    I bought a Intex 6.5 kg semi automatic top load washing machine, it is broken inside, it leaks somewhere from the dryer side. Although it is already in warranty, we registered a complaint but the company is not dealing it properly or seems to be in denail mode and it’s customer service is the worst.

    Hi,

    On 2nd September 2017, I purchased your Intex Jogger BT headphone from one of your showroom in Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It was kept at the table for display purpose. The shop keeper made me test it to understand the quality and valume of sound. I checked and found it very satisfactory. I requested him to give me a fresh piece as I was not knowing if the product was kept on the display table on that day itself or since past one month. He said, we have just opened this today and you can have it. Though it was available online at Rs. 1199 on Amazon (which would be a gauranteed fresh piece with money back gaurantee), I purchased that at Rs. 1250 from your showroom as I liked the product very much and wanted to use it.

    Your product performance is excellent but not sure if the product which was given to me was faulty or what, one of it speaker has lost its spring, I don’t knwo what to call it, and it has stopped to get folded any more. Not sure if the product life was that only. Please help me ASAP.

    Hi I have purchase Intex aqua 4G dated 13-Oct-17 on very 3rd day it start hang & strart to struck all of sudden when we complaint to service center their response is like i feel cheated being a customer and said mobile is perfectly fine and returned back without solution after 2 days handsat was completly dead then i visited again service center and demanding DOA letter as i was completly not satissfy with the phone the way they behave its completly intolerable the reason they gave its more then 7 days and excluded leaves due to diwali their service center was off i have submit my cell & till date their is no proper feedback from their end as if now

    what should i expect being a customer that shit how irrisponsible service they are giving BIG SHAME INTEX !!!

    I purchased intex aqua fish mobile . In mobile some problem occurs. Then I submitted mobile in service centre Washim Maharashtra .after 45 days service centre my mobile return with same problem and said these problem can not solved. After few days I again submit mobile same service centre as on 08 / 09 /2017 .now I demand my mobile so these customer care centre says mobile can not repaired . So Intex company is third class & service also so poor third level

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Intex power bank by Online having 01 Year warranty on dated 27.12.2016 ( when i purchased from Snap Deal). (Screen Shot attached of Retail invoice).

    I have dropped this power bank to Shubham Telecom -Noida on dated 21.09.2017 due to charging issue (included Charger cable) Job card attached. I also mentioned that it’s having 01 year warranty after got the confirmation from Mr. Girish (Intex -ASM – 9953705505).

    {The service center story i am telling you,on 21th Sep 2017 when i reached to Service center and explained my concern. They directly denied to accepts the product with the reason on “OUT OF WARRANTY”( With state that this product having only 06 months warranty). After long discussion with Mr.Amit & Girish ,finally they accept on 01 year warranty then i dropped my power bank. in between the service centre guys tried to open it for minor rectification if possible.(Which never before opened at my End).}

    After several followed with Mr.Amit -9717407203) from day one. Yet no proper response given by them and even no update on my Power bank.

    So,Kindly intervention is required to issue the replacement on the same.

    hi sir we brought intex 40 inch tv two months back before 15days there was a problem occured , in top if the tv a line came after some time in right side top corner the line becomes slightly bigger and it comes down every day and colors are not also well i called to customer care and register a complaint about it and your service engineer call me and he told he was not able to come home to see the problem in tv on my convienent time and he told me take the photos of tv , barcode,bill copy and intex name and send to my whatsapp, then we send that details to him on whats app i asked him whether we watch tv during the line came or not to switch on tv, he tolds me thats not problem you continue watching tv only the panel will be replace for you s just continue watching after two days in the right side mid corner of the tv it was burning , i called that person to tell about this but he dont pick the call so i take this also a photo and send to him , but he doesnot repy for that after one day he picked my call i told about this problem he said its no problem we r going to change the panel , yesterday he call me and told your complaint for replace the panel wilbe sort out new panel will ready willcome in the evening to change panel , after he comes to home he told the panel was damaged by you only its not a naturally occured problem so for replacing the panel you have to pay rs.19500 for this , but i have all the photos from the starting but he dont accept it he repeatly told the crack will made by us so he wants to pay only i want a correct person to handle this , i am not satisfied on his approach he repeatly told its not our problem your service toooo worst i need a correct contact person and his number for explain what is truly happen

    i never seen poor service in my life. what the fucking noncence is this.

    If you are not able to provide end to end service then shut the company and save buyer from your torture. I feel that need to go consumer court.

    Hi,

    I have bought Intex Aqua Power M(Champange 8GB) with ime:911528150323960 on 3rd September 2017. After using it for approximately 15 days, mobile started hanging. I went to Shubham Telecom(Icp:Noida) service center on 5th October and they suggested that handset need updating of software and it will take up to 2 days. After 2 days i.e. 7th October 2017, I went to service center and they told me that my mobile is ready but it’s battery is drained and will take another half an hour. I left for the day as I have to attend my office. On 7th October I got a call around 7pm from service center(9310798879) that the mother board of my handset is damaged and have to be sent to the main service center location and It will take another 7-8 days. Today on 11th October I called service center to know the status of my mobile and they told me that the mobile is still at Shubham Telecom(Icp:Noida) location. I asked them when they will dispatch my mobile to main service center and when can I expect to collect it back. The service center person gave a really harsh and rude reply stating that “I don’t know when will you receive your mobile will take 15-20 days” and then hanged up on me. That’s thoroughly unprofessional and purely unacceptable behavior from a representative of your company. I expect an action taken on this complain and I should be updated with exact time of delivery of my fixed/working handset.

        I am not getting battery for Intex acqua slice II for last three weeks and okhla Delhi service center continuously giving same answer “Not coming form Head office”
        I regret my decision to choose Intex mobile. you people are dumping rough products and without spare parts supply. making consumer fool but you don’t know it is only words of mouth which make product hit and worst.
        your sustainable growth in this business is not viable with this approach. if you still have 0.0000000000001% professionalism please speak and make battery available.

        think your car is on road side and maruti is not supplying clutch to make the vehicle run. how will you feel.

On Saturday I went to your Gurgaon Service Center for resolution of my system but they have unable to accept my complaint, they says that this is old model and company has not provide the spare of this model. In this model every this this is working is good only USB card not working properly.

    No one can resolve my issue. As a customer what I do?

    I have also using you Mobile phone , Laptop….

    The request is as follows that I have been running intex aqua trand android phone for the last 6 months and I am satisfied with this divace but have been experiencing a problem in the battery for a whole month. After 100% charging, it will last for a while. Turns off for charging for the device. I have ordered the 3-6-2017 quota service center for the new battery which I have not yet received
    I am a student and in my student life life android divace holds great importance
    I request you to get this new battery soon

    note, the battery is available in cofy market but I do not want to have the same problem again.

    Sir,

    For the last one year I am using Intex Aqua Trend mobile phone and I was satisfied with this one. But two months before problems started. Battery charge is loosing immediately. The most difficult problem was that Battery is not available in retail market, available only in online and it will take minimum 10 days to get. Any way I ordered one and I got it on Saturday ie-20/5/17. But for the new one also same problem. Its charge also loosing immediately. Today morning I charged full(100%) and before 11AM mobile became switched off. I charged again from one of my friend’s shop now battery is below 10%. 

    I am a Medical Representative and spending more time in field. How I’ll suggest to another people to use this phone. If I ordered again how I’ll get a good battery. 

    Pls give a favourable replay.

    I bought an INTEX AQUA 4G mobile and the display went wrong by last March. I just stepped for their authorized service center in Pondicherry and i was told that my handset will get ready in 10 days times. i dropped it for service on 21/03/2017. today the date is 19/05/2017. Till date there is no status of my handset. I escalated this to their customer care through the toll free and they said they will track the status and let me know. I got a call after escalating twice. But i was informed that they were unable to contact their service center in pondicherry. I really have no words to say about this product and the company as every one is busy so that they will switch off their mobile phone and even their own company will say to their customers that they were unable to contact their service center. If we need to contact the next level from the customer care, there is no chance for it. My Job sheet no is : 703216947007T001.

    I went for replacement but service center is saying without box it can not be replaced.
    Unfortunately i dont have box but i have original copy of my bill.

    I am a respected costumer of your company (INTEX) and I would like to infom you that I am feeling regret that why I bought a moblie from INTEX becasue, I would like to infom you that I have a Aqua Ace Moblie and before one month, I left it in a service center for repairing the Back Panel of my mobile and till today I have not received the mobile yet.I hove contacted with the service center more then 10 times and they were not solving my problem and they abused me so I contacted with the costumer care for the same that the service centre has provided me the “FRAUD JOBSHIT” for my mobile but they are not solving my problem and they told the serivce center had mamber to contact me and he again talk to me in a rude manner and then again I contacted with the costumer service for the Complaint then they disconnected my call without any solution.As per the “FRAUD JOBSHIT” I have recived my mobile and the mobile model is INTEX CLOUD 9 in there data.I am leaving in Bharatpur and I am coming Jaipur for my mobile and I came more then 5 time and I have spend my 5000/- Rs and my valuable time for the same.So now my main concern is that I need a action within 24-48 hour from your side and contact me on my contact no.7568050220,7297916799 and I need my mobile and my money back which I have sepnd for the same.I do mot want to go Costumer Court becasue I can understand your efforts for your company goodwill so I would request you to do the same with in 24-48 hour or I willgo to the costumer court and the police station and if they don’t help me then I will post all my recordonings and my problems on social media.

    I hava purcghased one intex mobile hardly 20 days back. Since the day of purchase i am experiencing lots of problem in the set. On the very first day the shopkeeper told me to give the set so that the same may be rectified at service center. Hardly a few defects has been rectified. Now the display of the set is not working properly and it is not possible for me to spare my set for another one week for repaire.

    In the above backdrop, we request you to either exchange the set and give me similar new set or return sale consideration.

    I have purchased Intex Cloud S9 in the month of December 2016. Within one month of usage the display started showing lines on it, I have submitted to service centre located at Pune-Satara Road on 21-01-2017 (jobsheet no. 701216556004T001). Initially got assurance of getting resolved within one day which finally stretched to today’s date (2-3-2017). Till today I am hearing only one thing that display has been ordered, upon reception will fix and call you. During this period I have visited/called service centre saveral times, still not able to get my phone back. Intex guys shame on you for providing such cheap n dirty service to your customers. Consumers please restrict yourself and do not buy Intex mobile.

    After repairing the volume key, the engineer has done something with the coverage set-up of the mobile. When I inserted the SIM card, coverage was not getting. The had to give the mobile again for repair on 30.1.17, with the above jobsheet number. Even after 17 days, I am still waiting for the mobile from your service centre.

Within a month I faced issue/problem in back camera & given for repair at Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad service centre on 02 May 2016 with Job sheet no. 605024115006T001 (2nd May 2016). I received the phone on 14th May 2016 & found that back camera has been repaired but Font camera has been damaged. It was also noted that phone screen guard has been removed & phone was returned without screen guard.
    Mobile given for repair at Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad service centre on 14th May 2016 with job sheet no. 605144115002T001.
    I received the phone on 27th May 2016 & found that Font camera was not repaired & phone was returned as such. Again mobile given for repair at Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad service centre on 27th May 2016 with job sheet no. 605274115004T001 (27th May 2016) & spoke to Intex customer care on 30th May 2016.
    Again I received the phone on 08 June 2016 without repairing font camera & phone was returned as such.
    I spoke to Intex customer care on 08 June 2016 (Mr. Bharat) & highlighted the concerns, he had registered complaint with complaint no. 201668175518280KSJ.
    Thereafter, I got transferred to Delhi & once more mobile was given to Janakpuri, Delhi, Intex service centre on 22nd October 2016 (Font Camera issue/problem).
    I called customer care & registered complaint no. 20161022112233783LBI (dated 22 October 2016).
    I received the mobile on 12th November 2016 & on very next day i.e. 13th November 2016, I found that mobile display has been not working/damaged.
    I went to Janakpuri, Delhi, Intex service centre on 14th November 2016. They told that again 15 day time would be taken to repair the display of Intex mobile.
    ?I got frustrated & not having patience any more, therefore did not submitted the mobile for repair & currently mobile is with me.

    Now, I request you that provide new mobile as replacement of damaged mobile or return my money back because your service centre is not able to repair mobile properly and in a series, one after another, problem had been faced.

    Disgusting service centre and the staff’s. Even the staff’s don’t know any manner to respond to the customer properly.
    We will never buy or promote to buy this brand. i think the intex is very bad and cheap company. please don’t buy any mobile phone or any electronic device from this company am also disturb since 09 months to by a intex mobile.

    I have purchased intex mobile phone with dual sim model : AQUA AIR with M_IMEI: 911475556365189 and S_IMEI: 911475556365197 EAN CODE : 8902956106106138 from a retail outlet DNR cell ponit & Gift Corner, Veligonda Nalgonda district in Telangana State on 14-08-2016 paying Rs.5100/-. But with in one month of its purchase I found that the volume buttons became unfunctional. When the set was handed over to the Service Center , Guntur they took one month of time saying that the problem arise due to faulty mother board and required replacement. They replaced the board and charged 750/- towards replacement charges. Again the phone went out of order. On being referred to the people Service Center at Guntur they told that the board was again went faulty and required second replacement. Now a time of nearly 10 days has elapsed and the set was lying with the people at the Service Center Guntur, still now with the result that I am deprived of my phone for weeks together causing me the worst inconvenience in these circumstances I demand a new set from the company in lice of the old fealty set immediately. If the company fails to respond to my complaints to provide me with a new phone, I will be compelled to seek proper remedy from the consumers fourm.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I bought a mobile Intex Aqua power 4G (IMEI – 911521400369941) on 01st September 2016 from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

    This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with the device. The mobile is too slow and it takes a lot of time to not only open any application but even to make or receive a phone call. Many times the incoming calls get disconnected for not being answered due to the slow speed of the device and majority of the time the phone rings but the display does not come up and I have to wait for some time to see who the caller is. I have to reboot the mobile at least 4 times a day to make it work properly.

    I have taken the device to your service center thrice (Last visit being today). In the first visit the staff agreed that there is a fault with the device and they would get the software upgraded so that the mobile can get working properly, but regretfully, even after the software upgrade the mobile was still the same and very slow in responding. Many times an application gets hanged and I get a message that the application is not responding and to close it.

    In my second visit I met a person Sanjeev. I asked him to change the motherboard of the mobile because maybe the mobile’s keyboard is faulty. Sanjeev told me that changing the mobile will not help and this problem is because the RAM is of only 1 GB and the software is very heavy because of which the mobile is not able to take the load and thus becoming increasingly slow.

    Today being the third time, I went to the service center and again met Sanjeev. He told me that I will have to leave the mobile for a day or two for them to check. I told Sanjeev that I have no problem in leaving the mobile but I need a replacement till the mobile is with the service center. Sanjeev said that Intex does not have any policy of providing a replacement mobile and I have to arrange for it myself. I told him that the mobile is a defected one and it is still under warranty. In this case I should get a mobile replacement as I am not going to purchase a mobile only because I have got a defected piece and it is the company’s responsibility to make sure that the customer should not face any problem due to the company’s faulty devices. Sanjeev told me that there is no such policy in India and I can go and complaint to anyone I want.

    As per the policy, if any device is defected from the company’s side and is still under warranty, the customer has full right to get a replacement or a replacement device until the unit is properly repaired. In my case, the device is still under warranty as I bought it less 3 months ago.

    This device is giving me a lot of trouble due to its slow response and now I am not getting a proper service or solution to my problem from Intex. I am missing a lot of important calls pertaining to my interviews as I am looking for a job. I request you to please provide with a solution or to please replace the device with a better one which has a faster speed. I don’t mind paying an extra amount for a new mobile, if I have to replace it but I don’t want any money to be deducted from the actual amount that I have already paid.

    Hoping for a fast, prompt and positive reply from your end to help me. If I do not get a proper solution or response within two days, I will take this matter to higher authorities of the organization, Consumer Forum, Online complaint portals, Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority.

    Dear Sir,
    I bought your Intex Aqua Ace carrying IMEI No.: 911471751216111 and 911471751366114 vide book No.56 Bill No.5520 dated 13.06.2016 from your dealer/retail outlet M/s Star Mobile Gallery, WA-116-A, Shakarpur, New Delhi – 110092. When the set was bought, it was a feature of 3GB RAM.

    Problem got started within 2 months of purchase and approached the store for taking necessary correction. But after prolonged delay, I got back my set and within no time, it again got problems and I was so upset of wasting my precious times to get the set rectified.

    Again I submitted to the service centre that was given by the Star Mobile Gallery. Approached your service centre located at 47-A, vijay Block, Street No.3, Opp. Metro Pillar No.54, Behind Nathu Sweets, Sakarpur, Delhi, 110092 wherein vide Jo Sheet No.611045715020T001 dated 4.11.2016 issued to me against the details of complaints I faced.

    First of all, they don’t care about customers and have no courtesy also. I was asked to wait for sometime to get the repair done.. But after waiting for 3 hours, I got my set back which I checked up and shocked that I have not got any cell tower. I showed there itself and they issued the above said Jobsheet that there may be some problem in mother board. After that I requested them to check thoroughly of the problems like quick battery discharge, sim not reading, overheat of battery, gets-hanging often, and automatic reboot, etc… They said they would do it. I got response on the same day (4th Nov late evening) that my set was ready. But I went on 9th November, 2016 to collect my set, but utter surprise, I was told that it has some problem and it would be ready after 2 days. I requested Ms. Nisha at the centre to give me in writing about that, but she ultimately refused to do so. She gave only verbal promise, but I was not ready to accept that promise. Since I had to go out of station, I requested them to do at the earliest. She finally asked me to be in touch with Mr. Dinesh, Manger of the centre (Mobile No. 9540614600), but he never picked up my calls on that day or any other days. Finally I left the service centre feeling I would get my set repaired appropriately within a day as her promise. On 10th Evening (Thursday) I went to them to collect the same.

    After long wait, I received my set at around 6 pm, at the closing hours of the service centre. So I could not check properly there and signed my jobsheet leaving some comments on the job sheet that you can verify.

    I went out again to the store where I purchased for getting my anti-virus package reloaded. But it could not be done and Mr. Ravi Tyagi who is working in the Store, told that the IMEI numbers are changed, hence he could not reload the anti-virus package that I purchased during my buying the set. So, I could not do anything, but showing my displeasure to them. It means that I was given another old set with lower profile and I felt cheated by your service centre. They never cared about any of my grievances and they showed always casual approach towards customers like me.

    Now I checked up my set I was SO shocked that they have given me only very lower profile one that is 2 GB instead of 3 GB, different IMEI numbers, speaker also getting some problems in that set and moreover, I could not get Anti Virus package reloaded and now my mobile set is losing my insurance coverage because the set is different.

    I lost not only time and energy, but also money on the investment of this set, expenses on my approaching the store and your service centre and further money loss on anti-virus package and total insurance coverage against, theft, breakage, etc. etc.

    Now I am out of station and would be back in Delhi after 21st November 2016. Please give appropriate answer that In the meantime, anything happens to my set, who would take responsibility? Why do I suffer mental, physical and financial agony?

    Please note that when I was in the Store (retail outlet – M/s Star Mobile Gallery) or when I was in your service centre, I heard a lot of customers complaints and displeasure about your products. As a sincere customer, I am giving you this feedback. This may help you to resolve the problems of customers and regain your goodwill appropriately. I bought this set to encourage “make in India” products. Otherwise, I would have chosen some other brands. Hope you would understand my feelings and take appropriate actions at your end. Also please let me know the decision of my set.

    This is a cheater company it only cheat the customer and his customer care employees are also cheats I m buy a intex phone on 2nd September 2016 after one day I saw that a white dot on screen and my phone is cotinuaslly hanging in a gape of 5minutes and it is heating like it becomes blast and my internet is working without my data connection is On when I go to service center and I m telling my all problem they tell me that first you hang your phone infront of us and l use my phone for some minutes and my phone is being hanged then I show them after some time my phone is being automatically get restarted and they blame me that I m restarted my phone then I told them that if I restart the phone you show me how I restart the phone without the key then they told me and change the topic and they told me to go to head office and tell that we didn’t Solve your problem and after two month my is not charging so I will go to given address that first service center gave me when I go to another services center of intex on 3rd Nov 16 and I tell my problem they kept my charger and handset and tell me for wait after some time they call me and told me that they were kept my phone and charger for 10days and I left after one day they call me that your handset is repaired so next day I go for my handset and charger in service center and I gave them my receipt copy they only gave me my handset when I tell them for my charger and they told me that you didn’t paid your charger so we don’t give the charger when I told them that they have my charger so they told me that in the receipt copy it is written that only handset is taken it is my big mistake that I didn’t watch the receipt copy so I told them that I believe you so I didn’t watch the receipt copy they told me that is your problem and they didn’t believe me so I told them please check you your CCTV and they tell me to come on 7th Nov 16 and I left if they don’t give my charger so I go to police station and complaint against the company and them

    I purchased an Intex Spa in June 2015 it had a two year guarantee. In August we put the Spa away as we was going away for a few weeks. and that was that it was working when we stored it away. When we took it out again in June 2016 the Motor would not work. We live in France and went to the store that we purchased it from and they were no help, we contacted the French section of Intex and was asked to send all relevant details of purchase etc., which we did with an enclosed letter. this was in June we still have not heard anything from them. what can I do to get a new motor.     Very poor custumer service , i m very very upset & disappointed from intex custumer service, many times I’ll call intex custumer care but no one is attending the complain , my suggestion to all custumers plzzz don’t procure any intex product very poor quality new product is not working good. THE BATTERY OF ONE SET GETS DRAINED OFF FROM 98 % TO 0% IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES IF ONE SEES TIME ONLY IF THE SET IS NOT IN USE FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS. THE IMEI NUMBER OF SET ARE 911483150837504 AND 911483150987754. I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2016 AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS 5:30 AND THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO MY PROBLEMS.     I have submitted my handset on 10 Aug 2016 due to lines in screen at Borivali West service center in moksh plaza Jobsheet No.608106988031T001 but till today I did received my mobile till today I have visited many a time and also waited in service center more than 4 hr today as they said to wait but they said that we have to send your handset to company for repair its almost 47 days…
    This type of service is provided by intex worst……….

    Suggested to all never go for Intex.

    for your information i Mr rishikant Biswal TSM at Bharti Airtel ltd .I have purchased 20 Nos of Intex mobile on month of july for my employees and after two month 10 Intex model Aqua Q7pro out of 20 mobile facing power backup and hanging issue,than i submitted all 10 mobiles at rourkela service point on 18th sep 2016,

    Sales person committed to come after working 2 days after working 2 days when i visited at Service Center they said we don’t have stock It will take more days when i visited after 9 days

    Dear Sir,

    I submitted my mobile to Intex Service Center at Borivli (W), on dated 22nd of August 2016, Service Center found issue with PCB and Touch Pad. Service center updated to come after working 15 days after working 15 days when i visited at Service Center, they told me that only PCB has received from company now we have put a request for Touch Pad. It will take more 9 days when i visited after 9 days they told me to wait for 2 hours and they started working on my phone.

    After waiting for 20 minutes, they told me the PCB which they have received from company that is faulty so we will log a repeat request with Intex and we will call you one your phone get repaired.

    now its 25 th of Sep neither i received single call from Intex or neither Service Center

    so please tell me what kind of service you people are providing to customers. no use of calling Customer Care as they are not aware of anything they told contact Service Center, service center pointing out contact Customer care

    If my phone have such a major issue they why cant they replace the phone., instead of keep me waiting

    Si i am requesting you please replace my phone any provide me asap as i m tired with following with Customer Care and service Center

    Sub :- complain regarding replacement of original mobile handset.

    Sir/ madam ,
    Subsequent to the malfunctioning of my newly purchased of a intex mobile phone ( invoice no s 95 d12/15 -16/196 dtd 16/3/16), it was deposited to intex service centre ( Antarik entrade pvt ltd) phone no 09862773621 and 08794891264 , address hariganga basak road , agartala , Tripura west . after two months of lingering , when they returned the handset , ( cash memo no 187 , rs 1090/= Job sheet 3gp ) on 19/9/2016 , I am shocked to see that the mobile , although bearing a sticker of imei ( 911446354112750) of my set model AQUA 3G PRO , but displaying on switch on a different model 3GNS name and different IMEI no. Also the set is badly damaged at its rear panel. Battery also exhibits crack signs. I understand that the set has been replaced by the service centre and a damaged and bad condition phone set of some other person has been delivered to me. A legal case may be sought for since possession of any unknown person’s set may launch an unnecessary unwanted illegal issues.
    Also please inform me why the personnel of intex not be held responsible for exposing my personal data /documents to others by misplacing it or perhaps delivering it to any unlawful chains.
    Till date the concerned intex servicing centre have not showed any botheration to call upon me apologizing for this matter. Neither I am getting them over phone.
    The mail addresses which are displayed in intex india website are not working also.
    Intex being an esteemed company , I hope that my request will be heeded by you and action will be taken so that I get back my original set soon with good condition.

    i purchased a mobile intex star 2. after two months use then in this mobile, battery condition is very bad and huge automatically. i saw this mobile in your service centre but they replied, charges applied. but why when cell purchase any where your policies is battery is replace in six month warranty but your service is fail for complete your comment. please clear this issue other vice we go to consumer court against you.

    We recently bought you company mobile on 23/4/2016 with IMEI number 911452055946009. But unfortunately after few days we started facing problem with the speaker. Initially we thought that It might be a network issue but after consulting with network company it found that the issue if with the instrument only.
    Then finally we decided to handover the instrument to your Authorized Service center at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, now we have few concern for which you immediate attention is required.

    JobSheet Number : 608105715047T001

    1) When we handed over our instrument to your service center on (8th August’2016) and the problem was only with speaker which service team also checked and noted in the job sheet. (Enclosed Screenshot).
    2) Service Center team said they will call us once the instrument is rectified.
    3) We waited for more than 10 days but there was no response from them, then finally we gave a try and called them on 20th August’2016.
    4) When we called on 20th August’2016, service team said mobile had been rectified and we can come and collect the same. When we asked why it was not informed they did not had any answer for the same.
    5) When we collected the phone, we requested details of the parts which has been changed, for which we got the reply that DISPLAY AND SPEAKER…
    6) We understand about the speaker problem, but when we asked why DISPLAY has been changed as we did not had any issue with that. For which service team bluntly said we cannot inform everyone what we change.
    7) Now, when we checked the instrument we found scratch on all the sides, but during handing over there was not even a single scratch. (Enclosed Screenshot)
    8) Also, we found that our instrument was also used by someone, as profile pic was changed. All our contact was deleted. We found wattsup, messages, picture folder etc of someone. (Enclosed Screenshot).
    9) Also, if you go through one of the message (Screenshot enclosed) that the person who was using our instrument has problem with his instrument and was damaged.
    10) Wanted to know why our instrument is been given to some third party for using, is this is what your company called Customer Satisfaction? (It is clear that our instrument has been used by someone as facebook, wattsup and games were installed and it has scratch all over).

    We are sure that our instrument has been comprised and DISPLAY parts has been replaced with some other instrument and also used by some third party. Also when we did not had any problem with DISPLAY why it was changed without any information given to us. We need immediate action on this and request for a fresh instrument immediately as current instrument have got scratches all over as it has been used by some third party.

    We have enclosed screenshot of Job-Sheet, Watts up profile detail, Profile Pic, Scratch Images, Folder Pics etc….Please take this on serious note and we need immediate action on the service provider as well as replacement with new instrument.

    Really very pathetic service by Intex mobile service center in Andheri west near Bata showroom station road.
    I have submitted my mobile for servicing under warranty ( display issue) last 2 months back.Last month i got my mobile from service center and when i on mobile at home again found same issue same day, then next day again i submitted my mobile to same service center again he login and told me wait some days, again 1 month later i visited to service center he told me we have got replacement of your mobile and same day when i start the mobile and put for the charging its not been charged above 3%, then again i visited at service center he is telling me its not our fault this is company fault. really i am not understand what to do again he is telling me submit the mobile. i am not understand how much time they will take for simple mobile repair, its very pathetic i already wasted my 2 month and again ……………

    Hai sir. I am respecting you sir. I bought the intex cloud shift mobile. Form the purchasing date 20-2-2016. With in 30 days mobile subtice b complaint. Mobile problem cleared by 24 days. Our company service is too worst. And again 4 months the new problem is coming. The problem is touch complaint. I complaint the rajahmundry service centre. And talking the A S M. Very care less answers. My mobile submitted the service centre last 8 days. With out any action from service centre side. I call the customer care also. Stupid ansers from customer care side.

    This is very regret to saying your Intex mobile service center at andheri west location near Bata showroom station road R.K. TELECOM is very pathetic services, they don’t know how to talk with customer,
    Last 20 days back i had submitted my mobile to this service center for repairing purpose (under warranty) 15th July 2016 and in between nobody informed me whats going on and how much time they will take for repair. Today i visited to service center generally for enquery3rd of July 2016 and i took the mobile and i came at home still same issue found display not coming, i don’n know what they done wyy my problem not been resolve and also in service center nobody picking the phone -8828192115.

    please look into matter i saw in the gallery everyone facing this problem.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have purchased a Intex Aqua power plus mobile through ebay by placing a order on 12 July 2015.The product is extremely good & i enjoyed using all these days without any problem.
    But recently past one week i am facing touch screen problem which is not working as usual. I contacted one of the service centerson 28 june 2016 & they suggested for a replacement of touch screen.
    I agreed for the same & produced my invoice letter . They checked the invoice & said it can be done under warranty. After checking from their system they said that the warranty has been expired on 26 June 2016 itself.

    After further enquiry they directed me to Leo mobile service at wilson garden. They too said that the warranty has been expired on 26 June 2016 itself.

    Now can any one explain me how can a warranty expire on 26 June 2016, when the invoice purchase date is only on 12 July 2015 which is valid upto 11 July 2016.

    I here by attach the purchase invoice copy & service job sheet for your reference. I have pasted even the confirmation mail sent to me by ebay after the purchase on 12 July 2015.

    I will be very thankfull to you if the problem is sorted out with a proper justice at the earliest & Kindly do the needfull.

    My name is Vijay Sood. I purchased Intex 5.1 speakers SUF 500 in 2014. The speaker’s panel was not working properly. I made complaints many times but they could not set it right. They even took Rs. 950 from me and replaced the panel but still FM was not working. Finally they took it to the service centre but even after a lapse of 40 days the speaker is yet to be delivered back to me.     I went to galary they given my mobile but didnot rectify my mobile camera problems , and what i got the same i need to changed the motherboard
    Again they are saying i hv to keep my mobile for 15 days ,
    For all issues they have one reasion that Intex company dont provide spare parts , what a shame
    Do you think its a joke,

    i bought intex acqua power plus mobile on 29/03/2016. after using mobile i had found display difected. touchped of mobile was not working so i gave mobile for repair on 19/04/2016 to customer care in bhavnagar sity gujarat. on the day of giving mobile for repair i was told that my mobile will be repair within 15 day. its been over month that i gave my mobile for repair and yet i have not given my mobile back with repair. i had complained online and ticket no. is 603296393026T001. i have not been revert back with solution of my complain. here i have desided to opt for filing cace againset youy company in consumer court. i am government survent and class-2 officer. i am very much disappointment with very poor service of yours. this is just to let your you know that i am heading in consumer court. i want all my money back and dont want your mobile back. i had also let your customer care representative know about and geting no response from them. geting very rude answer from your area manager when i call them. this is really very disgusting. if i dont get solution of my problem within 3 days from now i will file a case against your company.

    i go to gujrat jamnagar service station hi said to first your mobile is need to repairing 5000/- .then i sauteing and inform why i should pay my mobile is only one month old this mobile is under warranty. so he said ok sir now you pay only 3500/- i re peed sauteing and calling to show room. after talking showroom owner and service station person last he said to you pay only 3200/-. after all this i said to service station person i go to court for this then service station manager is coming and said to me sir you pay only RS 2750/- so how i trust him

    after one month i go to show room and inform to owner my mobile is not working properly so he said to me you deposit your mobile here and take to evening but after one hour service station is calling to me. my mobile is need to repairing for rs 2750. i said to show room owner please dont open my new mobile only software update is required if any other than you inform to me. but no any type of calling to me by showroom. so showroom and service station is both is wrong way . no any type of parmison i give to him. this is a very big lot in this company and i go to court and right againt FIR.

    Purchased on Intex Aqua Trend in the month of Sep’15, touch screen is not working since last one month. Surprised that in a span of 8 months the touch pad has gone faulty.
    Even more surprising was that the touch pad is not available with the Silchar service center. And was asked to wait fo 15 to 20 Days.
    what an experiance !!!!

    I bought Aqua craze 4g enabled mobile on 28/05/2016 from poorvika showroom in pondybazaar chennai.the problematic phone.the batteries bottom strip peals and could not insert it properly .Next day I took it to showroom they said to take it to services center I took it on Monday 30th may 12 30 noon and gave it they said we will call once its ready on Tuesday evening I called them they said our owner has not come so we will call you tomorrow that is 1 st June on the mentioned day they called me at 3pm and said battery is the problem and we do not have so it will take 15 days time to get so please wait they said.I said sorry I will ho to showroom and ask .came to show room on 1st wed at 5pm they opened a new aqua craze box and put that battery in this panel again the same inserting problem it did not get inserted properly all this matter which was going for 3 days was updated to My thirumurthy Tamil speaking customs care .The problem is in the panel and smile care service person did not know what the problem is but had the full kit with him for two days .Today I’m taking it to a different service center which is around twenty kilometer from my place by bus if they say it will take 15 days ………….

    And the worst part of your company is that the company do.not.have the parts of mobile.phone…when I go to the service centre of intex for software installations problem…they sent my phone into the company and.replaced my phone with original one….and.when i ask them why did they do so…then they said that company has right to change not only handset but also model too…..so don’t buy such phone…having such kind of company norms.

    I have purchesed Intex Aqua Power Plus through Amazon on 18-10-2015. Initially phone was performed well but later on within 3 months there is problem in charger which was replaced by service centre. After 6 months there is problem in touch and charging. I have visited service centre on and contact them.
    After 21 days they said ur phone not repaired and u opt a new phone which is below and half of the specification of my original phone.
    Its very stupid and unpridictable response from the company.

    I have had not such a worst experience with any mobile company which i am facing with intex. My hand set suffered from problem after three months of it purchase date, contacted the service center where they took my BATTERY & advised to wait till it comes for replacement. Now two month has passed & no body is giving reply from where i collect the battery against replacement, i made several call to customer care since last two month, every time i received a statement that they will inform me with in 48 hour from where i have to collect it.
    Now two month has passed, my original battery was also taken by them & phone is still kept in waiting. i cant express my pain & i have decided to go in consumer court & publish this experience on social website suggesting not to take pain by purchasing any product of INTEX which have no policy & procedure to handle & close the customer problem for its worst product.

    sir from date of first repair from your center to till date said problem is not sort-out & handset is almost not working from February 2016.

    sir within 4 month from purchase date said handset is not working properly, even after repairing twice & 15 to 30 days said handset is with service center or with company then what is worth of My time & money,also warranty of company (because almost 1 month said handset is with company)

    I, Krishna purchased an INTEX mobile handset (G- 7 -PRO)
    invoice date-18 Jan 2016, No-11035, Seller- Arora Enterprises

    I had charging problem on day one i.e. 18Jan2016.
    I used to connect the charger and set showed full charged and when disconnect the charger from phone it showed empty battery and needed to be charged.
    I immediately visited the dealer on 19Jan2016 who asked me to approach the Service Centre of the company i.e. S. S. Communication, R K Plaza, Railway Road, Near Atta Pura Chopla, Hapur 245101 UttarPradesh. Phone no. 09012180526, email id eicptelhapur@intexcare.in. There they immediately changed the battery. Due to change of battery the problem of charging solved.
    But from that day one or another problem was there with the set, I visited service centre so many times and they used to take the set and immediately return me after doing something with the set and return to me by saying now it is ok.
    On 18Apr2016 when the set was not working at all, I went to service centre and they issued me a Repair job sheet no 604184059015 T001. They returned me the set but till time it is not working properly, having multiple problems.
    Sir from the next day of purchase to till date one or other problem is there with the set and service centre is not able to sort-out & handset is almost not working from April 2016 after multiple repairs done at service centre.
    Sir within three months from purchase date said handset is not working properly, even after repairing. I request Please Replace said Handset & give New handset so that I can use handset without any problem.

    sir I had charging & etc problem to said handset & details is as below
    1)First time I had submitted said handset on dated 27/01/2016 to service center having jobseet no-601276969018T001 & 603306969013T001
    2)Second time I had submitted said handset on dated 30/03/2016 to service center having jobseet no- 603306969013T001 & 603306969025T001
    3)Third time I had submitted said handset on dated 03/05/2016 to service center having jobseet no- 605036969006T001
    sir from date of first repair from your center to till date said problem is not sort-out & handset is almost not working from January 2016 after multiple repair
    that is charging problem,reverse charging problem & not charging more than 10 to 20% even continue charging full two days,said multiple problem one after one
    sir within 9 month from purchase date said handset is not working properly,even after repairing twice & 40 to 55 days said handset is with service center or with company then what is worth of My time & money,also warranty of company (because almost 2 month said handset is with company)
    Also i had inform & communicate to call center twice / thrice and also to area sales manager
    So I request Please Replace said Handset & give New handset so that I can use handset without any problem & worth of My Money /Consideration & time

    2)Details in Second email
    i had communication to service center they said that they had already send email for replacement of said handset to company, then i request them to send mail to me as cc or bcc copy with company also, but said that can’t email to you due to confidential & due to policy of company cant said email send for replacement
    so i request you please send cc or bcc copy so that i can send to company from my end also to followup strongly
    also area manager Mr Mosin Pathan not received phone & also not replaying to email then how can we communicate to him so please tell him to communicate with customer and it is his duty & he received consideration for said job only
    so please communicate with service center & replace my handset as earlier as possible
    3) Also i had communicate to call center to senior executive Mr Saini Bhoouk but routine typical communication by him & not behave proper with customer

    Also i want only replacement or money and not repair you had already repair three times till problem exist what an good quality of technical person we had in intex company form 27/01/2016 to till date said handset is use by company due to problem exist, that is 3.5 month handset is used by company only,it is policy of company i think pay by customer & it will be use by company what a great policy hatts off to company about said policy

    I have Intex aqua y2 monlbile which is out warranty ,so its touch pad is not functioning. Do I went to SILCHAR service center and they charged me Rs.950 on 18/1/2016,after that they returned my phone on 22/1/15 saying that my phone is repaired now.but I found that it has same problem. So I returned to them but they told that Intex company has not availability of this phone touch pad .so there is a new scheme from the Intex company site that they will offer me a new model phone now with a discount amount which is 50%of my destroyed Intex set price.but till today no information has come to me.I raised several times complaints to company CCG but till today no result come to me.so finally I come to conclusion that I must give a legeal notice to company.

    Dear Concern,

    I had buy a ups last year on 07/02/2015 model protector 725. But form January 2016 a problem occurs that power was not cut when i switch off the ups. I had visited several times to your service center and i explained the problem they kept it for couple of days and return back by saying that your issue has been resolved.
    But today on 03 may 2016 i face the same problem so kindly tell me that did i make any mistake by buying intex product or your engineers were not good enough to resolve the issue.
    If there is any manufacturing defect then why not you replace the ups.

    SO KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR I HAVE TO GO CONSUMER COURT.

    I got intex m6 16gb cloud on 21 feb 2016, n today is april 2016, from the day i purchased i sensed that i encountered something wrong. Hellest battery backup..
    Not even a complete 1 hour of working on phone with full brightness n all. So as the company’s customercare n website.
    I don’t know what to do with this stuff. Well i have given its battery in shop they say u got to wait for a month or so for the replacement.
    Its the most ugly phone of the world.

    just 50 days back (25/02/2016) purchased intex aqua y4. Battery is not in good condition…within span of 2 to 3 hours of use charging going down. Also I visited 2 time gold n gold mobiles @ guntur zinna tower center, and met your company authorised boy and he took back and kept the mobile with him for 15 days for correct the issue. Again occurred same charging problem.

    Very Bad Quality of handset seen so far. Purchased Aqua Star II model , having a major issue of battery within 15 days of use . Handset given to near by authorised service station , where they took more than 1 month to resolve the issue. Unfortunately same issue happened within 4 days of use. Again reported to same service station & the dealer but not responded well. We want either refund or replacement immediately as handset is under warranty. Dealer & service center has given a veru disgusting treatment. Very orogent people ypu have appointed to treat the customer. So its for sure that the product & company will not perform well ever. Same issue seen at service center. Customers are unsatisfactory & angry with the company. Company doesnt understand the feelings of customer or seems to be opened looting the customers.

    This is to inform you that as a company call Intex Technologies who is competing with brands Nokia and Samsung in the market but in your service part i believe its a one of the third class company which i never seen till today. I like to share my experience that when i was trying to reach to your head office no 01141610224/25/26 from yesterday but nobody was picking the landline and if any customer want to speak to your senior management how he can reach to them. I believe you have appointed a lady receptionist who is least bother to pick up the phone and answer to the customer and how you expect that a customer can convey his complaint to higher authority. I have given my mobile to service center on 23/02/16 and till today my mobile is not rectified just every time they give date and say that please come after 2 or 3 three days. Now i want to know how to complain about service center and why they not giving a proper date for it. My mobile detail is GSM Aqua Ace and job sheet no is 602235599017T001. I am awaiting with prompt action and reply.

    intex service center is very useless in visakhapatnam 2199-1088-2, i have reported a problem for the battery,where as those people found fault with mother board, and it will take 15 days to get it repaired. but asked to dial landline no 2716183-0891 code. but no one will answer it whenever it rings, after wards it is temporarily not work. what is fun in giving the no?they will not provide any other set for usage, for which we have to purchase a new phone?

    I have purchased Intex Cloud 4G, 3G Ram / 16GB Ram mobile on 03/02/2016. This mobile phone battery is very very bad for usage.

    At 7AM charging is completed 100%.

    At 8:15AM charge came down 90% i.e. without any usage standby mode only.

    At 9:15AM charge down to 80% maximum call only one or two time only.

    At 1:00PM charge down 50% maximum call time cummulative is only 20 minutes.

    At 5:00PM charge fully dead maximum talking duration is only 45-60 minutes only.

    As per your Intex add showing 7 to 8 hours talk time, 400 to 500 hours standby mode.

    This is for your information and give responce immediately because I have take necessary action.

    I have purchased INTEX DUO-605 WIRELESS MULTIMEDIA COMBO KEY BOARD AND MOUSE on 26th of April 2015, but the was not working at all. I went to the service center and got it replaced with much patience (almost 3 months). Now the keyboard is not working and when I went yesterday to the service center has stated that he is not being paid from the company for his services and he is looking forward to file the case against the company. If he files the case as stated your company is going to loose whatever good will it has at AP. So please take some action at the earliest.

    I bought a Intex DVD player from the reliance market on 17th July 2015 and within 6 months of purchase the DVD player didn’t work properly. So on December 12th 2015 the DVD player was handed over to one of your service centre SKB electronics, Tambaram Sanotarium, Chennai 47.

    It’s been more than a month now and there’s still no proper response from your service centre and whenever contacted all they ask is to wait for few more days. Is it that being a patient customer we will be taken for a ride, then I’m sorry you people have clearly misunderstood. I’ve all the evidence to sue you all and take you all for a ride.

    If I don’t get a proper response for this mail within 48 hours by phone call or in person, I’ll definitely take this issue to the consumer court and social media. Please find my contact details below

    I would like to inform that you i have last four times gone to intex head office service centre 2199-1008-1(Guwahati; Bhanghaghar) but not resolve my handset (aqua power)problem. Its very bad response of intex.
    I have purchased a intex mobile Aqua power
    the month of date is 1st
    week of September.15 memory storage problem created in
    my mobile then i send the mobile in service
    center. Solving it’s problem a new problem
    create in my mobile. the Problem is when i click
    in my phone storage memory then i get 5 gb only whenever its inbuilt memory is 8 G. B and

    change the PCB. i complained it but service

    I reside in Kolhapur (MS) and have purchased Intex aqua Q4 batch no 911439750016360 on date 19 July 2015, and from the very first I am facing problems. First the earphone quality is so poor that I can barely hear to the voice. At least anyone expects this from an mobile. This is an basic need. Secondly The I cannot rely on the alarm. It never sounds.
    Tried to contact your service (?) centres. One is literally open for 2 hours in a day. Second one is closed, and one contact number(9762494016) pasted over the shop which is switched off for permanent. If required I can send you the snaps.
    Now how should I contact your office. Now after few days my warranty will be expired and company will just raise their hands. If the company has some value to the customer you will replace this faulty piece. You can reach me on 9850776781. I keep my cell on for 24 x 7.

    I have purchased Intex Dual sim Aqua speed handset on 19-July -2015 from Jai Jagdambay communication, Jalandhar bearing Batch No. /M_IMEI:911437902437757 & S_IMEI;911437902437765. After 3 month my phone battery isnot functioning properly, battery backup is only 15 to 20 minute, so iapproached the Jai Jagdambay communication, Jalandhar and he give me address of Intex mobile service centre, I approachedIntex service centre jalandhar and there i got such a horrible response that ican’t expect from a reputed brand like Intex.They rejected the set to be repaired under warrantydue to over charging battery was damaged but my phone is under warranty inIntex warranty card 11 no. clearly mension that battery /charger are coveredunder warranty for a period of 6 months from date of purchase, but servicecentre attended me so harshly and their behavior was so uprooted and spuriousthat straights way nullify the image of Intex. So i request you to pleasechange the battery as the mobile is under warranty.
    And please tell the staff of Intex Mobile Care to behave properly and softlywith the customers of the company and get them trained to attend the customerswith an art of respect and tell them to satisfy the customers at least with thewords, if not possible to satisfy them with the services of the company.

    I think Intex is a big company & committed for his product and service. Hopethat you could look into the matter.

    Never seen in my life such a worst service centre of any other company, all untrained kids are sitting in jaipur, ganpati plaza, not even one month over new set around 9500 rs worth, intex aqua power, different kinds of problems started, even the technicians sitting over there are unable to repair, some thieves are sitting there, already my set was lying for one month over there said will be end to Gurgaon for repair, but it was lying unattended at the service centre for a month and same set has been given back to me without repairing, saying that it has already been repaired, please dismiss such kind of employees if at all you want to save your company image and reputation from further deterioration, my new mobile parts has been replaced with the old parts like brand new battery by the old battery by the technical thieves, why loose your brand image, if not capable of appointing self respected and professional people just compare your service centre with other professionals like samsung, micromax etc, shame with such kind of service centres, out of frustration i am going to repair it outside even though i have to spend money within the warranty period, never ever will purchase any product from intex henceforth, simply no body cares there for the customer, wasting time by making several trips without any solution, what is your action with respect to the above complaint and how you are going to solve my problem can you replace with a new set if at all have some courtesy or can you provide me with a genuine person at the service centre who will address all the queries, please let me know to whom we can trust

    Dear Concern,

    My self Hemant M Kumbhar working at government sector at Grant Road Police Station, Mumbai. I’ve ordered new mobile (Intex Cloud pace) worth Rs 5.999 from Shop CJ on 03/10/215 which I’ve received on 05/10/2015 from delivery boy Mr Prakash (Mob No 7208383118), but it was automatically switch off after 2 days while using this new mobile and when I’ve contacted to Shop CJ executive they told us to contact Intex Service Center toll free number and when I’ve contacted Intex Service Center they have clearly told me to contact Shop CJ for replacement as I’ve received defective product from them. So on next day I’ve again contacted to Shop CJ executive but they have refused to replace the product and again they have requested to contact Intex Service Center. On next day again I’ve contacted to Intex Service Center but they have again requested me to contact Shop CJ as i’ve buy this product few days ago so they will able do the replacement or cash back, so again I’ve contacted Shop CJ executive and inform them for all this details but they have registered my complaint and inform me that “Appaki puri tarah se sahayata ki jayegi aur hamare executive within 38 hrs me aapko contact kar lenge” so again I’ve waited for 2 days but i haven’t receive any call hence I’ve again contacted to Shop CJ executive on 16th October_2015 at morning and inform them that you have registered my complaint but no one have contacted me till 16th October_2015 then later on I’ve received the call from executive at evening and she also told me the same answer and same feedback which I’ve received from Shop CJ executive and she had again requested me to contact Intex Service Center, so I’ve shouted her stating that why you are giving this kind of feedback even though I’ve paid full amount and buy new intex mobile then later on I’ve received address for Intex Service Center through SMS and she had again requested me to visit at Service Center.

    According to provided address, I’ve visited to Intex Service center on 17/10/2015 and inform them whole story since day I’ve buy this product from Shop CJ and they have also told me like that it is correct that Shop CJ will able to do the replacement if any customer have received defective piece mobile. They have check this new mobile and they also found that it was a defective piece (attached scan copy for job sheet of Intex Service Center & bill when i’ve buy new mobile from CJ) which I’ve received from Shop CJ but as I’ve visited late after 7 days they have inform me to contact Shop CJ and if they will agreed to do the replacement then Service Center will help me for the letter and replacement. Hence. I’ve again contacted to Shop CJ and requested for the same but again I’ve received negative feedback.

    After all this conversation I’ve found that whenever I’ve contacted to Shop CJ executive I haven’t received proper feedback from executives because of which I haven’t received replacement till date for new mobile which they have clearly told us while buying this product with terms and conditions. So i am again requesting you to kindly look into attached letter and try to do replacement or cash back for this Intex mobile as i really fed up for doing such follow-ups from executives as well as intex service center. Kindly note that this new mobile is still there with Intex Service Center at Thane (west) for replacement and i am still awaiting for your valuable reply.

    I am INTEX mobile old Customer.
    But, I am facing lot of problems from my INTEX AQUA STYLE PRO mobile.

    “INTEX AQUA STYLE PRO” model not available in market.
    To get battery also, i waited for 1-month from “Authorized Service Center”

    Now my mobile is in service center, already 10-days over, still i not got.
    I am not sure that, after service my mobile works nicely, even model also
    stopped, so definitely i will face problem.

    My mobile Battery problem (Backup), Mobile always Hangs, Mobile switch off
    and restarts automatically, Operates very slowly.

    1st service: 09/06/2015
    2nd service: 09/10/2015
    (Under Warranty)

    So please replace new mobile.

    No INTEX mail id in working condition and even customer care numbers.

    since 3 months ago.i deposited my handset into intex service center dated on7/09/2015.when i was received the handset has same problem. job sheet no.509076360013t001. i despised handset 19/7 same date job sheet no.508196360030t001 .there was a same problem. i deposited again into service center dated on 22/07/2015 job sheet no. 507226360025t001. there was a same problem into handset.again ie.4th time i deposited handset into intex care job sheet no.509226360016t001 daed on 22/9/2015. i deposited handset 7 times and every time intex care service center hold set minimum 15 days . even they not pick teh my call. and when i call another number they pick but i told about my job sheet number against cut off my call.. they toucher me physically as well as mentally every day . i requested pleased you visit at least one time as a consumer and you will noticed everything …please take against very very hardly action against service center.

    I have purchased a intex Aqua trend mobile form PAYTM online shopping. which was delivered to me at my hometown on 19 Sep 2015.
    I started using the set on 27 sep and within 05 day software got corrupted. Mobile was not starting. After much struggle I was able to locate intex service centre at bokaro, and submitted my mobile for corrective action.
    First of all I was replied that since mobile is new they don’t have software for updation, it will take time.
    next day I was replied that your board is not ok.

    Now I want to know once a new mobile can not last for even 05 days properly, why are you making such rubbish set .
    I just want my money back or New set .
    My mobile is just lying at service centre, without any solution.

But it was not working on about last july. Than i had give it for repairing. When i had recived it, it was not working properly. Again and again i had give it 3-4 times regularly.     i am a very very unlucky fellow who purchased an INTEX smartphone.
    I purchased an INTEX AQUA XTREME V with the IMEI No. 911415702035864
    The SMARTphone underwent 4 times for software update and now the touch screen replacement. And the service center at Himatnagar, Gujarat is so CAREFULLY treats and behaves with the customers…… I felt it would be better to give up the phone for the service centre so that they can sell it off and enjoy…as I never wish to see their face….

    i deposited my mobile Intex Aqua 6inch screen to intex service provider, Jind for repair under warranty on 15/6/2015. there is no positive response from customer service or the person sitting at jind service centre. the last mail I received from the customer care that the issue is closed . but i have not received it back

    I am using Intex Aqua Style Pro ,i bought it on nov.2014 ,its in warranty period .Its display & battery not ok as i got to know from Service center but from 7 sep.2015 to yet ,i did not get any response from Service centre (Intex Service Centre ,Mansarowar Complex ,Bhopal ,MP ) & even they do not pick calls and responce properly .They are just delaying every time .Please suggest me ,what to to ?I am ready pay but i wnat my cell ok.

    I purchased intex aqua exterme on feb 2015. M-IMEI No-911415700441841 and S-IMEI No-911415700481847. Because major hang problem I took to nearest service sentre two times. but failed to repair. On third time I sent to Bhubaneswar main office through sales shop on 27-5-2015.Lastly I was told to get a new phone of same cost. but till today I have not got the repaired phone or new phone. Kindly allow me to have phone soon otherwise I have to go to consumer forum to get my money back with compensassion . This is a question to your reputation and dignity.     It is very depressing to know that your customer care executives doesn’t even know the address of service center for repairing of my intex i5 aqua mobile which I have purchased in june,2014. Your executives told me an address in uttam nagar & Jankapuri west, delhi where there is no service center or either closed a long time back. It is requested to provide a valid address so that i can get my mobile repaired in warranty as soon as possible.
    I am facing mobile software hang problem and battery is not lasting long.

    I am fed up with your Laxmi nagar service center.
    1) On date 05/03/15 I gave my Speaker to your Laxmi nagar service.
    2) After 45 days follow up” In charge” of your service center say speaker is not repairable.
    3) On 02/05/15 “In charge” of your service center say your speaker is ready and he charge me Rs 680. He also say he cannot tune the speaker as remote is not available at service center.
    4) Again I gave the speaker to your Laxmi nagar service center as FM is not tune/working.
    5) Now your Laxminagar nagar service center is closed .
    6) Now from where I collect my speaker.
    7) I think Intex is good indian company but now I l very fed up from your service.

    Hi,
    Anand here from Pune ,

    I was using Intex aqua N4 , in the month of April I did submitted my Phone for repairing , I did submitted it on 27th April, it was told to me that within 21 days I”ll get my phone with the replacement of mother board.

    I was taking follow up through the Customer Care no. ie. 18601085555 ,
    Every time I called it was told me that the status is pending. Till today after submitting my phone ie. after 41 days still i didn’t receive my phone. Even no body can tell me whether
    I am working with a hospital and I have to send patients details through whts app, But as my phone is not with me , I am not able to do my work properly . I am mentally harassed by this as it effects on my job.
    Even Intex customer service is very poor. I did send mail to info@intex.in which was given to me by customer care service but till date i didnt get any revert from Intex. There is no responsible person who could solve customers care in Intex.
    All the trust on INTEX goes in vain.
    Kindly let me know what should I do for my harassment from last 41 days and still its going on.
    Please provide me the name and address on whose name I can send the notice for poor customer care , Harassing consumer, fail to complete the repairing work within 21 days TAT.

    sir I bought intex aqua i3 and there is a problem in my phone I’m going to ur service centre for repairing your representative(Shivam- 09259059999) told me that there is a problem in a part and he replaced that part. After a week when I went to take my phone he says part is not available we brought this part from company. When I m visit after 15 days your office in Agra and he again says that we have no part of your phone when I told him that I complain you in your head office suddenly he quarreled me and says do what you want to do.

    I am sending you this mail to complaint about the Poor Service I got from the provider of INTEX COMPANY.

    My name is MANIH SONI and I am from SURAT, GUJRAT.

    My Sister ANKITA SONI bought a cell-phone of your company from
    “MY MOBILE” Celution Corporation, located on 12/13 , Ambedakar shopping center, Ring Road, Surat-02 on15th AUG 2014.
    The Model number of my device is INTEX AQUA N15.

    The problem occurred with cell phone within few days of purchase.
    The phone was heating up badly after charging So we went to MY MOBILE SHOP from where we bought this device. The Shop Owner told us that it is just normal heat and nothing major problem with the device.
    But the phone was heating like hell eventually.

    After six month, in February, device got even worse problems. It was restart automatically and the heat remained same bad.
    So as the cell phone was under warranty we went to the service center of Intex Company namely “TRUE VALUE COMPUTERS PVT LTD”
    located at, 103, Center Point Building, Near Kadiwala High School, Ring Road, Surat, 395002.
    They operated my phone and told me that you have get repaired this phone outside of Intex Service Center and that could be the reason of that.
    I never went to Another local shop to repair that phone.

    I know my phone is under warranty and company is responsible for certain period of time so why would I go to another shop to waste my money. I have common sense that I should go to company and not other shop as I have warranty.
    But the service center didn’t listen to me and told me that phone is not under warranty anymore and I have to pay Rs.2500 If I want to repair it.

    We the common people of INDIA buying cell phones and other electronics from the INDIAN MADE MANUFACTURES like intex to uplift the spirit of “Be Indian Buy Indian” and in response we get this type of such bad costumer service.
    Is this fair?

    I got extremely disappointment from your company.
    Now I have filed a COMPLAIN against INTEX TECHNOLOGIES (INDIA)
    at SURAT CITIZEN COUNCIL TRUST on 18th Feb 2015.
    And we have already sent a LEGAL NOTICE about this matter to your compnay.

    YET We did not get any positive reponse from your side , after one and month.
    So we are sending a REMINDER NOTICE to your company.
    Now we are bearing many problems from last three months with this device.

    It is my humble request to your company to take an action above this matter and to CHANGE my Device.
    If still I will not get any positive response from your company than I would file a legal case on your company soon .

    I have already support of eight costumers of your company who are having same kind of problems and we are stand strong and committed to get this problem solved.

    Sir I jolly saluja am the retailer of Tanda Ambedkar Nagar Named to World communication..Having shop in the heart of Tanda Town& selling all company’s model Mobile fones Instead of Intex…
    And the reason is unavailability of stock of Ambedkarnagar’s distributer point named of Shiv Telecom …
    When I demand he reply that his Targets of company is fulfill by three or four retailers in Tanda Town..So I have not issue to place more handsets in Tanda’s different outlets. & he also says company is
    Not interested to sell more handsets in tanda town that means It’s the shortage of Handsets in company
    So I want to know is this company’s policy or any further issue..
