Sir on date 28-10-2017 i transfered 1500 rs to my payzapp wallet ..and when i transfered that amount in my bank account ,the amount 1500 rs was debited from my payzapp wallet but not credit to my bank account & till date of today 3-11-2017 it will not refund by you in mt wallet..but you says it will refund in 5 working days..sir please refund my money..it feels like thug..
Today on 1st Nov 2017 I loaded money Rs. 5000/- in my Payzapp Account in the afternoon at about 2 pm using Citibank Credit Card.
The amount is deducted from my credit card account but not credited in my Payzapp account. At the end of transaction it was showing application error.
Please arrange to give credit in my Payzapp or refund it to Citibank if payment failed.

I have transferred 1750 to my friend account through PayZapp but its not received to his bank account, i complained about this 6times but till now no reply. it became 7days already when you will give my money back?
I have transferred the Amount from my Registered Mobile Number and Money got debited but receiving party has not received any amount. I have sent 3 emails so far and it is almost a week, there is no response from them.
If this is not getting resolve i’ll definitely reach out to them as legal or go consumer forum to file a complaint again you.

Hi have mailed you for my amount which was not deposited in my bank account. According to bank it was problem from pay zap. Your system generated mail said It will be deposited in working 5 days. But it’s all about 10 days crossed. No one has try to reach me for this issue, as possible as I want my money back or it will lag to you consumer court.
