    Hiii Iam Gayas I Have a Honda Cbr 150r Sports Red I Bought This from Palarivattom Honda showroom in Feb 2015 My Bike's speedometer Has a scratch . after one month the bike have a problem from its visor The Visor Have a Noise I told this on my 1st Service In Muthoot Service Center Kaloor And they said CBR have This Sound... And I Reported this in my Second service After My second service I just Fall down from my bike and im claimed my bike in Palarivattom honda service center i reported my visor sound there too today (12-6-2015) i go to the service center i was talk to the customer relation officer He said Honda does'nt Give warranty On some particular Parts Like visor Etc and the scratch on the visor is happend at the accident.. I said no. Scratches On the visor Before the accident you can check my service Record .. Please Replace my visor and they Said Honda Does'nt Give Warranty On this.....     I am a proud owner of 1986 model still working Hero Honda CD 100 bike. Bought in Jodhpur and being in defence it has traveled all over the country from sea coasts to mountains of north, the jungles of east and the harsh desert of Rajasthan including the Rann of Kutch in Gujarat. The bike has done more than lakh kilometers. It may be more as for long time the speedometer was not working. I was using it for local runs inside campus till a year back for i have lost the papers. one odd xerox copy is available. I have no use for it. I want to know if the company would be interested in the bike purely from the antique value or for sentimental value. The bike is of the first ones for the gear box states HONDA Made in Japan and not Hero Honda Made in India as it used to do in the later versions. If interested please contact me at my mail ID.     I never faced such useless Technician who says Down your gear to 3 from 4 even you are at speed of 30 after slowing down. Is it mentioned in HONDA BIKE user's guide? Useless service and thanks a lot that it is solved from your side. I took it to an local garage where I can see it is corrected now. It makes my belief more stronger that Honda service/ technicians are USELESS better go for Local or replace bike in HERO.

    Dear Team, This complaint is regards to the Honda CB Unicorn160 which was purchased last year in August.I had many complaints to the customer care, Service center and Verbal complaints to Gurgaon Head office but it's of no use. I Thought HONDA is the best service provider in the current time that's why I purchased it but I was totally wrong for it. I had just hardly gone one year but I had spent lots of Amount in maintaining it, I had done the complaint for the CDI issue after purchasing the bike within Two months after that Not getting the Average in the bike. Problems are Listed below 1:- Not getting Average. 2:- Wireing had been decayed. 3:- CDI problem 4:- Gear box and Clutch plate issue. 5:- Buttons problem (Horn,Starter & Passing light). 6:-  I am facing the Above mentioned problems within the One year so what will happen after that when bike is out of the warranty. There is improvement in starting the scooter and we have to use kick in the morning itself and after that ignition switch can be used or else it takes lot of time in starting the scooter. 6. No change in the sound while crossing the speed breaker e.g. whenever pillion rider is sitting on scooter scooter touches the speed breaker and there is sound also - pls check it and advise I hope you will take these problems seriously and ensure scooter is in driving position and can be used by me .     Dear Team, I had purchased an Aviator on 8th of this month. In these 12 days I faced a lot of problem. The scooter had acute starting problem. I took it to the dealer point for 3 times but same problem was occurred. On 13 th of this month the staff of the Honda Dealer, Bolangir, Odisha brought the aviator from the break down point and it was there till today. I at last brought the aviator today The staff of the Dealer told me that they changed the CDI point and its now ok. The sound of the Aviator is still not quite ok. They kept my aviator for 8 days and knew that the CDI point was a defective one. We all know that its a silly matter. Interesting thing is that previously they told me , there was water in the petrol tank. My complain ticket no-1-9494335895. Extremely poor service indeed. I will give the update of the action taken on this issue.

Purchased on dated 30/10/2013.from your authorised dealer KBM HONDA KANNUJ(U.P). At the time of purchased scooter have the problem with self start. So I complained such problem to customer care and KBM Honda. The result was this problem to change the battery. So by your help the battery was changed on 24/11/2013. So that time I also take extended warranty by paid 610 Rs. For the 5 years. Now from few days before again problem with self start. So I complained to KBM HONDA KANNUJ at regular during services. So they told it is normal and no issue some time take choke and try. But from last 10 days the self start totaly not in working. I again complaint on this topic.agency checked and told a part that name CDI unit not working. When I told to relpace this part, agency denied. So I complained to customer care as provide no in service book. The team registered the complaint with reference no 1-9497942543. But still I am in waiting for response.such neutral response by agency and customer care to customer is thinkable before believe to your brand.     I have serviced(2nd Free service) my Honda Livo UP42AH4894 on 25/9/2016 it was very bad experience with Adiya sky Honda Lucknow.Their are no any dealer facilities like tea coffee. I have not received any service due reminder call for service center. When i tried to contact on website all numbers are not updated.owner's name wrongly updated by them(from Shaheen to Shabim).No any one person was available to Liston my problems.When i reached to service center for delivery of my bike no any person attend to me. service Adviser of my bike was talking with other staff in CRE cabin.A lady which is sited on reception handed over my job card and only said pay to amount on cash counter My bike was not polished properly so i request to Mr.Manoj he assure me it will be done within 10 minutes but not done When i reached to cash counter and want to pay the amount from my debit card cashier told that if you want to pay through card 2.5% extra charges will be paid.Can you explain me is this government rules ? or Service center making the fool to all customers I have not found at service center any feedback form,suggestion or complain box. Then I have paid my amount nobody deliver my bike and not informed to me that when the next service will be due? i take my gate pass and away from the service center I will not visit again Adiya Sky Honda.

    It is once again bring to your kind notice that after so many follow up with the Honda Official, Honda customer care and Parkash Honda, Noida but no action has been taken on the complaint. Instead of that I had deposited rupees 4500/- to get the delivery of the vehicle on dated 25/09/2016, but Paraksh Honda did not deliver my scooter till now. I have one question that why not Honda Motorcycle and Scooter Pvt Ltd taking any action on his dealer PARKASH HONDA. I am very frustrated with Honda services and moreover honda authorize dealer. Dealer is just looting the money on the basis of repair and services, nothing else. I hope Company will take necessary action on parkash honda and help to deliver my scooter.

    This is bringing to your kind notice that I had given my Honda Aviator Scooter, Registration number UP16AC-5847, model Jan’2011 for engine work on dated 01.01.2016 to Parkash Honda, Jagat Farm, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. After engine work they had given me delivery on dated 15.01.2016 (copy of bill attached). And I had paid rupees 12799/- to Parkash Honda. After two days I found that there is heavy leakage of mobile oil, sound in engine and loosing of race wire. during repair work they had changed my dicky with seat also. Whenever I went to complaint the problems, staff of the Parkash honda are talking very rough and rudely but could not be able to rectify the problem. After many request they had tight the loos race wire and mobile oil tank but could not checked and replaced the crank. But I was not satisfied with the service of Parkash Honda, Greater Noida. After Three months on dated 01/05/2016 during driving on smooth road of Greater Noida, repaired parts of crank broken and hit the chamber. which caused breakage of engine chamber. I pulled the scooter 5 km upto the Parkash Honda authorized service station and shown the vehicle to the authorized engineer/ manager and he had confirmed the breakage of the chamber. He also assured me to rectify the problem without charging any extra money. Now, after three months they called me to pay rupees 14000/- again for repair work and get the delivery of the same, while I had already paid a huge amount of rupees 12799/- on dated 15/01/2016. I personally felt that Parkash Honda is Looting the consumer and get the befit of their ignorance. My scooter is laying at their workshop, and I think it is better to leave the vehicle on parkash honda’s mercy. But, I had decided to bring the situation to your esteemed company “Honda motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd” office. Sir, your esteemed company having good name and fame and consumers are blindly trust on your product and authorized agency, but how your dealer and service provider harassing the consumer. Is there any tool you have to satisfy your valuable consumer? If have, please look into the matter very seriously and take the necessary action to deliver the vehicle without any surplus charges.

They accept their fault and retain the scooter for maintenance purpose. after a long about four months parkash honda employee Mr. Abhinav approach me to settle the issue and request to pay rupees 4500 more to get the delivery of the vehicle. I agreed to pay and on Sunday dated 25/09/2016 I had paid rupees 4500/- to parkash honda, greater Noida vide r/c no. 10599. But still they did not deliver my scooter. I think PAKASH HONDA just looting the customer badly. Therefore, I request you to please intervene and take the necessary action at the earliest and resolve the matter soon. Even though parkash Honda ignore the decision of HONDA COMPANY.

    This is to inform you that I still have not got any reply or response from Honda. Already it's been 5 days from the day I lodged the complaint regarding the faulty bike with which I had been facing issues just after a week from the date of purchase. The faulty mechanical engine parts were replaced after complaining but with spares of Unicorn which is really atrocious. There was also some kind electrical issue that was not addressed by the service center earlier due to which I was left stranded in road thrice. I lost Hugh amount of business also which I had already mentioned in my earlier posts. Please respond asap as I am loosing out on my patience. Yesterday also faced same problem at night but after 10 to 15 min the self starter worked and somehow but gods grace I was saved. I want a complete replacement of my 5 month old bike. The complaint number is 1-9522138312. The only messages(till date 5 times) I had been receiving from Honda is sorry for the inconvenience and we are I looking into this matter and resolve as soon as possible. I cannot understand how the supervisor tells me that the parts of hornet and Unicorn are same as they have same part number. Hornet was just released probably in the beginning of 2016 so where can get get a complete set of cylinder piston kit and so in replacement they used that of Unicorn 160 and that too printed on the invoice copy I received. I had been complaining for the last 10 days and now lost my patience. I also received a call from from the Honda service directly 4 days back and after that still no sign of a solution. I am filing a suit to the consumers forum by end of this week. Anybody can provide me with the email Id of the head of honda eastern region and head of Asia Pacific please do provide me. I heard that ABS is mandatory for minimum 125CC bike from APRIL 2017 as Indian Govt Order. Can you please tell me whether CBR 150CC bike comes with ABS as mentioned by Govt.     Hi Team, This is getting a little serious issue now. I had submitted a complaint with regards to my 2016 HONDA HORNET STD White complaining that there is no pickup in my Vehicle as it is not crossing 95 Kmph. I have not bought a 1 Lac worth bike for going in speeds at 40-60 kmph. I earlier too had mentioned that I am an ardent weekend rider who go for short trips over the weekends and my bike is not performing up to the mark. This is really ridiculous and did not expect a bike from Honda Stable to perform this way. I had the technicians at Dhruvdesh Honda Manyata Teach Park service center look into this matter, however rectified it and now I have strange noises coming out of the Engine.I had gone and left my bike there on this Saturday the 15th Oct complaining about this noise and however not heard back from them ever since. Its is not a nice feeling to leave my hardly 6 months old bike worth Lacs overnites at Service Centers for the error or a defect of my engine which is again a pure indication of Honda's mechanical mistake. I would request you to please kindly replace my bike or if not my engine at the earliest or else my Advocates will be speaking to you over this matter now. This is a pure indication that the guys at Dhruvdesh Honda maybe not technically trained to curb my issue and needs to be looked at or diagnosed by Engineers at the Honda factory now as it is never ending saga and not being rectified. Now looking at this I have a strange feeling that there is seriously something wrong with my particular bike as when other Hornets can perform why not mine? I am not buying a bike for the first time and I have namely 4-5 bikes from Honda stable in my immediate family but this is the most bitter experience I ever had and my Hornet hasbecome a nightmare for me now "THANKS TO YOU GUYS". I also own a Honda City too and is a Loyal Customer who believed in HONDA however by this particular bike I feel you guys have proved me wrong. This is not just like any other email and I request you to please look into this ASAP before I take any further action and make this a potential escalation to the higher ups. "I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE NOW". ' Give me back my money or replace my BIKE OR ENGINE' Choice is yours :-(

I requested them to do the needful. They want me to either get the part or come to the centre pay for it. It is second time that the centre does not one or other. If it is authorised centre, they should have it or should get it. As a customer I expect the service. Some time one part or other may not be available but not every time.     Hi , I have purchased Dream Yuga on 20-Oct-2017 and I did paid every charges including Broker charges-Rs.850 but when broker called me for registration he is asking me Rs.150 though I have paid everything at showroom.When I said I already paid everything but still he is telling I can speak to showroom people even they will say same thing. When I paid Rs.65500 to purchase bike even I would I have paid Rs.150 at that time itself if said they me.I don't want want to pay any charges now . It is really very disappointing that these showroom people are selling bikes by making fraud tricks and charging hidden charge.     I gave my aviator scooter (silver colour)to bimal honda servising center guwahati assam for servising 0n 9th nov 2017 where as after receive the scooter from them i found that some parts of my scooter is damage...bt now they refuse me to change the parts.now they told me to buy from shop and then they will change the parts.i always service my scooter from this serviceing center.why should i going to buy.before servising there was no damage...my ph.9706687020.pls take some legale step to solve my pblm.

    I had purchased one Honda Dio from Leader Honda (authorised dealer) near South City Mall, Kolkata, West Bengal. I had face two major problem. 1. They changed me 1.5% extra because of card payment (full payment). 2. I did not get the test drive. (As per dealer Honda Dio or Honda scootys are not allowed for test drive). Kindly let me confirmed that the above said (1 & 2) problem is genuine from your end.

    Dear Team, Your service department has been unable to properly repair the Scooter, and I need your help to resolve the situation. On 15-11-17 I dropped off my Scooter, a Dio KL48H5920, to have its serviced. When I picked up the scooter, your employee assured me that it was in complete working order. Thus, I paid 3456 /-only to find that your employees did not make the repairs, and the whole scooter was jerking while we move first and abnormal sounds are comes out from engine and i returned to service Centre ( EVM Automobiles – Maradu –KOCHI ) . I spoke with Mr.Hari , your service manager, who told me that the Engine crank set gone and that u need replaced with new set and the amount will be 6500/-, "We've done the best we could. Take it elsewhere if you're not happy and they are not ready to do free service even though the Scooter under warranty. I'm certainly not happy, and I expect your dealership to fix the Scooter (Dio) properly. I've paid you 3456/- to complete the job and I will not be satisfied until you return the Scooter to me in perfect working order. This is the first time I heard that Engine got damaged within 12000 KM. and what kind of engine you are making for HONDA. Your company's lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable to me.     Dear Sir/Madam, I Purchase a new Activa 4G Pearl White on 26th June-17 from Joshi Honda Pvt LTD Panchkula. Some days Before i facing a problem for Activa Back Tyre.my activa get puncture before some days ago. i visit to a Tyre puncture shop Where i asked to the Shopkeeper for puncture.The shopkeeper try to make a puncture multiple times but he did not able to stop air from Tyre and he said that puncture is not possible because Tyre was in very poor Condition and request me for Tyre Replacement.Than i visit a new Tyre shop and request for Tyre puncture he also Checked the Tyre and try to stop the Air,But he did not also able to stop the air through puncture and he also request to me for new Tyre because the Tyre is not a good Quality.At the End i buy a new Tyre for activa in 1150/.Here i would like to inform you that even i purchase my new activa before 5 Month Ago than why i face tyres Replacement Issue.The periods of 5 month was not a long period for tyre replacement than why the tyre service was getting very poor. So here i would like to request you kindly help to Refund the Tyre Amount Back.

    Dear Sir / madam My name is Mubarak pasha I had purchased Honda shine on 16/8/17 from City honda from Frazer Town I had complaint on my bike but problem that had not solve at all there are repaired three time three hole a day but there are not able to solve the problem what type of people you are keeping in your company this is my old ticket no. 1-30116550491 there had closed the complaint that job had completed this is what honda is providing services to customer why are fooling to the customer only you are making money and cheating to people we are not accept this type of services by honda hopeless service and quality given by you this is not fare save your name company and provide proper services to the customer don't lose your name and image of company people are trusting honda don't cheated them let see what type of action will company will take I need my problem solve or refund my money back I had not purchased second hand bike from your company ...     We too purchased Honda Activa 4G by end October 2017. We have same problem. It started 10 days after purchase. So far. it is serviced 3 times by Honda Service Dealer and couldn't fix issues. I too strongly believe that this is failure model and Honda not taking care of it.We planning a legal action against HONDA. Let me know your thoughts and views. You can reach me on 9840390365.     I had booked Honda Dio on 8th October 2017 in Parekh Honda, Malad (West) and it was informed that there is waiting period of 45 days. So accordingly I paid booking amount of INR 1000/- and booked the same. So as 45 days period has over I called in Parekh Honda last week and they had informed that I will get delivery by month end. Today I called again for confirmation of delivery and the answer what I got I will get bike delivery after 15 days as there is shortage of Dio bikes due to demand of Gracia bike. What rubbish is this? Very upset with this kind of services of Honda. Hope you may be understand that person has booked the bike for some need and I was expecting the delivery by this Sunday for some occasion. Request you to help in getting the delivery of bike by this Sunday.

    I had purchased my new activa 5g on 31st oct, 2019.Only 560 km i had used, and someone struck my activa. As it was in insurance, i claimed it nd given for repair in honda sai point showroom Mumbra, from around 18 to 19 days they have kept it and not yet repaired, daily they are giving excuses that they will give nd nt doing...wht type of service is provided by such a big name so called HONDA. Really hurt with this type of service and regret to purchase from this company going forward..
