    Defective food at Indian coffee house, The Indian coffee house at collectorate,kakkanad,Ernakulam always supplying defective chappathi and porotta. Even after repeated complaints,they are not considering the fault

    Dear Sir/Madam, Let me first appreciate the great service that you have been providing to the general public since several years. At the same time, I also would like to point out a very rude behaviour that has happened in your North Bus Stand branch at Thrissur, Kerala by one of your employees. I have been to your above said restaurant around 1'o clock today for my lunch. In fact, I have waited over there around 15 minutes for a waiter. Even after that long waiting, i didn't see any waiter coming to my table. At that time, i saw a waiter was passing by my table. I asked him to take the order from my table. But, he refused to take the order from my table. When i asked him why he doesn't want to take the order from me? He was literally shouting (using abusing words) at me in front of the other customers. This incident really made me ashamed in front of the other customers. Is this the way Indian Coffee House has been providing training to your waiters? However, i came know that this waiter's name is "Rajesh. K.G" from his co-workers. When he disgusted me like this, i thought to let the responsible authority to know the misbehaviour of this person to the customers.     I am deeply disappointed and anguished to wrte to you about the experiance i had at coffèe house, connaugt place, mansingh place new delhi. On 18.12.2016 i went there and ordered for one mutton biriyani.to my horror the food served to me was stale, may be at least one or two days old and even had foul smell. I could not digest how such long historical back groud holding restarunt could do such a disusting thing. I request you to take immediate steps and look into the matter very seriously to avoid any further damage to your and our beloved coffe house chain of testaurants. Hoping for your reply.

    I ALONG WITH MY FAMILY HAD BEEN TO YOUR BRANCH AT KODAKARA TODAY FOR BREAKFAST AND TO OUR UTTER DISBELIEF THEY SERVED US DISTASTEFUL, UNHEALTHY AND RECOOKED " PUT " AND HALF BAKED AND DOUBLE SALTY KADALA WHICH WE COULD NOT CONSUME! I HAVE REPORTED THIS WORST EXPERIENCE TO THE MAN AT THE COUNTER AND EMPHATICALLY TOLD HIM THAT IF THIS IS THE STANDARD OF THE ITEMS SERVED BY YOUR ONCE ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION, WE HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO REPORT THE MATTER BOTH TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO MEND THE WAYS.

    It is very disappointed to tell you regarding the looting and misbehsviour of the cashiers and of course the half cooked roast dosa supplying from your outlet in the Medical college hospital. If we complaint, then we have wait till the queue lasts. Cashiers never return changes below five ruppees. This is the regular practice happening in the said coffee house, not in once always happening to almost all patient's by standers and staff nurses and so many others also. This should be stopped and culprits should be thrown out from the seats because this should not be happened in this type of reputed organisations.     I happened to visit ur sector 17 outlet today ( cash bill 075176 dt. (20/02/2017 ) & on few occasions earlier also in this outlet. I have been a customer of ur organization since 1968, when I was a student. I have been relishing the food for many many years in Ludhiana, Shimla, Chandigarh also. Unfortunately, on account of poor management/or for other reasons best known to the people involved, I smell a rat in the functioning of this unit in sector 17. The coconut sause they serve is far far away from the Mimium level of acceptance. They mix the powder in water that too with lot of Powder balls visible in this sause. The taste is horrible. When I asked the ingredients they say we mix so many items and coco nut afresh. I am a Sr. Citizen & have adequate sense of taste, quality and can safely differentiate what is right and what is wrong. Even the fumbling behavior of the sales man standing on the counter , who told his name as Mr. Dinesh Yada , who was bearing HP cap, was visibly upset and I could see the impressions of guilt on his face. Despite the fact he assured me that they will improve the quality, I asked him why the needful was not done when I pointed out this deficiency to them 5/6 months back. I could conclude that this is fishy. I am not writing this for none of my personal benefit or gain. I strongly feel the issue requires investigation secretly so that the management could take the corrective steps lest it is too late. Let the market share of ur old heritaged coffee house does not go below the best benchmark and employees who so ever they are, treated with stern action, preferably they should be transferred at periodical intervals to avoid such situations. I hope the management will take this issue in its board meeting and initiate remedial action. I have noted to visit this outlet again in coming months, and shall see if my feed back was given any cognizance. With all my good wishes.
