Number GL-T322RSOU from LG Showroom in Bangalore. However, from the sdate of using the refrigerator at my home, often “loud humming sound” use to come.
    In last one month, I made 3 complains and every time LG technician visited my place to address the “sound issue”.Even I shared the short recordings of the sound and shared the same with your technicians but every time they were unable to confirm the exact reason of this sound. Being having faith in LG, I bought costly aforementioned refrigerator model but it has become a sound disturbance for me and also, I am not getting a proper support from your team.

    Now, I would like to request you to please arrange replacement of my this refrigerator with a new fault free refrigerator of same model. In case, if your team cnt execute this option then please take back the refrigerator and return back my paid money.

    Hope you can understand the agony of your customer.

    I had purchased a LG Split AC Model JSq12APXD in Feb 2017. Iits condenser developed leaked. I made a service request having complaint No RNP17004096287 on 04-10-17. AC was taken for repairs. No it is more than one month. At the time of collecting Ac it was assured that AC will be repaired and returned in 3 days but till now it has not been returned. Pl look into the issue and resolve

    I am using LG fully automatic washing machine (Inverter Direct drive 7.5 kg T8018AEEP5) from last five years. Some days back it got faulty and not working. I called to customer care and logged a complaint (Complaint no. RNP171025057326). Service engineer Mr. Praveen Kumar visited the place and found one PCB is faulty. But as per them PCB is not available in the market anywhere in the world. They closed the complaint without my concurrence.

    Please look into the issue and help to provide any solution and alternate to be faith in LG products.

    HI Team,
    I had purchased a 42inch LED TV [LG 42LB550A 42 inches] 3yrs back, Now am getting White spots on the TV screen, when i call to customer care and a technician visited and told me that – Mother Board is weak and we have to replace the complete LED back light.
    After spending around 50K – If the Item is not works for more than 3 yrs – How can this type of products are reliable on the long term. Being one of the most trusted brand, these issues are really making negative impact on your reputation in the market. I know – mine is a small issue – just we need place back the LED diffusers on the right place – But the technician is not in a mood to open the LED Panel and directly saying this is gone, that is gone.

    Can you arrange a free service for this ?

    Bought new mircowave oven, it was delivered without any accessory by dealer. Although all accessories were shown to us while visit to store for a demo.

    To Whom it may Concern:

    In the last 5 years I have purchased a LG dishwasher, and then a LG Refrigerator and have been dissatisfied with both. The ice maker has never worked right. It doesn’t even make enough ice for 2 people for supper! And furthermore I was told that is how they work. My dishwasher maybe 3 years old and has already had many problems and really doesn’t clean very well! I will never purchase an LG applicance again!! I know that this may not affect you in any way but I will be talking to people and letting them know my experiences with LG Company!

    Hi, sharing a horrible experience for you to get into & resolve for the sake of your brand equity & also safeguarding consumer interest. in third week of April I raised a service request on the toll free number 18001809999. a day after a person called saying from LG & wanted to come to resolve the issue. Came on the agreed time but fortunately by that time fridge automatically started cooling. He said it happens sometimes, made a receipt of 350 & left. on 5th of July again the same problem reoccurred. called the customer care again. Executive told me that its happening again within 3 months so there wont be any visit charge. fortunately again after two days of shutdown the fridge started to cool. The person named abhijeet came on 10th July to check & said it happens at times.I showed him the receipt which he said is not from LG. Triggered many questions in mind. Then who was the person- came to check?, took money?, pretended to be LG representative?, the receipt issued by him has no authenticity?. I called on the number printed on the bill in front of your representative-the person gets baffled, says we work when LG refers the case to us, was talking rude & desperate to keep. The representative Abhijeet made me talk to your team leader Mr. Kulkarni who again called this person & this person hangs up the phone, & switches off. How did this happen, how come complains raised on the LG toll free number gets diverted to these frauds? in last couple of years there are some complain registered by me & all of it reflects in records but how come this particular one got missed & gets diverted to these frauds? This also raises the concern on safety. This is serious & I am looking forward to hear.

    I have purchased one L.G. LED from Videon Electronics & Television ,Jaipur and that time 5 % cash back scheme purchase any L.G. product by HDFC credit card which was get with in 3 months but it is not received my cash back 5% till now and 3 months passed

    for detail i have attached bill and credit card transition detail .so kindly request that provide the solution asap.

      Sir/ Madam,

      I, Sharon Joseph has purchased a fridge(LG Model GL-D302JSFL/2015; 285 litre) from lulu Connect, lulu Mall, Edapally against Invoice No: 041/0006640 on 29/06/2017. I got delivered the product on 30/06/2017 with dents and scratches on it. When i informed this to the dealer, he said he has sent the displayed one which has no such complaints. I have never ordered a displayed one since it has been used by other customers. They are trying to dump this defective fridge on me. I have asked him to replace it. But no action has been taken from their part. Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in Indian markets.I believe I would get a quick response from you and get it replaced through the local dealer.

    I purchased an AC of your (LG ) company I have launched complaint of leakage problem first your technician came for this ,during solving problem he damaged body and problem is as it is . 45 days ago installed unit looking bad. I requested to you please change this unit because I am fed up this leakage problem. Complaint id are –rnp 170530019897 ,rnp170531062180, & your auth. Service partner mr prem patidar not give me response . MODEL NO.—37793-LG SPLIT AC IDU 1.5T JS-Q18BPXA (3 STAR ) + 37794- LG SPLIT AC ODU 1.5T JS-Q18BPXA (3 STAR ). PURCHASE DATE –08/04/2017 .

    I have a LG top loading washing machine and I have been chasing LG services for past few months with no success.
    Complaint No: RNP170314022572

    I have written 6-7 emails in this month and only thing I get in return is a reply that the case is in follow up. And there is no action from the LG.

    They even do not bother to call up the person and update the progress.
    This is sheer arrogance and after writing so many hard hitting mails still they are unmoved.

    Finally, I have contacted the Consumer Forum now, and shall be going ahead with the complaint since there is no option.

    Hope now they will get this resolved.
