I had got a call from your executive (from Mobile No: +91-9980080023) were in he told that due to in rush of orders the delivery would be postponed by half an hour and you would surely get the delivery by 9:30am. But still the revised commitment from your side is still not being honored.
The order & the payment for the same was done on 02.Oct.2016 with the first commitment of delivering the same by 04.Oct.2016. it’s ridiculous that you have taken more than day’s time to deliver the order.
We do have festive season and it causing lot of problem were in we are bound to wait until you turn up.

Sir, I beg to say that I have gone to my village due to urgent work by informing Mr. Sudhir with an written leave application from 21/03/2016 to 31/03/2016.but nazmull sir call me when I was at home to join duty on 29/03/2016.but due train arrived late in Delhi so,i was not able to join duty on the said date.when I reached on duty on 30/03/2016, Mr.pratush abused me about my father. He said me that is it your father firm.I will not take you on job.I don’t know who is chikara.chikara’s father also can’t take you on job and on 8/04/2016 have taken my resignation by threating me to kill. Mr. Pratush said me to submit all the asset by 30\03/2016.I have submitted all the assets of the fiirm by the said date.sir,my attendance of both march of (nine days )and April (21days )yet not have been sended.I am sitting jobless at home and my son is suffering from disease. I belong from very weak family. I have much need of money.pls,help me to get my salary and pls do my full and final as soon as possible. If you are not able to do so.then I will take legal action on you by going to labour court.

Grofers need to invest more on customer care and act professionaly. customer care is rude and they refuse to send products asking to cancel on our end. Alignment with shops is missing and affecting deliveries.
