    The water level display & the swing function is not working from day one of purchase.The water level gadget dosen’t pop up even when tank if filled and overflows,you need to shake it then some how it pops up .This has to be done each time.Again it goes down below minimum level even if there remains more than 40% water in air cooler tank.Then what is the use of this water level indicator when there is 40% water left & it panics you displaying that water tank is empty.The swing gadget also shakes while moving from left to right.I have informed the customer care from day one & have requested them to replace the faulty item with a new one since this being a new item, i would not like it to be repaired on day one.The Technician also visited & had made a video of the fault.He has assured me to inform within 48 hours,but i did not receive any sort of commitment from either the technician or the company’s executive.I need immediate resolution to the problem.

    It is for your information that we have purchased Electronic Saving Device of your brand Havell’s from your dealer named Vikash Electricals, Chiwrapatty, Tinsukia with reference to your bill vide Invoice No. 1026 Dated 27/02/2017, we were facing much problems with your device. Your Technician visited our premise and replaced the same assuring us that it will work well. But still, it has a problem of auto-start after load-shading and blocks for 10-15 mins. We need to undock the card and insert it again to get it started. Our guests also have to face a lot of discomfort and due to which our reputation is under threat only because of your faulty product. The product details as per the aforesaid bill is ORO ELECTRONIC KEY BOARD (KEY 10).

    We shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and solve the problem in any way within this week.

    Purchased fan regulators, electrical fittings such as sockets, door bell ,exhaust fans for bath room n kitchen facing problems , regulators either two low the speed or too high for fans, socket , shutter self close type creates too high the nose may be more than around 200 decibles , giving a shock of huge thud sound each time on n off time, a fearful noise for children, customer care tried in last one week not getting any connect ,remain hang on each time ,wastage of time , it’s fake, exhaust fans shutters noise level is too high than permitted by norms of Govt of India , for any machine appliances ..     I had purchased Havells Wall light(LED) in the beginning of this year. It is very rarely used(Switched ON only when the guests visit). To my surprise it is not working even if it is not 1 year old. Suspect the quality of Havells.

    We have serious complaint about Havells 5 position one amp Fan regulators . Dozens of these are fixed in our new building by the builder. A few regulators give spark and sound. We complained to customer care who directed us to local Visakhapatnam service engineer . Visakhapatnam Service Engineer ( Name Ramu) declined to attend to this complaint saying that only Havells simple switches are warrantied , as a company policy Havells fan regulators have zero ( yes, zero) warranty.

    This is strange and atrocious service of Havells .

    We may tell other potential users to avoid using Havellls electricals and also alert Builders Associations in our influence , to note this and avoid Havellls domestic electricals items

    I purchased Havells Atta Maker, Model PRO HYGIENE ATTA MATIC ON 29th September 2016. Exactly on 9th October 2016 it stopped working. I called customer care and received Call no FJ120224. Next day a service man came and said that some part needs to be replaced so I will come tomorrow with part,but next day he didn’t come. Again next day I called him so he said we do not have that spare part so whenever it comes, so I will come and replace but said he is not sure when part will come. Really surprised with the kind of service they are giving. Waste product. Exactly on 11th day motor stopped working. Worst product ever purchased from Amazon. Service man says they don’t have spare parts to change and don’t know when it will be available.
