    Dear Sir I would like to share realy my bad experience with you. last year in the month of June-2016 I had bought a window AC to your authorised dealer Vijay Sales at that time i simply asked a question to sales person is that Hitach is reliable for after sales services and he told me yes sir it a number one company you can trust on Hitach. But you can't believe from last year to as on date i have been registered my (many) complains 3 to 4 time and request them to please send some one for first or second service but no one has come to my please even now it has required third service also....so this is your service..? Day before yesterday i had again registred my AC service request and luckily today i got a call around 7 O'clock from this number (8700739844) and that person ask me i am coming within a hour for AC service. I told him please come tomorrow but he had rudlly reply..if not today.... i will come after 2-3 days otherwise you can my complaint. So my only request to you kindly do some thing in this regard.     Dear Sir / Madam, Please accept this Letter as a verbal Warring. This is to bring into your consideration that, I bough a Window Ac of 1.5 Ton in September 2016. Since that Day, i am facing problems in this Stupid Machine. Its been 3 Times that my AC remote have been stopped working and all the three times it got rectified but the complaint is of recurring nature. - With Complaint number - 16100301649, 16120703913, 17032508829 I registers a Service request as well as a request for breakdown on 24 March 17032508826, 17032508829 respectively, The Guy came with Brand New Remote but then it was also not working. Then he did the wet Service. As soon as he Switched on the AC. The AC got Short Circuit. resulting a Sparking in Power Supply and display and he took it off my AC and Put it on a Side. I stays on 4th Floor, which is directly exposed to Sun Light. resulting my Room Temperature goes to 40 Degree even in night. Resulting i have to sleep in my Car. Yesterday only I called the Supervisor, where as he told me that, the replacement of the faulty part will be possible only on Monday as all the Service Center are Closed on Sunday. But when i called up the Supervisor on Monday, i was being informed that the Technician is on holiday because he is not feeling well. I even called up the Customer care and had a very heated argument with a Floor Supervisor and she even told me that She cannot do anything in this regards. Basically, ALL THE People in Hitachi ARE CRAZY AND STUPID, FROM SALES MAN TO SERVICE ENGINEER, SUPERVISORS, and every time they are trying to Defend the STUPID FAULTY MACHINE. This is a Shame on a brand name Hitachi. Hitachi window ac cost 28,000 Rs, where as on comparison to 1.5 Ton Window Ac of other brand starts at a cost of 17000. I do not want this STUPID, IDIOT window Ac. I am SOO SORRY, THAT I BOUGHT HITACHI. THIS IS MY LIFE's BIGGEST MISTAKE. I dont mind paying extra but then HITACHI should act like a premium Brand and this is soo LAME. I am a person, who paid extra premium amount and get fooled out of it. HITACHI IS ALL BULLSHIT. !!!!!!! and Management of HITACHI should feel shame that they made a joke out of Japanese brand. HITACHI IS NO GOOD THEN SOME LOCAL CHINESE COMPANY, WORST THEN SOME LOW GRADED COMPANY. I am going publish the matter in Media as well as Logging a FIR and going to Press Charges against HITACHI u/s 420, 425 and intend to defect and causing inconvenience to human Soul. Last year on 3rd May 2016 I have purchased a 1.5 TR. Toushi RAU518KWD Hitachi SAC from m/s Aan Electronics, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Can't. for Rs. 38000/ Since only a person visit for Installation. In this season when I started the A C it is not working. After installation I personally reported to dealer for less cooling he told after a service it will cool.. But no body visited for service. Now it is not working. I have lodge a complaint through customer care help line with no.asstated above on 2nd April 2017 but sorry to say after lapse of 48 hours no action has been taken so far. Matter most urgent. regards, Jagdish Bharwani This was done on 09/04/2017 Dear sir, We have purchased this AC in the year April 2016, under the scheme given to BHEL employees and paid around Rs 57000/- for 5 year guarantee, after installation during trial run, in presence of your representative, cooling was not up to the mark and same has been informed to your people who came for installation and commissioning, they ignored it and inform me that since the AC is new and in due course of time it will start its normal operation and will give the desired result. we have used this AC for small time but the cooling did not improve meanwhile, i had been deputed to Dadri site for nine months. After my returned to Hyderabad when we started using once again, to my utter surprise now the cooling is almost nil. Since the AC is new and it is under 5 yeas guarantee period, please depute your persons immediately for checking / rectification or replacement with new unit.     Dear Sir, We complained in Hitachi Service center for repairing of our 1.5 Ton A.C. At least 20 days have passed & during these 20 days three time we have got a msg on our phone that your call no. 17041907567 is cancelled due to customer not contactable. After every msg we contacted them on their given phone no.- 35324848 & they assured that within 48 hrs their engineer will come to us & repair our AC. But see the fun after 2-3 days the same msg they sent that they could not contact us. Our International clients are easily contacting us but these engineers are not able to contact us. Either they are fool or they are befooling to us. Change them immediately on our request because due to their poor service we have started saying to our near & dear that do not purchase Hitachi AC.     I, have brought 02 nos. of 1.5 Ton Split Ac on 1.5.2017 and installed it on 2.5.2017. By this time I have lodged 03 complaints online also 7 to 8 times before the dealer, but every time the message is coming that customer is responding. It is astonishing that when my Ac is giving horrible sound to which my neighbours are complaining, in that case how this idiots are telling that I am not responding. Sir, Iam so much fed up with your after sale service that I will officially recommend to all the organisation being an government servant not to go for Hitachi make AC's. It has become height that the Regional Service Manager is also not able to send a service engineer despite of several phone calls and atlast he has given up his hand. This shows how poorly the Hitachi Company in India is running. Such type of experience I have never expected from such a professional company. I am going to take up this issue in the consumer court for refund of my money. The promise of sending the service engineer within 48 hrs. is a very vague promise. Just remove this from your company profile. When my AC is just few days old and your service is like this what we will expect when my AC will be more than 1,2 or 3 years old. S S Aircon is a service center at Andheri east is only a money making center with no sense of customer service and rude behavior. surprisingly their technician gave a false report to fill gas and later it was proved that it only had a minor issue

    Hitachi Team Call no. 17050201965 i gave total 8000 to the visitor for repairing sent by you on dated 7 May 2017, but they provided me only 5000 receipt, and said us that 3000 is our extra charge for it. enclosing receipt with this mail for reference. Visitor name was Mr. faidan (Mob.9997454559) those guys committed 1 month guarantee for it from 7 may 2017 to 7 june 2017. but after 5 days of repairing there was same problem in my ac, i registered the complain around 13 may 2017 but these guys came around 5 june 2017 to see the problem and said us that this will not repair. again i register the complain with complain number 17061006759, but still you guys did not taken any action on it even you committed for 48 hrs to deliver the service. i am surprising Hitachi company can treat like that, could you, please update me why you are avoiding in this matter. Note: please take this matter with high priority, otherwise legal action will be taken on this. Please revert me on same till 20 June 2017.

    I booked a hitachi refrigerator during the Coolex function at Chandigarh and deposited Rs.1000/-as advance.     Attaching the bills of window ac purchased almost 5 months back. Return of 4k was assured of old ac but so far no return amd delaer says he will not pay do what u can. Even free services have been refused. Is this way u guys operate. Goons running ac business. Send me ur japan head office mail ids and contact numbers. They should know the same too. Name of dealer is " NICE ENGINEERS" but they are GOONS & THUGS of JAIPUR.

    Hi Hitachi Team, I feel a bit sorry in sharing my experience with few of the Hitachi Post sales respective stake holders , i am a fan of hitachi from ages and we have a lot of Products in our family starting from two refrigerators and 4 ACs. Having said that we never need a post sales support because of the great quality of products. Atleast before this unpleasant experience. I bought a split ac in 2016 on Date 23/5/2016 Model Number RAU518KWD from Dealer Pankaj Electronics , Issues I have faced are as below 1) Extremely poor installation experience - we called the installation engineer before renovating room as per his specifications space since POP ( Plaster of Paris was required to be done to cover the pipe. He took wrong measurements and because of that mistake we had to get the work done again. I had to spent INR 10 K to get the fitment. 2) Cooling and Remote Sensor – At the time of 1st service I told the Hitachi Engineer that I have never got the proper cooling , since it is in the guest room so we hardly noticed and when noticed communicated the same to him. But no action is taken from him and he told us that if the issues persists they will come and do the work asap. The machine is not even used 10 times in this season and when I logged a ticked and called the engineer they came home after 72 Hours. The attitude was so very rude that my family decided not to buy anything from hitachi in future. We have such wonderful experience with Samsung and Daiken and such polite service teams that this experience went a bitter one. Remote Sensor – Remote doesn’t work sometimes and the sensor doesn’t react to the remote , i even tried to use a different remote but the issues still persists.. The engineer mentioned that nothing can be done and some other team will come and charge me INR 3000 since GAS has leaked, we told the installation engineer on day 1 that we are not happy with the cooling with they didn’t listen to us. I would request you guys to look into this , would not be in a state to refer Hitachi to anyone in future strongly and I would take need a resolution asap.     Team Hitachi I bought Hitachi Inverter AC 1.5 Ton Rsd 318 Eaea from Aditya Vision, Kulharia Complex, Ashok Rajpath, Patna, Bihar on 25.06.2017 and the same was being installed on 04/7/2017. Only after few days of installation the brand new Hitachi AC stopped working. I lodged a complain and Sevice Engineer from Hitachi inspected the unit and found out that some kit in brand new Hitachi AC stopped functioning. Its strange its not even a month and brand new AC component stoped functioning which is unusal thing and not acceptable, because you dont expect such thing from a reputed company like Hitachi. Its really frustrating that within 10 days the AC again stopped working i.e on 16th August, and on 17 th August the service engineer found out that the same kit, which was replaced on 31st of July is once again stopped functioning. SAme fault hah. Now this is unacceptable, i doubt that Adita vision sold me a defective/faulty product, its not acceptable from the company like Hitachi. So i therefore request you to please exchange/replace this Defective/faulty unit at the earliest.I cant bear with it anymore. Its not feasible to complain about same fault twice/thrice every month.     Hi , This is Arindam Das from kolkata . I have a hitachi split AC which is properly not working from the beginning. Several time I have raised complain. Technician came and he told me AC appsoloudly ok . But till date I am not satisfied with ac cooling and Hitachi service . Today morning I have on the AC switch then I saw that , AC blower not working also AC not cooling . Again I have called Hitachi customer care . He has Send technician . He checked and told me AC valve leakage & AC gas full empty , need to be gas refill and AC cooling sensor need to be replace total cost estimate 3900 rupees . But last midnight and 1st morning around 5 am my AC was cooling and blower also working . Then after 1 hour how can gas fully empty in suction and discharge hose. I was shock. I want to tell you this is justified to generated bill amount ? What is product quality ? I have doubt. I am very very disappointed with your service and product quality. I am service person . I am working in Mahindra and Mahindra . Next time I don't refer any person and my friend circle to purchase hitachi AC . Kindly look at this matter as soon as possible .     I have a Hitachi Refrigerator RWB480 PND2-GBW. Its refrigeration compartment was not cooling on 08 Aug 17. Couple of days after the complaint, a technician came and conveyed requirement of replacing one fan. It took the Hitachi India over three weeks to find a fan in North India since there wasn't any piece in Dehradun. Unfortunately, it was subsequently found that the cooling in Vegetable tray compartment had increased tremendously. One more repair visit and assurance that it will now function properly has NOT fructified. We returned after a three days outing and find that the vegetables are freezing with ice formation on the surface. The Service Repair Head here in Dehradun states the earliest the technician can come is day after. In my nearly 50 years of experience with Refrigerators, this is the first time that we have suffered so much on account of Fridge repairs. Infact, never had to call a technician to repair any of the earlier fridges and this was the costliest fridge I had ever purchased and thought Hitachi brand name will work. Unfortunately, I am totally disappointed with your product and the after sales service and vow never to buy a Hitachi product. Unfortunately, I have three Hitachi Split ACs as well and shudder at the thought of their breakdown. Regional management of spares and understanding of this Rocket science by world renowned Hitachi is perplexing. Kindly, use your authority, if any, to see that the fridge is put on road at the earliest... Apologies for the harsh tone, since I am not used to writing in this manner. However; utter frustration needs to be conveyed to the hierarchy in some manner, before going public.

    I have bought a 42 inch LED TV OF HITACHI, MODEL NO.LD42SY01,bearing serial no.C1WSQ6F000253 on 6/5/2017 wide bill no.SLF02A002020068937 from CROMA RETAIL, MALAD WEST, MUMBAI. Within 4 months the tv went dumb without any picture or sound inspite of the fact that It is used by a single person with a lot of care. I have lodged a complaint with jeeves on 16/9/2017 and the complaint no. is 3077699. The service person came and after checking told us that the tuner card is defective and he will replace it in 4 days but nothing is done till now. even the CROMA people raised a complaint HIT190917FS00066. Neither CROMA OR HITACHI has shown any positive inclination towards solving the issue. eveyday I receive a call from your call center saying that it will be solved in the next 24 hours but nothing happens. I would like to know if this is the culture of Japanese companies like Hitachi and a Tata group company such as CROMA.     My Refrigerator is not working since 31 Jan 2020. The request number allotted was 20013103347. The request was closed in the system on 8 Feb 2020 , without repairs. This was a surprise to me. One Mechanic (Most likely) from Standard Aircon of B- 21, Sector 64 Noida visited on 1 Feb 2020, and told me that, one part (PCB) is required to be replaced. He further told me that the part cannot be replaced the next day being Sunday, but it will definitely be replaced on Monday the 3rd Feb 2020. Meanwhile the system generated another request number 20020600880 on 6th Feb 2020 with nature of complaint as " Door Not Closing Properly". I was surprised to see this entry in the system, as I never made this complaint. The original complaint number 200130103347 still stands, and the machine is not working, even on the 15th day. It is further submitted, that, AMC for the machine was done by a representative of Standard Aircon, B - 21, Sector 64 , Noida in Sep 2018 for two years from 12 Sep 2018 till 11 Sep 2020. The receipt for the same is attached. I had a talk with the owner of Standard Aircon and he had promised, that, the PCB will be changed on Thursday the 13th Feb 2020. Unfortunately no one has come so far to repair the machine. Meanwhile I initiated about six E-Mails from 8 Feb 2020 till 14 Feb 2020 to "customercare@jci-hitachi.com" but unfortunately none of these were responded. There was not even automatic response of receiving the mails ; received by me. I had also escalated the matter in the system, a number of times and also escalated to different levels in Management but without any result. Yesterday, I had raised the issue with Level 2 of Management and identification number was 6F615CB636D at 8.13 PM. Although, it is too early to get any response from the Management but I am compelled to raise this issue as my Machine is not working for the past 15 days, thereby, putting us in a very uncomfortable situation. I have also made multiple calls to customer care numbers 079-7141-4848 and 075- 6788-4848 but there has been no positive result/ response so far. It pains me to inform you, that, my faith in Hitachi is dwindling away. It is, requested, that my Machine which is under AMC up to 11 Sep 2020, may please be made operational on priority, immidiately.
