Dear Sir/Madam, I have been facing SPEED PROBLEM FOR A LONG TIME, and even today at 18.14 pm my downloading speed has been 11.50 & uploading speed at 8.83, similarly at the same time at 0.00 & 7.27, at 18.15pm 0.00 & 9.08, at 18.15pm again at 12.12 & 7.95 and at 18.16 pm at 13.56 & 14.73 and when I tried, no complaint has been registered at No. 0172-5013060, stating no complaint is pending. What is this??? Only some days back too, on the 4th instant, one Mr Ravi Verma, from Model Town Jalandhar Office, attended my complaint (+91 84370-30385) around noon time and when he failed to show the promised speed in my mobile numbers 98145-79900 & 9914369900, he told that he had talked to his technical head Mr. Singh and he would be coming to set it right and thus he kept the complaint in abeyance and even when I checked 2-3 times later status was PENDING. NOW SERIOUS COMPLAINT: Above being the status, I was shocked to receive the message the same day evening that my complaint had been resolved AS I NEVER KNEW THAT OTP (4878) RECEIVED BY ME IN MESSAGE BOX, HAD BEEN CHEATED BY MR. RAVI VERMA, BY TAKING MY OPEN APPLE S5 MOBILE (98145-79900) ON THE EXCUSE TO RE-SET IT, WHEN HE MIGHT HAVE COPIED THE OTP as I was to apprise the OTP only upon resolving the complaint. Though, on 5th inst, two officials, including one Hindu gentleman from Model Town Audit wing had too visited and told after checkup that they had talked with the same head Mr. Singh but that Mr. Singh has not turned so far despite elapse of a week's time. I AM COMPELLED TO COMPLAIN AS THE STAFF HAS PERFORMED TOO POORLY, CARELESSLY AND EVEN CHEATED ME OF MY OTP.
