    Dear sir, I hereby draw your attention to the service provided by your bank, I never get information that my O.D account has been made Zero hence I wont be able to withdraw anything inspite of the fact that I have offered substantial collateral security along with FDR .All of a sudden when I go to bank to withdraw I am not able to withdraw anything and I am turned back.We have to return frustrated and disappointed and ultimately look for some other arrangements to meet the last minute needs. This is a black mark on the services provided by your bank. There is no fun in offering lot of collateral security to avail a OD facility and at the need of the hour I am not able to use the facility.If you are not interested or unable to serve your customers please let me know your intentions clearly so we can approach other banks who wish to render better service.--------Jayesh mehta

    My dear Mr. Uday Kotak, It is submitted that I am a defence soldier and presently posted at North-Eastern Border of India. I had applied for personnel loan in last month for Rs.8 lacs. At the time of enquiry and sharing the other information, I was informed only about the processing fee charges for unsecured loan ie. PL. However, post submission of documents/PL sanction, I was unduly charged with Rs.10543/- as insurance charges and Rs.5600 plus towards Credit Appraisal Charges. On inquiring from other banks such as Indus, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, PNB etc, it was confirmed that no Credit Appraisal Charges being taken towards approving of any personal loan being unsecured loan. Whilst taking up the issue with Mr. Dey employed in your Kolkata office, the insurance amount has been reverted back to me without the interest component and no action has been taken for CAC. 2. It is submitted that appropriate action may please be taken against Mr. Dey for cheating to a genuine and upright customer and soldier of Indian Military Services. Also, CAC charges may be reverted back and interest component of insurance amount may be settled and genuine EMI be taken from me. 3. I hope and confidence in you that you will surely take a call, if I am right at the earliest and disciplinary action be taken against Mr. Dey an errant bank employee of Kotak Mahindra.     I am seriously fed up with the service of kotak bank. I opened my account in kotak almost 2 months back but I haven't received proper debit card yet. I complained everywhere in kotak regarding the same but didn't get any solution. I mail my complaint thrice to nodal office also but they are also not helping me. Even the nodal officer mr.     I had used my debit card at one of the merchant to pay 3600. At one time transaction got declined, so I had swiped my card again and at the second time transaction was successful. But money got deducted twice. I had wrote about about this to the help desk email. And they replied me after 10 days saying that you will have to contact merchant for the same and need to go to bank and fill duly signed reversal form, than we will claim for the money. Please help me with this because I am not in the city where I had paid through debit card, so I can't go and contact the merchant and take his signature than submit it to the bank.

    I have been trying to contact your Helpline since yesterday after my credit card EMI instalment cheque was returned to my account but in vain. Then I went to the nearby Kotak Bank at Bhandup sonapur junction and the officer there helped me get through your Customer Care Executive. After speaking to her, I was informed that I will be getting update through sms regarding the payment which did not come through. To make myself safe from being listed for non payment I once again deposited another cheque at your Vikas Paradise Mulund West Branch. I am yet to get message saying that the EMI payment/ cheque has been received. Calling your till free number has become tough. I have no idea what 6 digit number are they asking me to dial after dialing my credit card details. If it's my pin number they are asking for then no way am going to dial or share. Tjis sms from your bank and other banks are received almost every day that these details are never to be given. After that I have mailed kotak customer service and also called customer support but they didn't response regarding closing my account. Now in my kotak account, it shows -1955 rs (minus) negative balance. I have all the proof that i have contacted several time with the bank. So, tell at this point what should I do? If I have to pay that amount(-1955) then i will close my account else if you cancel that negative balance then i will link Kotak account with my salary account from this month onwards.     Dear Sir/madam, I have already escalated all the issues to Kotak Mahindra Bank and the banking ombudsman of RBI.it is more than a month passed but I have not received any response from Bank side.So now whom I have to approach to solve the issue and reverse my 3000 rs which was deducted by Kotak Mahindra Bank without any reason.The Account opening person told me that this is a life time free salary account and I am holding the current account also with Kotak Mahindra Bank and the main branch is Moradabad(UP) and this account is linked into that account and on this behalf my account was opened,and that is the only reason I have chosen this account for money transfer.My Father transfered rs 5500rs,and Immediately bank deducted rs 1955 rs,and then I withdraw rs 2500 and on that day only bank deducted the whole amount which is 1095.In this account my pf transfered in the month of June and September and no amount was deducted by Kotak Mahindra Bank.The main thing is that I have never received any message from Kotak Mahindra Bank of this transaction otherwise I am always receiving messages of money debited or credited.So this was a complete cheat was made to me by Kotak Mahindra Bank.I hope RBI will take strict action and get my money reversed. They send me notice after 4 years and that was the first notice I have ever received from Kotak but they mentioned several times they have sent it and asking for final dues otherwise they will make my CIBIL bad and will inform my current employer.     I am pained to find the irrelevent and rigid approach of your one of the branch managers Mr Gautam Aggarwal of Kondwa Branch,Pune. On 18.10.2017 I deposited a cheque 44436 for Rs2000/- of J & K Bank Pune which was to be credited in my account no 07210120017178. The beneficiary’s name on the cheque was written R L Gadroo instead of full name Roshan Lal Gadroo. Today on 23.10.2017 I received a telephonic call from kondwa branch that the cheque has been returned unpaid for short payee nameThis cheque has not been presented to the JK Bank but has been lying in Kotak Bank only.I approached to Branch Manager and told him that why this mistake was not identified at the time i deposited the cheque and why delay of of 5 days for such a small mistake if it is.But his approach was veryrude and did not accept his fault.Immediately thereafter a SMS was sent to me that my request no1-7792758179-WKit2 redirected to BRN has been closed.I donot know what made them to sent me this message Request to advise such persons behave properly with Sr Citizens like me

    I did not found Branch Contact numbers of your banks located in lucknow, whereas , what so ever contact numbers are provided were found to be incorrect or vague. Pls insure that the contact numbers are correct and meaningful.

    CRN-100357459 I had got my credit card deactivated last year after clearing all dues & got confirmed by CC team.But when I checked my CIBIL report it is reflecting non-payment of KOTAK dues.I am unable to contact customer care as don't have phone banking pin or credit card pin.Please arrange a call on mentioned no. so that I can clear the issues & get my CIBIL rectified.Earlier also I had written & I was given no. of Mr. Amzad Khan but he was unable to help me out in this issue.Surprised that after deactivation of card how-come bank charged annual charge which was not even intimated to me & not they just gone adding interests & made the due to Rs.8500. Now nobody is replying the query.

    I have saving account in Kotak Mahindra Bank at RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad Branch vide Saving Account no. - 2512176440 . On 11th November'2019 , I Was sitting in my office . Around 4.30PM I have received withdrawal massage of Rs 61000/- from my Saving Bank account on my mobile . The transaction has been made between very short period of 2 minutes , as per multiple transaction of Rs 10000/- ( 6 times ) and Rs 1000/- ( 1 time ) . I have lodged FIR on same day thru Cyber Crime Complaint cell as per Cyber Crime Complaint No. - 23111190003551 . I also been visited to local police station in Ghaziabad at Police Station Kavi Nagar and Kotwali Ghanta Ghar , But they were refused to registered the FIR , Next days was Holidays due to Guru Nanak Birthdays . On 13th November'2019 I visited to my bank branch office , Submitted written complaint along with Cyber Crime Complaint hard copy , Photo copy of Debit Card . They had blocked ATM and Bank account also been freeze . After 3 days on 14th November'2019 my all transaction has been reversed ( Total Rs 61000/- ) , But my this was not shown in my bank statement . Again I approached to my bank branch office including branch manager ( Mr. Raj Vaidya @ 8860635674 ) on 18th November'2019 , they checked and told that my account has been Leen ( Blocked ) , They told that they have been E- mailed to there Head office to remove the Leen ( Blocked ) , I will get the massage on same day or next day for remove the Leen ( Blocked ) . But till now as on 26th November '2019 , I have not received any massage in this regards . So you are kindly requested to please intervene and do the needful , Because I Can not use my hard money for my personal daily expenses . I have transferred money to this account.Their mobile number is 9717436471.Now he is not giving me loan or my given amount of 108600 rupees.l have proof of all three transactions.First two by Phonepe app and third by RTGS by Punjab national Bank.Sir please help me and recover my given amount to my account of State Bank of India,Branch-Saharsa Bazar, Account number-11778453240, Name-Manoj Kumar,IFSC-SBIN0003605. Please help me.
