    I am travelling in train no. 12515(tvm- gwh)from Coimbatore to Chennai in S1 coach. The unreserved passengers are all travelling in this couch and all are sitting in the path. Much difficulties were experienced and even unable to go to toilet. Please do the needful to travel smoothly. The situation is very arrogant here.

    I have tried to book ticket twice,but the amount has been debited through net banking.The reason for not confirming ticket is not known. Simply deducting amount with service charges is not correct. PL recredit immediately

    Respected Sir,
    My self Mohd Shah Alam had a problem for my reservation ticket for date of journey 25-08-2017 which was booked on 13-08-2017. But at the date of journey train was fully cancelled .When I reach to station asked with the enquiry department.According to the IRCTC process the refund should be done in 7 days in my account, I waited for till that time but no refund was being credit in my account. After then I call to IRCTC customer care and register my complain with complain number-6796290, but my my query was not solved till now.i talked 3 time with IRCTC customer care name – Radhe ,Vishakha Pandey and other one ,they transfer my call to the senior and after 34minutes my call on hold and after that they didn’t pic my call by senior and disconnect my call by senior end .

    I hope for resolution of my complain with 24 hours.If my complain not resolve I will be bound to place my complain with attached IRCTC recording on social networking sites.i hope my problem will be resolve by your end,so that these things may not happen with any customer.

    Media like smart phones, tablets or laptops are not acceptable.

No one came to response Train was too 5 Hrs. Late. This gave us very much unpleasant and unhappy Journey . Where is gone ModiJi -SWACH BHARAT, First improve Train running schedule & clean. Then take further step for Bullet Train, Most of the train is running 12 Hrs & 20 Hrs.Late. Make people up set.
