2 weeks back after my previous complain I went to cathedral road branch and foreclosed my Pl. But today I received a email with just a subject line as Noc and the email was blank. The amount collected from me was also above the amount that I actually had to pay and was informed by Mr.dhandapani of cathedral road branch that balance will be credited within 2 days. Neither I had received the balance or the Noc. Please do the needful

I had to close my Pl and so approached chennai adyar branch and met Mr. RadhaKrishnan (sdm) who said that I will receive an email from Mr.dhandapani from cathedral rd branch and I can approach d bank to close once I receive the email. I will never recommend this bank to anyone in future.

your bank has blocked my Debit card for the last 20 days. I have not received any mail from your end regarding blockade of my card. However, when i came to know that the card has been blocked I called up my branch ( gangtok, sikkim) and the BM directed me to call the customer service on a particular toll free number. I did that but no results. I even got land line numcer relating to your Debit card division and called them in Munbai but no results. On ly shifting the respocsibility to another person which has been a character of you bank in particular. Do something to unblock the card after all we are paying for yous services.

I am working in a PSB. They transferred me from kolkata to Karur in Jan 2015. I had applied for credit card upgradation in Jan 2016.Suddenly my card was blocked without any intimation . When I called the customer care they told me you area is non serviceble. When I asked what is Nser. There was no clear reply. My pin code is 639002. Very pathetic that the credit card transaction failed at a PoS.
