When I was Joint Collector, cadre I had sent my P.A to open A/C in the then Vysya Bank in 1988 at Ramachandranagar branch of Anantapur ,A.P.Sheeba Sultana my daughter as JT. A/c holder.
Those days it was easy to open an A/c. But the name was spelt as S.Fayazuddin instead of my normal pronoun spelling as S. Fiazuddin and my daughter Sheeba Sultana aged about 18 years then was a joint A/c Holde A/C No. Is : 746010003232.
The VYsya Bank became ING vYsya in about the year2001 when I was Collector Vishakapatnam.
My A/C No. Is : 746010003232. I was operating it now and then and after activity in 2010-11 it has become inoperative and dormant.
My daughter was married to NRI at Awrangabad, Maharashtra. She has properties bought in her name at Anantapur. I sent change of above address to the branch.
The A/C had become dormant and I want to operate the same. I have submitted the address proof and I.D.proof belonging to me and my daughter through the Gandhinagar branch and it is yet to be activated.
I have enclosed for both of us passport copies with local (Hyderabad Address) of my daughter and Tax receipts of properties at Anantapur and PAN card copies and State Bank pass-book Xerox copies.
I have also enclosed Aadhar card and driving licence copies as proof.
I had helped Ing Vysya Bank during the year 2000 to 2004 to get Govt. Funds, by getting G.O.that funds can be put in Ing Vysya Bank to the tune of 15 crores when I was J.C. at Vizag. Still I have 2 active accounts held at Shantipuram branch, Visakhapatnam A/c 7590 10011262 on my name and 759010009650my wife’s name.
I have a joint account at Gandhinagar branch withA/c No. 345110008847 with fixed deposits of about 12 Lakhs.
