Hardwar Dubey is a famous Indian politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Advocate, Social Worker, and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), the upper house of the Indian Parliament from the state of Uttar Pradesh. He was born on 1 June 1949 (age 72 years according to 2021) in Husainabad (Balia), India. His father’s name is Late Shri Umashankar Dubey and his mother’s name is Late Shrimati Shyama Devi. His educational qualification is M.A., LL.B. Educated at Agra University, Uttar Pradesh. His religion belongs to Hinduism and Nationality, Indian. He is married to Dr. (Smt.) Kamla Pandey on 10 March 1978 and has two children one son and one daughter. He loves to do Tourism, gardening, and sports.
Hardwar Dubey started his political career as a candidate for Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and later joined Bharatiya Janata Party. He has been a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 1989-91 and 1991-92 (two terms) from the Agra Cantonment constituency. In between, he was appointed as the Minister of Finance, Government of Uttar Pradesh for 1991-92. In 2020, he was elected to the Rajya Sabha from the state of Uttar Pradesh. Currently, he is serving as a member of the Joint Committee on Offices of Profit, a member of the Committee on Industry since 2021. He has a special interest in eradicating social problems. He has also published books like Antarrashtriya Vidhi, Nath Publication, and Agra.
