Check out GNIDA / Greater Noida Authority BHS 16 / 2013 residential flat scheme draw results which was running in April 2013. The scheme’s advertisements was also released in April month of 2013.

The purpose behind the scheme was to allot residential flats in Greater Noida Sector – MU-II & 10. It was open for all Indians who are above then 18 years of age. Family of husband, wife and dependent children are allowed to apply for one flat only.

There are total 7215 flats, which are supposed to be allotted by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. 5,265 flats are located in MU – II Sector where as rest of the 1,950 can be found in Sector 10 area of Greater Noida. All these flats are provided in an economical price to the aspiring allottees on behalf of the government.

The results for the residential flats scheme totally depends on the lottery procedure. Selected and lucky people will win the flat against the fixed price which is mentioned in the application brochure of the scheme.

As the draw result date havn’t been released by the authority. The results will be issued on the official website of company. We will also publish the result related information and updates.
