We have purchased tablet 21st Aug; 2015 ( I BALL SLIDE 78030 16GB 3G CALLING TABLET ) due to charging problems we visited your service center for servicing because product is still under warranty IT world, Manjusha Building, Nehru Place. They given many excuses and final told you have to pay Rs. Eight thousand for repairing. There after we visited namely company service center C44/2 Okhla Phase-II, New Delhi with the hope we will find justice. They wested our arround one hour as people of service center was awaiting response from IT World what they find out problems in terms of repairing charge. They finally asked four thousand six hundred for jack change being charging problem. We do not understand I BALL what type warranty claiming for ONE YEAR, if not able to deal with. Most of the service centers are spoiling name of brand and company. If trend remain like such time is very near because one customer lead to anther it is business trend. Customer always pay for better faith. Please justify immediately otherwise we are in process to appeal in customer forum.

sir, so many bad reviews but want to say need one help that the company make the replacement accessories cheaper such as pcb ,ringer, lcd, small parts cheaper as in my case the tablet cost isRs8500 whent went to replace the pcb the cost of pcbRs4300 and the service centre people only trying to hamper the business if you manufacture a product how come it is not in stock they say we need to order and you will get it after 10,20,30 days is the peripherals manufactured on demand basis or need basis they are readily manufactured and should be available as soon as possible to the customer if once the customer is satisfied everybody is happy from lower management to the top.as the management does not work properly the owner the company gets bad reputation .I being a simple customer just want that the pcb of i ball slide 3g7271-hd70 price i.e.Rs4200 to be reduced so that i can replace it and again use it happily .if you feel any thing wrong please forgive me.

I purchase Iball mobile Andi 4.5M ENIGMA my mobile is not working properly and i contact to company and explain my problem after that they SMS me some address & contact No then I contact same address and No only one address and contact No is right and I discuss with them they told me you visit at our authorised service centre and they send SMS address and contact No (iBall Service Centre - Bapunagar Ahmedabad A26 1st fl Sardar Patel Mall Nicol Gaam Road, Bapunagar Abad382350 rma.bapunagar@iball.co.in 9925154163) second day I visit at that place and they told I try to download software then your mobile is ready he download software and I bring my mobile when I check mobile and there is issue (damage phone storage) then I contact with him he told me you again visit and I will check your mobile try again, then I visit and he check my mobile after sometime he give my mobile and told me your mobile is dead it is not repair after that I came back and check my mobile totally dead and not charging also then I contact him and he reply me it is not our responsibility after 10 to 15 minutes discuss i told him how can you dead my mobile? when I handover you my mobile is working condition and now it is not working also change and my mobile is totally dead but he discuss with bad manner and he told me if do you want to repair I will charge Rs 6000 above if you give me Rs 6000 above I will repair your mobile i am very shocking after that I contact company executive and she also told me it is not our esponsibity we can't do anything for you. I can not understand my new Iball mobile purchase cost Rs 7000 to 8000 and repair charge Rs above 6000 it is not understand to any person. The iball company why not responsible his product I thing it is first time in the world the Iball mobile company, service centre, and company executive is told to customer it is not our responsible for our product and we can not do anything for customer. It is very very bad impression to customer.

I also have a iball slide tablet. I purchased it in October 2015,but it was fully damaged with in 6 months. When I repair it, it takes more than 5 months. When I again received it from service center its again get switched off. Now I think I lost my complete pocket money by purchase this one. It was a very bad experience guys. I hate I ball.

This product totally sucks and the customer care folks simply sit on the problem and give lame excuses like Cold Soldering came off and you have got this repaired from some other vendor. The darn thing is barely 2 months old and has been to the service center twice. What a shame.

I purchased I ball TAB SNAP 4G2 Biscuit Gold Serial No 911502701291117 on 16 January 2017 from Hanfi's Collection Shop No 1 Khatod Complex, Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad vide theri Invice No 13470 dated 16/01/2017 with 1 year warranty, but on 16 May 2017 its display was not working hence I admitted it in the Service Centre Aurangabad which is located at Shop No 53/54/55, Sindhi Coloney Shopping Center, above Vinod Tyre, Mondha Naka Jalna Road, Aurangabad. But after completion of three week my TAB neither repaired nor replaced till date. I tried continuous more than two hours on your customer care No 02233825100 but not connected with me. Now what can I do. Can I complain of your Service Centre in Police Station /Consumer Forum? Please reply immediate on my mail before 2 days, otherwise I will complain.

Bought an I ball slide XI seven months back. Since than it shutdown due to its battery problem. Company has replaced the set but the problem is still the same. Battery is in the stand of tab and it shut down with the slightest movement of stand while picking up or placing down gently. I request to replace it with a laptop and another mobile. With reference to your above mail , I visited Nehru place service center at 5.15 PM on Nov 13,2017. They repalced the headphone after 20 Min with a confirmation from Ms Rubia & Mr Jitendra that it is tested & New headphone not the repaired as usually they do. I felt cheated again when I found that headphone on/off switch is not working after charging for two hours. .They have given the used , repaired , unhygiene product which will be harmful for my ears against new product. First Iball is selling defective product in market then cheated/wrong information provided by your service center. You are very lucky that I am not advocate otherwise I would have filed case against you for selling defective /garbage product. .More then 10 days is gone , I could not use product and I regret my decision to purchase I Ball product. I request you to instruct your dealer to replace with sealed packed new headphone. I will not go any service center anymore . If you are helpless to replace it then I will throw the garbage product where it deserve the most DUSTBIN

Baught an i ball Elan slide 32x3 tab in jan 2019 on Amazon. First tab I received was not able to start and it was replaced by Amazon and second one received on 6th feb 2019( nothing was charged). In November 2019 it suddenly stopped opening. I went to local service center and to my surprise they told me that Imei number was activated in oct 2018 so its 1 year warranty is over and i have to pay for repair( estimate is for replacing motherboard 8700/- INR). I showed invoice bills of purchase of 6feb 2019 but of no use. I contacted i ball customer care but no one replied and insisting that our system is showing activation of tab in oct 2018. I e mailed thrice but no one reverted back. No senior person is talking. Now planning for consumer court complaint. I suggest everyone to not to buy any i ball tab. Useless services and responses.
