I filled an application to open an salary account with kotak bank employee Dhanesh who visits our campus on 30th August 2017. I’ve shared all my personal details like adhar card, pan card, photo to open salary account for my existing. Its been 4 weeks since i filled the application form. the account has still not been opened nor i’ve got the rejected application from Kotak bank. If i try to contact the Kotak employee Dhanesh. He doesnt receive calls. If i contact the help desk in our campus, they are not responding properly. What does it mean to collect all the details? Its not right to collect details in the name of account opening and sell it off to someone.

I was having salary account No 209010099254 in ING Bank(Now Kotak Mahindra Bank). I left the service two year before, no salary was coming. On 02 Dec 16 an amount of Rs. 575, 575&1150 was debited from account for non maintenance charge where as balance in account never come down below 18000 on being asked the bank tolled that min balance to be maintained for salary account is 25000. I was not aware of this. I have applied to convert the account in saving account in Dec 16 and since than I am maintaining balance more than 40000.I was told that you maint minimum balance for three month, thereafter the debited amount for non maintenance will be credited in your account. But I am sorry to say that the debited amounts have not so far been credited.

I was having a s.b. a/c no.- 527010042394 with ING VYSYA BANK since last more then 10 years, which now has been merged with you. In my a/c Rs.10481/= was the balance on 03/07/2016 & on 19/08/2016 after deducting AMC for debit card balance was 10252/62.

I have booked train tickets through irctc and made payment through payment gateway of kotak mahindra bank which is tied up with state bank of hyderabad. and i have cancelled those tickets and irctc has given refund information that these amounts were already refunded to KMB but till today i have not received single pie to my account. your 24*7 number is not at all working. those amounts are already refunded on 23-08-2016, 26-08-2016 and 30-08-2016 for rs. 1240/-,rs.1240/- and 600/- respectively.

Of this Kotak bank .. they are not adhering customers query …there was an ivr in which there was an announcement that call is going to transfer to our customer care but there was no response then they do not care about our balance deduction they only disconnected the calls and not provide help to customer …

One of the worst bank and pkease don’t use kotak credit card…no one is going to answer over email or phone…I am writing them for last 6 month but till know haven’t got any confirmation….
Dear Mr. Udayji,
I am a existing customer of your bank. I have a home loan account regarding the same I wanted some information. I tried to reach the customer service cell by dialing the toll free number. I was asked to register my number for a call back. This has happened thrice. I did receive a call and there was a recorded message of connecting the line to customer care officer wherein as usual the music was on and the line got disconnected. This happened twice. The third call a customer care officer by the name Vaishali came on line. I asked her for my home loan details for submission of income tax . I was told it takes 3 working days after the request is registered. First to get to Customer care is very difficult and then if a customer requires any information, which the customer should get without default ,the customer has to wait for the information. Is it the fault of the customer who has taken loan from your bank.
Even when I said I require this on priority or let me speak to your higher authority , I was told we cannot give anyone’s number. I even said I am writing a mail to Mr. Kotak, prompt came the reply please go ahead.
Is ‘int this arrogance from the bank officials.
I hope on reading this mail appropriate action will be taken.

Dear Sir
We have not received any formal reply from our branch head Mr. Gajendra Bachewar, Branch head Dhantauli , Nagpur. regarding our request for reversal of charges and only got verbal assurances which won’t suffice any more.
As we have been receiving the verbal assurances since we have lodged our compaint on 16/01/2015 to the branch regarding pick and drop charges. Which has not got resolved instead we are again charged twice on every quarter end with out letting us know the reason why it is being levied.We had spoken with Mr. Amol and Mr. Suraj in the month of January then again in feb, march and so on.
They assured that what ever it is shall be reversed and Mr. Suraj got transferred along with the branch manager, and now we have to again start digging afresh to new set of managers.
Is this fair?
These charges are baseless and amount to stealing from our account with out our
prior knowledge, the act of debiting on some pretext won’t be accepted by
us at any point of time.
Please advise your back office to stop indulging in such practices
immediately and reverse the charges thereof without further delay
otherwise we shall be go higher up the order for such malpractices where
you make the client fall into your trap of sweet talks at the time of
opening of account and there on promising things which are never delivered,
ironically they are financially damaging to the client.
We have suffered on other counts to where you have sold several large
insurance policies to us saying we have to pay just one or two premium
later on selling the entire company to Excide life, This time the entire
bank got sold, How do we trust your words.
At one point charges are levied for pick and drop charges and on
complaining about it, the same is reversed and other charge called service charge is
levied that too on a back date.
Have you seen a statement which gives two closing balances of a same
account?
Hope you would understand and reply me in time so that I can breathe easy.
