Really Sameer HDFC bank basiaclly in the case of credit card they do not response properly. I am trying to communicate with them more than two hours all time showing busy, I think all numbers are fake or they are not receiving the call that they can levy the hidden cost to the card holders. Actully sameer you know all ministers are corrupted in our country, the pirlament not making policy, all ministers are making that, all the ministers are doll in the hand of industrialist and corporate bankers. I our country the best diease is unequal distribution. I have received a message from HDFC bank that my credit card limit is reduced from present Rs. 56000 to Rs. 23000 with no cash limit.I want to know the reason for reducing the limit, in any case, i will not accept this reduced limit, you may have your own reasons but if you reduced this limit, i will cancel this card , i don’t want a card for Rs. 23000 limit ,other banks are requesting me and sending offers to increase the limit, I already have 3 credit card from other banks with limit over Rs.1 lacs.

Blue Dart Courier is the best courier partner for delivery of articles. But sometimes they are not so worthy. My credit card was send 2/3/16 and they could not find my house address. It has been noticed on tracking “consignee” left where as I am staying in that address for 15 years. Primarily the transaction block page should also contain mail ID, contact Nos for immediate contact in case of any discrepancy.

it takes a long time to connect to customer care executive , so CC service of HDFC is not gud at all.
Really it’s very peculiar.HDFC is removing the toll-free nos.whether it is for account or credit card.I don’t receive the confirmation status on time that my credit card bill has been paid or not. At that point I can’t call any toll free no.for the status. Apart from this unnecessarily HDFC is deducting some balance from my account the same thing happens i can’t call any nos.I never ever received the statement recently.My question is why the customers will be always in pain.If we’ll have to pay for the settlement of our grievances then by God HDFC bank is the no.1.Is there somebody who can answer my question??that why the toll-free nos.are not working of kolkata??
I agree. Its pathetic that they can’t let their customers reach them to solve the issues created by the Bank themselves. I have a Platinum card. I am closing it.

I just spoke to customer care HDFC details regarding to the credit card. i spoke to saranya who is not able reply or assist me properly what i really reqiured.
I wanted to purchase an iPhone for which I have applied for credit card. At the beginning the sales executive started follow-ups like nothing. I clearly told him that I need at least 38k limit as my salary is 20k. He says Ma-am you will get 60k. When I received the card I was shocked, I got only 20k limit. I called that guy he responded nothing. Then I compliant about the same in hdfc for at least 6-7 times, but they are talking very rude. Some of them are saying use the card you will get the limit more, how m i supposed to use that card as I need at least 40k limit to purchase the thing. Some of are ignoring, not responding, cut-the phone! What m i supposed to do now? Is this the service you provide hdfc?? I told my colleagues not to go with hdfc card as my company is mnc and freshers are hired always. You are losing the customers for sure! Bad service . Being a sales person I know what type of support is required. You guys failed to provide good support service! Bad commitment!
Still the problem is not resolved!Hopeless and disappointed!

I have to say that I had a regalia credit card, which was misplaced and has been blocked by my instructions . This was three months back. I have sent so many mails and reminders. I am a Sr. Citizen. Do have to suffer a lot. Is there nobody to listen. I am yr banks customer for the last 15 yrs. I think u people are not interested in keeping relations with old friends. Now its better I should transfer my all acts To another bank who has promised to look after our accts. So many personal managers came and gone but none bothered to take care. This is with reference to query number: 15087168635, sent through my gmail account. I have used my credit card XXXXXXXX 6941 to buy one samsung mobile on EMI of 12 months. I have been paying the EMI regularly. The dates of payments are: 29/4, 9/5, 16/6, 09/7, 16/8, 9/9, 7/10, 08/11, 18/11, 9/1, 9/2, 19/3.
I have already completed 12 months payment. Now I got march’s statement which include this EMI. Even after complaining several times, your department fail to correct it. I won’t pay for the 13th month, when I have taken EMI for just 12 months. I have decided to return back the credit card but before that I would like to resolve the issue.

I used my credit card (4893 7704 0039 7709) on 21.03.2015 for purchasing one refrigerator. The card was punched for Rs 21,000/-. Immediately after punching the card,it was noticed that the amount was incorrect. The shop owner again punched the card for making it void. Void receipt was received immediately after re-punching the card. But, I have not received any message even after 42 hours that the transaction is made void. Further, I reused the card on 22.03.2015 for Rs 20,800/- and purchased the refrigerator. Now, I am anxious for not getting any void message for earlier transaction made on 21.03.15. Pl relieve me at the earliest.
