Janardhan Singh Sigriwal is an Indian politician of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was born on January 2, 1959 (age 62 years), in Saran, India. He is a Member of the Lok Sabha since 2014. He did his study at M.A. (Political Science) Educated at Rajendra College, Chhapra, Saran, Bihar. His father’s name is Shri Nageshwar Singh and his mother’s name is Smt. Kismato Devi. He married Shiv Kumari Devi.
He was a Member of the Public Accounts Committee from 2014-2017. He was a member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from 2000-2014. He was a Cabinet Minister of Govt. of Bihar 2005-2008. he has Elected to 16th Lok Sabha from Maharajganj. He defeated Prabhu Nath Singh of RJD in 2014. He was elected MLA from the jalalpur seat firstly. After that, he shifted to the chhapra seat and won the same and remained MLA of chhapra till he won the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Maharajganj. He defeated the criminal turned heavyweight Rajput leader of that region. He was among the ministers who were removed when JDU broke the alliance unilaterally.
