    My last billed amount was RS 74210 since i was not sure about total outstanding amount i had made payment of Rs 74000. Post which i have not done any transaction on this card
    Now when i got my current months Statement total amount payable is 4310. Which was surprising i called up to your customer care no to complain about the same where i got to know that intrest of RS 3747 & service charge of RS 562 was levied just because of 210 RS short payment which i had made last month. I have already raised a request to waive off the same (Req no 44029)
    Please look in to the concern and arrange to revrse the charges this charges are not justified you may charge me intrest on 210 RS and i am ready to pay that

    I was alloted a IndusInd Bank credit card in month of Nov 2016 . However, I have rejected this credit card as your executive made false commitment . But the card sent to one of my relative’s house by the bank and the same received by my relative. Furthermore, till date the card has not been used and not even open the courier/envelope . Then how can bank charged or raised bill for Rs. 1033.85 . The message I received today is as under .

    You are requested to reverse the entire change and confirm in the revert mail . Otherwise I shall have to take legal action. And please note that I was told that it is a free card . And evidence for the same is with me.

    Received call from bank 5,6 times they taken details and everything.
    last week Physical verification also done..
    After that again i received call from bank for confirm details..

    N. Rehman had made apayment of Rs. 4650 to Paytm against the above reference no.This payment was inadvertently paid to Paytm.towards recharging of MTS . Since MTS was not recharged, i requested to Paytm to refund the amount to credit card account.
    In the meantime paytm employee Mr Rahul Kataria(Empl ID No. 034126 and M. No.7079243939) had repeatedly asked me to provide the OTP number, Credit Card No., CVV number etc. which appeared on my mobile whereas it is clearly stated that the OTP Number should not share with any one. Mr Rahul has even threatened me and informed that you will not be given this refund and the matter has been closed. In this contest I request you to kindly reverse this transaction and credit the sum in to my account at the earliest.

    I am using yours aura platinum credit card .at the time of issue you not informed about card joining fee and service charges but now on issuing of bill you send the samein bill. So now you send the revised bill now.otherwise you take your credit card or send new bill only of purchased amount.

    I am pleased informed to you that the unsatisfied with indusind credit card process, I have applied for indusind bank credit card last 2 weeks back, my Application form no.343568 & Referrence no.1572093, today I got the message from credit card section, unable to sanction a credit card to me, what i am asking why did u reject my credit card, my account status and cibil report also clearly maintained every month, my take come salary 45,000 pm. i have using 2 bank credit cards, never dont have a late payment fees & cheque bounds anything, once u have reject my application, black mark in my cibil account, i need clear details rejection of my application for credit card, kindly let me know the status.as soon as possible. i am really feel for rejection of my credit card.
