    Sir,

    my splendor motor registration number is KL7J-4475 -1995 MAKE

    Complete engine overhauling carried out on August 2017 at your authorized service center M/S Cee Jay Motors Hero at Thodupuzha – Muvattupuzha Rd, Thottumkalpeedika, Muvattupuzha, Kerala 686661.

    but presently put on first service after the engine overhauling, they needed to another Rs.8000/-to do more engine overhauling.

    Being a graduate mechanical engineer and secured PG and Ph.D from IIT Madras, I could not understand why this is so?

    This is seem so pure form of cheating.

    I have complaint towards the company services. I was bought splendour plus On 16 oct 2017. In my bike Has some noise problem Which is not negligible. I was told my problem To gokul hero,jamnagar on the Next day of purchase. They Changed clutch plates to solve my problem But they failed then after they told nothing problem in bike that answer was not apriciated.then after I Was Gone to rajkot at AAN hero,rajkot. They also checked clutch plates and engine they also failed to solve my problem then after they told me they are not capable to solve problem and told me to wait till they enginear comes and let to check my problem they told me that when enginear will come we will call you but yet they not called me…

    My problem is not solved yet plz Replace my bike with new bike otherwise i will go to the court…

    I would like to give a complaint towards Diyamobikes (Trivandrum) Kerala. In 21 oct 2017 I went Diyamobikes to purchase a new Maestro edge and at that day I booked and settled all the amount for the vehicle. I asked them to deliver my bike in 27 oct 2017 by 12:30pm And repeatedly I told them that I should get by 27 oct and at sharp 12:30 and when went there after selling my old hero bike with my family I reached there by 1:30pm and when I saw my bike I was shocked and frustrated about the bike as it was not washed properly still it was dusty and even I noticed scratch on the right part of the bike and asked a solution from dealer/staff members and they were so irresponsible and was talking in a silly manner and I left the bike with the dealer and haired a cab and came back to home. It made me so inconvenience towards the dealer. This frustration made me to write an unsatisfying letter. As this type of dealer’s will make a very bad reputation towards Hero MotoCorp corporation.     I purchased a Hero 150cc Hunk on February 2015.From kalyan mobikes (p)Ltd. Thrissur.( eEGINE No:KC13EFEHJ00726,CHASSIS NO: MBLKCI3EHEHJ00556)I wish to inform you some things that I think you should know,
    It’s been 2.9 years I’ve been using my hero hunk on a regular basis.My vehicle has done 96,000 kms and 90% of the services are done from Aswathy motors vazhakod.On 88000 kms I replaced the engine cylinder kit and gear wheel because of the engine oil burning complaint.And currently I’ve noticed a major crack in the rear end of the CHASSIS( just below the rear seat) and I’m currently afraid to carry a passenger on my vehicle and I want my chassis replaced. I hope hero will take the necessary steps to rectify my problem.

    I purchased a hero splendour pro motor bike on 5.6.2016. The battery ( exide ) service is very poor after few months from purchased. Service Manager sent the battery for warranty /testing on 11.7.2017. Battery tested OK and returned by the concerned authority. After 2 months of testing the battery is like dead now. I am very puzzle for this battery. It is also very pathetic to send the battery for warranty/testing which is very lengthy process. Please suggest and help me as l can get relief from this problem. Other wise my concept about your company will be bad naturally.

    Hi
    I am a Hero customer and when i had a problem with the servicing of the vehicle, I contacted the Cochin regional office but the man who has picked up the phone was not willing to connect any body . he simply disconnected the line. i tried several times, but response was the same. My only request was to either to connect somebody responsible or give the contact number of the person who is responsible for serving/spare parts. Finally i had to contact the Corporate office to get the problem solved.
    I can not understand that whether the HR department is giving adequate training to the people in the company who directly deal with the customers ?. If any customer trying to contact the regional/zonal office of hero corp, definitely he should have some problem which could not resolved by the dealer. The Head of HR division should train these front line people how to behave with such valuable customers. If somebody in HR is willing to learn the basic lessons about the expectations of a normal customer, I am ready to teach him about it. My contact number is 8086772311

    I Purchased a Hero Maestro Edge bearing Engine No.JF33AAFGM07720 and Chassis No.MBLJF33AAFGM02468 on 07/01/2016, soon after it stared giving problem on self start and kick start, with the help of Auto Van I took it to the service station, they repair it. I did all the prescribed servicing in the Hero motors servicing center at Kamal Automobiles,Narengi,Guwahati, Assam, and D.R.Brijmohan & sons Pvt. ltd, Guwahati, soon after periodically it gives problem at road side, same problems and some how with road side garage I did the repair work as it is not possible to push to the nearest authorized service center. Now within a span of 7 days, two times it happened i,e Engine not started with self or kick start though battery is o.k.I purchased the Maestro Edge, considering the HERO MOTORS Brand, but things turn out to be different. So I request your concern office to look into the matter and solve my recurring problems.

    On (18/01/2017) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealer akar motors, jaipur ( hero passion pro engine no. ha10evg4lo2239 chassis no . mblha10bsg4m00051 ). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because yesterday i.e. on 19/1/2017 I was driving the vehicle and suddenly the bike stops in the middle on the road, which may cause the serious injury to me, however I managed and called to akar motors several times , after no response I called customer care no. 18002660018 twice at 11:48 and 12:01 date 19/1/2017 but after listening song for around 15 -17 min. call disconnected. Then I called my friend(employee of hdfc finance servicing at akar motors) as I was in shock he suggested to reach near by service station ( vipul motors , dausa). There they say work of the engine to be done as engine is been seized . they repaired the bike (invoice no. 10865-03-rinv-0117-15352/19-01-2017 18:14:03 job card no . 10865-03-rjc-0117-15243). Then after reciving the bike I reached to akar motos immediately I asked to change the engine or bike as I don’t want a repaired engine as I sawed at vipul motos they get it repaired at local vendor outside the workshop on local cutting and grinding machine. They refuses to do. Now the bike is standing of no use so,
    I would appreciate it if you could organize to replace my bike engine or bike by 22/1/2017. I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
    As I am sure you can appreciate
    I have been advised by well wishers to go to consumer’s court but I found it more reasonable to get in touch with you for redressal of my complaint.
    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved , I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

    Actually Sir I purchased my bike on 6 Nov 2016 from HIMGIRI AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD.,B-28, East Jyoti Nagar, Loni Road, Delhi ,110032, Contact # 01122813135.

    As my services was due so I went to its prescribed service center yesterday (23 Dec 2016) around 2:00 pm i.e A-19 JHILMIL IND AREA G.T ROAD, DELHI, EAST DELHI, 110095 Contact # 01147357000.

    After got attending my bike I just entered into Customer Reception Room . I placed my Helmet besides me. And was just checking my phone. Then someone lift that helmet and falsely claimed that it’s belongs to him. I went to Manager of Heromotocorp Workshop and asked to please visit CCTV footage. He said there is no CCTV footage on entire workshop.Then he simply said he can’t do anything decide yourself.

    I was alone they were three. Then I couldn’t do much.I lost my Helmet worth Rs 675 (Aerostar Company). And this money matters to me.

    I lost my Helmet because of your unavailability of CCTV footage on entire Workshop.

    Hero is the best two-wheeler company. And if it can’t provide security to its customer (even CCTV footage of gate entrance) then what it’s credibility.It just spoils the image of the company.

    This time my Helmet had been stolen within your workshop even culprit was also there but what if next time my bike would lost within your workshop, then who will take responsibility.

    I request you to take immediate action. And I want my Helmet back as soon as possible. Otherwise I have no option left to go to Consumer Court.

    Please find my attached bike purchase bill and workshop bill.

    My name is Ashvin. I am from Cochin, kerala. I have a purchased a new Hero Ismart 110cc from your focus branch,cochin on October 3. And i am completely satisfied with your offers. But unfortunately,from the first ride itself there was some strange voice from engine.and i think after free services the problem will cleared and on first free service on 500km i have mentioned this complaint to service provider.They dont do anything and on last week,on next service i again mention the same complaint and they technician told me they send vechile to warranty office and they will retify the complaint.on next day, they call me and says my complaint is cleared and told me to pay a bill of 427rs.. But still their are voice from engine .and i am going to move legally because their is no proper response.

    Fraud by Sehgal Auto Mobiles (Faridabad Dealer)

    Dear Sir –

    I am a customer of Hero Pleasure.

    I have purchased a Hero Pleasure from Sehgal Auto Mobiles on Oct’ 9th, 2016 vide Invoice No. 10565-02-SINV-1016-3460.

    I want to bring into your kind attention that they are doing fraud and unethical practice which has resulting into customer dissatisfaction.

    a. Employee of Sehgal Auto Mobiles (named Mr. Anup) is asking bribe for processing of RC even though I have paid RC charges to Sehgal Automobiles.

    b. Sehgal Automobiles has charged Rs. 52000 (approx.) for Hero Pleasure but issued a bill of only Rs. 45,505.

    c. Even for the multiple follow up with them they are not listening and addressing the problem.

    I request you to please take strict action against them and cancel their dealership.

    greetings of the day,
    hope you are doing fine,

    Sir i am sending you this mail just to bring this in your notice that i booked hero duet scooty on 20th of october from Hero dealer named “Sangam Automobiles” NH-1A udhampur, j&k,india. During the time of booking the sales girls informed us that there is one offer going on if you booked your scooty now you will get Rs 1500 discount only if you have any government employee in your home and you just give us his government identity plus one copy of ration card with his name on it. And this offer is only the end of this month i.e until 31th of october you can avail this offer.
    So Sir i booked hero Duet scooty on 20th of october with the down payment of Rs4000 and i ask them i will come on 30th of october i.e on diwali and i will give rest of the payment with the government identity of my father and a copy of ration card and will take scooty. Till here eveything fine.
    And on diwali when i went there for my scooty they informed me that Rs 1500 offer is finished on 26th of october and i can’t get that offer. when i asked them that i booked my scooty on 20th and you said me that this offer is until 31th of october and now you saying this offer is finished on 26th how come?
    Sir how come this happen? A big company like Hero automobiles which have a good name in india as well as internationaly making wrong promises like this with their customers. This is the second scooty of hero we purchased from the same dealer. And this mail is not only about Rs 1500 offer but i want to know how you guys are dealing with your loyal customers. Even these people not gave me the recipt of Rs 4000 which i pay as a down payment while the booking of scooty. They have the orignal plus carbon copy of that recipt when i ask them to give me the orignal recipt of Rs 4000 as a proof,they said no they can’t.
    This is the wrost service i have seen in my life. I will never suggest anyone to go for hero scooty. I want the quick response from your side.

    02 days back, i purchased new Maestro Edge on Dhanteras from P5 Motor LKO. Petrol was leakage in service center before delivery. Service center replaced the carburetor and told problems rectified and handover me. Next day again period leakage started. Immediately reached in Service center and he replaced pipe from petrol tank to carburetor and told problems rectified. but today again petrol leakage showing, secondly auto scooter off on on the way and not starting. Any how we reached in home and call to Hero customer care for the complaint no, but Mr, Amit singh (CC) refused to provide complain no for the same.
    It is my bad experience with Hero company and Hero bike. In future i never suggest to anyone for any Hero modals.
    kindly refund my complete money and take your bike back. please take is seriously and act as soon as possible, otherwise i will go in consumer forum.

    I purchaged hero splendor ismart 110cc new bike from RELIABLE MOTORS Show room Railway Road Nangal Dam on 10/09/2016. after few days engine started producing extra noice. i told to show room owner then their mechanics said its normal sound of ROCKER and TAPPING. then they said after 600km we would solve it . but i visited five time but they totally failed to fit it. finally i said to call company engineer. then on 14/10/2016 engineer checked bike and tighten tapped-es and assured me that this problem would never come back. unfortunately same problem is going on.
    with in a months i am facing this problem then after a year what would be aspect. sir i am not so rich person i financed this bike through IndusSind Finance company and down paymet was Rs 25000 .
    in shortly i want to say that this bike has a major fault so that your expert engineer also unable to resolve it . i am also getting irritation daily.
    now i can’t tolerate it.
    kindly refund my complete money and take your bike back. please take is seriously and act as soon as plossible

    I have bought Hero Moto xtreme (sports) on 16-July-2016 from authorised show room at Navi mumbai. Within 1 month, during a 60 km ride, I saw that bike is not taking pick-up. I went to the show room and they rectified it. After that it was well and smooth. After that first servicing was done on 09-Sep-2016. And yesterday, again I have gone for a long drive (e.g. 160 km) with that bike. While going, it was running good. But while returning back, same problem started. Maximum available speed was 24 Kmph. It was night. I was in a unconventional road….complete darkness. No nearby garage and heavily raining. Just think the situation. With that condition and that 24 Kmph speed I reached upto nearby market. Then booked a goods carriage van and taken back upto home. It is clearly seen in bare eye that clutch screws have gone bad. But your irresposible person did not see it during servicing, even after reminder also. Even now also, your peaple are responding like that, ok I will see on this day. What is this. Are you trying to make us fool ?? The bike on road cost is Rs. 81000/- and you have used below standard, low quality product.Shame on your company and shame on the care taken by your company for customer. I am really fade of your company. Earlier, I used to think its a very good one. But now I have only negative feedback.

    With high level of disappointment I am writing this mail.
    I have had very bad experience from Sai Motors.Every time when i give my pleasure for service your people are damaging my vehicle in one or the other way. they are handling it very roughly, my vehicle is getting scratched every time. Few parts have damaged. within 2 days of service my vehicle will start troubling. & very shockingly they replace some other vehicle’s original parts with the vehicle of their known people. I have seen this.

    3 months back i have ordered for black color pleasure body cover with your store manager. when i have gone there he didnt register my order. he told no procedure is there to order & no need to pay any advance. he has given his mobile no & asked to call back. I have called him several times. every time he told within 1 week the part will come. & I have personally gone there & spoke to him, then also he repeated same thing. but didnt get any part. now he is telling I have not ordered. for ordering we need to give some advance. Such an irresponsible person he is. He is corrupt it seems.
    I suggest all my friends & family not to go for hero motors.

    Please blacklist this dealer as this company is damaging your company goodwill.

    One of the worst customer service experience in my life, i gave my bike for service at your Hero showroom at Indira Nagar, Adyar to get the front disk pad, Break Shoe and Fork oil to be changed on 05th Sep, i got an call on 7th Sep at 5.00pm from the service desk but was unable to attend the same. when i tried calling them on 8th sep they told my bike was ready, so i went to the branch to pick my bike.

    But when i went there i found nothing was changed, they gave me a bill of Rs.610 for water service and engine oil change. My question was, “why would i require a water wash and engine oil change, when my request was to change the front disk pad, Break Shoe and Fork oil ” but the response i got from them was” no stock of spares” . I understand that there is a shortage in spare, but wouldnt they check that during the time i gave the bike for service.

    Now after 2 days i have nothing, but the same old breakless bike, and a loss of Rs.610 for doing nothing.

    If all u want is money, i can surely pay. but do not cheat your customers for it.

They have not any of care of their customers and I really told from last 3 service to getting a lots of problems in my bike related to chain cover unnecessary voice issue , cell start not getting every time , battery issue also , engine oil is not changed and fake to customer totally cheated them, not having a average of my bike almost having 35 km average in a litre petrol and then service provider manager and all staff are also very rudly behave with all customers that’s very biggest issue getting here ‘,I wanted to purchase a new bike but haven’t any inquiry and direct to go in bajaj company and got pulsar from dealer cause of hours this service issue and also given this issue & highlight for their support customer that can not make foolish further new buyers of hero vehicle from this dealer and I am really very disappointed and a very very dissatisfying of this dealer bad & rough service no have master mechanic & educate with this line always & always when I moved for service of my mike to dealer area station told me with very politely please not getting and proper positive output from last service regarding major problems of cell start ,actually I got a passion pro cell start bike is only for my father who can’t make kick and so ,I got it now I am really very tired from their gatiiya service so, complaint to you please immediate to action and ensure that have solve my problems that I have faced from last 8 months for cell start & average of bike issue another I have to del my this bike and move to another company only reason for bad serviceability issue ..

    service is very poor.
    I am very disappointed. My bike super splendor, standing in mayapuri singla automobile workshop in claim department on 12 July. I deposited advance cash for repair on 17 July. Mr. Mishra commit to me within 10 days repair and handover. i visited in workshop on 23 July and asked to Mr. sandeep (store dept.). Mr. Sandeep commit to me bike parts arrive till 25 July.i again visited in workshop and meet workshop manager Mr. vijay shukla.but i dont get any satisfying reply.till date 1 august. my bike standing same condition as on 12 July. Why?
    WHO IS RESPONSIBLE….?

    Today i went to Herocorp service center in (Raman & Raman Motors, Kumakonam, Tamilnadu). I service many time before the same center but I got very very worst experience after visit that service centre…

    They charge more money as a service charge when compared to other nearer sarvice centres (Majestic-Mayiladuthurai, Kumaran Motors-Karaikal). They charge for single screw tightening and Air filling etc….

    I herewith attached the invoice of my service and i assured that i will never go any Herocorp authorised centre. Because the third party service technician do the same work very less moneybut they do very quality service…

    1. Regular service – Rs. 256.50
    2. Drive chain Set – Rs. 159.60
    3. Cam chain kit – Rs. 171.00
    4. Cable Comp clutch – Rs. 39.90
    5. Cable AssSpedometer- Rs. 41.04

    Then what is the meaning for Regular service when they charge screw tightning and gas filling…

    Bad on Hero Corp for their over paid service centre….

    I think it was my bad luck to which i have purchased your company vehicle, as many times i have complaint about the milease of Hero Passion X Pro. the bike must ride only on economy which the company provided or it will not give the milease. because the i heard that words from some company people where its right. Mileage / average fuel efficiency of Hero Motocorp Passion X Pro is approx. 55-60 kmpl.given by the company on the time of purchase of vehicle, but the real milease is 30-35 kmpl,

    This is Prembabu 8608552737 and I have bought the pleasure vehicle on 5.6.2014.(in Due) at Madurai Sandya Motors. (TN 64 – H 9946)

    It was a nice experience with them (Hero) when i bought the Hero Pleasure vehicle in 5.6.2014…. but not now

    I have given my vehicle for 1st service in date of 07.10.2014. From that date my vehicle is getting problem till now..

    1.. After the first service only two days is gone it got problem that the Engine Oil is fully leaked out due to not tight the bold. then again i have given the vehicle to another shop and filled the engine oil on 10.10.2014. for your reference I have attached the service bill and the other shop engine fill bill.

    2. Then again i showed the vehicle in show room on 11.10.2014 the service man said that i will check and give it to you… By the evening i got the vehicle with tight of bold

    3. From the next day onward another problem is raised that when i ride the vehicle in 30- 40 km speed the vehicle will be suddenly off. Some how i have adjusted and riding the vehicle and showed to showroom on 17.10.2014 service man. something he was corrected and again he said it is corrected , now it is ok like that..(Service bill is attached)

    4. One or two times only it happened again the sudden off upto 2 months, then the second service i put my vehicle on 16.1.2015, I told that person check throughly then give the vehicle. he was taken the vehicle for service around 3 days. and given back to me.. and there is no problem upto day before yesterday.

    5. Yesterday 20.1.15 again it is happened when i ride to 30-40 KM suddenly the vehicle will off. it is not a month also is passed again this problem is happening. Does the service man not knowing about the service, or how??

    What to do no? Am fully disappointed on hero service and the vehicle.. IS the Vehicle is not good??? Or the service is not good? Am not understanding. I cannot take my vehicle darly outside when i want to be go in long travel..

    I fed up with the service and vehicle and am writing this much big mail to you. I need the complete solution or please Exchange my vehicle, It is my humble request to you all. For your reference I have attached all my documents

    Now today again 5.3.15 same problem raise.. please reply or give a solution

    I have purchased (05.02.2015) my bike at valli motors in pondicherry.After one week of
    purchasing there was some starting trouble problem in my bike. After one month finish today itself my bike can’t start with 2 hour’s then i go to work shop and he say please replace the choke. After replacement my bike will start in first shot.

    Why the problem will occur in only one month purchased bike?

    I could’t understand pls i need a solution for in my future.

  • Hero is Sub Standard product Horrible service January 13, 2015, 3:50 am

    I purchased Hero Maestro in last quarter of 2013. Just in one months time its pin used to hang bag came out. I kept it to get it repair or changed as the component was in warranty.
    But my experience was horrible. In my first service I pointed 3-4 points like tightening of screws, some sound etc. in my repair slip but none was taken care of. When I again got back to service centre they only worked on it. But my hook was still not repaired.
    In my second service also even the washing was not done properly. I had to call there team again to show improper washing.
    The quality of product is sub-standard and service horrible.
    Kindly let me know how many more months you require to change/repair the hook ?
    Kindly let me know if there is any scope of improving service for customer or should a customer keep regrets his decision of buying a hero product ?

    Even there suggestion section is throwing error.
    Stay away from Hero if you have option ..

    Hi. I was serviced my mastro at ahmebadabad, aambavadi hero service center. I was tald each time when ever i gone to service my bike about miter problem but they did not solve my problam yet. They also refuge to help me. When ever i suggest them problam on bike they said itis happen when bike become old. I was serviced my bike at 3times there. Now what to do. And where i will to go so solve my problam regarding on my bike.

    This to inform you that, I have Hero Honda Karizma ZMR form 2011. But now days my bike stop moving due Fuel Pump as it’s not working properly as per mechanics concern. So I am looking for new Fuel Pump, as I went to your’s authorized distributor or retailer I came to know that Hero dose not providing Warranty on Spear parts, where as the cost of the parts(Fuel Pump) is nearly Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/-. It’s really socking to me that if I bought any consumer goods from market, may be it’s cost Rs.500 that company providing warranty on spear parts or so.

    I felt very glad to inform you that I am using your products for last 15yrs. Such as CBZ, Karizma, Karizma R & now Karizma ZMR. But now its very annoying to me.

    Please kindly reply me quickly & do the needful.

    This is the letter for your kind attention that a compliant across Hero Motor’s Service Centre of F.J. Motors Attingal. My bike ( HERO HUNK ) give to the F.J. Motors for periodical service. I report two complaints ( Oil leakage and Gear shifting problem ) to the service person. They return the vehicle after servicing but the same complaint is same as yon. The next day again return the bike to F,J. Moters ., But the complaint did not rectify the second time and I say to service person about the problem again. They tell me, the oil problem and gear missing are commonly have on all the Hero bikes. I report the manager and ask him about this. Because the vehicle is on warranty. Then they insulting me with threat words.
    The customer dealings against of staffs and technicians in F.J. Motors, Attingal are very cultureless.
    I purchase bike because the credence of Hero company. But company’s qualities and reputation will destroying with these type of. I believe Hero company till now. I think will be get a good response from Hero Motors.

Aur haal hi me mene 28.08.2014 ko service karayi hai mene service pe bike dete samay complent bhi note karayi thi uske Baad bhi same problem Abhi bhi hai. Kya Aap meri Koi help kar sakte hai.
