Sir I had opened on 1/09/2017 savings account of kotak mahindra bank.account was activated but I did not get my debit card and net banking id yet.iam unable to access my netbanking. Even iam trying to call customer care but they are asking debit card details and net banking id which I don’t have.I also tried sent request for net banking id through kotak bharat banking app but still I didn’t get my net banking id. 1 21.01.2017 to overlimit 500 Rs & service tax 75 Rs Extra amount debited. I wish to inform you that I didnot crossed any over limit. If you have any data please provide me. 2 05.03.2017 to Intrest charge 655.42 debited 3 05.03.2017 to Servive tax 92.07 debited.

Kotak card is one of the Most useless credit card in India.
You cannot go to the Bank to contact customer care executive.
They are not contactable over the phone too. So if any problems with billing or for any other information , keep suffering.
They also do not send any bills either by post or mail. So you keep paying blindly whatever their collecting agents keep telling you over the phone.
Everyone should file a case against them in the consumer court.
