    Dear sir, This is in reference to plot No. B 154 bought at Ireo Waterfront at Ludhiana - non payment of 'Delay Compensation' @ Rs. 50 per sq. yd. I have bought this plot in name of my wife Mrs. Kulwinder Kaur, thinking I am dealing with internationally reputed company. So paid whatever price your company asked for and abide by all the conditions of payment your company set. Signed agreement on 31/1/2012 and got possession of plot on 18/8/2015 as per the maintenance agreement. The company missed both the targeted date of possession (24 months) along with grace period (180 days). Thus the possession was delayed by almost a year. As per the signed agreement, I am entitled for delay compensation money. Keeping in mind the status of company, I kept waiting for months to get money. When nothing happened, I contacted concerned officials at Ludhiana office. They assured payment in couple of months - that too passed. Now almost one year has passed - I am still waiting for my money. Writing this mail with a request to kindly look in the matter and expedite payment of long pending money.     I had been allotted an Apartment No FCB 07/004 in IREO RISE, Sector 99, Mohali (Punjab) after the Company asked me to deposit 100 percent down payment of Rs 55,88,924/- notwithstanding that under Section 194-IA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, it was mandatory for the Company to allow me to retain 1 percent of the total consideration amount towards deposit of TDS with the Income Tax Department. In spite of three emails dated 01/09/2017, 04/09/2017 and 12/09/2017 written to Ireo Rise and repeated telephonic calls to refund the one percent amount of the total consideration amount of Rs 55,88,924/- along with penalty, the Company has neither refunded the due amount for onward deposit with the Income Tax Department nor sent any reply to me which speaks volumes about its functioning. Under these circumstances I solicit the kind attention of Mr Varun Khanna, Director & CEO of Ireo Rise to personally look into the matter and arrange to sanction the refund of due amount to me for deposit with the Income Tax Department under Section 194-IA of the IT Act, 1961.

    Hi, We have been trying to get intouch with Manoj, Ireo Chd, mobile number 9501105061 to facilitate transfer of 2 BHK apartment in Ireo Rise, Mohali. He has not been responding to our calls or messages. Neither, has he given us the NOC as promised. The buyers are traveling from Pune to do the necessary documentation but Manoj is not available. Request if you could provide us with contact details of someone in your organisation who could help us out. Please expedite.. I will prefer to be contacted today itself, i.e, 12/11/2017 considering the urgency.
