    I am very strange to attend a phone call from your Chennai office of that mean that amount insurance premium is due
    till date and if I do not pay them my CIBIL rating may be poor. I want to clear I already get insured my Car No
    RJ06CB5067 From National Insurance ( Through Maruti Insuranace ) and the copy of the cover note also mail to
    your Chittor branch

    Now let me know how possible to get one vehicle insured in twice in single financial year.

    If your Company had paid or debit my Loan A/C with the insurance amount under questioned then why not informed
    me in due course then after last time when entire loan amount paid then let me knew that some amount is payable in
    account of insurance of Car is due then I alert

    Now please look into this matter and solve the problem at your end

    2 weeks back after my previous complain I went to cathedral road branch and foreclosed my Pl. But today I received a email with just a subject line as Noc and the email was blank. The amount collected from me was also above the amount that I actually had to pay and was informed by Mr.dhandapani of cathedral road branch that balance will be credited within 2 days. Neither I had received the balance or the Noc. Please do the needful

    Very worst customer service. I had to close my Pl and so approached chennai adyar branch and met Mr. RadhaKrishnan (sdm) who said that I will receive an email from Mr.dhandapani from cathedral rd branch and I can approach d bank to close once I receive the email. It has been a month and I have not received any email and I am unable to find any branch at cathedral rd. The till free number doesn’t work as well. I will never recommend this bank to anyone in future.

    your bank has blocked my Debit card for the last 20 days. I have not received any mail from your end regarding blockade of my card. However, when i came to know that the card has been blocked I called up my branch ( gangtok, sikkim) and the BM directed me to call the customer service on a particular toll free number. I did that but no results. I even got land line numcer relating to your Debit card division and called them in Munbai but no results. On ly shifting the respocsibility to another person which has been a character of you bank in particular. Do something to unblock the card after all we are paying for yous services.

    we are very old customer for company.but some time company employee is incomplete information & misguide.we are receive the call from company end to Chennai she say your installment pending for rs.30000.we say some time kindly provide the statement for my account.But Beat boy say very rudely i am not authorized person so not provide the statement & he say you come to my office and then provide the statement.Beat boy every month late intimate to me & call to me he say your installment last day for 31 dec 2016.then late installment charge Rs.1000.Next 10 jan 2017 intimate late charges rs.1500.this is wrong information for company employee.he is not knowledge for company policy.Every 5 -6 month change beat boy. kindly resolve the issue for imminently. Please intimate for bye mail & call.

Had a lot of of patience. Actually I was planning to close the account in IndusInd bank. But he totally changed my mind regarding closing the account. Well done. Keep going as you are now.     My debit card was swiped in pizza hUT on 2nd August with 20,000. After 5 min it was void from sale due to wrong swiper. Today is 5 August but still amount was not refund.     I am working in a PSB. They transferred me from kolkata to Karur in Jan 2015. I had applied for credit card upgradation in Jan 2016.Suddenly my card was blocked without any intimation . When I called the customer care they told me you area is non serviceble. When I asked what is Nser. There was no clear reply. My pin code is 639002. Very pathetic that the credit card transaction failed at a PoS.
