    Sir, I had raised my split AC issue around 20 days back, but still no update and no progress.
    We had purchased Hitachi split AC 1.5 ton from Rohit Electronics Shamli MuzaffarNagar UP 247776 on 30th June 2017. Since from the first day we asked to the dealer it’s cooling is not up to that mark but he always says no it’s ok.

    Now AC stopped cooling and when Dealer engineers checked they found outdoor unit does not have GAS and there is no leakage at any joint. We have approached to the dealer and asked him how it is possible Gas leaked within 3 months of AC purchase.

    Now this is unacceptable, I doubt that Rohit Electronics sold me a defective/faulty product, it’s not acceptable from the company like Hitachi.

    So I therefore request you to please exchange/replace this Defective/faulty unit at the earliest.

    Hi ,
    This is Arindam Das from kolkata . I have a hitachi split AC which is
    properly not working from the beginning. Several time I have raised
    complain. Technician came and he told me AC appsoloudly ok . But till
    date I am not satisfied with ac cooling and Hitachi service .

    Today morning I have on the AC switch then I saw that , AC
    blower not working also AC not cooling . Again I have called Hitachi
    customer care . He has Send technician . He checked and told me AC
    valve leakage & AC gas full empty , need to be gas refill and AC
    cooling sensor need to be replace total cost estimate 3900 rupees .
    But last midnight and 1st morning around 5 am my AC was cooling and
    blower also working . Then after 1 hour how can gas fully empty in
    suction and discharge hose. I was shock.

    I want to tell you this is justified to generated bill
    amount ? What is product quality ? I have doubt. I am very very
    disappointed with your service and product quality. I am service
    person . I am working in Mahindra and Mahindra . Next time I don’t
    refer any person and my friend circle to purchase hitachi AC .

    I am domestic customer. I want to buy a Window AC for my bedroom. Size of my bedroom is 11 feet by length, 11 feet by width and 10 feet by height. My house is single floor house under direct sunlight. Windows of the room have two panes each. Each pane is 32cm wide. I have three queries.

    Sadly enough, there is no response from the company to my complaint dated 15 April, 2017. The AC is also yet to be received back from the service agent. Had high hopes about the company, but being let down.

    The service department is just hopeless. There seems to be no TAT for attending and rectifying any malfunctioning of the AC. It takes days and days to get any response from the assigned service agent to attend to the complaint lodged, who is unmindful of the customer’s inconvenience.
    A complaint was lodged about malfunctioning of my window A/C on 12 April and promptly given code no. 2431. Since then I have been following with the service agent to know when the complaint would be attended. After about 20 telephone calls, he calls me today morning at about 11.26 AM saying that he would be coming in half an hour’s time. He lands up only at about 3.30 PM, inspects the AC and says that it will have to be taken to the workshop because of gas leakage, and that by evening today between
    6-7 PM it would be removed. It is 9.35 PM now and obviously no use expecting him. Tomorrow is Sunday and an off day. At best the unit will be taken to the workshop on Monday. It will take another two days for repairs etc. and re-installation.
    In other words it will be a week after lodging the complaint that the complaint will be rectified.

    So much so for doing the AMC from the manufacturer. Silly and sad…

    We had logged complaint No:17033010254 for ac unit not working in our organisation before 1 weak and its problem in ac compressor confirm by your service people.
    And also surveyor confirm for that but still we have many time called your service provider SATKAR REWINDING & REFRIGERATION in bhavnagar they replied under process for your parts received.

    This type of service never expect from Hitachi.
    Kindly provide the parts early as son possible your local service provider then they proceed for further.

    from the time of installation cooling is not coming properly. all the service numbers are which they have provided in website are not working. after a long procedure they have attend a compliant no. 17022304676 and just cleaned the A/c and went away. even on the form i have written that the a/c is not giving cooling properly the compliant has been closed. very very poor serviceing. adivised not to buy anyone.

    I purchased the AMC from Hitachi company comlete all spare parts with gas filling. When there were NO cooling AC , i registered the complaint in customer care . envineer came and he say that AC is working properly. After few days again i lodge the complaint but same response from service engineer. Next time i soughted on them and they came and took my AC for repiring. There were no update for next 11 days until i called them again. Immediately next day they came along with my AC and i checked it infront of them it was working fine but after few hours new issue came. I dont know what is this. I want to say few things.
    1. Hitachi is a fraud brand. Don’t purchase it.
    2. Services are worst.
    3. You can not rely on any of the service engineer of Hitachi. It seems that they are not skilled.
    4. Don’t take AMC because they will not listen to you.

    I would request you , please let me know the procedure to file the complaint in consumer court.

    We have complaint on 1st July 16. but no body attend the call. It is totally FRAUD.

    I bought two split Ac on the 22 nd of June 2016, ever since I had purchased this piece there has been cooling and leakage problem on my complaint since installation. One is five star 1.5 to capacity & another five star 2.0 ton capacity.Your man take four days for installation of two AC.They charge Rs. 250 .00 for extra 2 ft pipe but they provide me the duplicate one (local). After one day of installation the 1.5 ton ac was not working ie, not cooling and i contact the delear and some people come from your companey to short out the proablem , they said there is no gas on the unit and we have to insert gas. They incert gas and the as was start working. But after one day i feel the ac is not cooling properly and i called the hitachi person to provide solution . On 8th july 2016 the 2.00ton ac was makes some sound and when the ac is switch of some water comes out from the Ac. I called the Hitachi person who looks the matter in Jamshedpur , he forward his call to technician and i describe the matter , he ask me call him on sunday . I call him sunday on mob .no.9386421300 he assured me that the proablem will be resolved by tomorrow (ie 11/06/2016). No one visited my house on 11.06.2016. I cll the person on 12.06.2016 11.00am and want to know the status , he said please call to service centre , After that i call book on service centre. If after 20 days of purchase of ac the cooling was not as effective as it should have been. I just need an answer from you what I keep asking my self….




    I expect a permanent solution to it please either change my defective air conditioner or if there is some defect in the cooling coil please have it changed.

    Fucking frauds cheats selling a defective product and not even replying me or communicating with me….
    Now you will see the case….
    The gas has leaked again in the last 15 days. i.e., twice in the last one month as it did in the summer season of 2015…..
    Now this is real mental and physical harassment as coz of this fucking defective unit of yours my wife and my baby has to suffer in this Delhi summer heat….
    I am sending you the consumer court notice.
    Provide me your office address to send your the same by registered post….
    Will not only get this defective unit changed but also will sue the Hitachi company for this harassment and will take the compensation…..
    Manufacturing highly low quality product with the name i-clean and selling such a cheap product for almost Rs 50,000…..

    My 1.5Ton Hitachi Window AC is out of warranty and I wanted to get it serviced and ready to pay for the service. Lodged a service request on customer care number on 18 May 2016 but till 4 June 2016 nobody has visited for the service of my AC. Now I realise my biggest mistake of buying Hitachi AC. I should have bought Samsung AC as they have fast service. I recently bought Hitachi Refrigerator and repent why I bought Hitachi when they have such poor service standards.

    We are using three hitachi AC, two split AC 1.5 tons each and one window AC 1.5 tons. Beginning of March we had taken an AMC from Hitachi Home & Life Solution (India) Ltd. 59/2/13, Sansaar Complex, Site – 4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad – 201010.

    We had paid the All AMC amount for duration is from 31 Mar 2016 to 30 Mar 2017. These guys are came and took all of three at their service center and telling us coil has been damage, how it is possible to all of the AC having the same type of problem??
    If they are unable to do the service or find the problems so kindly return the AMC amount and say that HITACHI product is not good and future do to buy any HITACHI AC.
    I want this matter to be clarified, Also revert back for this issue asap.

    Dear sir

    I got my I-clean AC serviced from Star Aircon ,New Delhi on 15/05/2016

    It was done in 10 minutes
    Only filters were cleaned and some water thrown on external unit.
    Dust box was not taken out And dust catcher was not cleaned properly

    I went for wet service and paid Rs 950/-
    It is highly unsatisfactory
    It is definitely going to hamper brand image oh Hitachi

    We are purchasing Hitachi air conditioner in 2015. Ac is not working properly from the day 1. several times we complaining in Hitachi customer care & dealer of Hitachi company
    Choice palace
    8, jayanti market,
    M.i. road , jaipur
    But they neglect our complaints and did not gave the right answer..
    We are so much tired. Las 1 month each and every day we complaint about this goods.but they are always saying yes our technician is coming on 4-5 days..but no one is coming. .about this matter we are talking choice palace, Hitachi rajasthan head Mr paramveer singh, hitachi jaipur centre.. but no one can solve this problem…plZ help me nd replace this ac…

    I have made a complaint (16050804057) but no result.

    This is For your kind attention that my hitachi 1.5 ton split ac is suffering from a technical snag,which requires to be immediately redressed. Self already under an annual maintenance contact with your esteemed company.,but yet to receive two more services. Kindly rectify my technical snag at the earliest, as two more services are still due.,as per the annual contract.

    lodged on 19.04.2016 & 23.04.2016 on your kolkata service center,but issues are
    pending. It seems defective product
    installed, pl see it on top priority.

    This is with the issue which caused my ac not working, I was trying to connect to CS from last week on the phone and the guys came up and saying the ac is out of warranty today itself as they come up on the day when warranty laps i.e. on 26/04/2016. As per the records the warranty started from 25/04/2015 and I have been trying to register the complaint from past last week and also I can see the service complaint on 24/04/2016.

    I am very frustrated with behavior of the guys which came up and saying that the part needs to be replaced and so the ac is out of warranty as on 25/04/2016 you need to buy out the replacing part from us.
    Now I need the clarification that the warranty expires on the day when technicians guys coming or when the complaint is registered on the portal of hitachi.

    I want this matter to be clarified, Also revert back for this issue asap.

    I have purchased an Air conditioner on 12th march 2016 and was installed on 14/03/2016.Two day it worked properly after that the cooling effect reduced drastically.when i contacted customer care,they turned on around 20 days and said gas leaked,i dont know why since then nobody came for gas filling…now nobody lifting my phone………..

    i want say this the HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE is the worst one and more that that Bajaj Electronics are most worst one….completely useless…..i did a mistake …….my dear friend dont go to Bajaj Electronics and also for HITACHI…..

    This is Gagan Arora having problem with Hitachi split AC unit since 06th Apr 2016 and for the same I had given req to customer care Breakdown number is 16040607128 .
    after 2 days technician came and given a excuse of display fault and same will be replaced on Monday and I have been calling them no one is giving answer and no positive reply . very bad service
