    poor / unsatisfied service in complaint Dear sir/madam My Customer No. 21223142, We have paid our full payment by cash on 11.03.2016, And very easy to give gas geyser connection due many Gas Geyser connection are working in our Society from beginning also line is complete till my Tenement, Many times we contact them on phone no : 0268-2526101 for gas geyser hole fill up the connection, I will personally went to gspc office write complaint but they are not interested. We are suffering without geyser pipe line hole up bats are coming in house, so this is our humbly request to you pl. do some thing for us so we can pleased to take connection "As early as" possible.

    Hi GSPC I have requested to disconnect the existing connection of Customer ID - 500000151378 since from last one month and deposited all the documents reqd. by the officers and waiting to get back the security deposit money in my account . But suddenly I got the message from GSPC that to reconnect the line again .     I have given apllication for new connection (app. No.21216164) submited in may 2016 with all registration an deposit fees. At that time officials have assured us that if u submit more than 15 applications than line connection done within 1 - 2 months so we have submit about 25 application for new connection but still they are not yet star their work after contineous fallowup they dump only lastic pipes at the site and replied us that contractor is not doing his work because -> busy at other work/labours are not available etc. And denied to give connection before december. And when i argue with him he answered me that if u have so much hurry than applt for refund and go to or cylinder connction of LPG . This is forHalol location

    I, R.M.Patel residing at 104-Bright House,Ghod Dod Road having mobile no. 8238041556, lodged complain today at @ 6.43am regarding failure of gas supply to whole appartment( Bright House -B wing having 30 flat). This problame was arrose from two days and two time fied staff came and attended complains. On today morning, this problem occured again. So, I lodged complain at your complain centre having complain no. 18002330400 at 6.43 am. Due to non attending complain, I repeatedly call and each time they told us that our staff will come within fifteen minute. Last I called at 9.30 am and at that time one lady operator told in very wild langage and loud tone that your complain will attend after noon when our staff will free and don't call again, we have many works. I repeatedly rewuest that your line valve is shut off and require to replace, but if it may reset then whole building can supply for three to four hour in morning aand then you can replace valve. But, she was in terefic mood and talked in unbarable langauge and cut off phone. Then after i call again as whole building people gathered due to harrasment for gas supply. At that time another person came on call and on requesting , he send staff and within minute, they reset valve and started our supply. So, it is humble request to remove such lady, who don't try to listen complain of consumer and distroy image of company.

    I have done application for geyser connection on 27/09/2016. But till date work is not done. I have done several follow ups personally as well as over telephone but answer is as usual stupid. I am really fed up of your employees at Chandkheda branch. Whenever I call they give random names like Mr. Ketul, Mr. Pratik, Mr. Sachin etc... and all of them give me a fake promisses and laugh at me when i do follow up again. I have asked them to give me their senior/superiors' name and contact details but they have denied. They do not give respect to any person and I am really fed up now. Let me know what to do?     My customer id is 500000210674 .My consumption in the Month of Nov 16 is 16.010 (WHICH IS MORE THAN MINIMUM UNITS 5.324) unit.I charged 640.40 accordingly Even i have been Charged 212.98 Rs under he head of " Charges as per minimum unit." Why so ?I feel that it is unwanted charges imposed in this bill. More ever i paid my all the Bills in time even though i have been charged Rs 36 in every Bill since long under the head of "Interest/ other Charges"why ? pl clearway and do needful for rebate if possible.
