Very bad customer care .
1. Twice I applied to port out of Idea, once on 04 Nov and second on 13 Nov 17. During both instances Idea cancelled my porting request stating some technical/ system error. The best part is neither they bother to inform me before cancelling nor after cancelling. I couldnt understand how a company like idea can be so irresponsible.
2. Now they keep disturbing me by calling and asking why I want to port, for which I have answered at least 10 times. Its quite annoying to such a big company behaving like a ……….
3.I have no words for their reps, who keep insisting on answering their questions even if the customer is not comfortable.

DSM said that its my problem that the morpho Ekyc device was purchased online . it was the fault. He said that sent the device serial number and he will arrange it and it will take two weeks to correct the problem. Dear team. I am gourav and I am here today to give you little feedback and show concern about your service number (8054458877) which I am using now.
I have made the recharge of internet the amount of 249/- on 19th FEB and after that I have made another recharge the amount of 349/- for unlimited calling on 22th FEB. And on same day my internet stop working and I have made the call to you customer care, they told me that there is issue in phone internet setting and they send me too but due to not work I have made the call two or three on 23th and they still stick on the same comments
Than next day I have again made call to customer care and again brief about all scenario and they informed me the same setting issue and on same day I have made the call two or three time but they were not able to fix it .
After this I have made call on 25th and I have got the same instruction from your customers executive but this time I have made the demand to talk with the seniour department but they forwarded my call to technical department and MR. RAHUL from technical department has logged my complaint and give me my complaint number than next day when I again call to your customers care for know the statuses of my complaint ( she told me that you need to wait for till 28th FEB) I feel very bad to listen this word like I paid 250 for not listen this words but that time I have keep control on my self and told her to take your time I will call on 28th but on 27th feb I got call from MR. RAHUL your techinal department and he is take handover of my concern and informed me that they don’t found fault regarding internet in your location and again suggest me to do manual setting but that was not work and enough to solve my problem.
On 28th Feb I have aging made call and brief about my concern to your customer care but ( what I was listened on that time that was totally shoked they told that your internet recharge is laps due to you that done another recharge of 349/- which you got 50MB data and perivous one deactivated but on that time I was not understand that why you were not informed me that on same day when I was made you call first time now already passed one week and you informed me now than I told them that I want to talk to your senior,first they refuse but after aging I have brief them about my concern they agree to forward my call to team leader (MS. I have told him to forward the call to your head but he told After some time he will call back to me ..but till the time I have not received any call from your side …your customers care just try to play with the customer and make them full ..first they are not check properly and passed wrong information to the customer and after one week they have change their words and passed another instruction ..customs is not a football but your customers care person treat the customer like a football ..first person throw to second and second throw to another but not giving any solution…good going team ..and this is my last msg to you if you no need the customer than customer no need like your company ..your all staff having zero hospitality ..

Idea is the worst telephone service provider.
It generates wrong bills and higher then your usage.
Idea guys called my relatives and friends and talk abusively.
I request them not to talk this way but they keep on calling again and again and did not even give time to check my bill report.
In prepaid service, customer care agent Ankush talked to me for 58 minutes and informed me that he will raise my complaint and provide me refrence number through sms. I asked him to provide it manually ghen he said he can not raise complaints.
Idea cellular is worst.
Dont use services from this company otherwise you have to pay higer and wrong bills or they will call your friends and family and abuse them.

I would like to inform you that I am an old subscriber of Idea Mobile Phone and am having a pre-paid connection bearing number 90880 56057. Of late, I am quite surprised to see that the amount being deposited by me against the above number is being debited without any reasons on bogus reasons. On my checking, I am being told by your dealing persons that said debits are against international calls through my phone. I would like to categorically state and submit that I have not made any international calls as being alleged by your persons from my above mobile and I have pointed out the same on more than one occasion to your people.
The typical examples of such debits are as follows

From the above activities, it could be observed that the arbitrary debits in my account on the pretext of international calls are an insider jobs. If so, the same needs immediate action from the responsible persons like you so that the culprits could be brought before the law. As such I would request you to kindly arrange to investigate the matter immediately, identify the persons responsible for such illegal acts and take appropriate legal action against such persons. I look forward to hearing from you about the result of your investigation.
Moreover, please also make immediate arrangements to credit my account against the above debits and also ensure that such cheating is not allowed to be done by an organization of your status.

I just want to bring a notice that in my mobile I am continuously getting feedback message which we generally get it from customercare and the message is coming from x place and automatically few money got deducted. This happened several time, the number starts from ‘5060’ .. when we complained the same to customercare, the very first they not responded well. After that they told that the message – ‘Dear Subscriber, U just interacted with ‘Rakesh’ . If U r satisfied the Please type Y else N, toll free to this message… charged you 5 rupees .We haven’t even responded to that.
They spoke like nomad and they don’t even know how to treat customers. When I asked the message was from which location, then he replied – its from UK, the guy doesn’t even know that UK code starts from +44, and he is working as customercare ..

If you ready to port your number to idea we will give you unlimited STD/Local & roaming calls are free plus unlimited 3G data & she told me we are starting 4G also, while it can use 4G data ask also in these tariff plan. I purchase Idea Postpaid Sim No(9743786499) on 19/10/2015 and it activated on 20/10/2015 When i purchased Idea sim the marketing people told me 3g signal good in my area,but once i activated sim then i know that no 3G signal in my area.I put complete to Kalki Enterprise where i get Idea Sim ID-C1-52422601496 ,After 2 days some one called to me regarding 3G Issue,they told they will get back me,After that no one call me.On 3/11/2015 i stop Idea service.I got bill Rs.1485 for using for 2 days. After getting bill i went to Kalki Enterprise Vijayanagar where i get idea postpaid sim,they are telling, we send request mail to their higher authority.But On )3/12/2015, I got call form Idea legal Dept(Cell No:9069909932,9069883616).They told me they will put case me for not paying bill.I Paid full amount i.e 1485 on 3/12/2015.

there is no Idea Cellular branches in the Bangalore City, If there is, no contorl on Staff behaviour, Shortage of time openings and also no direct telephone numbers (because of fear from customers), all officials are unable to answer customer questions, and also they do’nt know how to answer with cusstomers.
very bitter experience in last few months with Idea.
• I was using a number of net setter 9927398005. The sim was surrendered by me 5-6 months back after full payment but still I am getting bill of this number on every month.

I am having connection of your company since 2009 i.e. post paid my 9506031323. But since some time, I am facing problems,because of your untrained and having less knowledge related to service. Here is the incident 4-5 month back I have changed my plan Combo400 to easy share 1400 because of suggestion by this executive. But irresponsibility of onne of your executive at idea show room. She mistakenly activated easy share900 pack. later on I came to know and corrected it through you customer care @12345,but because of this , got bill of 492 additional for data charges after many complains and follow ups,I got it back.I found this plan is costing me too much. I again visited at show room the same executive is there. I asked to plz convert it to combo400 for 9506031323 and 761803132 separately and for 7619031323,asked to convert it prepaid as I had no use of this number. She said okay and I have given documents and photograph. My both numbers 9506031323 & 7618031323 got activated with the plan of Combo 400. But 7619031323 was not activated. As I was thinking it would activated as I have taken out the sim from my mobile. But when received bill,found the charge in the number 7619031323 is someting 700 and for the period of 10 sep to 22 Sep. is 586. As I have given request on 9th sep. And I have not touched this no. you can check my details for it.
And now my question is why my number is not activated in prepaid and if,not activated in prepaid,then any responsible person should confirm/inform me that there is some issue to activate in prepaid. So that I could use the number and get benefits.
My kind request to you,please intervene the issue I am ready to pay,if fault is mine since deactivation request to post paid to prepaid for this number,even did not touch this sim. 586 is very huge amount.

I bought an idea connection around 2-3 years back and ive been using that number since then.
I met with an accident recently and i was on bed rest so i didnt use it for 60 days and hence it was deactivated. I emailed customer care after 10 days of deactivation and they said i will get my number back. Now when i vistited the idea store, they said no we cant give you back this number. I have given that number to my business clients and i will be at a very huge loss i cant tell if i dont get that number back. Please try to understand my problem many of my clients will get dissolved with that. So you are hereby requested to guve back my number at the earliest. It was with me for more than last 2-3 years. Mera mobile no-9819090281 hai, Mr.Pradeep mehata mere company main CUG plan leke aaye with pamplate ke sath. No Vodafone se transfer kiya in idea service, but last 1 yearse mere number pe CUG plan hi activate hi nahi hai, main othe two no use karta houn for idea with CUG plan, all payment bhi kiye hai maine.lekin ab tak koi reverse amount nahi mila hai. Bad idea sir ji!!!!!!!!!!!!!
