Jet Airways is an Indian airline company whose headquarter is located at Mumbai, India. In terms of market share and passengers carrier, it is the second largest airline in India.     Dear Sir/Madam, I am frequently prefer to travel by your Airlines for its prompt and efficient service. On 29th May, 2017 I along with my wife went from Mumbai to Bangaluru by your flight 9W-394(departed at 1.40 PM from Mumbai). Earlier, we had visited Kathmandu (Nepal) from Mumbai on 28th April and returned from Kathmandu to Mumbai on 5th May, 2017. All the services were efficient during our travel but we have one important suggestion to make in order to improve the food quality offered to passengers during the flight. We observe that during all our above 3 flights, in Vegetarian and Non-Veg food, the food given to us was same i.e. 'Rajma" and "white mutter' thick gravy sabji, and rice. The taste of sabji was not at all upto the mark and was tasteless. Dal was not offered for rice and so as the sabji was with thick gravy, it could not be mixed with rick and the sabji was also tasteless. However, since we were hungry we were forced to eat it, as we had to come to airport 3 hours before actual journey due to security check, etc. We also found that many passengers wasted the food in plate and some of them ate half of it. It was half cooked rice which was difficult to eat as it results in indigestion. I suggest that if you could offer 3 chapatis with good quality tasteful 'sabji' with one dessert/cake, it would be enough and better for all i.e. children, elders with ailments like diabetics and others. Costwise also it would be reasonable and economical for your Airlines. However the sabji and curry should not be repeated often and should be of good quality. This will also improve the business of your airlines. I hope my above suggestion would be considered and implemented by your Airlines at the earliest and I hope to receive a suitable reply in this regard through my above email since I always prefer to travel by your Airlines.     I had traveled from Bangalore to Vadodara by Jet airways vide PNR Number XSBIMQ. I tried to do the web check in and paid INR 398 (ref no.: 85215227214. The check in failed due to some reasons and I was told that the money would be refunded to be in 7 working days. It is more than 20 days now and the money hasn't come to me. No body gives a satisfactory answer. Can you check this and let me know please why the refund has not been done yet.

    I came to Mumbai India from Toronto, Canada on October 31, 2017, my baggage was Lost and deliver me on Nov.2 2017, one baggage was damage and broken, complaint made w ith jet airways, send more than 15 e -mails under Jet Airways ref.No010-947-265. Savita from lost baggage deptt. confirmed pay me 3000[2000 for delay Baggage and 1000 for damage]Today is December 4, 2017 nothing paid yet.     Ref - Frequent Flier No. 135714386 Flight No - 9W -353 Mumbai - New Delhi Date - 05.12.2017 PNR No. ZCVDEO Booking - Corporate Seat No - 12A Baggage Tag No. 95899W087239 Please refef my aforesaid details. My baggage was torn. I registered a complaint at Delhi Airport Exit Jet Counter in a register provided by the lady at the counter. She said very casually that it is a job of LOADERS - and aisa hota rahta hai. I insisted for a complain register. I was given one. I entered my status of torn baggage. I requested for a complain number, I was told that I will be informed though mail. One of your staff took picture of the baggage. I could see only when I reached home that two of my shirts and three of my undergarments were missing from my baggage amounting to Rs 4500/-.. I did not receive any mail / phone till date , hence I contacted on 011 - 39893333 at 5 pm on 06.12.17 , but to my great surprise the system of yours does not have any reference of my Torn Baggage. DOES YOUR STAFF AT AIRPORT HAS A DUPLICATE FRAUD REGISTER. I have sent at least 10 reminders/ mails

    This is a serious complain against Jet Airways & Akbar Travels. Pls note my pnr no. Fxgcod crs ref FXGCQL ticket no. 1992008335 ref no. 170477485 from Udaipur to Jaipur Flight no 2260 travel dt 10 dec 2017 booked from akbar Travels. The departure time on ticket was 10.50 am that on reaching the airport udaipur at 9.30 am i was informed that the above said flight has been cancelled & you have been shifted to flight at 5.40 pm from udaipur to jaipur. This was a great shock to me. Jet airways person Mr. amit saha told me that i was informed by them about this changes on my email id and my mobile no. That sir i have not been informed either by Akbar travels nor jet airways i was a udaipur for a marriage & have to move to Jaipur for another one same day. This is a blunder mistake & a great harassment to the passenger by Akbar travels & jet airways. Akbar travels should be punished for this mistake I am not satisfied with the service of both organisation. Thanks to Mr. Amit saha office bearer of Jet airways at that time he listened to my problems seriously & on my request to manage & accommodate me in any first flight to reach jaipur on time so that i can attend the function. Again thanks to Mr. Amit saha anyhow by contacting jet airways H.o he managed me in 9w0823 to new delhi & from there to 9w2787 to jaipur to reach the destination 4 pm approx. I personally appreciate service & cooperation to me by Amit saha . he is polite & sincere to his job thanks & greatful to Amit saha
